Background: Based on Basic Health Research (Riset Kesehatan Dasar) 2013 data, the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia was high (26.5%). It means that 1 in 4 people suffer from hypertension. Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers in November 2017 at the Primary Healthcare Center (PHC) of Kalongan, it was found that 67% of hypertensive patients did not recognize risk factors, signs and symptoms of hypertension. Results of examinations and report at the PHC and Non-communicable Disease (NCD) Surveillance (Posbindu) in the working area of ​​ PHC of Kalongan in 2017, that Kawengen village was a village with the highest number of hypertension cases from 6 villages in their working area. Peer Support Group is a form of empowerment innovation that can be applied to. Methods: This study was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The study population was all hypertensive patients in Kawengen village. Sample was determined purposively, obtained by 61 people. The research instrument was the pretest and posttest questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by McNemar test. Results: Peer Support Group model can improve knowledge (p value 0.031), behavior (p value 0.008), risk and complication control practices (p value 0.012). Risk and complication control behavior is an effort that can be implemented to reduce hypertension cases in the community. Conclusion: Peer Support Group is one of community empowerment models, especially for patients which can increase knowledge, change behavior, and improve risk and complication control practices among hypertensive patients as participant of Peer Support Group.

The relationship between filamentous fungi and broiler chicks has long been recognized. In the past, filamentous fungi have been attributed to the disease occurrence and feed contamination causing substantial economic loss in broiler production. Currently, the relationship is expanded to the use of filamentous fungi as probiotics, fermentation starters, antioxidant sources and enzyme producers that can exert beneficial impacts on broiler production. Objective: This study was aimed at evaluating the effect of fermentation using Chrysonillia crassa and Monascus purpureus on nutritional qualities, antioxidant, and antimicrobial activities of the used rice as a poultry feed ingredient. Materials and Methods: The used rice was soaked, steamed, and spread on a tray to cool. Suspension of M. purpureus or C. crassa was inoculated on the steamed used rice, and then mixed thoroughly. Afterward, the mixture was spread out on the tray, which was then covered with an aluminum foil. It was aerobically incubated for 7 and 4 days for the M. purpureus- and C. crassa-inoculated used rice, respectively. Subsequent to sun drying, the fermented used rice was grounded and analyzed. Results: Crude protein and ash contents were higher (p < 0.05) in the used rice fermented with C. crassa or M. purpureus than in the unfermented. Conversely, carbohydrate content was lower (p < 0.05) in the fermented compared with the unfermented. Gross energy and energy from fat were higher (p < 0.05) in the used rice fermented with M. purpureus than the unfermented. Amino acids L-methionine, L-serine, L-glutamic acid, L-valine glycine, L-leucine, L proline, L-threonine, L-histidine, and L-Sistine were higher (p < 0.05) in M. purpureus-fermented used rice than in C. crassa-fermented and the unfermented used rice. However, amino acids L-isoleucine, L- alanine, L-lysine, and L-tryptophan were higher (p < 0.05) in the used rice fermented with both C. crassa and M. purpureus, compared with the unfermented. L-tyrosine content was higher (p < 0.05) in M. purpureus-fermented used rice than in the unfermented. Furthermore, the antioxidant activities of the fermented products were higher (p < 0.05) than that of the unfermented. In addition, the antimicrobial activities of the fermented products against Staphylococcus aureus were higher (p < 0.05) than that of the unfermented used rice. Conclusion: In conclusion, the used rice fermented using C. crassa and M. purpureus improved the nutritional quality, as well as the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of the products. Previously, fermentation has been associated with methods that improve the nutritional value of unconventional feed ingredients for broilers. In recent decades, the fermentation process has been employed to produce functional feeds that have the potential to improve broiler gastrointestinal tract microecology, health and production performance. Some of the functional ingredients found in fermented feed include lactic acid bacteria (LAB), lactic acid and other organic acids, and appear to play major roles in determining the beneficial effects of fermented feed on broiler gut health and performance. Unlike the pig, the available literature on broiler fermented feed is still rather limited. This review describes recent advances in the use of fermented feed (on the basis of conventional and unconventional feed ingredients) in broilers. Similarly, this review also shows that additional research is necessary to exploit fermented feed as a viable food source in broiler nutrition. Abstract: Motor movement skills are an important aspect at every child's age and as an individual basis for reaching maturity in aspects of movement development. The research aims at an organized intervention program with various movement modifications through play and games activities. The design of this study was a pretest-posttest randomize control group design. Play and game learning activities for 30 minutes, by listening to music with a tempo of 140 beats/minute, with a frequency of twice/week for five weeks. data collection using TGMD-2 (Test Gross Motor Development-2). The results of statistical analysis with the Mann Whitney test determined an average score of 39.87 in the play and games experimental group without music and an average score of 47.37 for the play and games experimental group with music, there was a significant difference (2-tailed) 0.000

This research focuses on the form of legal protection for used clothing consumers based on Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection and analyzes the impact of the use of used clothing by the community in the city of Semarang, related to the Thaharah aspects in Islamic Law. To achieve this goal, researchers used a sociological juridical approach with data collection techniques in the form of library research and field studies by conducting direct interviews with relevant parties in connection with this research. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the form of legal protection for used clothing consumers in the Consumer Protection Act under Article 4, namely the right of consumers to get comfort, security, and safety. This is closely related to the obligations of business actors in providing true, clear and honest information about the conditions and guarantees of goods and/or services; and the need for guidance and supervision by the government. The impact caused by used clothing is negative impact and positive impact for used clothing consumers, both in terms of economic, social and public health in Indonesia. Although in an Islamic perspective, it is recommended that people prioritize aspects of thaharah (cleanliness) as Allah SWT requires every Muslim to purify in accordance with the criteria of Allah and His Prophet.

Kasus Leptospirosis di Kota Semarang selalu mengalami peningkatan. Puskesmas Bandarharjo adalah Puskesmas yang wilayahnya merupakan zona rawan Leptospirosis. Tahun 2015, di wilayah Puskesmas Bandarharjo ditemukan 22 kasus Leptospirosis, meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya yaitu 14 kasus pada tahun 2014. Kasus Leptospirosis tersebut paling banyak terjadi di Kelurahan Tanjung Mas. Fakta ini menempatkan Puskesmas Bandarharjo tertinggi kasus Leptospirosis di kota Semarang. Wilayah ini termasuk endemis, karena wilayah ini merupakan daerah rawan banjir dan merupakan daerah yang sering terdampak rob (kawasan rob). Banyak genangan air pada musim penghujan maupun akibat rob menyebabkan banyak selokan-selokan yang menggenang, sampah-sampah menumpuk yang menjadi tempat berkembangbiaknya tikus. Studi awal oleh tim pengabdi, diketahui bahwa tingginya kasus penyakit Leptospirosis di wilayah tersebut selain karena faktor lingkungan yang rawan banjir dan rob, juga dipengaruhi oleh perilaku masyarakat yang belum menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Pengetahuan masyarakat yang kurang tentang penyakit Leptospirosis. Penyakit ini penting untuk diketahui secara lengkap oleh masyarakat serta harus mendapatkan prioritas dalam pengendalian dan pemberantasannya terutama menjelang musim hujan tiba dan khususnya pada wilayah-wilayah rawan terjadi banjir. Pembentukan pos informasi Leptospirosis di kawasan terdampak air rob dipilih sebagai bentuk inovasi pola pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat. Pos Informasi Leptospirosis ini sebagai wadah komunikasi dan informasi kesehatan dengan konsep pengembangan masyarakat dalam rangka penanggulangan Leptospirosis di kawasan rawan banjir dan kawasan terdampak air rob. Pos Informasi Leptospirosis menjadi pusat kegiatan penyebaran informasi penyakit Leptospirosis di masyarakat. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan Pos Informasi Leptospirosis telah mampu meningkatkan peran Kader Kesehatan dalam edukasi masyarakat, dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, serta kesadaran masyarakat dalam menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta dapat meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bahaya penyakit Leptospirosis.

Pajak memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan bernegara, khususnya di dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan karena pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan negara untuk membiayai semua pengeluaran termasuk pengeluaran pembangunan. Berdasarkan tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini, maka data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana tingkat kesadaran Wajib Pajak (WP) dalam membayar pajak dan menganalisis faktor factor apakah yang mempengaruhi target pajak penghasilan badan tidak tercapai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Madiun. Proksi dari Target Pajak pada penelitian ini adalah Kesadaran membayar Pajak oleh WP, Potensi Obyek Pajak, Keaktipan Petugas Pajak, Regulasi Pajak, Penyelewengan Pajak, dan Manfaat Pajak.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan wajib pajak badan yang melaporkan SPT tahunan Badan di KPP Pratama Madiun sebagai responden penelitian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam membuat perencanaan penerimaan pajak tahun berikutnya dan sebagai bahan evaluasi tidak tercapainya penerimaan pajak tahun 2017 di KPP Pratama Madiun.

Objective: This current study was subjected to investigate the influence of two-stage fermentation by Chrysonilia crassa and Bacillus subtilis on nutritional values and antioxidative properties of agro-industrial by-products. Materials and methods: Two-stage fermentation with Ch. crassa (inoculated in advance; single-step fermentation) and B. subtilis (inoculated later; two-step fermentation) was conducted on agro-industrial by-products, i.e., banana peel meals, cassava pulp, and rice bran. The pH measurement, microbial enumeration, proximate, and antioxidant analyses were conducted following 4- and 2-days aerobic incubation with Ch. crassa and B. subtilis, respectively. Results: The pH of banana peels and cassava pulp increased with Ch. crassa-fermentation, but then decreased following B. subtilis-fermentation. Chrysonilia crassa-fermentation did not change, but B. subtilis-fermentation decreased pH of rice bran. The number of lactic acid bacteria was higher in two-stage than in single-stage fermented by-products. Crude protein and fat were higher in fermented than in unfermented banana peels. Crude protein was higher in single- and two-stage fermented, while fat higher in single-stage fermented than in unfermented cassava pulp. Crude fat and ash contents increased with fermentation in rice bran. Single-stage fermentation increased some of amino acids contents in banana peels and cassava pulp. The concentration of polyphenols, tannins, and antioxidant potential of banana peels reduced with fermentation. Total polyphenols and tannins were higher, whereas antioxidant activity was lower in fermented than in unfermented cassava pulp. Total polyphenols, tannins, and antioxidant activity were lower in two-stage than in single-stage fermented and unfermented rice bran. This research aims to find out the implementation of the organization, management of human resources, sports facilities, finance, development of PPLOP pencaksilat in Central Java. The research method used Enterpretive Study techniques. This study explains, interprets, identifies, and describes the implementation of management pencaksilat the centrality education and exercises students sports (PPLOP) Central Java. Techniques for collecting data through observation, interviews, and documents. The results are 1. The implementation of PPLOP organizational management has been going well. It can be seen from the existence of a complete management arrangement, and clear objectives. 2. The implementation of human resource management has gone well. This can be seen from the fulfillment of the quota of athletes and coaches. 3. Implementation The management of sports facilities is quite good even though the existing facilities are still lacking but the utilization of facilities is carried out optimally. 4. The implementation of financial management has been going well, even though there are still financial constraints but still can be overcome by the manager. 5. The implementation of management of achievement guidance has been going well. Academic coaching athletes are fostered through public schools or homeschooling. Religious development is carried out in schools and in the hall.

Objective: The objective of the current study was to investigate the influence of probiotic Chrysonilia crassa in comparison with zinc bacitracin, commercial probiotic Bacillus subtilis, and herbal medicine waste on growth, intestinal microbiology, and blood indices of broilers. Materials and methods: Three hundreds of Lohmann day-old chicks were allocated to control diet (basal diet; CONT), basal diet with antibiotic zinc bacitracin (AZB), basal diet with B. subtilis (PROB), basal diet with C. crassa (PROC), and basal diet with herbal medicine waste (HERBW). Kabupaten Samosir memiliki potensi besar dalam industri pariwisata. Pengembangan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Samosir tentunya akan berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat lokal terutama dibidang ekonomi, budaya (culture), sosial masyarakat dan lingkungan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis tingkat kesiapan masyarakat lokal terhadap pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (CBT) di Kabupaten Samosir. Pengukuran kesiapan masyarakat dengan skala likert yang terbagi atas aspek perencanaan, pengelolaan dan evaluasi pengembangan wisata berbasis masyarakat. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS v.20 dengan alat analisis One-way ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kesiapan masyarakat pada aspek perencanaan, pengelolaan dan evaluasi pengembangan wisata berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Samosir. Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with multi-strain probiotic preparation in combination with vitamins and minerals on the hematological parameters and selected intestinal microbiota populations in the Indonesian indigenous crossbred chickens. Materials and Methods: A total of 240 one-day-old Indonesian indigenous crossbred chicks were raised for 10 weeks. The chicks were distributed to one of four groups, i.e., chicks receiving basal diet without any additive (CONT), chicks receiving basal diet with 0.04% of zinc bacitracin (AGP), chicks receiving basal diet with 0.01% of commercial probiotic Bacillus subtilis preparation (PROB1), and chicks receiving basal diet with 0.5% of multi-strain probiotic preparation in combination with vitamins and minerals (PROB2). Blood was collected on the week 8, while the internal organs and eviscerated carcasses were collected on the week 10. Aim: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of supplementation of multistrain probiotic preparation in combination with vitamins and minerals to the broiler chicken diets on their growth performance, hematological parameters, and carcass traits. Materials and Methods: Two hundred and eighty-eight Lohmann 1-day-old broiler chicks were randomly allocated to four groups, i.e., control (without additional supplementation) and three experimental treatments where basal diet was enriched by 0.1%, 0.5%, or 1% of multistrain probiotic preparation in combination with vitamins and minerals, respectively. Blood sampling was conducted on day 28, while the selected organs and eviscerated carcasses were collected on day 42. Results: Dietary supplementation did not affect (p>0.05) the final body weight, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio of broilers. Supplementation by 0.1% and 0.5% of multistrain probiotic preparation in combination with vitamins and minerals reduced (p≤0.05) heart relative weight of broilers. Dietary supplementation tended (p=0.07) to increase the relative weight of ileum and pancreas of broilers. Supplemented birds had lower (p≤0.05) numbers of leukocytes and eosinophils compared to unsupplemented birds. There were tendencies that supplementation of multistrain probiotics in combination with vitamins and minerals resulted in lower (p=0.07) counts of lymphocytes and heterophils when compared with no supplementation. Supplementation by 0.5% of multistrain probiotics in combination with vitamins and minerals resulted in lower (p≤0.05) serum concentration of uric acid when compared with control. There was no significant effect of dietary supplementation on carcass traits, pH, and drip loss of broiler breast muscles. Conclusion: Dietary supplementation of commercial broiler feeds with 0.5% of multistrain probiotic preparation in combination with vitamins and minerals was potential to improve digestive functions and physiological status of broiler chickens.

This research was conducted to determine the amount of lactic acid bacteria and coliform inside the caecum and ileum of broilers. 240 days old chicks broiler (DOC) with 42.015 ± 0.219 g average body weight were used in this research as an experimental objects. The chicks broiler were treated with 0.04% antibiotics and 1% Spirulina plantensis as a prebiotic under different interval ingestion. This experiment was constructed under completely random design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 repetition. The treatment that was applied were T0 (Poultry feed + 0.04% Zinc bacitracin), T1 (Poultry feed + 1% throughout 7 days), T2 (Poultry feed + 1% throughout 21 days), and T4 (Poultry feed + 1% throughout 35 days). The parameter measurements conducted in the 32nd day with random sampling from each experiments. Dalam era globalisasi ini penguasaan bahasa asing terutama bahasa Inggris sangatlah penting. Peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris pada mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan salah satunya dengan pengembangan bahan ajar yang dilakukan secara kontinu dan tersedianya sumber belajar bagi mahasiswa tersebut. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris Geografi berbasis TOEFL ITP yang akan diterapkan di tahun ajaran 2017/ 2018. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) pada bahan ajar mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris Geografi. Pengembangan bahan ajar ini melibatkan tim dosen, ahli materi dan ahli media dengan melakukan FGD. Data dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan mahasiswa. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan skor yang dikonversi menjadi beberapa kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan bahan ajar mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris telah sesuai dengan Permenristekdikti No. 44 Tahun 2015 dan standar yang ditetapkan Universitas Negeri Medan. Pengembangan modul yang dilakukan dengan dua kali proses revisi sesuai saran dari ahli materi dan ahli media serta masukan dari mahasiswa. Ditinjau dari penilaian aspek materi, bahasa dan kegrafikan maka modul mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris Geografi dapat dikategorikan “Baik” dan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of duration feeding of Spirulina platensis as a prebiotic in ration on the red blood cells of broiler chickens. The material used in this study was 240 day old chick (DOC) with average of initial weight 42.015 ± 0.219 g. The experiment was designed based on Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treated treatments were T0 (Feed Basal + 0.04% Zinc Bacitracin), T1 (Basal diet + 1% Spirulina platensis for 7 days administration), T2 (Basal diet + 1% Spirulina platensis for 21 days of administration) and T3 (Feed Basal + 1% Spirulina platensis for 35 days of administration). Measured variables include total erythrocytes, hemoglobin, percentage of hematocrit, and erythrocyte index values (MCV, MCH, MCHC). Data were analyzed by variance test (F test) and if there was a significant difference then continued with Duncan’s multiple range test. The results showed that there was significant differences (P 0.05) between treatments on hemoglobin levels, hematocrit percentage, and erythrocyte index values (MCV, MCH, MCHC). It concluded that the feeding of Spirulina platensis for 35 days in ration can reduce total broiler erythrocytes and feeding S. platensis as a prebiotic given for 7 or 21 days of administration gives the same result as giving AGPs (Antibiotics Growth Promoters) seen from the broiler's red blood profile.

The fish’s reproduction status is affected by both fed compositions and vitamins intake lead to determine improvement of eggs quality as well as fish production. The presence of Ascorbic Acid (AA) in the cultivation ponds, might accelerate female’s gonad maturation and so rematuration. The research aimed to determine: (1) Level gonad maturity of supplementation Ascorbic Acid; (2) Oocyts diameter; (3) Larvae survival rate. The research used experimental methods.The method was a completely randomized design (CRD) of 4 treatments and 4 replications. Treatments were supplementation of AA at different dosages of 0, 600, 1200 and 1800 mg/kg fish-fed ration.The gonad maturity level was analysed descriptively and oocyte diameter and larvae survival rate data were analysed by ANOVA. The result showed that supplementation of AA at a dosage of 1200 mg / kg fish-fed ration accelerated the process of gonad maturity, development of oocyt diameter and larvae survival rate as well as the viability of O. vittatus larvae at 90 rearing days. In this case, level IV gonad maturity was reached at 90 days which characterized by completed vitelogenesis process and oocyte diameter of 1.1 mm. Thus, this study is useful for aquaculture science by providing information on utilization of AA as food supplement in fish culture and also for fish farmer who wish to accelerate O. vittatus reproduction.

This study aimed to assess the effect of boiled turmeric water on the number of leukocyte and differentiation leukocyte of broilers. The study was conducted in Oktober - November 2016. The material used was 200Day Old Chick (DOC) of broiler with initial weight 41.48 ± 0.99 g. Feed used was a commercial feed with code B-11S to phase stater and BR-1AJ for the finisher phase and turmeric. The design used in this study was completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 5 replicates containing 8 DOC in each. The treatment consisted of T0 (100% water), T1 (75% water + 25% boiled turmeric water), T2 (50% water + 50% boiled turmeric water), T3 (25% water + 75% boiled turmeric water), T4 (100% boiled turmeric water).The results showed that boiled turmeric water give significantly affect the percentage of lymphocytes and eosinophils (P0,05). The conclusion from this study is that the boiled turmeric water in the drinking water of broilers was able to improve white blood profile, that indicated by the number of leukocyte and percentage of lymphocytes and eosinophils. Abstrak Gedung F5 adalah gedung baru di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan yang masih memiliki sarana keselamatan gedung yang sangat minim, dimana gedung ini memiliki potensi untuk terjadi kebakaran ataupun bencana alam lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu rekomendasi sebagai upaya perbaikan dalam aspek keselamatan terhadap gedung baru F5 Universitas Negeri Semarang. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Hasil dari 103 poin yang dibahas, sebanyak 41 poin (39,8%) terpenuhi dan sesuai dengan standar/peraturan. Sebanyak 12 poin (11,7%) terpenuhi namun belum sesuai dengan standar/peraturan dan sebanyak 50 poin (48,5%) tidak terpenuhi. Saran untuk penelitian ini antara lain yaitu memasang instalasi alarm kebakaran, titik panggil manual, hidran, sprinkler, tanda pemasangan pada setiap APAR, dan memasang kembali check sheet yang hilang. Selain itu memasang pintu darurat, tangga darurat, pencahayaan darurat, memperbaiki penunjuk arah evakuasi darurat, menambah 1 area untuk titik berkumpul, menambah 1 akses untuk jalur keluar atau memperlebar jalur akses masuk tersebut menjadi minimal 4 dan ideal 5,5 meter dan melengkapi dengan cermin cembung setiap tikungan yang ada pada akses masuk gedung F5 sebanyak 3 unit. Abstract F5 Building is a new building in the Faculty of Sport Science which still has very minimal building safety facilities.The purpose of this research is to produce a recommendation as an effort to improve the safety aspect of the new building of F5 State University of Semarang. This research used comparative descriptive research method and focus on 103 topic points of safety building. From observation and analysis, it resulted 41 points (39.8%) were met and in accordance with the standards / regulations. A total of 12 points (11.7%) are met but not in accordance with the standard / regulation and as many as 50 points (48.5%) are not met. Suggestions for this research include installing fire alarms, manual call points, hydrants, sprinklers, installation marks on each APAR, and reinstalling missing check sheets. In addition to installing emergency exits, emergency stairs, emergency lighting, fixing emergency evacuation directions, adding 1 area for the gathering point, adding 1 access to the exit or widening the access point to a minimum of 4 and ideal 5.5 meters and equipping with a convex mirror any bend that existed on the access entrance of F5 building. Materials and Methods: A total of 240 male Lohman day-old-chicks were randomly allotted to one of the four experimental diets including control diet, control diet + antimicrobials (neomycin; 300 mg/kg diet), diet containing AC-FCP (16 g/100 g diet) or diet containing AC-FCP + antimicrobials. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of physical and health education assessment in Blitar City Vocational School. The results of this study are all teachers determine the assessment of aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills as a reference for students' final grades. Assessment of attitude aspects is done by observing students during learning and the State Vocational School adds the results of attendance as a reference for attitude assessment. Assessment of aspects of knowledge of all teachers implementing reciprocal techniques for their students. Assessment of psychomotor aspects by all teachers is carried out by giving practice tests to each student. The final grade of students is done by analyzing the results of the scores on all aspects based on the formula that was previously planned by each teacher. The purpose of this study is to see the extent of mosque financial management to optimize the role of the mosque in advancing the surrounding community both in terms of religious, economic, social, and cultural. In addition, this study also aims to see the extent of the influence of the mosque in the formation of community character in the environment around the mosque. This research focuses on governance carried out by the management, including leadership and management of the resources they have in advancing economic, social, cultural life and shaping the character of a more religious society. The method used in this research is qualitative non-positivistic, using a critical ethnomethodology analysis tool. Primary data in this study were obtained through in-depth interviews and direct observation. While secondary data in the study were obtained by looking at the records held by the manager as well as other data related to the research object. The expected outcome is the identification of problems with the financial management of the existing mosque and the resolution of the problem with the aim of optimizing the role of the mosque in building and advancing the community around the main mosque in facing the modern era as it is today. In addition, the results of this study will also be an input and reference for the mosque's financial management that is independent and has an impact on the progress and prosperity of the community (both physically and mentally).

Aquaculture can be improved by a diversified approach in the form of domestication research of a wild fish. The research has been done by cultivating Javaen Barb/Brek (Puntius orphoides) from Serayu river, Banyumas at a natural pond and laboratory scale. Brek fish is relative slow in growth and development of gonad. This research is aimed to determine: (1) the rate of general growth of Brek in the provision of some kinds of additional food; (2) Relative Growth Rate (RGR); (3) Specific Growth Rate (SGR) and Feed Conversion (FC). The research used experimental methods. The method was a completely randomized design (CRD) of 4 treatments and 3 replicationsof: A = 100% pellet; B = 70% soybean sprout and 30% pellet; C = 70% Ipomoea aquatica leaf and 30% pellet; D = 35% soybean sprouts, 35% I. aquatica leaf and 30% pellet. Quantitative data were analysed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the fishes growth.The results show influence of feed types to the Relative Growth Rate (RGR) of Javaean Barb. The best RGR with the value of 72.40 was given by feed types in the D combination. Meanwhile, Specific Growth Rate (SGR) and Feed Conversion (FC) were not affected by the feed types. Faktor penyebab stres kerja adalah lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman, konsultasi yang tidak efektif dan konflik antara tuntutan keluarga dan tuntutan instansi. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran stres kerja pegawai bagian rekam medis rumah sakit Bhakti Wiratamtama Semarang. Jenis penelitianini adalah penelitiankualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Informan utama berjumlah 15 pegawai dan 2 triangulasi. Hasil yang diperoleh, yaitu informan mengeluhkan mengalami stres kerja akibat rak fililng yang kurang rapi dan pengembalian dokumen rekam medis pasien yang terlambat dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang baik. Adanya pertemuan triwulan dapat mengurangi masalah yang dihadapi oleh pegawai. Saran bagi pegawai yaitu petugas filing melakukan pemilahan dokumen rekam medis antara lembar yang akan diabadikan dan dimusnahkan. Rumah sakit disarankan dalam pembersihan berkas pasien dan penataan ruang lebih ditata dengan rapi agar pegawai nyaman dalam mobilisasi dalam bekerja. Factors that cause occupational stress are the inconvenient occupational environment, ineffective consultation and conflict between family agency requirement. The purpose of this qualitative research is to get occupational stress overview of medical record employee in Bhakti Wiratamtama Semarang Hospital. This research method is qualitative research using snowball sampling. The informants consist of 15 key informants and 2 triangulation informants. The informans were complained about untidy shelves and late of medical record returning. Quarterly meeting to reduce this problem. Suggestion to employee was to sorting the medical record document, and to select wich one to be saved. Suggestion to hospital was to clean up patients documents and tidy up the room so the employee can work with comfort.

The gut is a fundamental organ system which makes up two equally important functions, i.e., the digestion and host defence. To elicit the well-functioning and healthy gut, the dynamic balance of gut ecosystem is of importance. A wide range of factors related to diets and infectious disease agents seem to affect this balance, and subsequently affect the health status and production performance of the chicken. With the ban and/or reduction of the use of antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs) in poultry production, the alternatives to AGP are needed especially to preserve the balance of gut microbiota in chicken. This review provides a summary of the potentials and possible mechanisms of action of some alternatives to AGP (referred as nutraceuticals) in improving the gut microbial ecosystem and immune system as well as growth performance of poultry.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a major infection agent of tuberculosis that is controlled by the response of cell-mediated immunity. It is macrophages and cytolytic T lymphocytes. Activated macrophages will produce free radicals. Excessive free radicals cause tissue damage. Polysaccharide krestin contains β-glucan. It is a scavenger of free radicals. This research aimed to identify the influence of polysaccharide krestin from C. versicolor on nitrite and malondialdehyde concentrations of mice serum exposed by M. tuberculosis. Nitrite concentration was determined by nitrite assay. Malondialdehyde concentration was determined by TBARS assay. The result showed that adding polysaccharide krestin before exposure (P1) and adding polysaccharide krestin before-after exposure (P3) had the best potential to decrease nitrite concentration. Nitrite concentrations of P1 and P3 were 1.364 ± 0.523 M and 1.456 ± 0.712 M respectively. Meanwhile, P1 group and adding polysaccharide krestin after exposure (P2) had the best potential to decrease malondialdehyde concentration. Malondialdehyde concentrations of P1 and P2 were 1125.86 ± 97.96 µM and 953.86 ± 328.16 µM respectively. Their nitrite and malondialdehyde concentrations decreased, compared to K and K- groups. The availability of student dormitories has become a major attraction for universities in Indonesia since many universities have provided this facility. In this study, we examine the potential of a student dormitory development at the Budi Luhur University, especially in terms of finance for student interests and education providers. Primary data were collected from 185 students and were analyzed by employing feasibility test of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Profitability Index (PI) and Pay Back Period (PP). Sensitivity analysis was also carried out both in terms of cost and income to anticipate the uncertainty that may occur. The findings indicated that the total investment required in the construction of the student dormitory was Rp 155,857,800 with an average revenue per annum of Rp 58,314,741,732. The results of the investment valuation analysis of net cash flows for 30 years indicated the NPV value of Rp 187,355,802,592, IRR of 21%, Net B/C of 10.57, PI of 2.20, and PBP 6.45 years. This proved that the investment in the student dormitory construction was considered feasible. Finally, from the sensitivity analysis of changes in occupancy rate, rental rates and operational costs, it was concluded that the investment in dormitory construction would be unfeasible when occupancy rates and rents were at the level of 80% down. Further managerial implications were discussed.

The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of cassava pulp fermented with Rhizopus oryzae on the total leucocyte and differential leucocyte and its influence on the health of broiler chickens. The study was conducted in July-September 2015. The material used was 275 DOC of broiler with average of initial weight 55 g. Ration ingredient used were corn, rice bran, soybean meal, fish meal, poultry meat meal and fermented cassava pulp. The experiment used a completely randomized design (CRD) comprised of 5 treatments and 5 replications. Treatment ration consist of T0 (control ration), T1 (8% cassava pulp without fermentation), T2 (8% cassava pulp fermented with Rhizopus oryzae), T3 (16% cassava pulp fermented with Rhizopus oryzae) and T4 (24% cassava pulp fermented with Rhizopus oryzae). The result of the study showed that there was no influence among treatments (P>0,05) of the use of cassava pulp fermented with Rhizopus oryzae in ration to total leucocyte and differential leucocycte. It is concluded that cassava pulp fermented with Rhizopus oryzae in ration is potential to substitute the use of corn in ration without compromising the health and amount of total leucocyte and differential leucocyte. This writing aims to gain the picture of profile in using of demographic bonus through increasing Human Development Index in the North Sumatra Province. It focus on local policy in utilizing the demographic bonus through elevating Human Development Index on several sectors such as education, health, and economy. Education sector coverage two indicators following Adult Literacy Rate Index (Lit) and Mean Years of Schooling Index (MYS). The population in this research is the citizen’s age group of 15 and more due to in fact that there many student dropout from the age group. The limitation is required for gain the representative number which is represents the fact, considering that citizen age group lower than 15 is still in schooling or preparing to school so it not apropriate to relying the years of schooling. Health sector indicate the numbers of years of life which is hopefully can be enjoyed by the citizens in an area by entering information regarding annual birth rate and death rate (variable e₀), that assumed represents average of age of life and citizen healthy in their life. Economic sector (Proper Life Standard), the profile uses the average of the real per capita expenditure which is adjusted (adjusted real per capita expenditure) or purchasing power parity. Based on study of the three of human development index, can be obtained the data concerning the factual picture of local government profile in utilizing demographic bonus.

In pigs, the alpha-(1,2) fucosyltransferase (FUT1) gene has been highlighted for its properties in controlling the intestinal expression of enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) F18 receptors; a pathogen causing edema disease and post-weaning diarrhoea. In this study, we hypothesized that pigs with different genotypes (ETEC F18 resistant (FUT1AA) versus susceptible (FUT1AG)) differed in following systemic and enteric responses: growth performance, plasma metabolic profiles, expression of candidate genes for intestinal mucosal homeostasis and immunity, number of selected bacteria and the concentration of short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) in faeces and digesta in piglets pre and post-weaning, and on the ETEC F18 adherence ex vivo. Genotype had the strongest impact on plasma metabolomic profile on day 7 and 28 of age. FUT1AG piglets had higher level of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone, hippuric acid, oxindole, and 3-oxo-5-beta-chol-7-en-24-oic acid on day 7, and a higher level of guanosine on day 28 than that in the FUT1AA piglets. FUT1AA piglets had a higher level of betaine on day 7 and 3-methylguanine on day 28. On day 34 of age, the FUT1AA pigs had higher levels of S-2-hydroxyglutarate, L-phenylalanine, tauroursodeoxycholic acid and an undetermined PC/LysoPC, while Ile Glu Phe Gly peptide and genistein 5-O-glucuronide, and PC (18:0/0:0) were at higher levels in the FUT1AG piglets. FUT1 genotype did not affect the growth performance and expression of candidate genes. FUT1AG piglets had a higher number of haemolytic bacteria in faeces and in digesta than that in FUT1AA at 34 days of age. The colonic acetic acid concentration was highest in FUT1AG piglets. FUT1 genotype may influence not only the expression of E. coli F18 receptors but could potentially impact the gut homeostasis and metabotype of piglets pre and post-weaning. Further investigations on the relation between FUT1 genotype and these aspects including the intestinal commensal microbiota will expand the knowledge on factors affecting the intestinal ecosystem.

Dalam Penelitian yang akan datang perlu dilakukan upaya perluasan responden tidak hanya pengguna jasa audit tetapi juga dari akuntan pendidik, akuntan pemerintah, akuntan internal (SPI), akuntan publik sendiri dan dari profesi lain sebagai responden untuk memperoleh respon yang lebih maksimal sehingga risiko adanya bias dapat diminimalkan. Banyak upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga keamanan dijaringan komputer tersebut contohnya adalah dengan melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap paket yang melintas pada jaringan tersebut, namun proses pengamatan tersebut akan menghasilkan suatu log data dalam jumlah yang sangat besar, yang akan memakan waktu untuk melakukan proses analisa. The greatest advance made by mankind was probably the agricultural revolution that has been developed into agricultural development along with population growth in the forms of agricultural expansion and agricultural intensification. The global land grab driven by the acquisition of land has caused radical changes in the use and ownership of land and has important implications for equitable and sustainable development in which local people have been moved to marginal locations. To ensure that the agricultural activities are sustained, a balance of three concepts of people, planet, and profit (3P) are critical to achieve long term social, environmental, and economic issues. One of recently popular instruments to fairly treat the people is an equity based Sukuk in which profit will be shared based on pre-agreed ratio between the investors and the people involved. In term of conservation of planet, strategy in selecting the agricultural commodities and the timing of harvesting are critical. An investment decision-making process by using agricultural appraisal process is established to ensure that the agricultural activities are financially profitable.

Teak (Tectona grandis L.f) is a premium high-value hardwood species being viewed as the most preferred species for investment opportunity. Recently, there has been a gradual move away from state control of teakwood plantation toward the participation of private enterprises. Several enterprises offer investment opportunity of teakwood plantation in which one of the main selling points being offered is a quick harvesting schedule. A quick harvesting time, however, might not provide the best outcome to the investors. This research exercise and compare the valuation appraisal of different harvesting schedules. The research focused on project planning, enterprise budget, financial projection, and valuation measurements to arrive at overall appraisal. To avoid any possible bias of individual investor's preference on common valuation criteria such as total investment, net cash flow (NCF), net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), profit on investment (P/I), and payback period (PBP), 3 otherS criteria namely benefit cost ratio (BCR), annual equivalent value (AEV), and composite performance index (CPI) have been applied to arrive at a more fair valuation. It is concluded that the longer the harvesting schedule, the better valuation outcome could be achieved, and therefore, investors should critically review any investment proposal in accordance to their preference on valuation criteria.

Melanin inhibitors have become increasingly important ingredients in medication and cosmetics for the prevention ofhyperpigmentation. In the last few years, a huge number of natural herbal extracts have been tested as inhibitors of melanin synthesisand some of these effects are related to the antioxidant properties. The objectives of this study were to determine of curcumin propertiesas antioxidant activity and melanin inhibitors. In this study, our data indicated that antioxidant assay with DPPH showed IC50 was16,05 μg/ml. In the absence of α-MSH (α-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone), melanin content assay in cell B16-F1 indicated thatthe highest activity of curcumin to reduce melanin content of 45,67% at 25 μg/ml. Meanwhile, in the presence of α-MSH at the sameconcentration indicated that the highest activity was 53,87%. Based on the data, curcumin has potential properties as antioxidantactivity and melanin inhibitor.

The purpose of this study was to determine changes in the learning process PJOK with the changing demands of the curriculum as teacher professionalism competency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology to explore nature data of the subject teacher. Data collection is done by the researchers as a key instrument by interview, observation and document analysis to the subject PJOK teachers in elementary school core of Malang. The results showed that, PJOK’s teachers have met the standards teachers professional, PJOK’s teachers is understood the concept of curriculum change and PJOK concept, but the learning process of PJOK was not appropiate infull with the demands of the curriculum change as professional competency teachers. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan proses pembelajaran PJOK yang dilakukan guru seiring dengan tuntutan perubahan kurikulum sebagai kompetensi keprofesionalan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi untuk menggali data alamiah dari subjek guru PJOK. Pengumpulan data dilakukan oleh peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen kepada subjek guru PJOK di SD inti kota Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, guru PJOK telah memenuhi standar profesi guru, guru PJOK telah memahami konsep perubahan kurikulum dan konsep PJOK, namun proses pembelajaran PJOK tidak maksimal sesuai dengan tuntutan perubahan kurikulum sebagai kompetensi keprofesionalan guru.

Riset Unggulan Terpadu (RUT) merupakan kegiatan riset yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan Sistem Iptek Nasional, dengan memadukan dan mendayagunakan sumberdaya manusia, dana, prasarana dan sarana yang tersedia, serta untuk meningkatkan mutu hasil riset dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan riset unggulan dengan pendanaan yang wajar untuk memecahkan masaiah prioritas pembangunan sesuai dengan PUSNAS RISTEK. Riset Unggulan Terpadu telah berlangsung selama 7 kali, dan Tahun Anggaran 1999/2000 ini memasuki RUT ke VIII. RUT sudah bejalan sejak tahun 1993 dengan pengelola Kantor Menteri Riset dan Teknologi/BPP Teknologi. Mulai tahun 1996, melalui S.K. Menteri Negara Riset dan Teknologi NO. 18/M/Kp/XII/1996 tanggal 25 Desember 1996, Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) ditugasi sebagai pengelola pelaksanaan Riset Unggulan Terpadu (RUT). Selama tujuh tahun pelaksanaan RUT telah terjaring sebanyak 920 topik riset unggulan dan telah memasyarakatkan kebijakan satu pintu Kantor Menteri Negara Riset dan teknologi (KMNRT) dalam memanfaatkan dana APBN sektor 16. Pelaksanaan Program ini dapat diikuti oleh para peneliti dari Lembaga Pemerintah Non Departemen, Badan Penelitian dan pengembangan Departemen dan dari Universitas. Berbagai aturan yang berlaku bagi para peneliti yang mengajukan usulan riset telah diikuti dengan baik, sehingga terdapat keseragaman. Penyempumaan dalam menangani usulan riset masih terus dilakukan mengingat dinamika permasalahan baru selalu timbul, antara lain krisis moneter yang belum kunjung berhenti. Kesulitan memperoleh bahan baku industri, lemahnya daya beli masyarakat terhadap produksi yang dihasilkannya, serta ketersediaan bahan pangan dan obat-obatan yang merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia menjadi sesuatu hal yang selalu dipertanyakan masyarakat. Kelangkaan bahan baku produksi dan tingginya harga kedua bahan serta kesediaannya dipasar menjadi fokus utama program riset saat ini. Oleh karena itu, bidang/topik RUT saat ini yang merupakan kegiatan-kegiatan riset yang mengarah kepada upaya meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku dan bahan penolong sebagai substitusi impor serta pemenuhan bahan pangan dan obat-obatan dalam waktu relatif singkat merupakan prioritas utamalunggulan dalam RUT VIII.

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of turmeric (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) rhizome infuse to hemoglobinconcentration and number of erythrocyte of [(PbNO3)2] treated rats. Pb was presumed to be link at sulphyhydril groups that may causedan inhibition to several enzymatic process, such as d-ALAD and heme sintetase which is caused the inhibits of Hb synthesis anderythropoesis. Twenty female rats was used in this experiment. They were divided into five groups, i.e. (A) control (treated with 1 mlaquadest); (B) treated with 1/2 ml of 12 ppm lead solution and 1/2 ml aquadest; (C) treated with 1/2 ml of 12 ppm lead solution and 1/2 ml of 20% turmeric rhizome infuse; (D) treated with 1/2 ml of 50 ppm lead solution and 1/2 ml aquadest; (E) treated with 1/2 ml of50 ppm lead solution and 1/2 ml of 20% turmeric rhizome infuse. The treatment was given orally every day (30 days) using a modifiedsyringe. After 30 days of treatment, the blood sample were taken about 2 ml by heart puncture. The Hb concentration was determinedusing by Cyanmethemoglobin method and number of erythrocyte was counting on Haemocytometer Improved Neubauer. Data wereanalyzed by Anova and LSD test (α = 0.05). The results of this study shows that 20% of turmeric rhizome infuse statistically has asignificant effect (P < 0.05) to increasing of hemoglobin concentration but hasn’t significant to prevent the number of erythrocytedecreasing of [(PbNO3)2] treated.

Failure of adaptation in feed utilization can result in larval mortality. Post-larval stage is a critical period of fish development in which transition from internal feeding to external feeding occurs. This study aimed to determine the growth and survival of hard-lipped barb (Osteochilus hasselti C.V.) post-larvae fed with different feeding patterns. The experiment was conducted on an experimental basis with a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments consisted of (P1) 100% Spirulina sp., (P2) 75% Spirulina sp. + 25% pellet powder, (P3) 50% Spirulina sp. + 50% powder pellet, (P4) 25% +75% sp Spirulina pellet powder, and (P5) 100% powder pellets. Day 1 post-hatching larvae were reared in aquaria with density of 17 fish / L for 8 weeks. The larvae were fed as much as 5% of the total weight of biomass. Post-larval development was evaluated by observing the development of the larvae morphology, the body length (every week), the biomass weight (every 2 weeks), and calculating their survival rate at week 8. The antioxidant capacity and antioxidant constituents of two filamentous fungi (Acremonium charticola and Rhizopus oryzae) isolated from the Indonesian fermented dried cassava (gathot) were evaluated in the present study. The antioxidant capacity of the fungal crude extracts was assessed based on the 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethyl-benzthiazolin-6-sulfonicacid) (ABTS) method. Total phenolics were determined based on the Folin-Ciocalteu method, while the flavonoids content in the fungal extracts was determined by the spectrophotometric method with aluminum chloride. Total tannins were estimated by the Folin-Denis method. The ABTS+ radical scavenging activity was higher (p < 0.01) in A. charticola compared to that in R. oryzae and ascorbic acid (as a control). A higher (p < 0.01) content of total phenolics was detected in A. charticola than that in R. oryzae. Total flavonoids were higher (p < 0.01) in R. oryzae as compared with that in A. charticola. The fungus A. charticola had a higher (p < 0.01) level of total tannins than R. oryzae. In conclusion, both filamentous fungi isolated from the Indonesian fermented dried cassava exhibited antioxidant potentials as indicated by their capabilities to scavenge ABTS+. A. charticola had a higher antioxidant capacity than R. oryzae. The antioxidant capacity of A. charticola was attributed mainly to its phenolics and tannins contents.

This study investigated the impact of nutmeg flesh extract on intestinal morphology, bacterial population, blood profile and antioxidant status of broiler chickens stocked at high density pens. After 15 days of rearing, 370 Lohmann broiler chicks (unsexed) were assigned to five treatment groups based on a completely randomized design, including T0 (chicks were raised at a density of 10 birds m-2 and received no nutmeg flesh extract), T1 (chicks were raised at a density of 16 birds m-2 and received no nutmeg flesh extract), T2 (chicks were raised at a density of 16 birds m-2 and received 0.5 mL kg-1 nutmeg flesh extract), T3 (chicks were raised at a density of 16 birds m-2 and received 1.0 mL kg-1 nutmeg flesh extract), and T4 (chicks were raised at a density of 16 birds m-2 and received 1.5 mL kg-1 nutmeg flesh extract). Sampling was conducted on day 35 of age. The results showed that the administration of nutmeg flesh extract (regardless of its levels) to broilers diets at high density (16 birds m-2) significantly (p = 0.05) increased the performance, villi height in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum, decreased pH in the ileum and cecum, increased lactic acid bacteria and decreased coliform bacteria in the ileum and cecum, decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) and increased superoxide dismutase (SOD) and had no significant effect (p > 0.05) on the blood profile of broiler chickens. The findings demonstrated that nutmeg flesh extract improved performance, intestinal bacterial population and morphology and antioxidative status of broilers raised under high density condition.
