The paper substantiates a necessity of using a new updated optical analysis of thrombogenesis when studyng the adaptive reactions of the blood microcirculation. Prolonged terms of thrombogenetic reactions have been revealed as illustrated by asthma investigations., У роботі обґрунтовано необхідність використання нового удосконаленого оптичного аналізу тромбоутворення при вивченні адаптивних реакцій мікроциркуляції крові. На прикладі досліджень астми виявлені подовжені терміни реакцій тромбоутворення.

This research deals with the study of blood microcirculation peculiarities. Materials and methods. 72 students of Bogdan Khmelnytsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University, aged 18–19, were examined. The experimental research consisted of the study of blood microcirculation functional state by means of Laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) method. It helped to evaluate the state of tissue blood-circulation and to detect individual-typological peculiarities of blood microcirculation under the influence of physical activity (before and after exercise). Results.Three types of blood microcirculation were identified by using LDF-metry. The normoemic type of blood microcirculation, characterized by the superposition of oscillatory rhythms and reflected the balance of the mechanisms of regulation of microcirculation. The hyperemic type, characterized by a «monotonous» LDF-gram with a high parameter of microcirculation, which reflects the relative predominance of metabolic mechanisms in the regulation of microcirculation. The hypoemic type, characterized by a «monotonous» LDF-gram with a low parameter of the microcirculation parameter, which reflects the decrease of vasomotor mechanisms in the regulation of microcirculation. According to the LDF-metric data, the examined students under intensive physical activity have a significant increase in microcirculatory status: by 6 % of the microcirculation parameter, by 28 % of the mean square deviation and by 45 % of the initial value of the coefficient of variation. Conclusions.This dynamics of microcirculation shows that under the influence of physical exertion, a person creates significant functional reserves for the redistribution of blood flow and for more perfect intraorgan capillary blood flow. It was found, that in the process of physical activity, morpho-functional rearrangements of the human cardiovascular system occur. This reaction is formed by several components of blood microcirculation: blood flow in the transport direction, regulating blood supply in accordance with the needs of tissues and the exchange component of the histochemical barrier

Introduction. Violations of the microcirculatory-tissue systems of the human body play a key role in the pathogenesis of various diseases complications. However, there are a few unresolved methodological and instrumental problems with non-invasive monitoring of microcirculatory function and metabolic disorders associated with insufficient accuracy, reproducibility and informativeness of diagnostic results. The proposed approach of multiparametric optical diagnostics, when optical non-invasive technologies are used in combination, can be a promising tool that improves the sensitivity and accuracy of detecting microcirculatory and metabolic disorders at an early stage, which is important for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of various profiles.Aim. Development of a method and device for assessing the functional state of microcirculatory-tissue systems of the human body based on multiparametric optical diagnostics and assessment of its diagnostic potential in clinical practice.Materials and methods. In the paper, theories of radiation transfer, applied mathematical statistics and clinical research methods are used. The statistical indicators of the developed diagnostic methods are given, the principle of the device construction is described.Results. An original method and principle for constructing a device for assessing the functional state of microcirculatory-tissue systems of the human body based on multiparametric optical diagnostics has been developed.Conclusion. The present work presents a method and device for assessing the functional state of microcirculatory-tissue systems of the human body based on this approach. The basic principles of each of the diagnostic channels (laser Doppler flowmetry, fluorescence spectroscopy and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy) are described. Examples of the clinical application of the described device in various fields of medicine (endocrinology, rheumatology, minimally invasive surgery) are presented. The method proposed in this article and principle for constructing a device with the possibility of its technical adaptation by developing additional probes for specific tasks of biomedical research makes optical non-invasive diagnostics affordable and increases its information content.

This work represents the first stage of a study of microcirculation and oxidative metabolism parameters in the skin of women with type 1 diabetes mellitus in early stages of pregnancy. Laser Doppler flowmetry and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to record the diagnostic parameters in the study. The main parameters of LDF recordings of patients under the study (index of microcirculation in the upper and lower extremities, normalised amplitudes of blood flow oscillations), as well as normalised fluorescence values when excited with 365 nm light, were measured and presented.

The subject of the study in the article is to study the method of excitation of human body tissues using an electric current. The purpose of the work is to develop a method for exciting local current in a human body affecting the microcirculation of blood and excitability of local areas of muscle tissue during the treatment process. The article solves the following tasks: the creation of a model pattern of fabric, the rationale for the generation of electric current inside the sample, the development of the design of the current generation system and measuring the electrical response of the model sample of the tissue on the occurrence of electric current, determining the size and spatial current distribution in the model sample of the fabric, comparison The obtained current values with known and admissible in medical practice its values, determination of the advantages of the proposed method of excitation of current compared to the traditional used in medicine. The following methods were used: analysis of scientific publications for the subject of the study, the calculation of the expected current parameters in the model sample, the method of designing the nodes of the current generation and measurement system of the electrical response, the experimental method of excitation of the current and measuring the sample response to it. The following results were obtained: a new acoustic-magnetic method of exciting electric current in local areas of muscle tissue is justified, which allows determining for them the optimal values of the therapeutic current and the value of its threshold value. model samples of muscle tissue are created, a magnetohydrodynamic method of generating electric current inside the patient's body is justified, design of a system for generating current and measuring the electrical response of a model fabric sample to the occurrence of electric current in it; determining the magnitude and spatial distribution of the current in the model fabric sample; comparison of obtained current values with known and permissible values in medical practice and proved their safety for a person. Calculated ratios are obtained, which connect value of excited local current with parameters of ultrasonic radiation, external permanent magnetic field and biological medium. The materials have been found that the current density excited in the local area of the biological medium is independent of the ultrasound frequency and is determined mainly by the intensity of the ultrasound and the constant magnetic field. The advantages of the current excitation method according to the present invention over the conventional galvanic method of passing current through the patient's skin are the ability to generate current in any desired local area of the patient's tissue and its complete safety. Conclusions: The scientific foundations of the new method of excitation of local current inside the human body have been developed and experimentally tested on model samples. Using this method can significantly increase the effectiveness of the treatment process based on the effect of current on blood microcirculation in predetermined areas of muscle tissue and for the first time will allow distinguishing and determining with high accuracy thresholds of their excitability by electric current., Предметом исследования в статье является изучение способа возбуждения тканей организма человека с помощью электрического тока. Цель работы – разработка метода возбуждения локального тока в теле человека, влияющего на микроциркуляцию крови и возбудимость локальных участков мышечной ткани в течении лечебного процесса. В статье решаются следующие задачи: создание модельного образца ткани, обоснование метода генерации электрического тока внутри образца, разработка конструкции системы генерации тока и измерения электрического отклика модельного образца ткани на возникновение в ней электрического тока, определение величины и пространственного распределения тока в модельном образце ткани, сравнение полученных значений тока с известными и допустимыми в медицинской практике его значениями, определение преимуществ предлагаемого способа возбуждения тока по сравнению с традиционным, используемом в медицине. Используются такие методы: анализ научных публикаций по предмету исследования, расчет ожидаемых параметров тока в модельном образце, метод конструирования узлов системы генерации тока и измерения электрического отклика, экспериментальный метод возбуждения тока и измерения отклика образца на него. Получены следующие результаты: обоснован новый акусто-магнитный метод возбуждения электрического тока в локальных участках мышечной ткани, который позволяет определять для них оптимальные значения лечебного тока и величину его порогового значения, созданы модельные образцы мышечной ткани, обоснован магнитогидродинамический способ генерации электрического тока внутри тела пациента, создана конструкция системы генерации тока и измерения электрического отклика модельного образца ткани на возникновение в ней электрического тока, определена величина и пространственное распределения тока в модельном образце ткани, выполнено сравнение полученных значений тока с известными и допустимыми в медицинской практике его значениями и доказана их безопасность для человека. Получены расчетные соотношения, связывающие величину возбуждаемого локального тока с параметрами ультразвукового излучения, внешнего постоянного магнитного поля и биологической среды. Установлено, что плотность тока, возбуждаемого в локальном участке биологической среды, не зависит от частоты ультразвука и определяется в основном величинами интенсивности ультразвука и постоянного магнитного поля. Преимуществами предлагаемого метода возбуждения тока по сравнению с традиционным гальваническим методом пропускания тока через кожу пациента являются возможность создавать ток в любом требуемом локальном участке ткани пациента и полная его безопасность. Выводы: разработаны и экспериментально проверены на модельных образцах научные основы нового метода возбуждения локального тока внутри тела человека. Использование этого метода может существенно повысить эффективность лечебного процесса на основе воздействия тока на микроциркуляцию крови в заранее заданных участках мышечной ткани и впервые позволит различать и определять с высокой точностью пороги их возбудимости электрическим током., Предметом дослідження в статті є вивчення способу збудження тканин організму людини за допомогою електричного струму. Мета роботи – розробка методу збудження локального струму в тілі людини, що впливає на мікроциркуляцію крові і збудливість локальних ділянок м'язової тканини в перебігу лікувального процесу. У статті вирішуються наступні завдання: створення модельного зразка тканини, обгрунтування методу генерації електричного струму всередині зразка, розробка конструкції системи генерації струму і вимірювання електричного відгуку модельного зразка тканини на виникнення в ній електричного струму, визначення величини і просторового розподілу струму в модельному зразку тканини, порівняння отриманих значень струму з відомими і допустимими в медичній практиці його значеннями, визначення переваг запропонованого способу збудження струму в порівнянні з традиційним, який використовується в медицині. Використовуються такі методи: аналіз наукових публікацій з предмету дослідження, розрахунок очікуваних параметрів струму в модельному зразку, метод конструювання вузлів системи генерації струму і вимірювання електричного відгуку, експериментальний метод збудження струму і вимірювання відгуку зразка на нього. Отримані наступні результати: обґрунтовано новий акусто-магнітний метод збудження електричного струму в локальних ділянках м'язової тканини, який дозволяє визначати для них оптимальні значення лікувального струму і величину його порогового значення, створені модельні зразки м'язової тканини, обгрунтований магнітогідродинамічний спосіб генерації електричного струму всередині тіла пацієнта, створена конструкція системи генерації струму і вимірювання електричного відгуку модельного зразка тканини на виникнення в ній електричного струму, визначена величина і просторовий розподіл струму в модельному зразку тканини, виконано порівняння отриманих значень струму з відомими і допустимими в медичній практиці його значеннями і доведено їх безпечність для людини . Отримано розрахункові співвідношення, що зв'язують величину збудження локального струму з параметрами ультразвукового випромінювання, зовнішнього постійного магнітного поля і біологічного середовища. Встановлено, що щільність струму, що збуджується в локальній ділянці біологічного середовища, не залежить від частоти ультразвуку і визначається в основному величинами інтенсивності ультразвуку і постійного магнітного поля. Перевагами запропонованого методу збудження струму в порівнянні з традиційним гальванічним методом пропускання струму через шкіру пацієнта є можливість створювати струм в будь-якому необхідному локальній ділянці тканини пацієнта і повна його безпека. Висновки: pозроблено та експериментально перевірено на модельних зразках наукові основи нового методу збудження локального струму всередині тіла людини. Використання цього методу може істотно підвищити ефективність лікувального процесу на основі впливу струму на мікроциркуляцію крові в заздалегідь заданих ділянках м'язової тканини і вперше дозволить розрізняти і визначати з високою точністю пороги їх збудливості електричним струмом.

Objective: Spectral analysis of laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) signals has been widely used in studies of physiological vascular function regulation. An alternative to LDF is the laser speckle contrast imaging method (LSCI), which is based on the same physical principle. In contrast to LDF, LSCI provides non-scanning full—field imaging of a relatively wide skin area and offers high spatial and temporal resolutions, which allows visualization of microvascular structure. This circumstance, together with a large number of works which had shown the effectiveness of temporal LSCI analysis, gave impetus to experimental studies of the relation between LDF and LSCI used to monitor the temporal dynamics of blood flow. Methods: Continuous wavelet transform was applied to construct a time-frequency representation of a signal. Results: Analysis of 10 minute LDF and LSCI output signals recorded simultaneously revealed rather high correlation between oscillating components. It was demonstrated for the first time that the spectral energy of oscillations in the 0.01—2 Hz frequency range of temporal LSCI recordings carries the same information as the conventional LDF recordings and hence it reflects the same physiological vascular tone regulation mechanisms. Conclusion: The approach proposed can be used to investigate speckle pattern dynamics by LSCI in both normal and pathological conditions. Significance: The results of research on the influence of spatial binning and averaging on the spectral characteristics of perfusion monitored by LSCI are of considerable interest for the development of LSCI systems optimized to evaluate temporal dynamics.

Manipulācijas ar smaganām ir kļuvušas par standarta procedūrām zobārstniecībā rosinot nepieciešamību pēc smaganu funkcionālām izvērtēšanas metodēm. It īpaši tādēļ, ka smaganu klīniskā aina nevienmēr atspoguļo to funkcionālo stāvokli un morfoloģiskās īpatnības var nomaskēt funkcionālos traucējumus. Vietējā anestēzija ir neatņemama zobārstniecības procedūra, kas novērš pacienta diskomfortu manipulāciju laikā, taču dažreiz tā var radīt arī nevēlamās blakusparādības vai pat komplikācijas, kam ir vairāki iemesli (lielās devas, individuālā jutība uz kādu no anestēzijas komponentu, traucējumi pulpas un smaganu asins apgādē, vai pat neirotoksicitāte). Līdz ar to devas samazināšana ir ļoti svarīga, taču ne uz pacienta diskomforta rēķina. Diemžēl, līdz šim zobārstniecībā nav objektīvu metožu anestēzijas novērtēšanai. Darba mērķis: Novērtēt attēlveides fotopletizmogrāfijas izmantošanas iespējas mutes gļotādas perfūzijas monitoringam epinefrīnu saturošas infiltrācijas anestēzijas laikā. Darba uzdevumi: Novērtēt attēlveides fotopletizmogrāfijas pielietojumu mutes gļotādas perfūzijas reģistrācijā. Izmeklējamo personu grupā novērtēt mutes gļotādas perfūzijas bazālo līmeni . Novērtēt artikaīna ar epinefrīna ietekmi uz mutes gļotādas perfūziju. Materiāli un metodes: Pētījumā iesaistījās 12 izmeklējamās personas. Gļotādas perfūzijas izmaiņs tika izraisītas injecējot artikaīna šķidumu ar epinefrīnu. Attēlveides fotopletizmogrāfijas sistēma sastāvēja no LED gaismas avota un industriālās monohromatiskās kameras kura tika aprīkota ar 540nm šaurjoslu interferences filtru. Smaganu video signāls tika nepārtraukti reģistrēts 12 minūtes (6 minūtes bazālais līmenis, un 6 minūtes pēc anestēzijas periods).Video apstrādi veica lai iegūtu perfūzija indeksu. Rezultāti: Fotopletizmogrāfija ir piemērota mutes gļotādas perfūzijas reģistrācijai. Mutes gļotādas bazālā perfūzija dažādām izmeklējamām personām bija nedaudz atšķirīga. Lokālā anestētiķa ar adrenalīnu ievadīšana būtiski samazināja gļotādas perfūziju anestezētā apvidū. Secinājumi: Attēlveides fotopletizmogrāfija var tikt izmantota kā uzticama metode telpiski un laikā vērtējot mutes gļotādas perfūziju. Dažādām izmeklējamām personām var būt nedaudz atšķirīgus mutes gļotādas bazālās perfūzijas vērtības. Epinefrīna saturoša anestētiķa ievadīšana būtiski samazina mutes gļotādas perfūziju anestezētā apvidū. Local anesthesia is very common in dentistry, in order to avoid discomfort for the patients during routine dental procedures. However, anesthesia might cause some side effect-complications, because of many reasons (high dose, sensitivity to components, temporal disturbances of gingival and pulpal blood supply, neurotoxicity etc.). Reduction of dose is crucially important, but without causing discomfort for the patient. Currently there is no objective verification technique for anesthesia monitoring in dentistry, therefore the development of new techniques are crucially important. Aim: To asses use of imaging photoplethysmography for oral mucosa perfusion monitoring during the local infiltration anesthesia containing epinephrine. Objectives: To evaluate reliability of imaging photoplethysmography for recording of oral mucosa perfusion. Furthermore to asses oral mucosa baseline perfusion within the subject group. And to evaluate effect of anesthetic solution (articaine and epinephrine) on oral mucosa blood perfusion after infiltration injection. Methods and Materials: The study was carried out on 12 subjects. Alterations of mucosal microcirculation was produced by administration of articaine with epinephrine on each subject. The imaging photoplethysmography system consists of LED light source, industrial monochromatic camera equipped with 540nm narrow-band filter. Video signal was continuously recorded for 12 minutes (6 minute baseline, and 6 minute local anesthesia post administration period) and processed offline to obtain perfusion index. Results: Photoplethysmography demonstrate reliability in oral mucosa perfusion monitoring. The basal perfusion values moderately differ across the subjects. Administration of local anesthesia containing epinephrine produced remarkable decrease of perfusion in the anesthetized mucosa region. Conclusion: Imaging photoplethysmography can be utilized as a reliable contactless technique for temporal and special assessment of oral mucosa perfusion. Various different subjects exhibited moderately different levels of baseline oral mucosa perfusion. Epinephrine containing infiltration anesthesia substantially decreased oral mucosa perfusion in anesthetized site. Modern fluorescent modalities play an important role in the functional diagnostic of various physiological processes in living tissues. Utilizing the fluorescence spectroscopy approach we observe the circulation of fluorescent-labelled nanocapsules with rhodamine tetramethylrhodamine in a microcirculatory blood system. The measurements were conducted transcutaneously on the surface of healthy Wistar rat thighs in vivo. The administration of the preparation capsule suspension with a rhodamine concentration of 5 mg kg-1 of the animal weight resulted in a two-fold increase of fluorescence intensity relative to the baseline level. The dissemination of nanocapsules in the adjacent tissues via the circulatory system was observed and assessed quantitatively. The approach can be used for the transdermal assessment of rhodamine-loaded capsules in vivo.

Laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) was utilized for blood flow measurements. Wavelet analysis was used to identify spectral characteristics of the LDF signal in patients with rheumatic diseases and diabetes mellitus. Baseline measurements were applied for both pathological groups. Blood flow oscillations analyses were performed by means of the wavelet transform. Higher baseline perfusion was observed in both pathological groups in comparison to controls. Differences in the spectral properties between the groups studied were revealed. The results obtained demonstrated that spectral properties of the LDF signal collected in basal conditions may be the signature of microvasculature functional state.

Laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) is widely used to study blood microcirculation in the skin. However, during tradition signal processing based on the integral estimations of the power spectrum of detector photocurrent, the significant part of the information about the skin blood flow is lost. In this study, we propose to analyse the distribution of the blood perfusion over the Doppler shift frequencies, which correlate with the RBC velocity. This approach provides localisation of the blood flow oscillations in different subranges of the Doppler shift. The method applied together with the wavelet analysis has been tested in healthy volunteers and patients with psoriasis on the unaffected surface of the skin. It was revealed, that the significant difference in the amplitude of myogenic oscillations is allocated in the region of the low frequency Doppler shift (1-200 Hz). This frequency region can be associated with the signal from slow components of the skin microcirculation, that can point out on a different state of the lymphatic system of the skin in psoriasis.

Local hemodynamic parameters were studied by means of laser Doppler flowmetry in 15 patients with psoriasis in the stationary stage, who have plaques on the inner surface of the forearm. LDF signals recorded at the site of psoriatic lesions of the tissue as well as in the intact tissue at a distance of 1-2 cm from the affected area were analysed. LDF signals were postprocessed by continuous wavelet transform using the Morlet wavelet.

This study was carried out on groups of clinically healthy male Wistar rats. Animals received distilled drinking water ad libitum for 1 month, water containing succinic acid, water containing zinc sulphate and succinate zinc. Using the method of fluorescence spectroscopy, the parameters of brain metabolism in vivo in a model of laboratory rats was investigated. Based on data obtained by fluorescence spectroscopy, we have registered a change in the degree of cellular respiration in different structures of the cerebral cortex with the toxic effect of zinc compounds and succinic acid on the oxygen exchange process.

Modern diagnostive medicine desperately needs new noninvasive methods of blood flow research. One of the most perspective is the microcirculation of blood in the human body, which allows you to get data on the rate of blood flow, and knowing the parameters of the vessels, which is the movement, from that could be judged about pathological changes in them. The purpose of the master's thesis is calculation of the parameters and characteristics of the computer model of microcirculation of blood. The object of the study is the model of microcirculation in the human body. The subject of the study is the parameters and characteristics of the blood microcirculationtion. The scientific novelty is the application of the Mie theory for spherical parts to simulate the scattering of radiation from the blood-forming elements. The practical value of the results. The developed model allows to greatly accelerate the diagnosis of pathological changes in the blood and blood vessels of the human body.

Using fluorescence spectroscopy system with the fibre-optical probe, we investigated the dynamics of propagation and circulation in the microcirculatory system of experimental nanocapsules fluorescent-labelled (rhodamine TRITC) nanocapsules. The studies were carried out in clinically healthy Wistar rats. The model animals were divided into control group, and the group received injections of the nanocapsules. The fluorescent measurements conducted transcutaneously on the thigh surface. The administration of the preparation with the rhodamine concentration of 5 mg/kg of animal weight resulted in a twofold increase of fluorescence intensity by reference to the baseline level. As a result of the study, it was concluded that fluorescence spectroscopy can be used for transdermal measurements of the rhodamine-loaded capsules in vivo.

The study of functional state of the microcirculation in the female body by laser Doppler flux-metry (LDF), which allows evaluating the state of the tissue blood flow and detecting signs of microcirculation changes under the influence of various factors were done. Studying individual typological features of blood circulation during recording LDF-grams in girl’s students, most of them recorded mainly of high LDF-grams with severe vasomotor waves of the second order. Parameter of microcirculation (PM) of each blood flow ranged from 3.4 to 27.4 perf. ed.; on average it was 19,0 ± 0,43 perf. units. The level of tissue blood flow oscillations – SCR ranged from 0.57 to 3.23 perf. units., accounting for an average of 2,06 ± 0,05 perf. units. The coefficient of variation on average was 13,2 ± 0,51. We identified three types of LDF-grams, corresponding to different types of blood. We also determined the relationship of the thermal hyperemia with the phases of the menstrual cycle and daily dynamics of changes of microcirculation blood. Data on the peculiarities of microcirculation in female students have important theoretical and practical significance for understanding the mechanisms of regulation of tissue blood flow. The normative indicators of blood microcirculation of female students would much easier identify the functional changes in human body by using of non-invasive methods. The data on blood circulation in females can be used as standard rates of LDF measuring the study of pathological processes in medicine. Polymer brushes are dense matrices of grafted macromolecules. In addition to brushes finely designed in laboratory, various examples are offered by Nature, as the endothelial glycocalyx, decorating the lumen of mammalian blood vessels. The interaction of such network with the flowing plasma and cells is still partially unknown.The present thesis, by mean of Dissipative Particle Dynamics simulations, proposes a coarse-grained model for the self-consistent analysis of a dense polymer brush under parabolic flow. Our mesoscale investigation highlights the relevance of collective effects, driven by hydrodynamics, and proposes novel interpretations regarding the rich phenomenology of the brush-flow system.Preliminary results are also provided for the interplay between a mesoscopic deformable flowing object (prototype of a red blood cell) and the grafted polymers., Une brosse de polymères est une matrice dense de macromolécules greffées à une surface donnée. Au-delà des brosses synthétiques réalisées en laboratoire, on trouve des exemples très variés dans la nature: un exemple emblématique est le glycocalyx endothélial, décorant la surface interne des vaisseaux sanguins des mammifères. L'interaction de cette structure avec le plasma et les cellules sous écoulement n'est encore que très partiellement explorée. La présente thèse propose, grâce à des simulations de "Dissipative Particle Dynamics", un modèle coarse-grained pour une analyse auto-cohérente d'une brosse polymérique dense sous écoulement parabolique. Cette étude mésoscopique met en évidence l'importance des effets collectifs entre molécules, entraînée par l'hydrodynamique, et propose des nouvelles interprétations à la phénoménologie du système brosse-écoulement. This work addresses the question of primary school age children`s blood microcirculation in dependence on their individual typical features. We examined some 120 healthy children of 6-9 years, which were the students of secondary schools of the city of Melitopol. Anthropometric survey was conducted by the standard measurement scheme of longitudinal chest and weight parameters of the bodies of children. Diagnosis of body type (somatotype) was conducted by the method of M. Chernorutskiy. The paper provides a review of main results of the investigation of blood microcirculation conducted in accordance with the last decade’s scheduled research studies concerning biophysical mechanisms of blood microcirculation from point of view of its electromagnetic properties. The authors provide argumentation for development of principally new physical analyses of blood with the stress on its flow properties.
