Рассматриваются проблемы взаимодействия следственных подразделений с юридическими лицами в зависимости от их процессуального статуса. Анализируются правомочия юридических лиц, их представителей; предлагается ввести обязанности и процессуальную ответственность юридических лиц и их представителей.
