Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 21-year-old man with right hemiparesis caused by traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage in his left corona radiata, whose motor function of the right extremities recovered through an aberrant pyramidal tract demonstrated by diffusion tensor tractography. A Magstim Novametrix 200 magnetic stimulator was used to perform transcranial magnetic stimulation. Aberrant pyramidal tract and diffusion tensor imaging were discussed.
