Objective To investigate the effects of two sticking and fixation methods of nasogastric tubes for elderly patients, and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods Totally 116 elderly patients requiring placement of nasogastric tube were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 58 patients in each group. Based on the nursing maintenance of nasogastric tube, the I-shaped sticking and fixation method was used in the control group, while the 7-shaped method was adopted in the experimental group. The slippage and displacement of nasogastric tube adhesive tape, skin condition, frequency of unplanned replacement and consumption of the two groups were observed and compared. Results No patients in either group reported slippage and displacement of nasogastric tube adhesive tape or skin adverse reactions. There was no significant difference in the frequency of unplanned adhesive tape replacement between the experimental group and the control group (P＞0. 05). The incidence of adhesive tape replacement in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, but with no significant difference(P＞0. 05) . The consumption of adhesive tape in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion There was no significant difference in the effect of two kinds of fixation methods for nasogastric tube in elderly patients. The usage of I-shaped was significantly more than that of 7-shape, which was of great significance for promotion. Flavonoid-C-glycosides, as one kind of the effective components in Premna fulva, have the effect of antigen-induced arthritis. In order to optimize the enrichment and purification process of P. fulva stems, through static adsorption and desorption experiments on 13 kinds of macroporous resins with five flavonoid-C-glycosides in P. fulva stems as the index, a suitable macroporous resin was selected, and the results were tested by the HPLC, and then the orthogonal process was used to optimize the enrichment and purification conditions. The results were as follows:(1)XAD-16N macroporous resin has good adsorption and desorption effects on the five flavonoid -C-glycosides in P. fulva stems. Through single factor screening and orthogonal process optimization, the best enrichment and purification process was finally determined as that the loading concentration was two times the original extract diluted, the loading flow rate was 2 BV·h-1, and the eluent concentration was 60% ethanol.(2)The contents of five flavonoid-C-glycosides increased from 1.73%(in the original plant)to 14.50%, an increase of 7.38 times. All the results indicate that the selected extraction process is stable and feasible, and the selected macroporous resin has good separation and purification effects, which provides a reference for the drug development of P. fulva stems. To observe the inhibitory effect of buddlejasaponin Ⅳ on tumor growth on murine transplanted hepatocarcinoma 22(H22)in vivo,tumor inhibitory activities were tested in experimental tumor H22 mice. The tumor bearing mice were randomly divided into control group,CTX group(CTX,20.0 mg/kg)and buddlejasaponin Ⅳ treatment groups(1.00,0.50,0.25 mg/kg). The body weight and survival of mice in all groups were recorded. After exposing to medications for 10 days,all the mice were killed on second day,the tumors were taken out and weighted with tumor inhibition rate,and the indexes of spleen and thymus were checked,and the SOD activity,MDA,GGT and AKP levels in serum in each group were detected. The results showed that the high and middle dosage buddlejasaponin Ⅳ treated groups could inhibit H22 growth compared with the control group(P<0.01),the inhibitory rate was 56.96%,50.63% respectively. In the high dosage buddlejasaponin Ⅳ treated groups,the activity of serum SOD increased(P<0.05),and in all the buddlejasaponin Ⅳ treated groups,serum MDA contents decreased(P<0.01). Compared with the control group,in all the buddlejasaponin Ⅳ treated groups,serum GGT,AKP content compared were highly significant differences(P<0.01),while the CTX group showed no significant difference. Buddlejasaponin Ⅳ can inhibit hepatocarcinoma growth. The mechanism may regulate the body antioxidant capacity,and needs further study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The allelopathic effects of Eucalyptus grandis×E. urophlla plantation leaf volatile on surrounding crop were investigated, and seedling growth of three plants such as Zea mays, pepper, tomatoes were studied by using different quality fresh eucalyptus leaves and the eucalyptus essential oil from fresh leaves, the seed germination. The results showed that:(1)In three kinds of tested plants, E. grandis×E. urophlla leaf volatiles had little effect on zea mays seed germination, great effect on pepper;(2)When the amount was less than 200 g, E. grandis×E. urophlla leaf volatiles had no obvious effect on seed germination of three tested plants; When the dosage was 400 g, it could completely inhibit seed germination of peppers, tomatoes, and could reduce seed germination significantly(P<0.01);(3)With an increase of the dosage of leaf, the Zea mays growth first promoted and then suppressed, and it was significant(P< 0.05)or extremely significant level(P<0.01)to bud height, fresh weight, dry weight;(4)when the amount was less than or equoal to 100 g, the E. grandis×E. urophlla leaf volatiles was not obvious effect on seedling growth of peppers and tomatoes; when the amount reached 200 g, it could significantly inhibit the seedling growth peppers and tomatoes;(5)The eucalyptus essential oil had similar inhibitory effect on the 3 plants species with leaf natural volatile, and the effect was more significant. Based on the statistical analysis of roof tunnel gas extraction used in China，in order to coordinate the relationship between roof tunnel gas extraction and coal spontaneous combustion，and to solve the problem of the coal spontaneous combustion induced by roof tunnel gas extraction，a case study was conducted in the Gengcun Mine，China. Firstly，though analyzing the measured data of roof tunnel gas composition and gob temperature，the occurrence of air leakage and coal spontaneous combustion were confirmed；Secondly，the air leakage passage and the constitute of air leakage power were identified by numerical calculation and theoretical analysis，and the mechanism of inducing coal spontaneous combustion under roof tunnel gas extraction was revealed；Thirdly，the concept of safe gas extraction volume was presented. According to the conservation of mass，using the ventilation air methane and the width of oxidized zone as constraint indices，the mathematical model of safe gas extraction volume was established. Objective To evaluate the practice of emergency team in the in the process management of rescuing patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods Totally 60 AIS patients with hospital admission from January to June 2019 were included as the control group, another 58 patients with hospital admission from July to December 2019 were included as the observation group. The routine process management of emergency care was adopted in the control group, and teamwork process management was used in the observation group. The time to emergency reception, specimen delivery and laboratory test were observed, time of CT-scanning and report issuance, communication time and the door-to-needle time were observed and compared between two groups.
