La necesidad de conocer la valoración que hacen los grupos de interés de las empresas aumenta en contextos cada vez más competitivos, lo que hace que evaluar la Reputación Corporativa (RC) sea una tarea primordial en el ámbito de la comunicación corporativa. A pesar de la existencia de variados índices de medición de la RC, ninguno de ellos responde a la evaluación de toda la cadena de valor, ya que en su mayoría toman como muestra a tan solo algunos de los stakeholders. Adicionalmente, no están difundidos índices de Reputación sectoriales o enfocados a un sector económico concreto. Este artículo es una propuesta metodológica que presenta un Índice de Reputación Corporativa para Empresas de Comunicación (denominado IRCEC) construido a partir del análisis de otros índices académicos y empresariales existentes. De esta forma, el desarrollo metodológico ha permitido el estudio de diferentes índices de medición en el ámbito teórico y empresarial, los cuales utilizan dimensiones y atributos para la implementación de sus herramientas de evaluación, como se hace usualmente en todos los índices. Los resultados de la investigación muestran la propuesta del IRCEC detallada por esas dimensiones y atributos. Se concluye que cada una de las partes interesadas puede tener una valoración diferenciada de la RC. La evaluación segmentada por stakeholders aparece como la vía más recomendable para posteriormente comparar percepciones y emprender estrategias diferenciadas para cada grupo de interés. Una estrategia encaminada a mejorar la RC de una empresa deberá identificar los valores intangibles de la marca que son importantes para sus grupos de interés. In an increasingly competitive context, the need to learn how interest groups assess companies is on the rise. This means that evaluating corporate reputation (CR) is a crucial task for corporate communications. Although there exist various indexes for measuring corporate reputation, none consider the entirety of the value chain, since most sample only a few stakeholders. Additionally, indexes gauging sector reputation or focusing on concrete economic fields are not widely available. This article is a methodological proposal that presents an Index of Corporate Reputation for Communication Companies (ICRCC), constructed after an analysis of existing academic and company indexes. Our methodological approach allowed us to study, in theoretical and corporate contexts, different measurement indexes that employ dimensions and indicators in implementing their evaluation tools, as indexes usually do. The results of our investigation show our ICRCC proposal broken down into these dimensions and indicators. We conclude that each interested party can have a distinct view of corporate reputation. Segmenting evaluations by stakeholders appears to be the most advisable way to then compare perceptions and elaborate differentiated strategies for each interest group. A strategy that means to improve a company's corporate reputation must identify the intangible brand values that interest groups care about.

The stakeholders, also known as groups of interest, are increasingly important for brand building, especially because of the need to generate differentiated communication on the part of the company, which must demonstrate a solid identity that generates processes for the creation of a correct image and a strong corporate reputation. In this aspect, this article meets a priority need: to know the groups of interest for the creation of brand building strategies, even from current tools such as experiential marketing. For this, a theoretical review of recognized authors in the field of branding, corporate communication, and marketing was carried out through specialized databases: academic texts, research, and scientific articles were taken into account. After having these inputs, relevant topics for the study of the stakeholders and their relationship with the communication of the companies were developed. This allowed for a detailed analysis of the company's intangibles, which contributes to the generation of useful knowledge for the field of branding. The main conclusions revolve around the relevance that stakeholders have in the management of the identity of the brand, with a view to generating a correct image and corporate reputation. This issue is key in the communication of any company, because currently the proper management of intangibles is the key to business success, and a good link with different stakeholders. Os stakeholders ou grupos de interesse são cada dia mais importantes para construir uma marca, em especial, devido à necessidade de a empresa gerar uma comunicação diferenciada, a qual deve demonstrar uma identidade sólida, que gere processos de criação de uma correta imagem e de uma reputação corporativa forte. Nesse aspecto, este artigo responde a uma necessidade prioritária: conhecer os grupos de interesse para criar estratégias de construção de marca, inclusive a partir de ferramentas de atualidade como o marketing experiencial. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão teórica de autores reconhecidos no campo da marca, da comunicação corporativa e do marketing por meio de bases de dados especializadas, em que foram considerados textos acadêmicos, pesquisas e artigos científicos. Em seguida, foram desenvolvidas temáticas relevantes para o estudo dos stakeholders e sua relação com a comunicação das empresas. Isso permitiu realizar uma análise detalhada dos intangíveis da empresa, o que contribui para gerar conhecimento útil para a área de branding. As principais conclusões giram em torno da relevância que os stakeholders têm na gestão da identidade da marca, com vistas à geração de uma correta imagem e reputação corporativa. Esse assunto é fundamental na comunicação de qualquer empresa devido a que, na atualidade, a gestão adequada dos intangíveis é a chave do sucesso empresarial e de um bom vínculo com os diferentes stakeholders. Los stakeholders, o grupos de interés, son cada día más importantes para la construcción de marca, especialmente por la necesidad de generar una comunicación diferenciada de parte de la empresa, la cual debe demostrar una identidad sólida, que genere procesos de creación de una correcta imagen y una reputación corporativa fuerte. En este aspecto, este artículo responde a una necesidad prioritaria: conocer los grupos de interés para la creación de estrategias de construcción de marca, incluso a partir de herramientas de actualidad como el marketing experiencial. Para esto se realizó una revisión teórica de autores reconocidos en el campo de la marca, la comunicación corporativa y el marketing, a través de bases de datos especializadas, donde se tuvieron en cuenta textos académicos, investigaciones y artículos científicos. Luego de tener estos insumos, se desarrollaron temáticas relevantes para el estudio de los stakeholders y su relación con la comunicación de las empresas. Esto permitió realizar un análisis detallado de los intangibles de la empresa, lo que aporta a la generación de conocimiento útil para el área del branding. Las principales conclusiones giran en torno a la relevancia que tienen los stakeholders en la gestión de la identidad de la marca, con miras a la generación de una correcta imagen y reputación corporativa. El presente artículo se centra en la percepción de la reputación corporativa por parte de los stakeholders de una empresa. Más concretamente, en como los intangibles de la marca tienen una influencia potencial en la reputación corporativa de una empresa de comunicación. Con el objetivo de abordar la evaluación de la cadena de valor completa, el trabajo de campo se cumplió con 463 cuestionarios respondidos por miembros de todos los grupos de stakeholders de Televisión de Catalunya (la cadena pública catalana), a propósito de una actividad de RSC organizada por ella, La Marató (maratón) de TV3. Los resultados permiten identificar como la confianza, la calidad, la transparencia y la solidaridad se configuran como los principales valores de su reputación corporativa. Esta investigación resulta relevante en tanto es representativa de toda la compañía, al tratarse de entrevistas con todos los grupos de la cadena de valor, algo metodológicamente novedoso en este campo. Resumen Esta investigación se centra en determinar cómo la comunicación de la responsabilidad social corporativa incide en la percepción de reputación corporativa de las empresas de comunicación, tomando como objeto de análisis toda su cadena de valor, lo cual es novedoso en el campo. En este sentido, se asume la comunicación de la responsabilidad social corporativa como parte del compromiso adquirido con todos los stakeholders. El trabajo empírico toma como caso La Marató de TV3 (recogida de fondos para investigación médica del canal autonómico público de Cataluña, España), y cómo esta actividad de solidaridad y comunicación influye en la imagen y la reputación corporativa del canal. La herramienta metodológica aplicada es la encuesta. Se han obtenido 463 encuestas realizadas a los 7 grupos de interés de toda su cadena de valor. Los resultados se expresan con perspectiva cuantitativa y cualitativa y permiten dar cuenta de que la responsabilidad social corporativa tiene una relevante incidencia en la imagen y la reputación corporativa de la marca, que se convierte en una condición fundamental para mantener los vínculos con cada uno de sus stakeholders. Abstract This research focuses on how the communication of corporate social responsibility affects the perception of corporate reputation of communication companies, taking the entire value chain as an object of analysis, which is novel in the field. In this sense, the communication of corporate social responsibility is assumed as part of the commitment to all stakeholders. The empirical work takes as a case La Marató de TV3 (fundraising for medical research from the autonomous public channel of Catalonia-Spain), and how this solidarity and communication activity influences the image and corporate reputation of the channel. The methodological tool applied is the survey. A total of 463 surveys were carried out in the 7 interest groups throughout their entire value chain. The results are expressed with a quantitative and qualitative perspective and allow to evidence that corporate social responsibility has a relevant impact on the image and corporate reputation of the brand, which becomes a fundamental condition to maintain the links with every stakeholder. Resumo O foco desta pesquisa é determinar como a comunicação da responsabilidade social corporativa incide na percepção de reputação corporativa das empresas de comunicação, tomando como objeto de análise toda a sua cadeia de valor, o qual é novo neste campo. Neste sentido, se assume a comunicação da responsabilidade social corporativa como parte do compromisso adquirido com todos os stakeholders. O trabalho empírico toma como caso La Marató de TV3 (coleta de fundos para pesquisa médica do canal autonômico público da Catalunha-Espanha), e como esta atividade de solidariedade e comunicação influi na imagem e a reputação corporativa do canal. A ferramenta metodológica aplicada é a enquete. Foram obtidas 463 enquetes realizadas aos 7 grupos de interesse de toda a sua cadeia de valor. Las campañas de publicidad y de comunicación de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa han impactado de manera sustancial a los stakeholders de las empresas que implementan estas acciones estratégicas. El manejo de la comunicación de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa requiere una organización comprometida con la ética y la transparencia, además de un diálogo constante con los grupos de interés. Los beneficios de la comunicación de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa en la marca son evidentes en los ámbitos de la reputación, la imagen, la lealtad de los consumidores y el reconocimiento social, pero las organizaciones deben asumir este tipo de acciones estratégicas como una parte intrínseca de su responsabilidad y no como un lavado de cara que les sirva como escudo anti crisis. Este artículo de reflexión elabora un estado del arte sobre el tema y propone qué tipo de acciones pueden colaborar a ese éxito comunicativo. CSR advertising campaigns have had a deep impact on the stakeholders of the companies that implement strategic actions. The management of the CSR needs a compromise with ethics and transparency, and also a permanent dialogue with stakeholders. The benefits of the CSR communication have been clear on branding, corporative image, loyalty of consumers and social recognition. At the same time, enterprises have to assume this kind of strategic actions, notas being a simply greenwashanti-crisis but a part of the basis of their responsibility. This paper designs a state of the art of this field and also proposes what type of strategic actions can contribute to a successful communication of the CSR

Aún hoy, en plena sociedad del conocimiento, se tienen límites conceptuales en relación con aspectos tan fundamentales como la identidad, la imagen y la reputación de marca. Incluso donde mayores dificultades se presentan es en las posibilidades de evaluación y medición de cada uno de estos conceptos ligados con la reputación empresarial. Así, la marca, como el elemento fundamental de las empresas del presente siglo, se ve obligada a indagar nuevas formas de interpretar sus acciones estratégicas, con el único objetivo de continuar conformando la estructura de la marca, el ADN que la diferencia y que le permite contrastar sus resultados a partir de evaluaciones y mediciones fiables, en un contexto donde la transparencia, ante el alud de comunicación, se plantea casi como una exigencia. Even today, in our knowledge society, there are conceptual limits related to key, and widely used, ideas such as identity, image and brand reputation. Even greater difficulties arise in testing and measuring the potential of each of these concepts in relation to corporate reputation. Thus, the continuous shaping of the structure of the brand, as the cornerstone of the companies in this century, requires the exploration of new ways to interpret strategic actions, the DNA that makes the difference and allows the comparison of performance through evaluations and reliable measurements, in a context where transparency in the face of the avalanche of communication is almost a requirement. Ainda hoje, em plena sociedade do conhecimento, têm-se limites conceptuais no que diz respeito de aspectos tão fundamentais como identidade, imagem e reputação de marca. Mesmo as maiores dificuldades surgem nas possibilidades de avaliação e aferição de cada um destes conceitos associados à reputação corporativa. Assim, a marca, como pedra angular das empresas do presente século, vê-se obrigada a indagar novas formas de interpretar suas ações estratégicas, com o único alvo de continuar a moldar uma estrutura da marca, o ADN que a diferença e permite contrastar seus resultados a partir das avaliações e aferições confiáveis, em um contexto onde a transparência, diante a avalanche de comunicação, bosqueja-se quase como exigência.

Esta investigación toma como objeto de estudio a los informes al Pacto Global de Naciones Unidas por parte de empresas de comunicación de España y América Latina. A través de su análisis se valora el protagonismo de los stakeholders y la actividad que las empresas generan con estos, con el fin de evaluar si en un marco de gestión de la RSC se da realmente un diálogo transparente y ético entre la empresa y sus grupos de interés. This research takes as its object of study the United Nations Global Compact reports sent by media companies in Spain and Latin America. Our analysis assesses the role of the stakeholders and the activity that the enterprises have with them, in order to see whether management framework of CSR is actually given an ethical and transparent dialogue between the company and its stakeholders interest.

This article seeks to investigate the way in which Catalonia Television's (TV3) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has helped the company cultivate an image associated with Catalan identity by way of a charity initiative: a telethon known as La Marató ('The marathon'). In the empirical stage there were 463 interviews with seven stakeholder groups. This stage is important as it is a window into the perceptions of all the groups involved in the company. The most significant results show how La Marató is considered to be a symbol of Catalan identity and how some intangible values (the company's social capital) impacted the organization's reputation. Even today, in our knowledge society, there are conceptual limits related to key, and widely used, ideas such as identity, image and brand reputation. Even greater difficulties arise in testing and measuring the potential of each of these concepts in relation to corporate reputation. Thus, the continuous shaping of the structure of the brand, as the cornerstone of the companies in this century, requires the exploration of new ways to interpret strategic actions, the DNA that makes the difference and allows the comparison of performance through evaluations and reliable measurements, in a context where transparency in the face of the avalanche of communication is almost a requirement.
