Kemajuan teknologi mendorong adanya inovasi dalam bidang transportasi, khususnya dalam penyediaan jasa pengangkutan yang efisien dan efektif untuk menenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Di Indonesia, ojek yang merupakan jasa transportasi dengan menggunakan sepeda motor dinilai mampu menjadi transportasi publik alternatif yang dapat mengangkut orang dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya dengan cepat dan dengan biaya yang terjangkau. Dengan perkembangan teknologi dan transportasi di era digital seperti saat ini, ojek konvensional kemudian bertransformasi menjadi ojek online, suatu jasa transportasi yang menggunakan aplikasi online sebagai media pemesanannya. Dari sudut pandang hukum pengangkutan, perjanjian pengangkutan yang terbentuk dalam pelaksanaan ojek online merupakan suatu bentuk baru yang dinamakan kontrak online. Konsensus sebagai syarat pembentukan sekaligus salah satu sifat perjanjian pengangkutan terpenuhi dengan adanya penawaran dari aplikasi penyedia layanan ojek online dan adanya penerimaan oleh pengguna aplikasi sebagai penumpang ojek online. Para pihak dalam pelaksanaan ojek online terikat dalam suatu hubungan kontraktual yang berbeda-beda. Pengemudi dan perusahaan aplikasi terikat dalam hubungan kemitraan yang didasarkan pada perjanjian kemitraan. Hubungan kontraktual antara pengemudi dan penumpang membentuk suatu perjanjian pengangkutan, sedangkan perusahaan aplikasi dan penumpang didasarkan pada perjanjian penggunaan aplikasi. The improvement of technology encourages the innovation of transportation sector, especially for the provision of efficient and effective transportation services to fulfill the community needs. In Indonesia, ojek as a two-wheeled transportation service considered as alternative public transportation which can transport a person from one place to another in a fast way and at affordable costs. With the development of technology and transportation in this digital era, conventional motorcycle taxi (in Indonesia: ojek konvensional) transformed into online motorcycle taxi (known as ojek online), a transportation service using an online application as the ordering media. From the scope of transportation law, the transportation agreement formed by the operation of ojek online is a new form of agreement called online contract. Consensus, as a transportation agreement requirement, is fulfilled by an offer from transportation service application and an acceptance from the users as ojek online’s passenger. The parties in the operation of ojek online bound by a different contractual relation. The driver and the application company bound by a partnership agreement. The contractual relation between the driver and passenger formed a transportation agreement, while the application company and passenger based on application usage agreement.

Государственно-частное партнерство как форма социального предпринимательства слабо представлена в научной литературе. В данной статье автор операционализирует ранее опубликованное доказательство диалектического единства государственно-частного партнерства и социального предпринимательства как формы и содержания соответственно. Гипотеза настоящего исследования заключается в том, что эффективное взаимодействие государственных и частных лиц в целях создания и оказания социально или общественно значимых услуг возможно, если сформирован прикладной инструментарий социального предпринимательства. Для проведения научного исследования использован системный подход, диалектический метод, анализ и синтез, индуктивный метод, метод SWOT-анализа. В результате разработаны инструменты, позволяющие инициировать или диагностировать партнерства, сформированные экономическими субъектами из государственного и частного сектора. Для успешного осуществления социального предпринимательства в форме государственно-частного партнерства разработана методика, позволяющая провести отбор подходящих экономических субъектов для оказания социально или общественно значимых нематериальных услуг в рыночных условиях. Методика выбора состоит из определения базовых конвергентных факторов государственно-частного партнерства, выявления сильных и слабых сторон, возможностей и угроз для последующего формирования соответствующих стратегий. Предложена структура партнерского соглашения, включающая располагаемые ресурсы, нефинансовые и финансовые ожидания от государственно-частного партнерства, функциональные стратегии поведения в нестандартных ситуациях. Определены возможности социально-предпринимательских инициатив в отношении структурных изменений механизма государственно-частного партнерства по типам бизнес-процессов и типам финансовых структур. Дальнейшие исследования могут быть направлены на изучение вопросов ценообразования и цифровизации социально-экономической деятельности в государственно-частном партнерстве как форме социального предпринимательства, Social entrepreneurship in the form of public-private partnership is a rare phenomenon in academic literature. The article considers aspects of performance related to the dialectic of public-private partnership and social entrepreneurship as a form and content respectively based on the authors research published earlier. The hypothesis of the current research states that effective collaboration between public and private parties to create and provide social services is possible if hands-on tools of social entrepreneurship are available. We applied system approach, dialectic method, analysis and synthesis, induction, SWOT-analysis. The research resulted in tools elaborated to initiate or check partnerships set up by public and private parties. For successful organizing public-private partnership as a form of social entrepreneurship we devised techniques for selection parties more favorable to provide social services in the market conditions. The choice techniques consist of defining main convergent factors of public-private partnership, of identifying strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats for further strategies elaboration. We suggest preparing partnership agreement with a certain structure containing available resources, non-financial and financial expectations from public-private partnership, functional strategies of behavior in unconventional situations. We identified opportunities for social entrepreneurship initiatives to change structure of the public-private partnership mechanism by types of business processes and types of financial structures. The purpose of this research was to investigate the attitude of junior high school health and physical education teachers in Tokyo Setagaya-ku and Yokohama Aoba-ku which conclude the partnership agreement with Nippon Sport Science University.We conducted a survey of 52 health and physical education teachers. The average teaching experience was 13.75 ± 10.08 years. The questionnaire was composed of questions regarding attitude to health and physical education classes, school sport clubs, teaching practice for university students and student guidance.The main results were as follows:1. Health and physical education teachers answered that they don’t have enough knowledge and abilities to teach “Dance” (About 46%) and “Martial arts” (About 29%).2. Health and physical education teachers had difficulty in classes, when 1) they don’t have enough knowledge to develop “Thinking ability, Judgment ability and Expression ability” of students (About 42%), 2) they teach some different sports that they can’t show good examples to their students (About 40%), and 3) they teach students with special educational needs (About 35%).3. Many health and physical education teachers had difficulty at work that 1) they can’t take enough person-al time in their life (About 60%), 2) they don’t have enough knowledge towards current educational methods and topics (About 21%).4. Health and physical education teachers had difficulty in school sport club that 1) they can’t have enough time to instruct school sport club because they are too busy with other work (About 59%), 2) they don’t have enough school facilities for sport activities (About 39%) and they don’t have enough knowledge and abilities to teach sports competitively (About 39%).5. Health and physical education teachers had difficulty in teaching practice for university students that 1) there are a lot of university students who have low motivation towards teaching and will not become teachers in the future (About 50%) and 2) practical teaching programs is a big burden on the school (About 31%)., 本研究の目的は，日本体育大学と連携をしている世田谷区と青葉区の中学校保健体育科の教師の意識を明らかにすることである。データの収集にあたっては，保健体育科の教師52名を対象とし，教職歴平均13.75±10.08年であった。 質問紙は，保健体育授業，運動部活動，教育実習，生徒指導の視点から構成された。主な結果は，以下の通りである。1．ダンス，武道を指導する力がないと答える教師が多くいた。2．授業を行う上で，「生徒の思考力・判断力・表現力等の育成をするための指導」「自分が模範を示せない種目の運動を教える事」「配慮を要する生徒の指導」について困っていると答える教師が多くいた。3．仕事について，「自分の生活時間の確保」「教科内容の最新の知識や教育に関する時事問題」について困っていると回答する教師が多くいた。4．部活動については，「校務が忙しくて思うように指導ができない」「施設・設備が不足している」「自分の専門的指導力が不足している」という点が課題であると回答する教師が多くいた。5．教育実習については，「教師を志望していないにも関わらず，実習しようとする学生が多い」「実習校の負担が大きい」と回答する教師が多くいた。

This theoretical research identified the possibility that Governance factors contribute as evidence of value in the relationships of commercial partnerships between Logistic Operators and service providers. The data analysis allowed to identify three possible levels of grouping due to the variables of facilitators of proximity of partnerships that showed that it is possible to have a relationship with transparence between the client company and its suppliers. Most of these groups of suppliers were characterized by the intention to share operating profits with the client company, with little tolerance to financial risks of joint investments and a tendency to sign future supply contracts. Transparency, ethics and corporate responsibility have contributed to the consolidation of these groupings of partnerships among companies, as well as creating a mutual and evolutionary process of full confidence in such a way that Corporate Governance becomes the main value factor for this relationship.

This book is the result of international cooperation between ten legal academics and practitioners aiming at giving a cross-view of the evolution of the EU and Japan relations. In its first part, this book analyses the new strategic Partnership Agreement between EU and Japan. After an overview of the international significance of this new agreement, the Human Rights approach and the cooperation in the field of security are discussed. The second part focuses on five important sectorial aspects of the Economic Partnership Agreement between EU and Japan: the rules of origin, intellectual property, the precautionary principle, governmental procurement, and personal data transfers.

The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological principles of partnership relations between the participants of the integration association of the construction cluster for the implementation of investment and construction projects The purpose of the study is an overview of possible types of partnership agreements that may be concluded between the members of the integration cluster association for the implementation of state and municipal targeted programs, as well as the inclusion of new stakeholder enterprises in this association. Methods of research. The paper uses general scientific and special methods of empirical research: comparative analysis; analytical; systemic; comparison; analogy. Results of work. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the organization of partnership between the entities of the integration cluster integration association for realization of tasks in investment–building activity, in particular, with the inclusion of new enterprises of the stakeholders in the constructioncluster. In order to organize effective interaction between the members of the integration association in the construction industry, it is suggested to document multilateral partner agreements that take into account the goals and benefits of all participants in the construction cluster to the maximum. The field of application of results. Economics and management of the national economy, the functioning of state systems and mechanisms of economic management at the sectoral, inter– sectoral and regional levels, methods and economic instruments for the regulation of economic processes and their effectiveness. Conclusions. After analyzing the ways of constructing regional construction clusters and studying the problems of integration of state–owned enterprises into such integration associations, it is determined that a rational form of organization of relations between all members of the construction cluster is a multilateral partnership agreement, the application of which is optimal for the successful functioning of the regional construction cluster, and will take as much account as possible. goals and benefits of all partners in the process of implementing joint investment and construction projects.

Partnership The purpose of this rigorosum thesis is to offer a comprehensive view of partnership as a purely contractual arrangement which allow its members to cooperate in order to advance their mutual interests. Partnership is thus analyzed not only as a concept regulated by positive law but also from the historical and theoretical point of view. The thesis is composed of an introduction, three main chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter outlines the historical foundations of partnership. From the community of brothers running the family estate after the death of their father (consortium) partnership evolved into a consensual contract of the classical Roman law which was used mainly for commercial purposes (societas quaestus). In the middle ages, partnership was further developed into compagnia, which substantially enhanced the maritime business operations in Italian city states. In the 19th century, Roman-law partnership was "re-invented" by large codifications of private law, of which the most important in the Czech lands was the General Civil Code from 1811. Finally, this chapter analyzes in detail the troubled history of partnership under the communist regime and its rise after the socio-economic conditions changed in 1989. Рассмотрен вопрос о месте договора управления залогом в системе гражданских правовых договоров. Обоснован вывод, что договор управления залогом существенно отличается как от договора доверительного управления имуществом, так и от договора комиссии. Договор управления залогом не соотносится с договором простого товарищества; это различные модели договоров. Указание на возможность применения к правам и обязанностям залогодержателей правил договора простого товарищества является юридико-техническим приемом. На основе анализа признаков договора управления залогом и агентского договора обоснован вывод, что договор управления залогом является разновидностью агентского договора., The article deals with the place of the contract of pledge management in the system of civil legal contracts. A spesial conclusion is that the collateral management agreement is substantially different from contract of trust management of property, and the agreement of the Commission. A collateral management agreement is not related to a simple partnership agreement — these are different models of agreements. An indication of the possibility of applying the rules of a partnership agreement to the rights and obligations of the pledgee is a legal and technical method. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the collateral management agreement and the Agency agreement, the conclusion that the contract of collateral management is a kind of Agency agreement.

In face of growing concern related to climate change, green technology entrepreneurs are critically needed to develop the businesses and ideas behind climate mitigation in developing countries - but they frequently collide with challenges endemic to such environments. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the role that connections can play in helping green technology entrepreneurs innovate and scale up in developing countries, so as to inform the design of new public sector programs. Green technology entrepreneurs in developing countries need connection platforms for people, ideas, business models, transactions, as well as membership of expert communities. This study shows how cheaper, quicker, and more efficient connections can be created among stakeholders of green technology innovation in developing countries. This is done through drawing insights from a variety of public and private programs that seek to promote connections between entrepreneurs in green technology and other sectors. The report is based on 14 case studies of different programs spanning more than 80 countries. The general findings are presented in part one and insights from the individual case studies can be found in part two.

El artículo describe el proceso y resultados de la programación 2014-2020 en el ámbito de la promoción en España de la investigación y la innovación. Se destaca como, haciendo suyo un objetivo fundamental de la estrategia "Europa 2020", en la política regional diseñada para el periodo indicado, la potenciación de la I+D+i es una prioridad fundamental. Se describen en el artículo los términos en que la programación ha tenido en cuenta el principio de "concentración temática» y las condiciones ex-ante de la nueva reglamentación comunitaria. En particular, la articulación entre la Estrategia Española de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación y las estrategias regionales derivadas de las RIS3 cuya elaboración ha constituido una novedad en el nuevo periodo. Se presenta, asimismo, la distribución regional y por tipos de actuaciones de los recursos del FEDER asignados a la investigación y la innovación y se hace una estimación de su posible contribución al objetivo de un Gasto en I+D+I/PIB del 2% en 2020., The paper describes the process and main results of the 2014-2020 actions for the promotion of R&D and innovation in Spain. Under the frame of the general strategy «Europe 2020», the R&D and innovation policy is highlighted as one of the main priorities. Here they are analyzed the ex-ante conditions and the «principle of thematic concentration» of the new communitarian law. In particular, we describe the articulation between the Spanish Strategy on Science, Technology and Innovation and the specific regional programmes derived from the RIS3. Finally, regional and intervention categories distributions of the FEDER resources are displayed and the potential contribution to the goal of reaching up the R&D expenditure related to the GDP to a 2 per cent in the 2020 is estimated.

For the 2014-2020 programming period, the Government of Romania (GoR) is considering a new approach proposed by the European Commission (EC) - Community-Led Local Development (CLLD). CLLD comes with a unique set of challenges. These include making sure that the process is truly inclusive, community-led, transparent, and focused on peer-to-peer learning across communities and other stakeholders. The GoR should carefully weigh potential benefits and risks of applying the CLLD approach and put in place an adequate implementation framework with sufficient risk mitigating measures before pursuing CLLD. The World Bank undertook this advisory activity to help the GoR put in place an implementation framework for CLLD in Romania, should it want to go ahead with this approach. It includes a proposed definition of urban marginalized communities, the population group that the GoR wants to target by CLLD. The definition is based on a review of the Romanian literature on (urban) marginalization and on qualitative research in ten cities. It also includes guidelines for CLLD implementation based on EC guidance, extensive field work, and an assessment of lessons learned of similar programs in Romania and elsewhere. Moreover, detailed maps of urban marginalized areas across Romania are presented. These are based on a set of indicators, for which data are available in the 2011 Population and Housing Census dataset. Six conceptual pilots have been prepared that are based on simulated CLLD processes and can serve as examples for municipalities/NGOs that could be applying for EU funding through the CLLD approach, during the 2014-2020 programming period. This extensive summary brochure presents a synopsis of all findings and messages across the outputs produced under this activity.

The main objective of the report is to analyze the current greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory process in Romania, and provide recommendations for improving the system in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory development in compliance with United Nations framework convention on climate change (UNFCCC) and European Union (EU) requirements, including emissions forecasting provisions. This report describes the GHG inventory process and its history, analyzes the legal framework, documents and information provisions, and flows related to making the inventory together with identifying the potential adjustments for improvement, assess reporting entities and correlation mechanisms to economic dynamics, in terms of completeness, coherence, response time constant to changes in the number of companies' impact on data reporting, and provides recommendations on the possibility to improve the inventory-making process in order to meet the requirements of emission projections. The report is organized into seven sections as follows: section one provides a general introduction to GHG inventories. Section two examines the processes and procedures used in the present GHG inventory system in Romania and the alignment of this system with international frameworks including the framework for the development of environmental statistics (FDES) and the intergovernmental panel on climate change (IPCC) schematic framework. Section three elaborates the challenges with the existing greenhouse inventory process including data gaps and weaknesses in the statistical infrastructure. Section four looks at the international and national legal requirements for greenhouse gas inventories. Section five provides analysis on the flow of information and the specific verification points to ensure data consistency and coherence. Section six provides a number of recommendations and concludes in section seven with a summary of key recommendations.

This set of reports on manufacturing plans implementation in India includes the following: (1) A new agenda. Improving the competitiveness of the textiles and apparel value chain in India report is structured as follows: section one sets out the context, describing trends in global markets and in the textiles and apparel supply chain in India; section two analyzes in detail the choke points that are hindering the growth of the latter; section three sets out a reform agenda to address them; and section four concludes. (2) Fast tracking Indias electronics manufacturing industry. Business environment and industrial policy examines the prospects for India to meet its potential. Drawing on extensive survey questionnaires and interviews with key industry players (both domestic and foreign) and relevant government agencies, this study identifies major challenges India-based companies face in engaging in electronics manufacturing. The analysis culminates in detailed policy suggestions for regulatory reform and support policies needed to unblock barriers to investment in this industry and to fast-track it’s upgrading through innovation. (3) Supply chain delays and uncertainty in India. The hidden constraint on manufacturing growth report provides the context of the freight and logistics industry in India; describes the headline impacts of its performance on manufacturing firms; explores variations in this impact and causes thereof; and concludes with a more detailed look at the reform agenda this motivates.

A comparison of the limited liability company with exclusive Czech ownership interest with entities of the same legal form with foreign ownership interest was the main target of the bachelor work. Analysis of the position of a limited liability company among other business entities in the Czech Republic was stated as a second target of the work. The last target given for the thesis was to analyse the legislation of this legal form in the frame of current practice of the court.

This thesis deals with introducing operational programs in Czech and Slovak Rebublics in the past as well as in the present. The introductory section is focused on the past period 2007-2013 in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where I describe existing operating programmes, their distribution according to individual objectives and their short characteristic. In the following section I focus on the present period 2014-2020. In this part I mention changes in comparing to previous period, focusing on the Partnership Agreement. I also deal with the Operational Program Human Resources and Employment in the Czech Republic for the period 2007-2013 and with the Operational Program Employment in the Czech Republic for the period 2014-2020. At the end of my thesis I deal with the Operational Program Employment and Social Inclusion in Slovakia for the period 2007-2013 and with the Operational Program Human Resources, Employment and Inclusion in Slovakia for the 2014-2020 period. In the last part of my thesis I made some charts with brief and summery comparisions which are focused on operational programs for development of human resources and employment in the Czech republic and Slovakia in the past and in the Czech republic and Slovakia in the present.

Doing Business sheds light on how easy or difficult it is for a local entrepreneur to open and run a small to medium-size business when complying with relevant regulations. It measures and tracks changes in regulations affecting 10 areas in the life cycle of a business: starting a business, dealing with construction permits, getting electricity, registering property, getting credit, protecting investors, paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contracts and resolving insolvency. In a series of annual reports Doing Business presents quantitative indicators on business regulations and the protection of property rights that can be compared across 183 economies, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe, over time. This economy profile presents the Doing Business indicators for Dominican Republic. To allow useful comparison, it also provides data for other selected economies (comparator economies) for each indicator. The data in this report are current as of June 1, 2011 (except for the paying taxes indicators, which cover the period January- December 2010). The data not only highlight the extent of obstacles to doing business; they also help identify the source of those obstacles, supporting policy makers in designing regulatory reform.

Šiame straipsnyje nagrinėjami jungtinės veiklos (partnerystės) sutarties ir uždarosios akcinės bendrovės steigimo sutarties lyginamieji aspektai. Pateikiama uždarosios akcinės bendrovės steigimo sutarties teisinė kvalifikacija ir teisinių santykių, susiformuojančių tarp uždarosios akcinės bendrovės steigėjų ir steigiamos bendrovės, pobūdžio vertinimas pagal Lietuvos teisę. Analysis of this article is focused on comparison of the main features of two contracts, e. g. partnership agreement and closed stock company foundation agreement. Proper classification of closed stock company foundation agreement in the founders’ (members’) relationships inter se is important when interpreting and applying the legal regulations of the Lithuanian contract law (e.g. regulations related to liability of the founders towards third parties, fiduciary obligations of the parties to the contract, common ownership aspects, basis for contract termination). The analysis deserves particular attention because closed stock companies are dominant in the Lithuanian enterprises‘ landscape. Therefore, there are examined similarities and differences of the both contracts and it is concluded that closed stock company foundation agreement should not be per se qualified a sort of partnership agreement. Also, the article analysis legal nature of relationships between the founders (members) of closed stock company and the closed stock company under formation according to the Lithuanian law, since in the course of formation of the company it is frequent that founders assume obligations in the name of the company being formed and on its behalf. Dogmatic underpinning such as contract in favor of third parties, principles of agency law, novation, substitution of party on the basis of transfer of rights and obligations, negatorium gestio have been examined. It is concluded that relationships between the founders (members) of closed stock company and the stock company under formation should be based on the theoretical foundation of management the affairs of another person without authorization (negatorium gestio; the Lithuanian Civil Code art. 6.229-6.236).

Desde la inevitable confusión entre los conceptos de empleo y trabajo hasta el modelo de flexibilización adoptado en un proceso de acumulación del propio Estado de Bienestar, los trabajadores, asalariados o no, han perdido el apoyo de los sindicatos que, a través de las diversas reformas, han abandonado cualquier conciencia de clase defendiendo valores contra los que tradicionalmente lucharon. En el presente artículo se tratará de distinguir matices del proceso de precarización laboral que han llevado a los jóvenes a competir en un sistema desigual enmarcado en la dinámica liberal que tomaron las diversas reformas laborales, y se plantearán algunas propuestas para reducir esa precariedad. From the unavoidable confusion between the concepts of employment and job to the labour relaxation model taken by an accumulation process of the Welfare State, workers, wage-earners or not, have not had the support of trade unions. Trade unions, through different work reforms, have left any class-conscious and now they uphold values that in the past they were against. In this article some of the differences of the precarious work process will be distinguished, since these differences have led young people to compete in an uneven system enshrined in the liberal dynamics of the different work reforms. We will also explain some proposals to cut this precariousness. Des de la inevitable confusió entre els conceptes d’ocupació i treball fins al model de flexibilització adoptat en un procés d’acumulació del propi Estat de Benestar, els treballadors, assalariats o no, han perdut el suport dels sindicats que, a través de les diverses reformes, han abandonat qualsevol consciència de classe, defensant valors contra els que tradicionalment lluitaren. En el present article es tractarà de distingir matisos del procés de precarització laboral que han portat als joves a competir en un sistema desigual emmarcat den la dinàmica lliberal que van prendre les diverses reformes laborals, i es plantejaran algunes propostes de millora per a reduir aquesta precarietat.

This collection of case studies describes experiences and draws lessons from varied business registration reform programs in economies in vastly different stages of development: Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Madagascar, and Malaysia. Over the last twenty years, a number of countries have recognized the importance of smooth and efficient business start up procedures. A functioning business registration system is now viewed as an important regulatory requirement of any economy, and a predictable, transparent, and modern business registration system is acknowledged to help promote private sector growth and job generation. Business registration gives businesses formal status and formal operation in the marketplace. It is a dynamic process that impacts the life of its stakeholders, commercial counterparties, and employees by introducing new responsibilities, opportunities, and challenges.

This work deals with foundation and "birth" of Limited Liability Company. At the beginning, the company is defined and characterized. Steps leading to foundation of the company are described next. The Commercial Register is then described more in detail. Some units of the process are pointed at real existing Limited Liability Company.

Bu çalışmada, Ingiliz Endüstri İlişkileri Sistemi ’nde son yıllarda meydana gelen yapısal değişikler ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. İlk olarak, genel anlamda İngiliz Endüstri İlişkileri Sistemi’nin kurumsal özellikleri ele alınmış, daha sonra bu kurumsal yapıyı etkileyen gelişmeler değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada değerlendirilmeye çalışılan gelişmeler ise, sendikaların zayıflaması, toplu pazarlığın yapısal değişimi ve endüstriyel çatışmaların azalmasıdır. işverenlerin endüstri ilişkilerine yaklaşımlarındaki ve yönetim anlayışındaki değişimler ele alınırken, sendikaların ve devletin Ingiliz Endüstri İlişkileri Sistemi içinde üstlendiği yeni rol ve anlayış da açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Böylece, İngiltere’de kurumsal endüstri ilişkileri döneminin sona ermekte olduğu ve yeni bir döneme girildiği vurgulanmak istenmiştir., In this study, it is tried to put forward the structural changes that happened in the following years in British Industrial Relations System. First of all, in general, the institutional features of British Industrial Relation System are handled, after that the developments that affect this instituttional structure are evaluated. Weakness of unions, structural change of collective bargaining and decrease in industrial conflicts are the developments that are tried to be assessed. While the changes of employers approach to the industrial relations and management style are handled, the new role and understanding of unions and the government in British Industrial Relations System are tried to be explained. Therefore, it has been emphasized that the period of institutional industrial relations has been finishing and a new period has been starting in England.
