通过固体火箭发动机地面热试车实验获得烧蚀后的钼镧喷管试样，对比分析了烧蚀前后试样的金相组织，在常温和1000 ℃条件下进行了钼镧材料的力学性能实验。结果表明：对于工作时间2.1 s的固体火箭发动机中搭载使用的钼镧喷管，内型面形状完整，尺寸无明显变化，抗烧蚀性能表现良好；烧蚀前后金相组织对比显示晶粒发生再结晶，特别是喷口及喷管中部工作温度高的位置，形貌变化明显，由细长的纤维状变为等轴晶趋势。镧的氧化物粒子对钼起到了韧化作用，合金试样1000 ℃高温和常温下断口出现颈缩和韧窝，高温下韧窝深浅差异更大，抗拉强度和伸长率有所下降。

DNA from host cells can be presented in the animal-derived medical devices. There is a possibility for the residual DNA to transmit an activated oncogene or infectious agents to product recipients, and leading to possible oncogenic or infective events as well. The precondition of medical devices quality control is risk analysis-based safety studies, in which characterization of residual DNA is an essential requirement for quality control of animal-derived medical devices and is critical to product safety. The research progress on the characterization, potential hazards and quality control of residual DNA in animal-derived medical devices were systematically summarized and analyzed. It was important to minimize the risk of residual DNA by improving the process optimization, which will promote the research, development and production of animal-derived medical devices. Objective To explore the proportion of regulatory T cells (Tregs) in colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues and the expression of Foxp3, interleukin 10 (IL-10), and transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1 ), and to analyze the relationships between the proportion of Tregs and the clinicopathological parameters of CRC. Methods Twenty-four CRC tissues and 24 normal colon tissues were selected from surgical resection. Flow cytometry was used to detect the proportion of Tregs, and real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression levels of Foxp3, IL-10 and TGF-β1 mRNA in these two groups. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationships between the proportion of Tregs and the clinicopathological parameters of CRC. Results Compared with the normal colon tissues, the proportion of Tregs in CRC tissues increased (P<0. 05) . Compared with the normal colon tissues, the relative expression of Foxp3, IL-10 and TGF-β1 mRNA in CRC tissue increased (all P<0. 05) . Tregs proportion was correlated with the stage of CRC (P<0. 05) . Conclusions The proportion of Tregs in CRC tissues increased, and the expression of Foxp3, IL-10 and TGF-β1 increased. When a single event upset occurred in the data flow - driven computation channel，it produces erro-neous results or even the computational channel will not function properly. For this reason，this study proposed a dual -mode redundant fault - tolerant scheme based on address rewinding technology，which used double computing channel comparison to detect whether the error occurs. The address rewinding technique was used to restore the address information and drive the original data to be recalculated. A specific optimized rewind on the correlation data stream calculations was also performed in the study. Based on the data stream driven operator，the scheme was implemented .The experimental results showed that the scheme achieved a reliability rate of over 99%，the area cost was only 76% of the three - mode redundancy，and the time overhead was up to 50% compared witli the dual - mode redundancy， indicating the scheme successfully achieved a balance bet"ween area and time consumption. Objective: To explore the predictive value of serum β-HCG, hsCRP and C’RP levels on intrauterine infection of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods: 61 patients with fetal membrane who were treated in our hospital front August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the study group and another 55 cases who had taken the cesarean section at the same tune in our hospital were chosen to be the control group. Then the serum levels of β-HCG, hsCRP and C’RP in the two groups were detected and compared, and the sensitivity and specificity of β-HCG, hsCRJP and C'RP on the diagnosis of intrauterine infection were analyzed. Results: The intrauterine infection rate in the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum levels of β-HC'G. hsCRP and CRP in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum levels of β-HCG, hsCRP and CRP of patients with severe intrauterine infection were significantly higher than those of the moderate intrauterine infection and the slight intrauterine infection, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05): The serum levels of β-HCG. hsCRP and CRP in patients with moderate intrauterine infection were higher than those of the slight intrauterine infection, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05): The sensitivity and specificity of the combination detection of serum β-HCG. hsCRP and CRP levels were significantly higher than that of the single index detection (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination detection of serum levels of β-HCG. hsCRP and CRP has high sensitivity and specificity on the prediction of the intrauterine infection of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Objective To make a dynamic evaluation of the immunotoxicology caused by heterogeneous bone implantation and reveal its immunological mechanisms. Methods Heterogeneous bone was provided by Guangdong Grandhope Biotech Co., Ltd. Immunology of Balb/c mice by blood biochemical analysis, ELISA and flow cytometry after the test of lymphocyte transformation in vitro. We dynamically monitored the immunological changes Balb/c mice after 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks of muscle implantation to evaluate the immunological effect of the heterogeneous bone on the body. Results Our experiments showed that the heterogeneous bone did not cause immune stimulation of lymphocytes in vitro, and there were no differences between implantation of heterogeneous bone and the sham operation in the levels of C3, IgG, IgM, inflammatory factors (TNF-α and IL-6) in serum and ALP in implantation site. Moreover, heterogeneous bone implantation did not affect the proportion or activation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and lymphocytes in the lymph node. Conclusion The heterogeneous bone cannot mediate immunotoxicology in vivo, which may provide experimental data and theoretical basis for clinical application of heterogeneous bone.
