SELF-esteem , *CRONBACH'S alpha , *PERSONAL training , *TEST validity , *LONGITUDINAL method , *TEST reliability - Abstract
Self-esteem is an essential element in the personal training of students in the educational system and for life. A direct correlation between high self-esteem and the ability to achieve autonomous and meaningful learning of students is recognized, but in the same way, autonomous learning imposes the need for independence and responsibility skills. The objective was to design a methodological strategy that allows the development of autonomous learning (fifth-year students) in correspondence with promoting factors that influence a boost in self-esteem as necessary skills for their intellectual growth. The research adopted a quantitative approach; types of correlational, experimental and longitudinal research. Theoretical methods were used in the conceptual theoretical analysis and the design of the instruments applied in the diagnosis made (observation, documentary analysis, interview and survey). The results obtained in the survey were applied to the validity and reliability tests (Cronbach's Alpha and R square) with the support of the SSPS V25 software. A procedure in approximation to the VALPER Method was proposed, which allowed the determination of six influential variables and their relative weights to be considered in the strategy, and that contribute to the development of self-esteem and learning. Through them, two Comprehensive Indexes were built that were evaluated before and after the implementation of the strategy and exhibit variations in self-esteem from 2.6344 to 2.9857 and in learning from 2.4067 to 3.1544, which demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposal made. This article reflects on the processes of professional training within the framework of the reflective practice paradigm. Vocational training is understood as a construction framed in a daily activity and implies analyzing and reflecting on that activity with the help of a mediator or tutor. In addition, it is considered that in professional training it is necessary to integrate conceptual learning with experiential learning. This article presents the analysis of a case in which reflections of the students of a first-year course of the Bachelor in Education Degree at a private university in Buenos Aires, Argentina, are systematized. The analyzed course, Introduction to Education, presents a teaching proposal that seeks to bring the world of work closer to students based on the concern that students usually express about the future. EDUCATIONAL leadership , *SOCIAL integration , *SOCIAL innovation , *CHILDREN with disabilities , *INCLUSIVE education , *EDUCATION of children with disabilities - Abstract
Leaving no one behind in education: A focus on children with disabilities (p.48) Toyin Janet Aderemi Barriers to education exist at multiple levels for children with disabilities, especially in developing or middle-income countries: stigma and discrimination in families, communities and in schools; households living in poverty; lack of assistive devices; lack of teachers' training and preparation; and inaccessible transportation. Inclusive education is a system that includes all learners, welcomes and supports them, irrespective of their identities and abilities. Inclusive education entails not only accessibility of the school but also teachers' preparation, adapted curricula, and participation of the learner to achieve his or her potentials. Furthermore, inclusive education fosters inclusive societies and equity. Children with disabilities have the right to education. This article addresses inclusive education in school, communities, and policy contexts, contending that there is huge need for a multi-sectoral approach. Inclusive and community education for children with disabilities: Tools to combat discrimination and social inequality (p.55) Patricia Rea Ángeles This scientific article addresses the issue of children with disabilities and their inclusion in formal and community education. For many years, children with disabilities have been excluded from educational systems on the grounds of their fragility, creating a spiral of discrimination and social inequality. This article is an attentive call to governments, public policy makers, social leaders, civil society organizations, and other strategic actors to generate models of inclusive education inside and outside the classroom, attached to international law, with a multisectoral and intercultural perspective of gender, community engagement, and generation of an education for life that promotes social cohesion, community participation, and successful and meaningful educational experiences for all children. Leadership, education, and global social impact (p.64) Esther Benjamin Traditional development often focuses on the economic and social development of nations and their peoples, the implementation of international aid, and development assistance. Conversely, global engagement is focused on equity and rights, as we strive to uphold fairness and justice in our work and actions. Global engagement is about creating opportunities for one another. It is about inclusion. This article, proposes global social impact as "development 2.0." It identifies global engagement and holistic thinking as the basis for establishing new approaches to development that start with the individual, before addressing the interconnectedness of people, organizations, sectors, and programmatic areas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article analyzes research results on the experiences and points of view of students of Research Methodology in the Sociology Degree Program at the University of Buenos Aires. Based on their oral interviews and written testimonies, we identify significant learnings that the students claim to have undergone, the peculiar characteristics that, according to them, make the subject somewhat different from the others, and the main criticisms and difficulties that come in matter. Finally, we propose a way of classifying these experiences as an interpretive key to synthesize them. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article presents a vision of the relevance of geography as an educational science of landscape, from the perspective of the relationship between citizens and regional geographic spaces. In the first place, the link between the didactics of geography and landscape is contextualized, taking as a reference the importance of the latter in the meaningful learning of the discipline. Secondly, an analysis of the relevance of the landscape as an integrated system and its teaching in the formation of geographically informed and occupied citizens of their environment is presented. The document intends, therefore, to have a diffusion action to underline the importance of geographic education in the formation of a competent society in geographic knowledge, that is, with a clear vision of the territory it inhabits, reflective of its rights and aware of its importance in protecting its environment. After consulting academic bases, no material was found for the implementation of awareness in the SGC using didactics, which as a branch of pedagogy is in charge of the teaching-learning process, which is why the objective is to reflect and provide contributions. through the didactics of meaningful learning in raising awareness during the implementation of a QMS. The hermeneutic exploratory qualitative methodology will be used to discover the contributions that this didactics can provide to raise awareness in the implementation of a QMS Quality Management System, first consulting academic databases such as Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc and USTA Repository. Then, key concepts are defined and reflection is made on the added value that meaningful learning can provide, with the main results being a proposal that has not been implemented and the possibility of allowing quality leaders and facilitators to use pedagogy, didactics, and play in order to enrich from another source the deployments in the SGC. Having as the most relevant conclusion to be able to explore and discover all the contributions that from these disciplines can be added in achieving the efficient and effective establishment of the SGC.

- Abstract
In this paper, we analyze the role of the teacher that seeks in students the development of competences, such as those formulated by critical didactics for the development of knowledge, skills and values; which should be supported in the proper use of Information and Communication Technologies, in order to facilitate learning that is meaningful and useful in their family, social and work context; likewise, it invites to the discussion on how from educational practices access to the construction of knowledge in a critical, argumentative, proactive and communicative way, where the interests of each subject that intervenes in the educational process, focuses on learning. Similarly, teacher's role in the development of meaningful learning is exposed with the approach to knowledge that today allow the means of communication and information, which aims to strengthen the teaching-learning process from the interests, needs and opportunities presented the context. This article presents the results of doctoral research carried out between 2014 and 2017. Its aim is to determine to what extent the pedagogical use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) influenced the significant learning of students in Zipaquirá, Colombia, within the framework of the pedagogical project "Cloud Entrepreneurs, Community Managers in Technical High School Education." A thorough literature review and a theoretical framework of both the independent and dependent variables were prepared. This review involved a final number of 258 official sources in the document. As to the method, the research design is experimental, on a quasi-experimental level, with a mixed approach. The result analysis phase is also specified, according to data collection techniques, in order to back up the details of indicator measurement and the dimensions of each variable. Results revealed a direct link between the pedagogical use of ICTs and the improvement of significant learning in the experimental group of the sample; the summarized analysis, discussion, and conclusions presented so prove it.
