Discrete element method has been widely used to design and optimize the orderly harvesting equipment for rape shoots. This study aims to improve the accuracy and reliability of discrete element parameters for the clamping section stems during rape shoot harvesting. The type of double low cabbage "Nongda No.1" rapeseed was used as the research object and then transplanted on the double row ridges. Some parameters were determined in the period of mechanized harvest, including the intrinsic, surface contact, and crushing mechanical parameters. The stacking and crushing models of simulation and calibration were established for the clamping section of stems using Hertz-Mindlin non-slip and Hertz-Mindlin with bonding model on the EDEM software. The parameters were gradually adjusted to approximate the simulation with the physical test values. The optimal model was obtained for the clamping section of stems after the stacking simulation and calibration. The contact parameters were also calibrated and optimized on the surface of the clamping section of stems. There were small relative errors in the rest angle between the simulation and physical test. The relative errors of the maximum axial compression force and the maximum bending force between the actual physical tests and simulation were taken as the targets to optimize the model. The calibrated parameters of surface contacts were applied to the bonding model. The calibration and optimization of the bonding parameters were then realized for the clamping section of stems. Finally, the calibrated parameters were verified using crushing simulation and mechanical tests of radial compression and shear, internal core and skin tension of the clamping section of stems, and orderly harvesting tests. The results showed that the diameters of the whole stem and the inner core of the mechanized harvestable-stage clamped stem were found to be 13.52 and 12.08 mm, respectively, with an epidermis thickness of 0.72 mm. The densities of the inner core and epidermis were 0.93 and 1.40 g/cm³, respectively. The collision recovery coefficients were 0.35, 0.30, and 0.27, respectively, for the epidermis-epidermis, epidermis-inner core, and inner core-inner core stem collisions. The collision recovery coefficients for the epidermis-soft PVC and inner core-soft PVC were 0.44 and 0.34, respectively. The average angle of repose was 34.95° for the clamped stem samples. The maximum axial tensile forces were 22.60 and 10.95 N, respectively, for the inner core and epidermis. The average maximum bending force and average deflection of the clamped stem were 31.30 N and 9.89 mm, respectively. The average maximum axial compressive force and average compression were 101.1 N and 2.70 mm, respectively. The average maximum radial compressive force and average compression were 46.50 N and 2.13 mm, respectively. The maximum shear force was 40.50 N. The static friction coefficient between the epidermis and soft PVC was found to be 0.548, while the dynamic friction coefficient was 0.449. The static friction coefficient between the epidermis and epidermis was 0.258, while the dynamic friction coefficient was 0.017. Significant parameters were obtained: the normal/tangential stiffness of inner core-inner core was 4.14×108 N/m, the tangential stiffness of epidermis-inner core was 1.16×1010 N/m, and the tangential stiffness of epidermis-epidermis was 3.01×109 N/m. The mechanical experiments were carried out on the radial compression and shear, as well as the tensile deformation of the inner core and epidermis. There were relative errors of less than 5% in the radial compression force and shear force between the simulation and actual test, as well as the tensile force between the inner core and epidermis. The "time-load" curve between the simulation and the actual test had a consistent overall trend, with a better linear relationship in the ascending stage. The authenticity and reliability of the contact and bonding parameters were further verified after calibration, indicating the correct and feasible model. At the same time, the actual clamping harvesting was carried out on the cropping, clamping cutting, and transportation operations. The general adaptability of the segment stem model was further verified after the clamping harvesting. There were relative errors of less than 7.0% in the low-, medium-, and high-speed gears between simulation and physical experiments, compared with the coupled RecurDyn-EDEMing simulation. It is feasible to apply the discrete element method to the ordered clamping harvesting in the period of mechanized suitable harvesting for the rape shoots. 目的 探究主动脉夹层(AD)患者术后血压波动性及其相关影响因素。方法 选取2021年4 月至2022年6月该院收治的82例 AD 手术患者, 采用心电监护仪监测患者住院期间的每小时血压情况, 以患 者住院期间的收缩压标准差评估其血压波动性, 并收集相关资料, 分析 AD 患者术后血压波动性及其相关影响 因素。结果 82例 AD手术患者的收缩压波动性为(11.73±1.18)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa), 血压波动 性较高。性别、年龄、饮酒史、吸烟史、入院首诊收缩压与 AD 患者术后血压波动性有关(P<0.05); 体重指数、 夹层分型、血压测量频次、血压持续测量时间与 AD患者术后血压波动性无关(P>0.05)。经线性回归分析显 示, 女性、年龄大于60岁、有饮酒史、吸烟史、入院首诊收缩压大于或等于140mm Hg是 AD 患者术后血压波 动性较高的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 AD 患者术后血压波动性较高, 这与患者为女性, 高龄, 有饮酒史、吸 烟史, 入院首诊收缩压较高等因素有关, 临床可据此采取措施来降低患者术后血压波动性。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

For a class of degenerate wave equation model in the moving boundary domain, the finite difference method is used to discretize it. The second-order central difference formula is used for the numerical discretization form in the time direction, the second-order central difference formula and the fourth-order difference scheme obtained by the undetermined coefficient method are used for the numerical discretization scheme in the space direction. The Taylor expansion formula is used to give the numerical calculation process at the first time layer and the fixed boundary. If the numerical discretization form in the spatial direction is the second-order central difference formula, the triangular grid and the corresponding numerical discretization form are used to deal with the moving boundary. If the numerical discretization scheme in the spatial direction is the fourth-order difference formula, the corresponding numerical discretization scheme are used to deal with the moving boundary. The numerical experimental results verify the effectiveness of the two numerical schemes in solving such problems, and the spatial fourth-order accuracy difference scheme is more accurate than the spatial second-order accuracy difference scheme. Keteleeria calcarea is a precious tree species in the mid-subtropical karst area, this species has a narrow distribution range and very few seedlings in wild populations, which severely limits the natural renewal of the population. In order to explore the causes for the endangerment of this species and provide reference for its protection and utilization, the cones and seeds morphological characteristics of K. calcarea were measured, and the effects of temperatures, light conditions, soil water contents, substrates, storage temperatures and time, and different geographical provenances on seed germination were studied. The results were as follows: (1) The average seed setting rate of K. calcarea cone was 7.45%±6.54%, the seed wing length was (2.27±0.32) cm, the average seed length was (1.55±0.15) cm (excluding seed wing), the average width was (0.62±0.05) cm, the average thickness was (0.46±0.04) cm, and the average 1 000-seed weight was (214.81±14.76) g, the average water content of dried seeds was 15.28%±1.66%. (2) The optimum temperature for seed germination was 25 ℃, and the germination rate decreased significantly at 20 ℃ and 30 ℃(P<0.05); Seed germination did not need light, but the germination rate under periodic light was significantly higher than that under continuous light and continuous darkness (P<0.05); The seeds could germinate under the conditions of 10%-30% soil water contents, and could withstand a certain degree of drought; Peat soil and perlite with loose texture and good air permeability were suitable for germination; The seeds were not resistant to storage and should be sown in time after collection; The seed germination rate of Sanjiang population in Gongcheng County of Guilin was the highest among the three geographical provenances. The seed setting rate of K. calcarea cone was low, the seed germination was strict with temperature, and the seed was easy to lose vigor, which may be an important reason for its endangerment. 【目的】探讨旋转恒定磁场(RPMF)治疗激素性股骨头坏死的疗效和病理机理。【方法】制备新西兰兔股骨头坏死动物模型,予旋转恒定磁场(铋铁硼永磁体以8Hz频率旋转、形成其上方20cm直径60cm的半球形磁场、表面强度在0.32～0.60T之间)处理4周和8周(A1、A2组),使用组织切片和X线片以及显微CT观察股骨头内部结构变化,同时监测其血液黏稠度、胆固醇、甘油三酯以及髋关节腔压力等的变化,和相应阳性假处理4周、8周组(B1组\B2组)、空白对照(C组)进行统计学分析和比较。【结果】经旋转恒定磁场(RPMF)处理后,动物模型的股骨头骨小梁形态结构显著改善,尤以显微CT表现明显,髋关节腔压力、血液流变学及血脂检测值改善具有显著统计学意义(PEta2A*B>Eta2B)。【结论】磁场可以针对股骨头坏死主要环节高脂血症、血液黏稠度增加、关节腔压力增高等发挥调节作用,有效治疗激素性股骨头坏死,尤其是早期病变;显微CT在诊断激素性股骨头坏死方面具有灵敏性和直观的优越性。
