This master thesis is focused on analysis of competitive environment of the company Intelsol s.r.o. The goal was to compare companys competition and determining companys competetive advantage. The theoretical part deals with the basic terminology such as competetive environment, SWOT analysis, and Porters five forces framework. The rest of the chapters in theoretical part are dedicated to market segmentation, marketing communication, customer acquisition and customer service. The practical part is describes the company and its major competitors on domestic market. It is internal and external analysis. Further there is introduction of main competetiors and their comparison using the SWOT analysis and Porters five forces framwork. The last part deals with customer service and competetive advantage. It also contains recommendations regarding managing and improving the company, which Intelsol may find useful in its further corporate life.

The aim of the thesis is an execution of strategic analysis wich is based on the Internal and external analysis.The strategic analysis is applied to business kooperative Soběšice which deals with the agricultural production. The processing includes the theoretical-methodological and practical part. The diploma thesis contains PEST analysis, 4C method, sector analysis, Porter model of five forces, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. This diploma thesis deals with the strategic analysis of L'Oréal, the company active on the market of fast moving consumer goods in the field of cosmetics. Based on strategic analysis, the main aim of thesis is to create a revenue growth strategy, identify competitive benefits, and identify threats. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of strategic analysis. External environment of company is described by using PEST analysis and explaining new trends in the field of fast moving market. Internal environment of company is described by using analysis of competition, evaluation of the company's resources and Porter's five forces analysis. The methods and analysis described in theoretical part are used for LOréal and its surroundings in practical part of thesis. The company's portfolio is evaluated by using BCG matrix. Based on the results summarized in the SWOT analysis author come up with suggestions and recommendations for the future of the company.

It investigates its potential on market by analysing company's internal and external environment as well as competition. Based on the results from the analysis, it provides an assessment of the marketing and financial strategy of the company and it also suggests actions that the company should implement in order to achieve its strategic goals.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to assess current strategy of the analysed enterprise, propose its adjustment with respect to the strategy of the parent enterprise and to propose recommendations to improve its current situation and future development. To accomplish the goal, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of analysed enterprise were identified. For this purpose, the thesis uses analytical methods of strategic analysis, namely analysis of external, internal and competitive business environment. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and theoretical basis of selected analyses that are applied in the practical part to the chosen enterprise. Methodically the thesis builds on qualitative and quantitative research.

The thesis aims to analyze the current state of the company while formulating and recommending a new, more preferable strategy. The dissertation is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The first section explains theoretically the basic concepts of strategic management and analyzes of internal and external environment. The conclusion of the theoretical section describes different types of strategies and their suitability of use. This bachelor thesis deals with the development strategies for a new emerging events agency. The main task is to decide whether or not to enter the market and if so, to evaluate the economic cost of entry. Before deciding to enter it is necessary to analyze the market competition, determine barriers to entry and the consequential capital inten-sity. To analyse this, the methods used will be described in the methodology part. These will include Porter's model of five forces, barriers to entry and analysis of their assess-ment, situational analysis based on identifying opportunities and threats. In conclusion, providing there is a positive evaluation of the market entry and capital intensity defined. Then recommendations will follow to implement the project.

(in English) The thesis "Information Policy of European Union in Bangemann's activities period in comparison with USA" is devoted to the Information policy issue applied by the European Union and the United States of America. The thesis structure is defined at the earliest; afterwards the basic terms are followed. The thesis describes the European Union history, which provides context needed to be able to understand the European Union Information policy. The description and evaluation of the European Information policy in Bangemann's activities period in comparison with USA in the same time period and the possibility of mutual utilization of pros of the Information policy of both countries is the aim of this thesis. The following part is occupied with the comparison of EU and USA Information policy at the beginning of 21st century.

The goal of my diploma thesis is to suggest new marketing strategy to company known for providing language courses abroad. The theoretical part involves a situational analysis of the internal and external environment of the company and the resulting outputs forming a SWOT analysis. The analysis of competition, organizational structure, human resources, product portfolio, pricing policy and communication are also included.

ABSTARCT Title: The marketing plan for fitness centre Alegria. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor work is creating the marketing plan for the new fitness centre. It will also serve as a real plan for foundation of the fitness centre. The next aim is fading out via the research, which are the basic needs of fitness centre visitors and what could be the biggest threat of concurrency fitness centres. Methods: For getting the basic data was used the method of writing questionnaire, which found out the basic needs of fitness centre visitors in Tábor. The analysis of concurrency was carried out by scoring model and then the single criteria were evaluated. Results: The research via writing questionnaire answered these questions:  When do the clients visit the fitness centre the most often,  Which way of payment do they prefer,  How do they come to the fitness centre,  Which services do they use the most often,  Why do they visit the fitness centre. The analysis of concurrency showed, that the biggest threat for fitness centre Alegria is The Fitness Tábor, thanks to its availability, car parking possibilities and the quality of equipment. The objective of this thesis is to propose a business strategy that would result in sustainable competitive advantage for Trafin Oil, a.s. - a Czech company operating on the waste oil market. In order to accomplish the stated objective, extensive research has been performed into the existing body of literature on the subject. Frameworks for analysis of the competitive situation are presented and applied thoroughly in the practical part. Moreover, to better comprehend Trafin Oil, a.s. strategic position a customer survey was conducted and extensive interviewing took place. Based on the applied frameworks and the insights gathered throughout the research, the thesis delivers a strategy which rests on developing a unique strategic position and involves different sets of activities to deliver its value proposition. The strategy ought to guarantee higher collection stability and generate substantially higher profits.

The main theme of this master's thesis is an effort to explain the integration of transnational corporations from developing countries into the economic globalization. Firstly, we define the main concepts, such as process of globalization and competition. Then, we specify the most important characteristics of transnational corporations from developing countries, we identify major incentives and strategies of their integration into the global competition, we also devote our attention to measurement of degree of their integration into the global economy and evaluate their main competitive advantages and disadvantages. In the analytical part of the work we use quantitative analysis in order to find the differences between transnational corporations from developing countries and their counterparts from developed countries in the transnationality index, diversification of industry and industrial sector in which these companies operate. The last part is focused on a case study of an Indian transnational conglomerate Tata Group. On this example we show the practical aspects of integration of transnational corporations from developing countries into the global economy.

The intention of my report was assesment of the present situation and the market position of Iveria-tour by analyzing the outer enviroments. Based on these findings than designing optimum strategy for the company to help to maintain and improve its position on the market. Among the analysis I used is the STEP analysis, Porter model, the trend and need analysis and the last one SWOT analysis on all of which the strategy is based on.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to process a strategic analysis of the Family brewery BERNARD, a.s. with using of selected methods of internal and external analysis. I will characterize the strengths and weaknesses of the internal company environment, business opportunities and environmental threats. I will compare the competitive position of the monitored company with its competitive companies in the market. I will elaborate the financial analysis of the brewery for the period 2007, 2008 and 2009 by calculating some profitability ratios, activities and debt. Based on the evaluation of the company according selected methods of strategic analysis, I will outline the business strategy and recommendations for its further development.

Bakalářská práce na téma : ?Komunikační strategie sport centra Na Zámečku? se zabývá diagnózou dnešního stavu a návrhy na zlepšení do budoucna. Práce se v teoretické části věnuje povětšinou úvahou nad významem marketingové strategie v současném obchodním styku na národní i nadnárodní úrovni. Metodologická část začíná vymezením oblasti, kde se nalézá největší počet konkurenčních středisek a následně také stanovením jejich výhod oproti sport centru Na Zámečku, z kterých ovšem může toto sport centrum čerpat inspiraci. Práce hodnotí také cenovou politiku, ale pouze v jedné oblasti služeb, jež je jeho prioritou a tou je tenis. Dále práce představuje sport centrum jako takové ? geografickou polohu, historii, současnost i budoucnost. Zhodnocení současného stavu do konce roku 2007 je také důležitou součástí, která slouží především k zamyšlení se nad chybami minulého období. Největší důraz je kladen na poslední část nazvanou ?Komunikační strategie pro rok 2008?. V tomto úseku využívám znalosti, které jsem získala studiem na Vysoké škole ekonomické během bakalářského programu. Tento úsek může zároveň sloužit jako základní podklad pro samotnou komunikaci s klienty sport centra dle jednotlivých typů akcí. Závěr práce vyhodnocuje, zda-li byl cíl práce, který je stanoven v úvodu, splněn či nikoliv. Příloha obsahuje například mapu areálu a logo sport centra Na Zámečku.

The thesis goal is to define a competitive strength according to an enterprise company management. Based on methods and enterprise strategic management we have to evaluate a market position (a rate of competitive strength) of the selected enterprise company.

After a studying of special literature I shortly described the company and then I gave an attention to the mission, an analysis of external and internal environment, enterprise objectives, proposal and analysis of convenient strategies, which should lead to consolidate and strengthen the competitive position of companies examined in the market.
