The article discusses a study regarding the case of a 39-year-old man, who underwent decompressive craniectomy because of traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage. Topics include the result of the patient's brain computed tomography (CT) images which showed hemorrhage in the left fronto-temporal lobe and left transtentorial herniation, the recovery of the patient's limb motor function, and traumatic brain injury as the common cause of disability.

The article presents a case study of a 21-year-old man with right hemiparesis caused by traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage in his left corona radiata, whose motor function of the right extremities recovered through an aberrant pyramidal tract demonstrated by diffusion tensor tractography. A Magstim Novametrix 200 magnetic stimulator was used to perform transcranial magnetic stimulation. Aberrant pyramidal tract and diffusion tensor imaging were discussed.

The article presents a case study of a 73-year-old man who has a left shoulder paresis caused by the infection of herpes zoster to the left C5 dermatomes. It states that patient is affected with a skin rash on his back and left shoulder for 5 days and pain for 10 days. It says that electromyography revealed denervation discharges compatible with radiculopathy. It also adds that treatment of the patient with strengthening and range-of-movement exercises.
