Evin went back over the difference in the legislation on tobacco and alcoholism, and spoke about how the French population reacted at the time. Nowadays, the interest of a European public health policy in this field is certain. However, the legal framework of social networks is struggling to emerge, and manufacturers are competing with each other in their ingenuity to adapt to legislation.
