Digital video watermarking is an efficient way of copyright protection. A robust watermarking was proposed that ccording to the video features using the evolutional method of video image classification processing, suitable for video performance and human visual characteristics of video watermarking, and put forward a kind of using Bees evolutional algorithm for video image classification processing of video watermarking algorithm. All the key frame numbers are converts to a binary matrix after data transformation. At last the binary image is produced. From this, the watermarking image reflects the video’s features, so it is effective to resist the watermark copy attack.

This paper according to the video features using the method of evolution of video image classification processing, suitable for video performance and human visual characteristics of video watermarking, and put forward a kind of using artificial swarm evolution algorithm for video image classification processing of video watermarking algorithm, improve the watermark performance.

In order to ascertain the karst development status under tunnel arch, take the appropriate engineering measures according to the different karst state and ensure the tunnel structure safety. Based on the difference electric properties of electromagnetic wave in the different media, for karst development features of large dam tunnel area, applying geological radar, the karst development status under the tunnel arch dam bottom was detected. Geophysical interpretation show the karst of the rock under arch dam bottom develops well and exist karst structure. The tunnel is not safe. In construction, engineering measures such as excavation and backfill are taken. The results show that: the geological radar is a good resolution for karst development situation; the engineering measures adopted are effective.

Based on the investigation and analysis of the causes of Dongchuan landslide, as well as on the stability analysis of Dongchuan landslide No. 1 and No. 2,it was presented by use of surface drainage, anchor pile, prestressed anchor cable lattice beam and other engineering measures on Dongchuan landslide to conduct comprehensive management. The deformations of treatment landslide were monitored and analyzed. The monitoring results show: the greatest deformation of the landslide is 8mm and the slope is a basically stable. Therefore, combined anchor piles, prestressed anchor cable lattice beam with drainage can well manage landslid

The algorithm applied to video watermark based on the property of the video is rare recently . This article brings the video property and HVS into the video watermark，gives an new algorithm， improve the capability of the watermark.

Embankment filling is a process step by step. The influences of its filling height changes on the stress and deformation can not be reflected in a load. However, in the actual construction, it leads to quality accident in embankment construction that filling usually doesn’t control the thickness according to the requirement of construction specification. In order to reveal the stress and strain law of about 72 m high rock-filled embankment during the construction, and provide a scientific reference to construction quality control of the embankment, according to the typical cross section of the Hurongxi highway, using two loading modes to simulate the embankment filling, the internal stress, strain and corresponding graphics of different control points of the embankment under the various loads were presented. The results of the two loading modes are analyzed and compared. It shows that the settlement, stress and construction quality control points of the embankment are different and larger under the different loading

The geological conditions of Tunnel are of complexity, variability and uncertainty,So it is a necessary guidance to accurately predict the specific type of adverse geological,the location and the size in front of the tunnel.This article take the Separate tunnel in Hebei province as the background, describes the basic working principles of the Ground Penetrating Radar System and the testing method in the tunnel geological prediction,uses the Ground Penetrating Radar needle to predict adverse geological disasters.and make specific explanation for the targeted radar images. The characteristics of Ground Penetrating Radar are that it does not affect the construction,it is nondestructive, fast and convenient, easy to operate.

By means of finite element method software simulation analysis, using strength reduction finite element method analyse factor of safety of embankments. Nowadays most finite element program is analyzed in the perfect elasto-plastic with the Mohr-Coulomb not equiangular hexagon circumcircle Drucker-Prager yield criterion, it have margin of error with not equiangular hexagon in π-plane, so we use Mohr-Coulomb equivalent area circle D-P yield criterion instead of it. Calculate conversion coefficient of two safety factor under different yield criterion. Using safety factor through finite element software by strength reduction multiply by conversion coefficient, get new safety factor. Through the example of high embankment of old road widened in Shanghai-Chengdu expressway Hejiaping cable section K2+ 710~890, validation of this method calculated the accuracy of the safety factor, the results show that the new factor of safety closer to the true value.

To reveal the stress-strain properties of Gangou high rockfill embankment with 71m high under seismic loads and provide the reference for its security evaluation and the seismic reinforcement design. By simplifying the high rockfill embankment as the plane problem, establishing two-dimensional finite element model, inputting EL Centro and applying seismic response spectrum method, the dynamic response of high rockfill embankment under seismic loads were simulated. The results show that: With the increase of embankment height, the dynamic response presents increasing tendency; The maximum displacement occurs on the right side of the embankment top, t1474he maximum acceleration appears at the middle of embankment slope. From the view of seismic design, the right side of the embankment top and the middle of embankment slope are the focus of seismic design.

polar PbTio3 ultrafine powders derived form Sol-Gel process is suspended in many liquid mediums by ultrasonic wave. In this paper, electric field-induced light transmission and scattering of PbTiO3 ultrafine powder suspension has been investigated. The effect of powder shapes, radius of powders, concentration of suspension and dispersion medium on light scattering and transmission is reported. The change of transmission light reaches 100, while for the scattering light reaches 30%. Electric field-induced change of refractive index of PbTiO3 powder suspensions has also been observed.
