The present research shows the absurdity of education, especially education management, in the posthumanist schema. Posthumanists seem to want to form their own group, but researchers see that posthumanism is not new, especially in the world of education. Philosopher Mortimer J. Adler, in the framework of perennialism, shows the structure of education, especially in America, which, according to researchers, is relevant in Indonesia. Research findings are based on qualitative research with data retrieval methods from literature studies. Results showed that Mortimer J. Adler's philosophical thinking emphasizes the expansion of education management in both depth and fragility by and through learners, parents, teachers and related parties in the mecca of an independent curriculum. This research aims to examine the strategies for improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among teachers through strengthening servant leadership, work culture, mutual trust behavior, and job satisfaction. Utilizing a quantitative survey method, the study investigates the direct and indirect influences of these variables on OCB among teachers at private Islamic schools in Sukabumi Regency. The results show a significant direct influence of servant leadership, work culture, mutual trust behavior, and job satisfaction on teachers' OCB. Furthermore, the study reveals that mutual trust behavior and job satisfaction play mediating roles between servant leadership, work culture, and OCB. However, mutual trust behavior is not effective as a mediator between work culture and OCB, indicating that work culture can directly influence OCB without the need for mediation. This research contributes to the understanding of OCB improvement strategies and offers practical solutions for policymakers and educational leaders to enhance teacher performance and overall education quality. Teachers play a crucial role in improving the quality of education, an essential aspect of national education development, which applies universally in various cultures and countries. As national education standards and needs increase, educational development becomes a necessity. This study seeks to investigate the enhancement of teacher quality dimensions to elevate national education standards, employing a case study approach with mixed methods. The sampling involved random selection from five senior high schools in Lampung, comprising 190 students and 10 teachers. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. The analysis of questionnaire data utilized structural equation modeling (SEM) through Lisrel 8.50 assistance. The qualitative phase encompassed data reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. Results indicate that the model fits well with a Satorra-Bentler scaled Chi-square value of 189.190, a p-value coefficient of 0.070 (>0.05), root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) of 0.030 (<0.080), and comparative fit index (CFI)≥0.90, suggesting its acceptability. The assessment of teachers' professional management in enhancing education quality focuses on preparation, implementation, and evaluation, offering significant potential for improving senior high school teachers' quality. This research utilizes intellectual data analysis to deepen insights into educational dynamics by examining university professors' behavioral responses to education management amidst socioeconomic uncertainty. The study applied sophisticated regression and cluster analysis tools to sociological survey data, focusing on professors' attitudes toward distance education. The survey assessed perceptions of its advantages and disadvantages, aiming to uncover factors influencing professors' inclinations toward this mode of teaching. Results revealed six distinct behavioral "profiles" or clusters of professors, each with unique responses to distance education. These insights guide recommendations for educational policy priorities aimed at addressing weaknesses in education management. Key strategies proposed include forming databases of behavioral responses and employing algorithms for deep intellectual analysis. Such measures intend to align educational practices with the values, welfare needs, and communication preferences of the scholarly community, thereby enhancing their propensity for distance education. The study concludes that a higher level of academic engagement in distance education can be achieved by tailoring educational strategies to the specific needs and values of different professor groups. This article presents research and findings related to the Second Chance Schools - an innovative approach which is gaining strength and popularity in recent years but is almost unknown in Bulgaria. The documentary research, the analysis of interviews of the various actors and the online surveys during the project revealed a set of characteristics of Second Chance Schools common to most countries in Europe. The study reveals that in the countries where the SCS approach has been applied, early school leavers' rates are going down.

Over the past twenty years, higher education institutions (HEIs) including universities, polytechnics, and vocational education providers, have become major conduits for the teaching and dissemination of the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The Times Higher Education Impact rankings, other rankings schemes and external accreditation requirements also pressure HEIs to report their progress towards the SDGs periodically. For large HEIs, reporting requirements can equate to significant resource burdens, and these can be insurmountable. In this paper, we develop a novel approach to measuring SDG content in the course descriptions and learning outcomes of 5461 courses offered by a major Australian university. Our method utilises semantic matching, an AI-based technique that assesses similarities between key terms in the dataset (including course descriptions and course learning outcomes) and those in each SDG. Our results achieve a 75% fit to the data and show that Quality Education (SDG 4) and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17) are the most common SDGs covered at the case university and that these reflect course learning outcomes that focus on pedagogy. Where SDGs are more domain-specific, there is a much less consistent coverage across the university, and this is observable at the Faculty and School levels. This highlights that it is not possible or desirable to cover all SDG content in all educational offerings consistently. Our algorithm is a potential solution for larger HEIs that seek to capture and report the SDG contributions of their education offerings holistically using existing textual datasets, without the need for excessive resource investments. This research aims to test the dimensions of success in measuring leadership management and to find the factors that shape leadership in an excellent Islamic university (IU). Respondents totaled 422 participants from leaders and lecturers at six Islamic universities in Indonesia. partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis is used to test 8 dimensions, 35 constructs, and 17 hypotheses. Management leadership is determined by the dominant factor, namely job evaluation (IM4, λ=90.70%), and human resources (OR3, λ=74.40%) is the lowest factor. The ability of the structural model to explain the measurement of IU’s leadership management is 79.70%. Furthermore, the 17 hypotheses from 8 dimensions have a positive and significant influence. Measurable dimensions can be used to develop an effective management model to increase the performance and function of leadership. Through the results of this research, higher education management institutions can recommend study substances to comprehensively find out the leadership model to be applied by leaders so they are more skilled and expert in managing institutions in higher education. This study is a qualitative investigation of education policies and decision making during COVID-19 pandemic in five Middle East and North Africa Region (MENA) countries: Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, and Qatar. It aims at scrutinizing how these countries responded to the education disruption caused by the pandemic between February 2020 and July 2021 and how they managed the resulting turbulence. We also investigate the extent to which these decisions were equitable and innovative. Data were collected from Ministerial notes, media content, and international organizations reports about the situation of education in the region. Walt and Gilson’s (1994) policy analysis triangle and the Cynefin framework (Kurtz & Snowden, 2003) guided the objectives and the analysis of the data. Findings revealed that these countries muddled through the education policy at the beginning of the pandemic, centralized decision making, and faced difficulties to implement online and distance learning. In the second phase, most of these countries tried to save education, but were halted by structural challenges. Some differences were witnessed among these countries in how they have dealt with the evolving crisis. However, some similarities have also been noticed at the levels of context, process and actors. The decisions taken often lacked innovation and led to less equitable outcomes. This study aims to describe the enterprise architecture (EA) model in the management of Islamic institutions in Indonesia in the Industrial Era 5.0, which can be used as a reference for carrying out the activity process. This study was conducted using descriptive qualitative -- which provides data or documents in a complete, orderly, and gradual manner -- so as to be able to provide valid, reliable, authentic, and verifiable information. Program management in early childhood education (ECE) institutions is crucial in ensuring the quality of education provided to young children. This study aims to analyze and describe the management practices conducted by ECE institutions in managing their educational programs. A qualitative approach was employed to gather data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies at selected ECE institutions. The findings indicate that program management in ECE institutions includes program planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and development. Factors influencing the effectiveness of program management include educators' qualifications, material resources, and support from parents and the community. Recommendations are provided to improve management practices in ECE institutions to be more effective in delivering quality educational services. Program planning requires consideration of the needs and characteristics of early childhood, and ensuring that the educational program is aligned with the relevant curriculum. Implementation of the program involves using educational methods suitable for children's developmental stages, as well as effective management of human and physical resources. Monitoring is conducted regularly to ensure that the program operates according to the set plans and objectives. Program evaluation is carried out to assess the success of the program and to identify areas that need improvement. The results of the evaluation are then used as a foundation for future program modifications and improvements. This study also identifies several challenges in managing programs in early childhood education institutions, including limited resources, insufficient training for management staff, and lack of support from related parties. To overcome these challenges, collaboration between early childhood education institutions, the government, and the community is necessary to enhance program management in these institutions. A review of the materials of a comprehensive study of the factors of successful teaching activity during the period of reform and modernization of Russian education is presented. At a round table meeting dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of scientific heritage of the Department of Theory and Methods of Vocational Education, Samara National Research University (February 28, 2024), its results were discussed. Theoretical significance of the results for the development of pedagogical science is noted, the patterns of which serve as the basis for determining means of solving pressing problems for the development of modern education in Russia. The authors pay special attention to the practical significance of scientific materials containing evidence of the implementation of the developed didactic systems in educational institutions by participants in a comprehensive study.

This study aims to test the validity and reliability of instruments measuring the variable of innovation capacity in the management system of Islamic boarding school education institutions in Jambi City. This research method employed a cross-sectional survey design with a quantitative approach. The sample size for this study consisted of 162 teachers (Ustad/Ustadzah) in Islamic boarding school education institutions. Quantitative data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) using SPSS 23 and AMOS 18. The results of this study indicated that EFA identified five factor structures to construct the dimensions of Innovation Capacity (IC), namely Opportunity Exploration (OE), Idea Sustainability (IS), Idea Introduction (II), Idea Emergence (IE), and Idea Realization (IR). Meanwhile, these findings were verified and confirmed by CFA regarding the factorial validity analysis of the Innovation Capacity dimension from the EFA testing results. This study suggests that future innovation capacity instruments require further adjustment to enhance the level of reliability and the ability to explain differences related to the measured constructs within different contexts, cultures, and conditions.

The present article describes the main qualities and strategies of the school's Principal leadership in a school in the region of Ñuble, Chile. The analysis of the case study is carried out by using a qualitative methodology with an interpretative approach, by means of the conduction and analysis of 12 interviews and 1 focus group to different actors of the educational community. Based on the methodology proposed by the International Successful School Principalship Project (ISSPP), we address the challenges posed in the context of school management, the contributions of the school management team, the integration of students coming from different social and cultural backgrounds, and the raising of achievement levels in the school. The study concludes that the qualities and strategies that characterize the school leadership evidence a successful leadership, as demonstrated by the integration of the three types of leadership: transformational, distributed, and pedagogical. The aim of the research is to examine the knowledge and technology leadership competencies of education administrators, one of the 21st century skills, in terms of ISTE standards. In the research conducted as a qualitative case study, the opinions of school principals, assistant principals, branch managers and district national education directors were consulted. While the data obtained with the questionnaire form were analyzed using arithmetic mean and standard deviation techniques, descriptive analysis technique was used in the analysis of the data obtained using the semi-structured interview form. Education administrators evaluated themselves in line with 5 main objectives and 22 sub-targets, and it was understood that their information and communication technology competencies were high. Again, in their opinions on the 5 main indicators, they stated that the use of information and communication technologies in order to increase the quality of education has gained great importance in recent years. Fostering academic staff engagement through competency improvement stands together with the goals of sustainable development (in particular, sustainable development goal 4 - quality education). The current paper reflects the results of the piloting stage of the study among academic staff members representing Latvian higher education institutions. Participants were surveyed regarding the purpose of the study: to identify the attitude of academic staff to the need to regularly improve professional competence in changing conditions of the modern world and to determine a set of "cross-cutting skills" that need to be primarily improved. The obtained data serves as a basic prerequisite for an innovative competencies introduction policy in the Latvian HEIs and brings an original value to the research. The scientific problem of the article covers aspects of academic staff engagement in the innovative education process by enhancing its competencies. The novelty of the research is defined by the conclusions obtained during the pilot study survey analysis, aimed to analyse the survey's data regarding the academic staff's self-perceptions of their participation in the study process and their assumptions about how and which skills should be improved for teaching methods to become more innovative and teacher involvement in processes to increase. The research aims to determine the assumptions of the academic staff regarding the continuous improvement of academic staff competencies. The object of the research is an industry of higher education, the subject of the research - competencies improvement of the academic staff of Latvian higher education institutions. Research methods include descriptive statistics, literature review, and graphical visualization. The limitations of the research are related to its form - pilot study and the future research will include studies on fostering academic staff engagement in other countries of the region. Job satisfaction is a very crucial correlate for a teacher to stay in their current teaching assignment. This study looks into the significant factors of job satisfaction and intention to stay of teachers in a private school. In addition, the study also aims to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and intention to stay of private teachers. Using a complete enumeration process, 34 private teachers were interviewed and primary data were collected from them. Necessary statistical measures were employed to describe the data collected and the Chi-square test for association was used to determine the relationship between the factors of satisfaction and intention to stay. Results indicated that most of the private teachers are just moderately satisfied with their current job and about 55.88% of them are not willing to stay in their job. This implies that working in a private institution is challenging and does not have enough economic security. This Chi-square test revealed that job satisfaction of private teachers is influenced by their civil status (p-value=0.100) and employment status (p-value=0.100). Additionally, the factors that influence their willingness to stay are their age (p-value=0.100) and employment status (p-value=0.052). The study suggests that teachers must be given incentives and the right compensation to increase their satisfaction and intention to stay in a private school.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the school zoning system from a justice perspective. Through this research, we could understand how far social justice has been obtained during the zoning system's implementation and the future challenges. The research questions are: (1) Why did the government implement a zoning system? (2) How was the zoning system implemented? (3) How did school principals and history teachers respond to changes in student’s academic quality as a result of the application of the zoning system? The research was conducted qualitatively with a case study approach in the former residency area of Surakarta and the Special Province of Yogyakarta to answer the questions. The data was collected through document analysis, interviews, and observation. The results show that implementing the school zoning system in the New Students Admission was relatively successful in creating justice, especially in directing students to get schools based on their residence. The challenge occurred in the student's educational process. Principals and teachers lack understanding of the equity spirit that underlies the implementation of the school zoning system and gives equal treatment to all students. As a result, students with less prior academic ability will be left behind those with good or excellent prior academic skills. Further research that can be explored from the results of this study is to explore how the impact of the zoning system in other regions may have different results from the Surakarta and Yogyakarta regencies.

Objectives A scientific article entitled 'Integrated Approach to Education Management: Innovative Strategies and Methods in Combining Pedagogy and Management' discusses the complexity of educational management in the context of contemporary challenges. The authors examine how innovation can affect the effectiveness and efficiency of education systems. They pay attention to key aspects such as system adaptability, cultural diversity and technological support in teaching. Material and methods A variety of research methods were used in the article, including literature analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and case studies. The data set comes from a variety of sources, including official databases, a survey of teachers and students, and direct observation. The research methodology has been designed in such a way as to take into account both quantitative and qualitative aspects, which enables a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of education management. Results The results of the study indicate several key aspects of education management that have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the system. It has been identified that innovation in management is strongly associated with positive educational outcomes. It has also been noted that education systems that are more open to innovation have higher student performance and outcomes. Conclusions The article ends with a synthesis of the results and recommendations for practice and further research. It was emphasized that education management is a complex process that requires an integrated approach and taking into account many variables. It was also emphasized that innovation and effective management are key elements in achieving success in education.

Neural network innovation has become widely employed in many spheres of society, including education, due to the rapid growth of today's global technologies and science. Promoting and interpreting wealth creation as a fundamental aspect is necessary. Education must implement efficiency of the management creation and use novel technological and scientific resources to increase the level of management of teaching in this circumstance. The level of management over education systems may also be effectively increased, complementing the framework to manage students' academic development. An adequate learning idea, a specific instructional orientation, higher academic inspiration, joy of knowledge, and a readiness to study are the qualities intended to be established in the students. Initially, the student data are collected. Further, preprocessing has been achieved by using the normalization technique. Next, a convolutional neural network is proposed as a method for evaluating a student educational management system that takes into account dynamic student behavior during online learning. Moreover, statistical methods such as ANOVA and chi-square test are employed for further analysis. Finally, the performance of the system has been evaluated. The objectives of this work are to investigate the impact of automating the student assessment process using the Schoology web-based learning management system as an example and determine its effectiveness and usability by performing a comparative analysis between the survey results of educators and students. The research methodology is based on an exploratory survey using a data collection questionnaire composed of closed-ended questions. The respondents are 630 students and 159 faculty members from three Chinese higher education institutions. The data analysis enables the conclusion that the overall student and faculty satisfaction with Schoology is high (83.4% and 55%, respectively). The students and educators indicate that with the introduction of Schoology, learning and teaching became easier (82.5% and 53.4%, respectively). In line with this, the analysis of the effect of the automated performance assessment implementation on student academic performance find that learners are more prone to better learning outcomes after this system's launching. One effort that can be made to improve the quality of madrasa education is to implement strong madrasa education management. The aim of this research is to determine a strong madrasa education management strategy to improve the quality of education at MTSN 2 Malang City. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using literature study and observation. The collected data is then analyzed in three stages, namely reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that strong madrasa education management is an important step in improving the quality of madrasa education. This step is carried out by implementing a good work ethic and performance, so that it can fulfill the mandate of Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. Apart from that, education management strategies can be implemented through implementing Allah SWT's command to print 'ulul albab' and Rasulullah SAW's command "thalabul ilmi faidhatun ala kullu muslimin wal muslimat." Thus, education or tarbiyah is directed at producing good student graduates, who are based on morals and have the main benchmarks, namely the Koran and hadith, not just ethics and morals. The exploratory study featured four high schools and their personnel's conceptions of better instruction and school services for Aeta students. The researcher used open-ended questions to interview 42 public school personnel. Sharing their strengths, weaknesses, and experiences related to inclusiveness towards the Indigenous students, the teachers, administrators, and support service personnel hinted at their training needs revolving around competencies in producing investigative articles on the educational needs of the Aetas, collaborating with co-workers in synergistically servicing the indigenous, greater awareness of ethical protocol in engaging with the Indigenous in service provision contexts, reflecting more intensively on personal efficacy in teaching nonmainstream students, re-tooling given on cultural competence, knowing more of the culture and values of the Aetas, and championing more pro-actively the needs of the Indigenous, particularly in the educational and livelihood spheres of their life. Thematic analysis and interpretation brought to the fore the personnel's strong support for a curriculum that is specifically designed for the Aetas, support systems strengthened to empower the personnel further inclusiveness-wise, differentiated instruction facilitated with animation of Indigenous knowledge and learner centeredness, inclusiveness training for the personnel, inclusive community events, and counseling specifically for Aetas. With the emergence of short video and the development of mobile internet, short video software, such as TikTok and Kwai, has emerged. Based on the semantic understanding technology of teaching short videos, a teaching management platform was built to push healthy and positive short video for students' content in a targeted way. Taking the 21st grade students majoring in Chinese in Guizhou Normal University as an example, the authors discusses the effect of teaching management platform on college students. In this process, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) Among college students, the viewing rate of short videos has exceeded 95%, and short videos have become an indispensable entertainment for most college students. (2) Through short video semantic understanding technology and short video screening program, excellent short video can be effectively pushed to students. The judicial administration serves and supports the judiciary, and its role in the implementation of this specific manifestation of state power is very large. On the basis of Regulation No. 14 from 22 May 2019 on the acquisition of qualifications in the profession of “judicial officer”, issued by the Minister of Education and Science, professional classes in the specialty of “Judicial Administration” have been opened in many secondary schools throughout the country. This paper examines important aspects of secondary education management in Bulgaria. The scientific aim of the paper is to analyze some basic issues of educational preparation for the acquisition of secondary education in the profession of “judicial officer” in view of the relationship between secondary and higher education in the studying “Judicial Administration”. As a methodological basis of the research the following scientific methods are used: logical-grammatical, systematic, structural, analytical, formallegal method, method of generalization. Along with them in empirical plan we use a questionnaire survey with students of specialty “Judicial Administration”. Educational management is the combination of human and material resources that supervises, plans, and responsibly executes an educational system with outcomes and consequences. However, when seeking improvements in interprofessional education and collaborative practice through the management of health professions, educational modules face significant obstacles and challenges. The primary goal of this study was to analyse data collected from discussion sessions and feedback from respondents concerning interprofessional education (IPE) management modules. Thus, this study used an explanatory and descriptive design to obtain responses from the selected group via a self-administered questionnaire and semi-structured interviews, and the results were limited to averages, i.e., frequency distributions and summary statistics. The results of this study reflect the positive responses from both subgroups and strongly support the further implementation of IPE in various aspects and continuing to improve and develop it. Four different artificial intelligence (AI) techniques were used to model interprofessional education improvement through educational management, using 20 questions from the questionnaire as the variables (19 input variables and 1 output variable). The modelling performance of the nonlinear and linear models could reliably predict the output in both the calibration and validation phases when considering the four performance metrics. These models were shown to be reliable tools for evaluating and modelling interprofessional education through educational management. In the present research the typical triangle on formative research was extended to a double triangle for an overall career programme (here expander/ compressor) and funnel proposal was explored in a single course (as a "fractal" method). Array processing and ElectroEncephaloGram (EEG) techniques have been incorporated into a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) course and research projects. The present research question was: is it possible to insert array sensing on formative research in an undergraduate course of DSP? From over eight years, two semesters with different homework loads (homogeneous triangle vs expander-compressor-supplier distributions) were analysed in detail within the DSP evaluations and students chose between experimental applied analysis and a formative research project. Results showed that cognitive load was influenced positively in the expander-compressor-supplier distribution, showing that an increase of the efficiency undertook more undergraduate research on array processing and the decrease of the number of formative applied projects.
