This paper presents a new model of minor hysteresis loop and its temperature dependence. Minor hysteresis loops under different temperatures and magnetic field intensities can be acquired by co-simulation between Jiles-Atherton model and Preisach model. First, the temperature-dependent Jiles-Atherton model was established. Second, major hysteresis loop at different temperatures was obtained by modified Jiles-Atherton model. Minor hysteresis loop at different temperature was simulated by Preisach model in the end. The new model for Fe-Si magnetic sheet was established and the results show good agreement between theory and experiment.
