En aquest projecte es realitza la definició estructural i funcional del futur Espai Jove de Vilanova i la Geltrú a partir d’un avantprojecte del 2008 el qual necessita ser modificat i, pràcticament, realitzar des de zero, respectant la visió de l’arquitecte i les distribucions requerides per l’Ajuntament i les entitats juvenils vilanovines. Entenem Espai Jove com a un indret de reunió i organització per a joves i entitats juvenils, on poden realitzar-se concerts, exposicions, tallers i esdeveniments diversos, però no per això ha d’estar lligat de manera exclusiva al jovent. A causa del gran deute de la ciutat i amb l’agreujant del COVID-19, s’ha proposat en el projecte realitzar la construcció d’aquest per fases, al mateix temps que, un cop acabada la primera fase, es pugui començar a utilitzar l’equipament al mateix temps que aquest queda parat fins a nou avís de construcció per a una futura inversió de l’Ajuntament. Per tant, seguint aquest criteri, la definició estructural es troba dividida en aquestes fases de construcció. L’estructura de l’edifici ha estat realitzada amb Cype 3D i, seguint la premissa anterior de respectar la visió de l’arquitecte, s’ha acabat amb cobertes totalment planes, per tant, s’ha dissenyat una estructura per a poder-ho fer així. Finalment, aquesta estructura ha estat dimensionada i calculada amb Cype, afegint-hi totes les càrregues pròpies de l’estructura, sobrecàrregues de vent, neu i d’ús i les càrregues pròpies de la proposta de valor que s’exposa en el projecte. En relació a això, les propostes de valor són diverses i se centren en la sala principal de l’edifici. En primer lloc, s’ha prioritzat donar polivalència a aquesta sala, ja que si tenim en compte que es podrà realitzar per fases i la primera seria la de la sala principal, aquesta podrà ser que es trobi sola durant gran part de la vida útil de l’edifici. Per tant, la primera proposta ha estat sectoritzar la sala a partir de parets corredores, les quals es troben en el càlcul estructural. Seguidament, la instal·lació d’un fals sostre que doni suport a tres estructures metàl·liques que seran el suport per els equips de música, so i il·luminació tindrà un sistema de polispast el qual permetrà pujar i baixar aquestes estructures de forma independent, donant així una gran llibertat estètica a la sala, facilitant el manteniment dels equips i podent reutilitzar aquests en altres esdeveniments de la ciutat. Per a poder aïllar les seccions de la sala un cop sectoritzada s’ha escollit un tipus en concret de tela acústica que també serà abatible en cas de desitjar-ho. S’ha aconseguit realitzar una estructura plana que suporta totes les càrregues i que té un espai molt elevat entre pilars. El càlcul de totes les barres ha estat satisfactori tot i afegint les càrregues de les propostes de valor. A part, l’afegit de fer-ho per fases ha estat una gran aportació que podria solucionar la necessitat latent que té el jovent vilanoví fins i tot en temps de crisi com l’actual. In this project the structural and functional definition of the future Espai Jove de Vilanova i la Geltrú is made from a preliminary project of 2008 which needs to be modified and, practically, to realize from zero, respecting the vision of the architect and the distributions required by the City Hall and the Vilanova youth organizations. We understand Espai Jove as a meeting place and organization for young people and youth organizations, where concerts, exhibitions, workshops and various events can be held, but this should not be linked exclusively to young people. Due to the great debt of the city and with the aggravating factor of the COVID-19, it has been proposed in the project to carry out its construction in phases, at the same time that, once the first phase has been completed, it can begin to use the equipment at the same time as it is stopped until further notice of construction for a future investment by the City Hall. Therefore, following this criterion, the structural definition is divided into these construction phases. The structure of the building has been made with Cype 3D and, following the previous premise of respecting the architect's vision, it has been finished with completely flat roofs, therefore, a structure has been designed to be able to do it that way. Finally, this structure has been dimensioned and calculated with Cype, adding all the loads of the structure, wind, snow and use overloads and the loads of the value proposition set out in the project. In this regard, the value propositions are diverse and focus on the main room of the building. First of all, it has been prioritized to give versatility to this room, since if we take into account that it can be done in phases and the first would be that of the main room, it may be that it is alone for much of its useful life. of the building. Therefore, the first proposal has been to sectorize the room from corridor walls, which are in the structural calculation. Then, the installation of a false ceiling that supports three metal structures that will be the support for the equipment of music, sound and lighting will have a system of hoist which will allow to raise and lower these structures of form independent, thus giving a great aesthetic freedom to the room, facilitating the maintenance of the equipment and being able to reuse these in other events of the city. In order to be able to isolate the sections of the room once they have been sectored, a specific type of acoustic fabric has been chosen, which will also be foldable if desired. A flat structure that supports all loads and has a very high space between pillars has been made. The calculation of all bars has been satisfactory while adding loads of value propositions. Apart from that, the addition of doing it in phases has been a great contribution that could solve the latent need that the young people of Vilanova have, even in times of crisis like the current one.

The smart home technology is one of the most growing technologies in the world of Internet of Things and technology generally. Home Assistant is popular platform for smart home conception and here it is developed on the Raspberry Pi computer. The system implements device tracking of two smart devices showing them on the map, CPU temperature with implemented command sensor for temperature and various data of the integrated mobile device iPhone. Except the platform's possibilities, very important is the system of the authentication and the managing of the registered devices.

In the present article we consider the phenomenological conception of judgement and negation in relation to the origin of scientific objectivation. Basing on the later works of Edmund Husserl and on earlier as well as fundamental-ontological period of Martin Heidegger’s thought, analysis of onto-logical status and cognitive value of negative judgements is undertaken. Thus, our investigation addressing the issue of logic as Wissenschaftlehre, goes on to consider the question of the necessary modalization of judgement as manifestation of the scientist’s critical attitude to the world. We set forth the topicalization of judgement in traditional logic understood as the science of science. Through pointing out the intentionality of judgemental activity, we carry out a problematization of negative judgements. At first, our research addresses Heidegger’s fundamental ontology for the clarification of the relation between negation and Nothing, as well as the thesis of ontological difference and the existentials of anxiety (Angst) and being-in-the-world (In-der-Welt-Sein). Attention is also paid to the early academic work of the German thinker where the hermeneutics of negation reaches the originally bimodal character of the copula. After that, this sense-investigation continues within the framework of Husserl’s genetic phenomenology, according to which the origin of judgement in the form “S is not P” is shown to lie in the reality of experience. Both the secondary intentional character of negation and the fundamentality of the normal perception and, consequently, of affirmation is proved. We demonstrate the impossibility of finding out the pre-predicative root for double negation and the proximity of the potential conclusions to the non-classic intuitionist logic. Finally, we make an attempt to explicate the results in the given context of the philosophical foundations of scientific knowledge., В предлагаемой статье рассматривается феноменологическая концепция суждения и отрицания в связи с происхождением научной объективации. На основе поздних работ Э. Гуссерля, а также раннего и фундаментально-онтологического периода мысли М. Хайдеггера проводится анализ логического и бытийного статуса негативных суждений, в том числе и их когнитивной значимости. Так, наше осмысление, затрагивая проблему логики, понятой в качестве наукоучения, обращается к вопросу необходимой модализации суждения как проявления критического отношения ученого к миру. Нами излагается изначальная тематизация суждения в традиционной логике как науке науки. Посредством указания на интенциональность суждения мы совершаем проблематизацию суждения отрицания. В первую очередь наше исследование апеллирует к проекту онтологии Хайдеггера для объяснения связи между отрицанием и Ничто, а также тезисом онтологической дифференции и экзистенциалами ужаса (Angst) и бытия-в-мире (In-der-Welt-Sein). Внимание уделяется также ранней академической работе немецкого мыслителя, где герменевтика отрицательного суждения касается принципиально бимодального характера копулы. Далее наше смысловое исследование проходит в рамках генетической феноменологии Э. Гуссерля, в соответствии с которой показывается происхождение суждения по форме «S не есть P» в опытной действительности. Обосновывается как надстроенный «интенциональный характер» негации, так и первичность нормального восприятия и, следовательно, утвердительного суждения. Мы доказываем невозможность нахождения до-предикативного истока двойного отрицания и близость потенциальных выводов неклассической интуитивистской логике. Наконец, нами предпринимается попытка экспликации полученных результатов в заданном контексте философских оснований научного знания.

Nature of a legal person is exhausted by a transformation of exclusively individual properties of a natural person. A legal person is not able to create a new fiction individually. A transformation of an individuality of a legal person leads to a creation of solely known fiction – another legal person. This way, having a certain level of individuality, a legal person realizes his/her will of a founder. It is deprived of a personal natural will and consciousness, which might be transformed into a «body» of a principally new, different from a legal person, subject of the right An association of legal persons leads to a creation of a new legal person. Its functioning in a civilian circulation is realized through known legal organizational forms of corporations. In a result of association of legal persons, there won’t be a deformation of neither organizational structure nor of a structure of a legal person which is in the process of creation. Such an association of legal persons, according to the grounds of its appearance, receives a statutory form of preservation. From another side, the consolidation process of legal may not be accompanied by a creation of a legal person. Such a consolidation of legal persons is exercised on the base of a contractual construction of a simple partnership (another common activity). Correspondent associations don’t have a status of a legal person, they are not invested by a separate property, but being a structure of a system management, they receive full powers for control of respecting the association’s corporate interests. The difference of a stated from the first version consists in a degree of self-sufficiency of participants as well as regarding a legal result of such an association. In a result of the integration process implementation, relations are established between its participants, that is, a certain corporate structure is formed, which we call integrated. A model for organization of legal relations between legal persons in their group is a concern, consortium, association, union etc. Such models are a means of legal technology, which confirm the complex of relations between the participants of a corresponding group. The indicated models are not a legal person. According to a legal nature of relations inside the group, a legal bound appears, the form of which is an agreement of common activity, as specified above.

С конца декабря 2019 года из-за начала пандемии COVID-19 наступил серьезный кризис в области здравоохранения во всем мире. В связи с этим крайне важно предоставлять информацию об эпидемии всем людям. Многие правительства и организации запустили чат-ботов для информирования населения о COVID-19. Однако эти чат-боты ограничены, так как основаны на правилах, и понимают ограниченный набор вопросов, введенных пользователем. Таким образом, создание чат-бота на основе машинного обучения для информации о коронавирусе представляет собой актуальную задачу. Целью исследования является разработка чат-бота для поиска информации про коронавирусную инфекцию COVID-19. Описан метод проектирования и разработка чат-бота на фреймворке RASA, а также испытания разработанного прототипа. Созданы три модели чат-бота: базовая модель (B), базовая модель с синонимами (BS), базовая модель с синонимами и шумами (BSS). Проведена оценка эффективности трех моделей по показателям: доля, точность и F-мера. Результаты анализа показали, что модели BS и BSS лучше, чем модель B., Nowadays chatbots are becoming very popular in many areas, such as business, banking, healthcare, study, travel tips, etc. The popularity of messaging platforms such as Telegram, Messenger, Whatsapp, and others has made chatbots not only popular but also become a trend in the future. Since the end of December 2019, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a major global health crisis. Therefore, it is extremely important to provide information about the epidemic to all people. Many governments and organizations have launched chatbots to inform the public about COVID-19. However, these chat rules are limited as they understand a limited set of questions entered by users. Thereby, creating a chatbot based on machine learning for coronavirus information is an urgent task. The purpose of the study is the development of a chatbot for searching for information about COVID-19 coronavirus infection. The method of designing and developing a chatbot on the RASA framework, as well as testing of the developed prototype, are described. Three chatbot models were created: the baseline model (B), the baseline model with synonyms (BS), and the baseline model with synonyms and noises (BSS). The effectiveness of three models was evaluated based on the following indicators: accuracy, precision, and F-measure. The analysis results showed that the BS and BSS models are better than the B model. Relationship extraction is the task of extracting semantic relationships between en- tities from a text. We create a Czech Relationship Extraction Dataset (CERED) using distant supervision on Wikidata and Czech Wikipedia. We detail the methodology we used and the pitfalls we encountered. Then we use CERED to fine-tune a neural network model for relationship extraction. We base our model on BERT - a linguistic model pre-trained on extensive unlabeled data. We demonstrate that our model performs well on existing English relationship datasets (Semeval 2010 Task 8, TACRED) and report the results we achieved on CERED. 1

El conocimiento de los fenómenos en el interior de una cuenca permite identif icar la relación causa-efecto en tiempo y espacio mediante modelación. Una de las etapas necesarias es conocer los elementos que conforman e influyen en forma directa en los escurrimientos; éstos constituyen la base para plantear y formular estrategias de conservación y manejo del recurso hídrico. El objetivo principal fue conocer la condición actual de la cuenca del lago de Zirahuén estudiando los acervos de información disponibles del lugar de estudio. Se recopiló información f isiográf ica, sociodemográf ica y geomorfológica, en las bases of iciales de información de acceso público y se ejecutaron procesos geoespaciales en el acondicionamiento y análisis de la información. Se encontró que a pesar de la distribución en cobertura y uso del suelo, las características morfométricas contribuyen a la estabilidad del lago. De continuar las tendencias de la dinámica poblacional y el uso del suelo, la supervivencia de los ecosistemas podría estar amenazada por el aumento de la población y de las actividades productivas que deterioran y alteran el ciclo hidrológico, con disminución de acceso al agua, en cantidad y calidad, para las actividades humanas esenciales.

El presente artículo lleva a cabo una revisión sistematizada sobre el concepto SEO semántico y búsquedas semánticas, para configurar un framework de trabajo aplicado a sitios intensivos en contenido. Se pretende crear un procedimiento de trabajo capaz de ayudar a posicionar contenido web en los buscadores de manera enriquecida (semántica). Se revisa de forma teórica los principales elementos que caracterizan el SEO semántico: el gráfico de conocimiento, el algoritmo colibrí, el RankBrain, el LSI (Indexación Semántica latente), y los datos estructurados. Seguidamente se analizan las diferentes búsquedas semánticas que se reproducen en índice de Google, y se estudia la iniciativa Schema.org cómo el marcador semántico estandarizado por los principales motores de búsqueda. Finalmente estos elementos se configuran como componentes propios del Framework Integral de SEO Semántico (por sus siglas ISS). This article carries out a systematic review of the concept of semantic SEO and semantic searches, to configure a framework of work applied to content-intensive sites. It is intended to create a working procedure capable of helping to position web content in search engines in an enriched way (semantics). The main elements that characterize semantic SEO are theoretically reviewed: the knowledge graph, the hummingbird algorithm, the RankBrain, the LSI (latent Semantic Indexation), and the structured data. Next, the different semantic searches that are reproduced in Google's index are analyzed, and the Schema.org initiative is studied as the semantic marker standardized by the main search engines. Finally, these elements are configured as components of the Integral Framework of Semantic SEO (ISS).

The present article shall bring to mind the extraordinary stimuli given by Johannes Gabriel Granö (1882 – 1956) to international landscape research through his exceptionally wide spectrum of studies. It begins with his expeditions into the Altai Mountains and to Northwestern Mongolia at the beginning of the 20th century and his multifaceted publications about their results – also in difficult times – like in 1945. The paper further treats Granö’s pioneering works about geography and cartography of Estonia at the beginning of the 1920s, his methodological and applied articles about physiognomic landscape characteristics, both in detailed as well as in overview scales – and mostly demonstrated in his Finnish motherland. Granö’s monograph „Reine Geographie“ / „Pure Geography“ – first published in German language in 1929 – revived, after its translation into English (in 1997), half a century later eager interest in his activities. In 2002, the Universities of Turku (Finland) and Tartu (Estonia) responded to this development through the establishment of a Granö Centre as a site of encounters and exchanges. In the context of the European Landscape Convention (ECL) it becomes obvious how far J.G. Granö was ahead of his time.

The subject of the study. A successful economy does not allow the loss of its main component: enterprises in modern conditions. If the companies of the country do not receive anticipated financial results, the entire financial system becomes vulnerable. This article is focused on research of the problem of loss-making enterprises in Ukraine. It should be noted that the negative trend of a significant number of loss-making companies can be traced over a long period of time. The main reasons for Ukrainian producing companies’ unsatisfactory financial results are described in this article. A hierarchy of factors that determine the financial security of enterprises is constructed. Research of dependence operating profitability of businesses from inflation is done on the basis of statistical data. The tendency in the production of industrial output is shown. Methods. The methods used by authors include correlation analysis, comparative analysis, a method of description, interpretation of statistical data, a method of observation. Scope. The main task of the research remains the demonstration of the problem of non-profit activity of Ukrainian enterprises and the allocation of key factors for the containment of economic growth. For this purpose, a study was made of the dynamics of financial results of subjects of entrepreneurial activity. The dependence of profit on operating activities of the economic sector and the rates of inflation of the national economy of Ukraine is presented. Conclusions. National business adapts to the transformation of the economy and, at the same time, overcomes the diversity of threats. Performed analysis showed that enterprises in Ukraine are strongly influenced by internal independent administrative measures factors. The shortage of financial resources and the complexity of attracting additional funds impede the further development of enterprises. However, the size of revenues and costs, and thus the final financial results will depend on the professionalism of company’s management. The problem of increasing insolvency among Ukrainian companies is disclosed in this paper. Profit formation is possible only if one takes into account the role of the state, changes in external and internal demand and maintaining competitiveness. Key directions of financial stabilization and further business development in Ukraine depend on the ability of entities to maintain an acceptable level of their own financial security.

Evaluation of Botrytis cinerea Pers., antagonist fungi in blackberry plantations of Costa Rica. Isolation, identification, in vitro and field evaluation of antagonistic fungi of Botrytis cinerea was conducted on blackberry plantations. Collection of antagonistic organisms was carried out in Cartago in the towns of La Luchita, Bajo Canet, Garden and Division during 2012. From the fruits, a group of 43 isolates belonging to 10 different fungi genera were obtained: Aspergillus sp., Bispora sp., Cladosporium spp., Colletotrichum sp., Curvularia sp., Macrophoma sp., Paecilomyces spp., Pestalotia spp., Rhizoctonia sp., and Trichoderma spp. All isolates were tested for antagonistic capacity by dual culture technique, substrate competition and antibiosis. Only isolates that exceeded 70% of the PGI were selected, and these were 4 isolates (BC1, J14, J2.2 and J2.1) of the genus Trichoderma spp. Field tests were done by using 3 isolates (BC1, J2.2 and J2.1) from the present work and 3 (BV1, SM13B and SM18) of the same genus from a previous work. Field trials were carried out in 2013. Trichoderma spp. isolates which had statistically (p≤0.0001) greater effect on Botrytis cinerea were BV1 and BC1, showing less affected fruits. Se realizó el aislamiento, identificación y evaluación in vitro y en campo de hongos antagonistas de Botrytis cinerea Pers., en plantaciones de mora. La obtención de organismos antagonistas se hizo en Cartago en las localidades de La Luchita, Bajo Canet, Jardín y División durante el 2012. De los frutos se obtuvo un grupo de 43 aislamientos pertenecientes a 10 géneros distintos de los hongos: Aspergillus sp., Bispora sp., Cladosporium spp., Colletotrichum sp., Curvularia sp., Macrophoma sp., Paecilomyces spp., Pestalotia spp., Rhizoctonia sp., y Trichoderma spp. A todos los aislamientos se les realizaron pruebas de capacidad antagónica, mediante la técnica de cultivos duales, competencia por sustrato y antibiosis. Se seleccionaron solamente los aislamientos que superaron un 70% del PIC, y estos fueron 4 aislamientos (BC1, J14, J2.2 y J2.1) del género Trichoderma spp. Para las pruebas de campo se utilizaron 3 aislamientos (BC1, J2.2 y J2.1) del presente trabajo y 3 (BV1, SM13B y SM18) del mismo género previamente aislados. Las pruebas de campo se realizaron en el 2013.Los aislamientos de Trichoderma spp., que tuvieron estadísticamente (p≤0,0001) mayor efecto sobre B. cinerea fueron BV1 y BC1, los cuales dieron menos frutos enfermos.

Shyam Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission scheme was launched by Honble Prime Minister on 21st February, 2016. The Rurban mission has been launched by the Rural Development Ministry which aims to create a cluster of villages and provide urban amenities to the people living within that cluster. Thus, the objective is to create a big village with an urban feel. This will help in improving the quality of life of people in the rural areas and help to reduce the urban rural divide which will ultimately reduce the rural to urban migration. The clusters should include villages with a population of 25000 50000 in plain areas and 5000 15000 in tribal, hilly and desert areas. These clusters are to be identified by the State Government. The funding of the project will be through various schemes of the Government. The scheme will be implemented through the Public Private Partnership PPP model. У статті проаналізовано сучасні тенденції адміністративно-правового регулювання реєстрації юридичних осіб в Україні, в умовах реформування органів державної влади, їх централізації, посиленої уваги до державної служби та якості надання адміністративних послуг. Охарактеризовано адміністративно-правовий статус суб’єктів, що здійснюють державну реєстрацію юридичних осіб, новели законодавства з цього питання. The article analyzes the current tendencies of administrative and legal regulation of registration legal entities in Ukraine, in the context of the reform of state authorities, their centralization, increased attention to the public service and quality of administrative services. This article discusses the implementation and expansion of service-learning within entities in the city of Barcelona that aim to offer education for global justice and international cooperation. This is an initiative promoted by the Barcelona City Council, together with the Service Learning Promotion Centre and the Moral Education Research Group (GREM, by its Spanish initials) of the University of Barcelona. The article begins by analysing the starting point of this process: the link between education for global justice and service-learning and the mutual enrichment they entail. The paper further discusses the main lines of work, actions developed and reflections on the process itself, in order to offer helpful information about the introduction of service-learning from an administrative perspective and keeping social entities at the core., Este artículo presenta el proceso de implementación y extensión del aprendizaje-servicio en el marco de las entidades que se dedican a la educación para la justicia global y la cooperación internacional en la ciudad de Barcelona. Un proceso impulsado desde el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, conjuntamente con el Centro Promotor de Aprendizaje Servicio y el Grupo de Investigación en Educación Moral (GREM) de la Universidad de Barcelona. El artículo se inicia con el punto de partida de este proceso: la vinculación y enriquecimiento mutuo entre la educación para la justicia global y aprendizaje-servicio. Posteriormente, se apuntan las principales líneas de trabajo, acciones desarrolladas y reflexiones del propio proceso en aras de ofrecer pistas sobre la incorporación del aprendizaje-servicio desde la tarea de la administración y teniendo como núcleo las entidades sociales.

У статті розглянуто одну із частин глобалізації – глобалізація фінансових ринків. Досліджено міжнародні фінансові інституції, що у сукупності утворюють міжнародну фінансову інфраструктуру та головні суб’єкти фінансової глобалізації. Розглянуто сегменти глобального фінансового ринку, до яких відносяться глобальний ринок позикового капіталу, глобальний фондовий ринок, інші глобальні фінансові ринки (дорогоцінних металів, страхування нерухомість), глобальний валютний ринок. Наведено перспективи глобальних фінансових ринків, а саме: високі світові стандарти; більш вищий рівень диверсифікованості; більш вища ліквідність; професійне управління ризиками. Установлено, що в основі глобалізації фінансової системи лежить взаємодія таких явищ: технічний прогрес; зростаюча конкуренція: з одного боку, між кредитними й фінансовими установами на фінансових ринках, а з іншого, – між самими фінансовими ринками внаслідок значного розвитку інформаційних технологій і телекомунікацій; реструктуризація кредитних і фінансових; широка інтернаціоналізація бізнесу через посилення транснаціонального характеру діяльності корпорацій; консолідація регіональних інтеграційних об’єднань (у Європі - Економічний і валютний союз); послаблення твердого контролю щодо здійснення міжнародних угод, пов’язаних з рухом капіталу фондових бірж; макроекономічна стабілізація й реформи в країнах, що розвиваються, і країнах з перехідною економікою, які створили сприятливий клімат для іноземних інвесторів; широке використання «принципу важеля». Досліджено, що до загальносвітових тенденцій розвитку міжнародних фінансових ринків в умовах глобалізації належать інтеграція міжнародних ринків капіталу; злиття фінансових установ; тенденція до збільшення спекулятивних операцій на фінансових ринках; фінансові кризи. Доведено, що становлення глобального фінансового простору представлене збільшенням міжнародних фінансових потоків, обсягів усіх видів міжнародних трансакцій, зростанням кількості компаній та фінансових груп, які проводять свою діяльність за межами національних фінансових систем., The article deals with one of the components of globalization - the globalization of financial markets. It is established that the basis of the globalization of the financial system lies in the interaction of such phenomena as: technological progress; growing competition: on the one hand, between lending and financial institutions in the financial markets, and on the other hand, between the financial markets themselves, due to the significant development of information technology and telecommunications; restructuring of credit and financial; wide internationalization of business due to the increasing transnational nature of corporations; consolidation of regional integration associations (in Europe - Economic and Monetary Union); weakening of the firm control over the implementation of international agreements related to the movement of capital stock exchanges; - macroeconomic stabilization and reform in a number of developing and transition countries that have created a favorable climate for foreign investors; widespread use of the "principle of the lever". We investigated that the integration of international capital markets, merger of financial institutions, the tendency to increase speculative operations in the financial markets and financial crises are the global trends in the development of international financial markets in the requisition of globalization. It is proved that the, the emergence of the global financial space is represented by an increase in international financial flows, volumes of all types of international transactions, an increase in the number of companies and financial groups that operate outside of the national financial systems.
