针对雾计算网络架构中的内容下载场景,提出了基于流行度与社交关系的流量卸载策略。首先结合内容流行度的分布情况,基于用户之间的社交信任与社交互惠模型确定出内容中继用户,然后利用终端直通技术实现用户之间的内容共享,从而有效减小任务请求用户的下载时延,缓解雾计算网络的负载。利用排队论模型对所提策略中的能耗和时延性能进行了分析,仿真结果表明,该方案可以有效降低能耗和时延,同时提高了用户体验和系统性能。

The anchoring force of the split‑set is affected by factors such as hole diameter difference and rock mass conditions, resulting in large fluctuations of the output anchoring force. The self‑swelling split‑set can improve the anchoring performance of the conventional split‑set, and increase the load capacity and energy absorption capacity of the anchor. In this paper, the intelligent rockbolt pull‑out test system is used to study the influence of different installation angles and roll lengths on the mechanical properties of self‑swelling split‑set under two extreme conditions：broken soft rock and intact hard rock. The results show that the anchoring force of the bolt is linearly and positively correlated with the length of the roll. The higher the strength of the surrounding rock, the faster the growth rate of the anchoring force. Under the same working condition, the anchoring force of the anchor is positively related to the installation angle, with the maximum anchoring force achieved when installed vertically. The lower the surrounding rock strength is, the greater the influence of the installation angle on the anchoring force is. Compared with conventional split‑set, the self‑swelling split‑set can increase the anchoring force by 1. 88 times and 3. 15 times, and the energy absorption capacity by 143. 7% and 259. 6% under two extreme conditions, significantly improving the anchoring effect on the basis of sliding deformation. Objective: In this study, we aimed to observe the expression of ADAR1 in gastric cancer patients and to determine the role of ADAR1 and underlying the potential clinical significance of ADAR1 in gastric cancer. Methods: Through the GEPIA database,we found differences in the expression of ADAR1 at the m RNA level between gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue samples. In the gastric cancer and paired tissues of 170 gastric cancer patients collected at Xijing Hospital, we verified this difference through immunohistochemistry and analyzed the relationship between the expression of ADAR1 and pathological features. Through the Kaplan-Meier Plotter platform and the TCGA database, we analyzed the impact of ADAR1 expression on the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.Results: ADAR1 was abnormally high expressed in gastric cancer. Moreover, the results showed that the high expression of ADAR1 was related to histological differentiation of gastric cancer(P=0.044) . Gender(HR=2.082 95 % CI=1.160-3.736, P=0.014), and lymph node enlargement(HR=1.582, 95 % CI=1.003-2.496, P=0.049), which were independent risk factors affecting the overall survival of gastric cancer patients. We also found that the expression of ADAR1 was positively correlated with tumor mutation burden(TMB) (P=0.002),indicating potential value in assessing the immunotherapeutic value of gastric cancer patients. In addition, patients with high expression of ADAR1 had a shorter overall survival and poor prognosis. Objective:To explore and analysis the efficacy of early fluid resuscitation and intervention of protein plasma products in severe pancreatitis. Methods: From July 2018 to April 2021, 94 cases of patients with severe pancreatitis were selected to be diagnosed and treated in this hospital. All the cases were divided into the study group and control group with 47 cases each groups accorded to the random number 1:1 grouping method. The control group were given conventional early fluid resuscitation treatment, and the study group were given protein plasma product treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group. All patients were treated and observed for 5 days. Compared and recorded the changes in the prognosis of the two groups of patients. Results: The incidence of complications and mechanical ventilation in study group was different with control group(P<0.05); The blood lactate value of the two treatment groups after treament were lower than before treatment, and the lactate clearance rate were higher than before treatment, the difference between the study group and the control group were also significance (P<0.05); The SOFA score and APACHE Ⅱ score after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); The levels of platelets and hemoglobin after treatment in the group were lower than before treatment, and the levels of the study group were different with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of early fluid resuscitation combined with protein plasma product intervention in severe pancreatitis can improve the patient's condition and blood lactic acid status, help the platelet and hemoglobin levels to return to normal, thereby reducing the incidence of complications and mechanical ventilation in patients. Based on the traditional three degree of freedom (DOF) planar parallel mechanism, a novel reconfigurable 3-DOF planar parallel mechanism is proposed. Firstly, based on the theory and method of topology design of the parallel mechanism position and orientation characteristic (POC). The switch between the 3-revolute-joint, prismatic-joint, revolute-joint (3-RPR) and 3-revolute-joint, revolute-joint, revolute-joint (3-RRR) planar parallel mechanisms is realized through a reconfigurable branch chain. Then, taking 3-RRR configuration as an example, the important topological indexes of the mechanism, such as POC, DOF and coupling degree, are analyzed. Based on the structural characteristics and geometric constraints of the mechanism, the inverse kinematics model is derived by using the closed vector method. Finally, the position workspace of the mechanism is analyzed based on the geometric constraint method of the branched chain and the inverse solution model respectively. Objective: To analysis the correlation of Ki-67, TOPK expression of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) with prognosis. Methods: 90 TNBC patients admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2016 were collected as research objects, the expression of Ki-67 and TOPK in tumor tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method, the correlation of Ki-67 and TOPK expression with pathological characteristics were analysed, the survival analysis were analyzed by Cox proportional hazards regression model rognosis, the independent risk factors for prognosis were analysed. Results: In terms of treatment, 91.11 % (82/90) of patients received ≥ 4 cycles of NACT, 84.44 % (76/90) of patients received surgery, and post-operative pCR was 22.22 % (20/90) and ORR was 75.56 % (68/90). During the 5-year follow-up, 8 of the 90 patients died (6 died of TNBC and 2 died of other causes), and 2 were lost to follow-up. The positive expression rates of Ki-67 and TOPK were decreased after NACT(P＜0.05). There were significant differences between the positive and negative expression of KI-67 and TOPK in different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis (P＜0.05). The progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) of patients with Ki-67 and TOPK positive expression was shorter than negative expression (P＜0.05). The prognosis of TNBC patients were independently associated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, positive expression of Ki-67 and TOPK (P＜0.05). Conclusions: The expression of Ki-67 and TOPK in tissues was closely correlated with pathological characteristics and prognosis, which were independent risk fators for prognosis. In this paper, by constructing an AC-DC coupled electrode structure, a large area of glow discharge was formed and air purification research was carried out. Firstly, the electric field distribution characteristics of the carbon fiber helical electrode were studied, and the possibility of non-uniform electric field to generate atmospheric pressure air glow discharge was analyzed. Secondly, the AC-DC coupling discharge mode between the carbon fiber spiral electrode and the mesh electrode was proposed, and the effect of applying DC voltages of different polarities to the mesh electrode on the electric field distribution was analyzed. The results showed that when a positive DC voltage was applied to the mesh electrode, seed electrons were generated by the carbon fiber spiral electrode discharge, and a diffuse glow discharge can be formed within a 5 mm gap. Finally, the air purification device made was used to reduce the concentration of pollutants such as formaldehyde, TVOC and fine particulate matter, to a level below the national standard with-in 60 minutes. The contact erosion damage of dam culvert is one of the most common dangerous conditions in dam engineering, which has the characteristics of difficult to detect, sudden damage and great harm. In order to realize the effective detection of the joint part of dam culvert and soil, the time-lapse 3D high density resistivity method was used to detect and judge the contact leakage. Based on the discussion of forward modeling, inversion theory and observation device types of time-lapse 3D high-density resistivity method, combined with the practical application of engineering, the continuous 3D resistivity detection test before and after water injection was carried out, and the resistivity reflection coefficient R was introduced to analyze the development and change law of the resistivity change at the junction in different times before and after water injection. The test results show that there is a good corresponding relationship between the low-resistivity abnormal response and the loose and non-dense area of the joint, which can realize the effective detection of the contact leakage of the joint. The ecological footprint model of water resources was used to study the environmental carrying capacity of water resources in 115 cities in nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2018 and the spatial and temporal characteristics of water resources in nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin were discussed. The results show that the per capita ecological footprint of water resources in the nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin is generally higher in the west and lower in the south. Only 28.7% of the cities in nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin are in the state of ecological surplus of water resources. The water resources carrying capacity in the south of nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin is high and the water resources carrying capacity in the east of Hu Huanyong line is similar to that in the west of Hu Huanyong line. The utilization rate of water resources in each city in nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin has been increasing over the years. The average water resources pressure in the nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin is increasing year by year. In general, the serious shortage of water resources and the uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources are the important factors restricting the high-quality development of the nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin.
