Practice of emergency team in the process management of rescuing patients with acute ischemic stroke (基于急诊团队的急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治流程化管理实践)

Objective To evaluate the practice of emergency team in the in the process management of rescuing patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods Totally 60 AIS patients with hospital admission from January to June 2019 were included as the control group, another 58 patients with hospital admission from July to December 2019 were included as the observation group. The routine process management of emergency care was adopted in the control group, and teamwork process management was used in the observation group. The time to emergency reception, specimen delivery and laboratory test were observed, time of CT-scanning and report issuance, communication time and the door-to-needle time were observed and compared between two groups. Results After the implementation of standardized process management for AIS patients, the time of treatment indicators had been reduced, and the emergency thrombolysis compliance rate had been increased, with a significant difference(P
