Abstract

The article examines whether the rise in the number of National Health Service (NHS) staff who work part-time a triumph for worker rights or a shortage. According to workforce figures, the NHS has become heavily reliant on part-time and casual nursing labor. The article reveals that Wales has the most part-time nursing employees.
