Abstract

Tržište je mjesto na kojem se susreću subjekti ponude i potražnje. Konkurencija je pojava na tržištu s kojom se susreću gotova sva poduzeća. Konkurencija predstavlja suparništvo između poduzeća koja prodaju slične proizvode ili imaju istu ciljanu publiku. Konkurencija se tako može javiti kao potpuna, odnosno savršena konkurencija te kao nepotpuna, odnosno nesavršena konkurencija. Glavne vrste nesavršene konkurencije su monopol, duopol i oligopol. Kako bi utjecaj konkurencije bio što manji, za poduzeće je važno istraživanje tržišta. Istraživanje tržišta minimizira tržišne rizike i neizvjesnost. Taj proces sastoji se od tri faze: pripreme faze, manipulativne faze te finalne faze. Cilj istraživanja provedenog u sklopu ovog diplomskog rada je otkriti navike i stavove ispitanika o korištenju bankarskih usluga s naglaskom na poduzeće „Zagrebačka banka“. The market is the place where the subjects of supply and demand meet. Competition is a market phenomenon that almost all companies face. Competition is a rivalry between companies that sell similar products or have the same target audience. Competition can thus appear as complete or perfect competition and as incomplete or imperfect competition. The main types of imperfect competition are monopoly, duopoly and oligopoly. In order to minimize the impact of competition, market research is important for a company. Market research minimizes market risks and uncertainty. This process consists of three phases: the preparation phase, the manipulative phase and the final phase. The aim of the research conducted as part of this thesis is to reveal the habits and attitudes of respondents about the use of banking services with an emphasis on the company "Zagrebačka banka".
