Dolaskom interneta, elektronske i digitalne tehnologije, proces poslovanja poduzeća se u potpunosti promijenio. Danas je gotovo nemoguće zamisliti bilo koju sferu života bez interneta i njegovog poslovanja, stoga se i marketing prilagodio tim uvjetima. Između poduzeća i kupca internet je izravna poveznica, tako poduzeća putem digitalnog marketinga i dolaze do krajnjih kupaca. Iako digitalni marketing više nije toliko nov pojam, često se stavlja u koš s internetskim i interaktivnim marketingom. Internetski marketing označava korištenje interneta i ostalih digitalnih i tradicionalnih metoda u cilju ostvarenja marketinških ciljeva. Interaktivni marketing definiramo kao dvosmjernu marketinšku komunikaciju uz pomoć koje poduzeće ima priliku ostvariti osoban odnos s potrošačem. Mushroom Cups Hrvatska je poduzeće koje se bavi uslugama prodaje pića (kave s gljivama). Sjedište tvrtke je u Solinu, a osnovana je 2016. godine. Poduzeće Mushroom Cups Hrvatska prepoznalo je brojne prednosti koje pružaju alati digitalnog marketinga. U marketinškim kampanjama najviše koriste društvene mreže. Mushroom Cups koristi oglašavanje preko društvenih mreža za izgradnju brenda i za akviziciju novih kupaca. Plaćene kampanje se postavljaju po klasičnom principu, kako bi različite kreacije i opisi bili prilagođeni potencijalnom kupcu. Mushroom Cups koristi oglašavanje putem Facebooka, Tik Toka, Instagrama, Pinteresta i Linkedina. Također, veliku pozornost pridodaje affiliati marketingu, kreiranju viralnih videa, te marketingu putem web stranice. Although digital marketing is no longer such a new term, it is often lumped together with online and interactive marketing. Internet marketing means the use of the Internet and other digital and traditional methods in order to achieve marketing goals. We define interactive marketing as two-way marketing communication with the help of which the company has the opportunity to create a personal relationship with the consumer. Mushroom Cups Hrvatska is a company engaged in the sale of beverages (coffee with mushrooms). The headquarters of the company is in Solin, and it was founded in 2016. The Mushroom Cups Hrvatska company has recognized the numerous advantages provided by digital marketing tools. They mostly use social networks in marketing campaigns. Mushroom Cups uses social media advertising to build its brand and acquire new customers. Paid campaigns are set up according to the classic principle, so that different creations and descriptions are adapted to the potential customer. Mushroom Cups uses Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest and Linkedin advertising. He also pays a lot of attention to affiliate marketing, creating viral videos, and website marketing.
