提出了一种基于光学tamm态（OTS）的石墨烯光开关方案。在该方案中,利用在金属-分布式布拉格反射镜界面处产生的OTS,以及石墨烯的电控特性,通过改变外加电压来改变石墨烯的折射率,使OTS的本征波长发生漂移,光的反射率由最低点上升至高反射区,从而实现光开关的通断控制。利用有限元法和时域有限差分法对提出的光开关进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明,当入射波长为846.5nm时,可以实现光开关,其插入损耗为0.88dB,消光比约为12.7dB,响应时间约为1.36ps。该光开关具有插入损耗低和响应时间快的优势,在未来的光通信系统和光信息处理系统中具有很好的应用前景。

提出了一种基于双微环引起范诺共振效应实现超窄带滤波的微环谐振滤波器,通过泵浦波导和微加热装置使其同时具备有源和可调谐性能。通过耦合模理论,推导了该结构的透射率及超窄带带宽公式,并利用MATALAB软件模拟了在滤波器结构中注入增益对超窄带带宽和滤波器的透过率的影响,以及微环波导的热光效应对滤波器谐振波长的影响。仿真结果表明,在滤波器中注入增益能增大透过率,压缩滤波器的超窄带带宽,且微环波导的热光效应可使谐振波长发生红移或蓝移。

利用铁氧体材料磁导率随外加磁场强度变化的性质,提出了一种基于二维磁光子晶体的THz选路光开关和分束器。采用PWM（平面波展开法）和FDTD（有限差分时域）法进行了数值计算和仿真分析,结果表明,该选路光开关的插入损耗为0.017dB,消光比高达26.97dB,最大稳定时间约为25.3ps;分束器的附加损耗仅为0.07dB,且分光比几乎为1∶1。利用该结构实现的THz选路开关和分束器,在未来的集成光路中具有很好的应用前景。

为了观察脉冲在时域上是否产生调制现象,从而判断其频谱情况,利用非线性晶体中的OPA（光学参量放大）效应,提出了一种OPA-FROG（基于光参量放大的频率分辨光学开关）法光学任意波形测量方案,该方案结构简单,易于实现。在MATLAB环境下利用PCGP（主元素广义投影）算法对测量波形进行恢复,结果表明,该方案能够准确地测量光学任意波形的幅度和相位。利用门脉冲选通过程含有增益放大的特点,可以实现对微弱信号的测量。

【目的】探讨上调pellino-1在Kupffer细胞（KC）内毒素耐受时对肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子3（TRAF3）泛素化、 促分裂原活化蛋白激酶（MAPK）信号通路及下游细胞因子分泌情况的影响。【方法】分离、培养 C57BL/6 小鼠 KC，随机分 为2组：①空载对照组：转染空载质粒48 h后，先给予小剂量LPS（10 ng/mL）刺激24 h，再给予大剂量LPS（300 ng/mL）刺激。 ②过表达组：过表达pellino-1慢病毒转染48 h后，先给予小剂量LPS（10 ng/mL）刺激24 h，再给予大剂量LPS（300 ng/mL）刺 激。两组分别于处理后0、5、10、30、60 min收获细胞，蛋白质免疫印迹试验（Western blot）检测pellino-1、K48泛素化（K48 ubiquitin，K48-Ub）、TRAF3、JNK 、p-JNK、p38、p-p38蛋白水平表达变化；酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测细胞培养上清液中 IL-1β、TNF-α及IL-10的分泌情况。【结果】与空载对照组相比，过表达组pellino-1蛋白表达量在各个时间点均明显升高； K48-Ub水平明显升高；TRAF3蛋白表达量明显降低；JNK、p38蛋白表达量没有明显变化，但p-JNK及p-p38蛋白表达量显 著升高；过表达组细胞上清中IL-1β及TNF-α的量明显升高（P < 0.05），而IL-10的量则明显降低（P < 0.05）。【结论】过表达 pellino-1可促进TRAF3蛋白K-48泛素化降解，导致TRAF3蛋白表达量降低，激活下游的MAPK信号，从而抑制内毒素耐受 的形成。

为进一步拓展微波光子滤波器的FSR（自由谱范围）和提高滤波器的Q值,进行了IIR（无限冲激响应）滤波器分别与FIR（有限冲激响应）滤波器和IIR滤波器级联的研究。分析了两种级联结构的滤波特性并给出了相应的传输函数。IIR滤波器与FIR滤波器级联后的FSR与Q值是IIR滤波器的2n倍;IIR滤波器与IIR滤波器级联后的FSR是各个IIR滤波器的FSR的最小公倍数。用Matlab软件仿真验证了两种级联结构的频率响应特性,实验验证了IIR滤波器与IIR滤波器的级联特性。IIR滤波器与IIR滤波器的级联有望实现宽频率范围内的单通带滤波器。

In view of the problem of rapid estimation of capacity attenuation after multiple charge and discharge cycles of LIB(lithium-ion battery), a new method based on the capacity attenuation model of lithium-ion battery is proposed to rapidly estimate its internal capacity attenuation using the external expansion displacement of the battery. Based on the capacity attenuation model of LIB, the radial irreversible expansion model is derived, and the cylindrical LIB Sanyo UR18650E is modeled and solved by COMSOL Multiphysics, and the numerical results are compared with the experimental data, so as to verify the proposed model. Based on the above model, the causes of capacity attenuation and irreversible expansion of battery due to side reactions during the charge-discharge cycle are analyzed. The results show that the change of side reaction rate causes the gradient distribution of the concentration of side reaction products in the negative electrode, and the accumulation of side reaction products causes the expansion displacement of the battery to increase linearly with the cycle. The function formula of the cell capacity attenuation and its radial displacement is obtained by using the side reaction product as a bridge, which provides a new method for the rapid estimation of the capacity attenuation. In order to deeply understand the multi-physical field coupling behavior inside the LIB(Lithium-Ion Battery) and better provide reference for the manufacturing and optimization design of the LIB, a more physically realistic coupled ETM(Electrochemical-Thermal-Mechanical) model of the LIB is established and solved in the finite element simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics by means of numerical simulation in the present study. The model takes into account the stress generation in both electrode and particle scales during battery operation, which solves the problem of difficult calculation of stress at the electrode level in previous models, and better correlates the relationship between stress and electrochemistry by considering the correction of stress on lithium diffusion and overpotential. Based on this model, the effect of different positive electrode particle sizes on the battery performance is discussed in the study. The numerical results show that the performance index of each physical field during the discharge of LIB is better and the energy density of the battery is improved when the positive electrode particle size is small, which proves that the use of smaller positive electrode particle size can improve the performance of LIB. To address the internal and external disturbances in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) such as modeling errors and sudden load variation, a load estimation-based composite Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) approach is proposed for PMSM speed regulation. ADRC is adopted to replace the PI controller in the speed loop to improve the performance of control system and solve the contradiction between system rapidity and overshooting. A load torque observer is designed to correct the slow response of ESO to sudden load variation by directly estimating and compensating the load torque in real time via speed and current signals. Additionally, a semi-physical experimental platform of composite ADRC for speed regulation is constructed in Matlab/Simulink environment, and the proposed composite ADRC is compared with traditional PI control and linear ADRC. The results illustrate that the proposed approach outperforms conventional controller by reducing the speed variation by more than 30% under abrupt load variation, and has superior disturbance rejection ability and speed regulation performance. [Objectives] In response to the problems of unstable walking and low production efficiency of the golden chrysanthemum picking robot caused by the complex field operating environment, this paper designed an autonomous navigation system for the chrysanthemum picking robot based on LiDAR multi-dimensional point cloud optimization to achieve precise operation and efficient production of the robot in farmland. [Methods] The tracked chassis was equipped with a Velodyne 16-line LiDAR which was used to obtain 3D point cloud information in the field and coordinate correction and voxel filtering preprocessing were performed on it. A multidimensional point cloud optimization algorithm was proposed, which could adaptively obtain effective point cloud features under different coordinate axes on the characteristics of the golden chrysanthemum plant, and obtain ridge lines on both sides. The final navigation baseline was obtained using the least squares method to fit ridge lines, which was tracked by using an improved pure tracking control algorithm. [Results] Through simulation experiments on the Stanley control algorithm and the improved pure tracking control algorithm, the improved pure tracking algorithm showed more efficient tracking performance. A field experiment was conducted using the golden chrysanthemum harvesting robot at the Hushu Chrysanthemum Garden in Nanjing. The experimental results showed that the autonomous navigation algorithm based on LiDAR multi-dimensional point cloud optimization had a lateral average absolute error of 0.047 4 m, a standard deviation of 0.030 6 m, an extreme absolute position deviation of 0.078 9 m, a heading average absolute error of 2.177°, and a standard deviation of 2.589°, the lateral average absolute error was reduced by 67.13% and the degree of dispersion was reduced by 48.34%. [Conclusions] The LiDAR multi-dimensional point cloud optimization algorithm and improved pure tracking algorithm proposed in this article can effectively improve navigation accuracy, improve system anti-interference, and achieve good navigation results, thereby ensuring the precise operation of the golden chrysanthemum picking robot.
