We started as a crisis of high commodity prices, she quickly clarified the extent of the banking crisis and rapidly accelerated the financial crisis which culminated with the economic crisis, social and global, perhaps it was the heaviest one after the Second World - War. The consequences of this crisis was widely reflected in the deterioration of macroeconomic indicators of the budget, it appeared a significant decline in economic growth, a drop in revenues, an increase in unemployment and the fast increase of budget expenditures. The budget deficit and public debt grew at high rates, the cost and sources of financing of the economy became the most difficult and the most expensive. To stop the deterioration, the governments of many countries, regardless of their political spectrum supported the growth of aggregate demand, this process in many countries aggravated budget deficits. The primary task to overcome the crisis was a strategy that would ensure the sustainability of public finances in the countries affected by the crisis. The main difficulty faced was the global coordination such a global challenge. Researches can improve the profits of a company because of the potential capabilities of diversification with innovation performance or some have argued that the returns are increasing but this diversification has a very big risk. International expansion is very difficult to manage because there are a risk. Chief among them are economic and political risks because due to these risks by diversification of large firms are accustomed to the conditions of a market in competitive situations. The risk policy has to do with a government concentration creating much problem. The economic risk concerns exchange rates and market expansion line.

This article presents a summary of the E-Learning which is gaining significant interest in distance education, including reforming political, social and economical developing in Albanian government reforms and other details. It also gets a special importance in terms of exchanging experiences between different institutions within and outside the country. Despite the distance people already have the opportunity to learn from others, or used in any other time and place that they are. These advantages are powered by technological developments, developments that require a whole generation as qualified to be adopted in time with the rapid technologic evolutions. The advantages of using e- learning are related to the degree of qualification of the generation which live in an era of rapid technological change. Albania's decentralization laws have begun to yield local governments that function independently of the central government, but authority remains overwhelmingly concentrated in the central government, while local service coverage is still spotty and weak. USAID seeks to consolidate decentralization by helping cities design sustainable management plans that yield higher quality services and by helping policymakers at all levels harmonize decentralization laws and regulations.

Nowadays an increasing number of people have no clear racial identities, ethnic or national but they may feel divided between different cultural traditions. They also can develop just one multicultural identity; an identity that exceeds a certain culture and they feel comfortable in different cultures. A multicultural person is someone who manages to understand multicultural realities. This multicultural identity is determined not just by the sense of belonging, but also by a new sense of SELF. The Multicultural Individuals can become “cultural mediators” who facilitate intercultural interaction. But these people can mislead the essential point with the non-significant one, feeling so fragmented or feeling the lack of authenticity. In our thesis we have undertaken two samples or models: multicultural people with “The Insert-identity; others who seem to succeed in life at the border and they can be labeled as “Constructive”. Multicultural people with “The Insert Identity” have such characteristics: a) They can feel separated between different cultural identities .b)They have difficulties in making their decisions and they are concerned by the ambiguity and feel the pressure from both groups aiming the assimilation but without result.

Albanian standard language is trying to maintain a high profile for its users. However, it is facing an enormous linguistic change. Dialects, sociolects and idiolects are some of the main sources that affect and enrich language. How language and its components interact with each other? How are dialects, Geg and Tosk, represented on standard Albanian language? How is the actual linguistic performance in relation to linguistic contexts? At what extend are idiolects and sociolects represented at standard language? These and more questions are the center of our research paper. DOI: 10.5901/ajis.2015.v4n3s1p359

Albania is reforming its society and political mentality to better-fit new needs and responsibilities toward the European Union and western values the country always dreamed. Nevertheless, the political mentality of the past, which today is part of the process of political reformation, is slowing the process of integration toward western values. Political forces somehow are resisting the upgrade of their political mentality to these newer western political concepts. Albania had made big steps reforming the economy, and the political class is committed in making the country desirable for foreign investors as well as creating comforts for domestic ones. A successful integration is occurring, although several challenges need to be considered in order to fasten this process. DOI: 10.5901/mjss.2015.v6n4p219

“Leadership is the art of accomplishing. More then science of managements says is possible” (Colin Powell). This paper aims to succeed in mutual relationship of pedagogues as leadership and students. Speaking about the teacher as pedagogical figure is such delicate and vast issue. Further more it brings into everybody's mind the first – teacher at elementary or someone else who is really different from the traditional teacher. The reason why I am focusing my article on the teacher (pedagogues) in University auditorium and their appraisals in relationship with the students is that, I frankly think that the traditional process of the teaching method should change, during time, space and people themselves. Obviously radical-changes need time and the causes are evident. Having a suggestive and psychological opinion on some of the problem during lesson and the relationship with the student is clear. Surely I do not pretend to give a solution to the problems risen up, but to be focused on such important point that should change. According to such ideas and my personal belief, experience I have followed an expression of RITTA DUNN “If the child (student) is not learning the way you are teaching, then you must teach in the way the child (student) learns!” .In this article we intend to emphasize the role of the leadership (teacher) based on our experience and the re-dimensioning of the world's knowledge in order to show the necessity of creating new models, aimed at preparing young specialist able to meet the real world changes.
