This article reports that less than half of NHS trusts provide enough uniforms to guarantee nurses a clean uniform each day in Great Britain. Just a quarter have changing rooms to allow nurses to change out of their uniforms after work. While nurse researchers recommend that nurses should be provided with a minimum of nine uniforms, many trusts provide five uniforms, a quarter give out just four and 14 percent only three uniforms.
