Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 73-year-old man who has a left shoulder paresis caused by the infection of herpes zoster to the left C<subscript>5</subscript> dermatomes. It states that patient is affected with a skin rash on his back and left shoulder for 5 days and pain for 10 days. It says that electromyography revealed denervation discharges compatible with radiculopathy. It also adds that treatment of the patient with strengthening and range-of-movement exercises.
