Objectives: We aimed to investigate relationships of platelet glycoprotein (GP) specific antibody with therapeutic efficacy of high-dose dexamethasone (HD-DXM) and bleeding score in primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) adults. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out to analyze relationships of polymorphism of GP specific antibody with initial therapeutic efficacy of HD-DXM and bleeding score of newly diagnosed ITP adults between 1 June, 2016 and 31 January, 2020. Results: 59 patients were involved in the study, with 33 cases of responders and 26 cases of non-responders between June 2016 and January 2020. At admission, there were 31 (52.5%) GP antibody-positive patients. Initial therapy of HD-DXM was effective for 78.6% GP antibody-negative patients and 35.5% GP antibody-positive patients, with a better therapeutic efficacy in patients with anti-GP Ib/IX antibody or anti-GP IIb/IIIa antibody but not in those with anti-GP Ib/IX antibody plus anti-GP IIb/IIIa antibody. Notably, therapeutic efficacy is much worse for minority (Uyghur) patients compared with corresponding Han patients. Similarly, it was much lower in GP antibody-positive patients compared with corresponding negative ones at low and medium bleeding score, with no response in GP antibody-positive patients at high bleeding score. Furthermore, there was a moderate negative correlation between therapeutic efficacy and GP-specific antibody (p < 0.05), but no obvious linear relationship between clinical bleeding degree and GP-specific antibody (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Collectively, the newly diagnosed ITP adults with GP-specific antibody have a poor response to short-term HD-DXM, especially in minority (Uyghur) patients with GP-specific antibody in China. The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of SEAM regimen followed by auto-SCT in lymphoma. We retrospectively reviewed the records of patients with lymphoma who underwent auto-SCT with SEAM conditioning regimen from January 2010 to June 2018 at our centre. In total, 97 patients were analysed. The median time to neutrophil engraftment and platelet engraftment was 9.5 days (range, 7–15 days) and 12 days (range, 7–25 days), respectively. Grade 3–4 nausea/vomiting, mucositis and diarrhoea were observed in 21.6%, 36.1%, and 11.3% of patients, respectively. Treatment-related mortality at 100 days occurred in 2 patients (2.1%). After a median follow-up time of 53.9 months, the 3-year incidence of disease relapse or progression was 34%. The estimated progression-free survival and overall survival at 3 years were 62% and 75%, respectively. Compared with previous studies using BEAM as the conditioning regimen, this study shows that the SEAM regimen has a comparable efficacy and safety profile. Emerging evidence has revealed the crucial role of transcriptional RNA methyladenosine modification in immune response. However, the potential role of RNA N1-methyladenosine (m1A) modification of immune cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME) still remains unclear. In this study, we identified three distinct m1A modification patterns based on the integrated analyses of nine m¹A regulators, which are significantly related to Relapse-free survival (RFS), Overall survival (OS), and TME infiltration cells in colon cancer patients. Furthermore, the m1AScore was generated by using principal components analysis (PCA) of expression of the 71 m¹A-related genes to further demonstrate the characteristics of m1A patterns in colon cancer. In summary, a low m1AScore could be characterized by lower EMT, pan-F TBRS, and TNM stages, as well as less presence of lymphatic invasion, and, hence, good prognosis. At the same time, a low m1AScore could also be linked to CD8 + T effector proliferation, in addition to high microsatellite instability (MSI), neoantigen burden and PD-L1 expression, showing prolonged survival and better response after undergoing an anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy regimen in the public immunotherapy cohort. Our work reveals that m1A modification patterns play a key role in the formation of TME complexity and diversity in the context of immune cell infiltration. Accordingly, this m1AScore system provides an efficient method by which to identify and characterize TME immune cell infiltration, thereby allowing for more personalized and effective antitumor immunotherapy strategies. Background: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection of the central nervous system (CNS) is a rare but life-threatening complication after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Cases presentation: Two patients with drug-resistant CMV encephalitis after allo-HSCT were successfully treated with donor CMV-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). In the first case, a 27-year-old male who received haploidentical transplantation to treat T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), developed CMV encephalitis during the time of the ganciclovir maintenance treatment. After intravenous foscarnet and donor CMV-specific CTLs, CMV-DNA of CSF became undetectable and the abnormal signs of brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were limited. Another case, a 57-year-old female with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who underwent haploidentical transplantation, also developed CMV encephalitis during the maintenance treatment of the ganciclovir. After administering donor CMV-specific CTLs intrathecally, the CMV load of the CSF decreased. Conclusions: The intravenous/intratheca administration of donor CMV-specific CTLs may be a safe and effective treatment for CMV encephalitis, especially for patients who suffered from drug-resistant CMV infection. The Sanz risk, which was originally used to predict the risk of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) relapse, is a recognized method to predict the prognosis of APL. About 570 de novo APL patients admitted to our center were randomly divided into a training cohort (N = 344) and validation cohort (N = 226). Multivariate analysis of training cohort demonstrated that age >52 (OR = 5.170, p =.002), white blood cell count >10 × 109/L (OR = 9.062, p <.001), PLT count ≤10 × 109/L (OR = 4.254, p <.001), and LDH level >500 U/L (OR= 3.002, p =.046) were independent risk factors for early death. A risk score (age >52: 1.5 points; WBC >10 × 109/L: 2 points; PLT ≤10 × 109/L: 1 point; LDH >500 U/L: 1 point) was used to predict early death risk. The drive range of electric vehicle (EV) is one of the major limitations that impedes its universalism. A great deal of research has been devoted to drive range improvement of EV, an accurate and efficiency energy consumption estimation plays a crucial role in these researches. However, the majority of EV's energy consumption estimation models are based on single motor EV, these models are not suitable for dual-motor EVs, which are composed of more complex transmission mechanisms and multiple operating modes. Thus, an energy consumption estimation model for dual-motor EV is proposed to estimate battery power. This article focuses on studying the operating modes and system efficiency in each operating mode. The limitation of working area of each mode ensures the vehicle dynamic performance, then PSO algorithm is adopted to optimize the torque (speed) distribution between two motors to improve the system efficiency in the coupled driving mode. Finally, the energy consumption estimation model is established by multiple linear regression (MLR). Forty-three chromosomal abnormalities in Philadelphia-negative metaphases (Ph–CAs) appeared in 35 of 432 patients in chronic phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CP-CML) undergoing tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) treatments. These CAs were mostly common in trisomy-8 (16 cases), trisomy-Y (five cases), and monosomy-7 (five cases). Furthermore, Ph– CAs were significantly associated with higher platelet count (494 × 109/L vs. 326 × 109/L, p =.006), and higher incidence of true clonal evolution in Ph-positive metaphase (22.9% vs. 9.1%, p =.017). Additionally, patients with Ph– CAs had worse rates of complete cytogenetic remission (76% vs. 86%, p =.0091), major molecular remission (55% vs. 76%, p =.001), progression-free survival (47% vs. 86%, p <.001), but a similar overall survival rates compared to those in patients without Ph– CAs. In recent years, abundant Cenozoic potassic magmatic rocks from eastern Tibet and the Indochina Block have been studied extensively; however, until now, knowledge of Cenozoic A-type granites from the interior of the Indochina Block has been limited. U–Pb zircon ages for six samples of the Salei granite pluton within the Indochina Block range from 26 to 24 Ma. In situ Lu–Hf and Sr–Nd isotope data indicate that the Salei pluton was sourced mostly from Mesoproterozoic basement rocks of the Indochina Block, mixed with a small volume of juvenile crust derived from the underplated mantle. Whole-rock major element geochemistry indicates that the six samples are peraluminous high-K calc-alkaline granites. The trace and rare earth element patterns are typical of within-plate A-type granites. In combination with previous research, the present results suggest that the late Oligocene Salei granite formed from the convective removal of thickened lower continental lithospheric mantle. Moreover, the presence of 26–24 Ma A-type granites in the Indochina Block indicates within-plate extension in the interior of the block during the late Oligocene. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The problem of impulse analysis is considered for the T-S fuzzy singular system by using the Kronecker index and the generalised Kronecker index in this paper. The T-S singular system is divided into two cases: the uniformly regular T-S fuzzy singular system and the non-uniformly regular T-S fuzzy singular system. The contribution of this paper is twofold. First, a new definition of the generalised Kronecker form is introduced, and the algorithm of finding the generalised Kronecker form is given. Second, two theorems are proved, one is that the uniformly regular T-S fuzzy singular system is impulsive if and only if the Kronecker index is greater than one, the other one is the non-uniformly regular T-S fuzzy singular system is impulsive if and only if the generalised Kronecker index is greater than one. Finally, two numerical simulations and the population model with stage structure are carried out to show the consistency with theoretical analysis and illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm. Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3-x Bi3NbZrO9(BST-x Bi3NbZrO9, x = 0.5, 1, 3, 5, 7 wt.%) ceramics sintered at low temperature were prepared by traditional solid state reaction method. Influence of Bi3NbZrO9doping amount on the dielectric properties and microstructure of (Ba, Sr)TiO3(barium strontium titanate, BST) capacitor ceramics by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and traditional solid state sintering method. The results showed that the impurity materials phase were appeared when Bi3NbZrO9doping amount increased. When Bi3NbZrO9doping amount increased, dielectric constant(ϵr)increased firstly and then decreased and then increased, dielectric loss(tanδ) decreased firstly and then increased, the capacitance temperature changing rate(ΔC/C) decreased. When Bi3NbZrO9doped amount was 1 wt.% and the sintered temperature was 1280°C, the BST ceramics possessed good comprehensive property with ϵrof 2325, tanδ of 0.0048, Ebof 7.8 kV/mm(AC), ΔC/C of −12.9∼14.3% in the temperature range of −30°C∼85°C and the capacitance temperature characteristic was consistent with Y5R. Structure and dielectric property of CaTiSiO5doped (Ba, Sr)TiO3(barium strontium titanate, BST) capacitor ceramics were studied by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and traditional solid sate sintered method. The results showed that dielectric loss of BST ceramics doped with CaTiSiO5had low value, moving effect and broadening effect of CaTiSiO5for curie peak of BST ceramics were obvious. Dielectric constant(ϵr) increased firstly and then decreased, dielectric loss (tanδ) increased firstly and then decreased, AC withstand voltage strength(Eb) increased firstly and then decreased, capacitance temperature changing rate(ΔC/C) decreased firstly and then increased in the negative temperature range and positive temperature range, when CaTiSiO5doping amount increased. The BST ceramics possessed good comprehensive property with ϵrof 2540, tanδ of 0.0036, Ebof 5.6 kV/mm(AC), ΔC/C of −18.9∼20.6% in the temperature range of −30°∼85°, the capacitance temperature characteristic was suited for Y5S, when CaTiSiO5doping amount was 0.8wt.%. This study examined physicochemical parameters to assess their effectiveness as stability and maturity indicators during the process of composting pig manure and fungus residue at different ratios. The results showed that composting mixtures with all ratios of pig manure to fungus residue maintained a temperature exceeding 50 °C for more than 10 days during composting and met the requirement for pathogen destruction. The treatment containing mainly pig manure showed higher nitrogen loss and a shorter thermophilic phase and maturity time than the treatment containing mainly fungus residue. The germination index (GI) values indicated that compost maturity was achieved in the final compost with initial ratios of pig manure to fungus residue of 9:1–7:3 (GIs of 101.4%, 91.2%, and 81.3%); the ratio of 6:4 did not reach compost maturity (GI of 63.8%) and had an inhibitory effect on seed germination. The results of this study suggest that a ratio of pig manure to fungus residue of approximately 8:2 can be considered suitable for the efficient and quality composting of pig manure and fungus residue. Implications: Co-composting of pig manure and edible fungi residue with appropriate proportion can effectively reduce the risk of environmental pollution caused by agricultural wastes, as well as achieve a safer and high-quality organic fertilizer, which can be used to improve physical and chemical properties of the soil, increase crop yields, and promote agricultural sustainable development. (Ba0.65Sr0.35)TiO3(BST) ceramics doped with MgTiO3were prepared by solid state method. Influence of MgTiO3doped amount on dielectric property and microstructure of BST ceramics were investigated. The results showed that MgTiO3doping could fine crystal grain size and made crystal grain size uniform and pore decrease and density increase. MgTiO3doping could decrease dielectric loss (tanδ) and increase dielectric constant(ϵr) of BST ceramics and increase the alternating current (AC) withstand voltage strength (Eb) and improve the capacitance temperature property. When MgTiO3doping amount was 0.8wt.%, the BST ceramics had good comprehensive property, ϵrof 4350, tanδ of 0.0055, Ebof 5.7×103V/mm (AC), the capacitance temperature property was suited for Y5U. Ba0.85Ca0.15Ti0.9Zr0.1O3(abbreviated as BCTZ) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics co-doped with Li2CO3(0.6 wt.%) and different Co ion content (x = 0, 0.25, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 wt.%) were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. Influence of Co ion doped amount on the phase structure, microstructure, piezoelectric properties and dielectric properties of prepared BCTZ piezoelectric ceramics doped with Li2CO3were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and other analytical methods. The results show that Co2+and Co3+instead of Zr4+did not change the crystal structure and all the BCTZ piezoelectric ceramics possessed single phase perovskite structure with orthorhombic symmetry when Co ion doped amount was less than 0.6 wt.%. When Co ion doped amount was 0.8 wt.%, impurity phase appeared in the ceramics. The piezoelectric constant(d33), planar electromechanical coupling coefficient (kp), the dielectric constant (ϵr) and the relative density of BCTZ ceramics increased first and then decreased, the dielectric loss (tanδ) of BCTZ ceramics decreased first and then increased at the same time, the optimize sintered temperature (ts) decreased while Co ion doped amount increased. The influence of Co ion doped amount on the properties of BCTZ ceramics doped with Li2CO3were caused by lattice distortion and “hard effect” piezoelectric additive. The BCTZ ceramics had the optimum properties, which d33was 316 pC/N, tanδ was 0.021, kpwas 0.43, ϵrwas 3209, the sintered temperature was 1010°C, the relative density was 99%, while Co ion doped amount was 0.60 wt.% and Li2CO3doped amount was 0.6 wt.%. (1-x) Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3-xCaCu3Ti4O12(BST-CCTO) ceramics was prepared by traditional solid-state reaction method, the effect of CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO) doped on microstructure and phase composition and dielectric properties of BST ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and other analytical methods. The results show that the microstructure and the dielectric properties and the optimum sintered temperature of BST ceramic materials would be greatly affected by the CCTO doped amount. Appropriate doping amount can be fully incorporated into the perovskite lattice of BST and had the excellent performance. While excessive CCTO doping could lead to the appearance of second phase, and the second phase was coexisted with BST in the ceramics. BST ceramics had the optimum properties, ϵrof 1992, tan δ of 0.006, Ebof 5.5 kVmm−1(Alternating Current, AC) and the value of ΔC/C ranges was 13.6% and −14.1% in −55°C∼+125°C temperature range and its capacitance temperature property was suited for X7R, the curie temperature was 15°C and the optimum sintered temperature was 1260°C when CCTO doped amount was 1 wt.%. Previous studies on the association of Thymidylate synthase ( TYMS) polymorphisms with risk of hematological malignancies have produced conflicting results. The purpose of this meta-analysis was to define the effect of TYMS 5'-untranslated enhanced region (TSER) and 3'-untranslated region (TS3'-UTR) polymorphisms on the risk of hematological malignancies. Seventeen articles were identified as eligible in the case of TSER (2R > 3R) polymorphism (4511 cases and 6113 controls) and seven articles in the case of TS3'-UTR (1494del6) polymorphism (2721 cases and 3761 controls). The overall results suggested that either TSER or TS3'-UTR polymorphism was not associated with the risk of hematological malignancies. In stratified analyses, significantly decreased acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) risk was found in adults (2R/3R vs. 2R/2R: odds ratio [OR] = 0.64, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.43-0.97), but increased ALL risk was observed in children (3R/3R vs. 2R/2R: OR = 1.46, 95% CI: 1.03-2.06). Increased non-Hodgkin lymphoma risk was found in the Caucasian population (2R/3R vs. 2R/2R: OR = 1.31, 95% CI: 1.10-1.56). Protective effects of the TS3'-UTR polymorphism (−6 bp/−6 bp) on hematological malignancies were found in a homozygote model and recessive model when the source of controls was stratified as hospital based. In conclusion, the TYMS TSER polymorphism may contribute to a susceptibility to risk of ALL in children and non-Hodgkin lymphoma in Caucasians, but protection from ALL risk in adults. A rapid, sensitive, and specific method was developed for the identification and quantitation of the calcium antagonist nisoldipine in human plasma by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry using nimodipine as an internal standard. Nisoldipine was extracted from human plasma (0.2 mL) by a liquid/liquid procedure using diethyl ether as the eluent. The mass spectrometer was operated in the multiple reaction-monitoring scan mode using an electrospray ionization source. The analyte and internal standard could be separated in 2 min on a C18 analytical column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile:water (66:34, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL · min−1. The calibration curve of nisoldipine in human plasma was linear over the range from 0.1 to 30 ng · mL−1 (r2 ≥ 0.9994). The precision, determined as the relative standard deviation of replicate quality controls, was 9.35% (0.2 ng · mL−1), 11.61% (2.0 ng · mL−1), and 4.68% (20 ng · mL−1). In this study, we established a rapid, sensitive, and specific liquid chromatography method coupled with electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry to evaluate the disposition of resveratrol and its metabolites in rat tissues following oral administration. Here, we validate this method and show that it is useful for quantifying tissue concentrations of resveratrol and its metabolites with acceptable specificity, linearity, lower limits of quantification, precision, accuracy, and recovery. The present study demonstrates that the major distribution of the trans-resveratrol and its metabolites in investigated tissues, which suggests that there is a specified range of target organs for cancer chemoprevention by polyphenols. AbstractHuman Ureaplasma species are being increasingly recognized as opportunistic pathogens in human genitourinary tract infections, infertility, adverse pregnancy, neonatal morbidities, and other adult invasive infections. Although some general reviews have focused on the detection and clinical manifestations of Ureaplasma spp., the molecular epidemiology, antimicrobial resistance, and pathogenesis of Ureaplasma spp. have not been adequately explained. The purpose of this review is to offer valuable insights into the current understanding and future research perspectives of the molecular epidemiology, antimicrobial resistance, and pathogenesis of human Ureaplasma infections. This review summarizes the conventional culture and detection methods and the latest molecular identification technologies for Ureaplasma spp. We also reviewed the global prevalence and mechanisms of antibiotic resistance for Ureaplasma spp. Aside from regular antibiotics, novel antibiotics with outstanding in vitro antimicrobial activity against Ureaplasma spp. are described. Furthermore, we discussed the pathogenic mechanisms of Ureaplasma spp., including adhesion, proinflammatory effects, cytotoxicity, and immune escape effects, from the perspectives of pathology, related molecules, and genetics.
