The resting full-cycle ratio (RFR), a new non-congestive resting index, is commonly used for physiological evaluations of coronary arteries. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of RFR in detecting coronary artery stenosis with hemodynamic significance using fractional flow reserve (FFR) as the reference standard. Using 'RFR, resting full-cycle ratio' as the search term, we searched PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases, screening the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. By applying FFR ≤ 0.80 and RFR ≤ 0.89 as the diagnostic criteria for ischaemia, we analysed the synthetic sensitivity, specificity, and corresponding 95% confidence intervals, then synthesised the summary receiver operating characteristic curve (SROC). Three studies were included in this meta-analysis, comprising 1,084 patients with 1,312 lesions. When we used FFR ≤ 0.80 as the reference standard, the synthesised sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), positive likelihood ratio (LR+), and negative likelihood ratio (LR-) of RFR in the diagnosis of coronary ischaemia were 73%, 81%, 67%, 85%, 3.95, and 0.33, respectively. Besides, the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.8276. Using FFR as the reference standard, RFR has good diagnostic accuracy in detecting coronary ischaemic lesions and may be an effective alternative to FFR in the future, to some extent. Background: Adherence to evidence-based standard treatment guidelines (STGs) enable healthcare providers to deliver consistently appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Irrational use of antimicrobials significantly contributes to antimicrobial resistance in sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The best available evidence is needed to guide healthcare providers on adherence to evidence-based implementation of STGs. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to determine the pooled prevalence of adherence to evidence-based implementation of antimicrobial treatment guidelines among prescribers in SSA. Methods: The review followed the JBI methodology for systematic reviews of prevalence data. CINAHL, Embase, PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were searched with no language and publication year limitations. STATA version 17 were used for meta-analysis. The publication bias and heterogeneity were assessed using Egger's test and the I2 statistics. Heterogeneity and publication bias were validated using Duval and Tweedie's nonparametric trim and fill analysis using the random-effect analysis. The summary prevalence and the corresponding 95% confidence interval (CI) of healthcare professionals' compliance with evidence-based implementation of STG were estimated using random effect model. The review protocol has been registered with PROSPERO code CRD42023389011. The PRISMA flow diagram and checklist were used to report studies included, excluded and their corresponding section in the manuscript. Results: Twenty-two studies with a total of 17,017 study participants from 14 countries in sub-Saharan Africa were included. The pooled prevalence of adherence to evidence-based implementation of antimicrobial treatment guidelines in SSA were 45%. The pooled prevalence of the most common clinical indications were respiratory tract (35%) and gastrointestinal infections (18%). Overall prescriptions per wards were inpatients (14,413) and outpatients (12,845). Only 391 prescribers accessed standard treatment guidelines during prescription of antimicrobials. Conclusions: Healthcare professionals' adherence to evidence-based implementation of STG for antimicrobial treatment were low in SSA. Healthcare systems in SSA must make concerted efforts to enhance prescribers access to STGs through optimization of mobile clinical decision support applications. Innovative, informative, and interactive strategies must be in place by the healthcare systems in SSA to empower healthcare providers to make evidence-based clinical decisions informed by the best available evidence and patient preferences, to ultimately improving patient outcomes and promoting appropriate antimicrobial use. The flipped classroom method has recently become popular in biology education. However, there is a lack of systematic and quantitative assessments on the efficiency of teaching medical microbiology using this novel approach. In this study, we performed a meta-analysis to explore the flipped classroom method's effects versus those of traditional lectures in medical microbiology education. Six electronic databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, ERIC, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, and Chinese Scientific Journals Database, were searched to obtain relevant articles from the first publication on this topic up to March 2021. Study selection, data extraction, and quality estimations were conducted to analyse the effects. A total of 13 studies were included in this meta-analysis, with the results revealing a significantly improved effect within the flipped classroom model on students' theoretical [SMD = 0.56, 95% CI (0.28, 0.84), p < 0.0001] and practical examination scores [SMD = 0.70, 95% CI (0.19, 1.20), p = 0.007]. In terms of its teaching effects, the flipped classroom approach improves students' learning interest, self-study abilities, knowledge mastery, and satisfaction, but does exacerbate their learning burden. The flipped classroom method possesses multiple advantages when compared to traditional lectures in medical microbiology education, but does increase the burden experienced by students. This study reviews how empathy and its role are conceptualised in entrepreneurial and engineering literature. Our findings can then be used as a foundation for developing contextual and theoretical models of empathy for entrepreneurial engineering. These models will help create teaching practices and approaches to prepare empathic entrepreneurial engineers. The study deployed a systematic literature review of 40 papers from engineering and entrepreneurship fields, obtained from the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The analysis involved three phases. First, a descriptive analysis of research on empathy in entrepreneurship and engineering was completed, followed by a content analysis focusing on definitions and the role of the empathy phenomenon and a co-citation analysis to identify commonly cited authors. The results of this literature review demonstrate different indicators that reflect the current state of empathy research and study trajectories of this phenomenon in the fields of engineering and entrepreneurship. These indicators include the number of papers related to empathy in engineering and entrepreneurship literature by year of publication, definitions of empathy and keywords used in analysed literature as well as list of authors and their area of interests within empathy research. Several studies have suggested that betaine is closely related to inflammatory biomarkers that contribute to the development of metabolic diseases, but the effect remains controversial. This meta-analysis aimed to assess the effects of betaine supplementation on inflammatory markers based on randomised controlled trials (RCTs). PubMed, Web of Science and ResearchGate databases were searched up to March 2023. A total of 6 RCTs with 7 intervention trials involving 277 participants were included. Betaine supplementation led to a slight reduction in levels of circulating IL-1β of 0.65 pg/mL (95% CI, −1.23 to −0.06) with high heterogeneity (I2 = 95%). Betaine produced a small but nonsignificant reduction in levels of circulating CRP (0.33 mg/L; 95% CI, −1.79 to 1.14), IL-6 (0.47 pg/mL; 95% CI, −1.13 to 0.18) and TNF-α (0.25 pg/mL; 95% CI, −0.98 to 0.48). To evaluate current studies to establish and compare the efficacy of traditional and laser acupuncture in reducing the signs and symptoms of temporomandibular disorders (TMD). PubMed, Cochrane, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were searched. Clinical, controlled, and randomized trials written in English and having used traditional or laser acupuncture as therapy for TMD and RDC/TMD or DC/TMD as a diagnostic criterion for TMD were included. Six studies that evaluated the intensity of pain and the level of mouth opening of the patients submitted to acupuncture were selected, and all showed improvement. However, similar results were also observed in the groups treated with occlusal splint and placebo acupuncture. Only one study evaluated laser acupuncture and showed a higher proportion of patients with remission of symptoms in the experimental group. The traditional acupuncture seems to relieve the signs and symptoms of TMD, as well as laser acupuncture when associated with occlusal splint. The importance of the “gut–liver axis” in the pathogenesis of liver diseases has been revealed recently; which promotes the process of developing preventive and therapeutic strategies. However, considering that there are still many challenges in the medical treatment of liver diseases, potential preventive dietary intervention may be a good alternative choice. Plant-based foods have received much attention due to their reported health-promoting effects in targeting multiple pathways involved in the pathogenesis of liver diseases as well as the relative safety for general use. Based on the PubMed and Web of Science databases, this review emphatically summarizes the plant-based foods and their chemical constituents with reported effects to impact the LPS/TLR4 signaling pathway of gut–liver axis of various liver diseases, reflecting their health benefits in preventing/ alleviating liver diseases. Moreover, some plant-based foods with potential gut–liver effects are specifically analyzed from the reported studies and conclusions. This review intends to provide readers an overview of the current progress in the field of this research topic. Sleep is the elixir of life. Both healthy populations and patients with chronic diseases experience sleep disturbances in their lifetime. Pharmacological agents to induce sleep in individuals with sleep disturbances pose side effects like tolerance and dependence, warranting the development of alternative non-pharmacological interventions with less or no adverse effects. However, deciphering comprehensive evidence on the translational potential of these alternative therapies remains difficult. In the current paper, we systematically reviewed the recent literature on the effect of non-pharmacological interventions (NPIs) on improving sleep quality in both healthy and diseased populations experiencing sleep disturbances. We searched PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane Controlled Trials, and Web of Science databases from inception to June 2022 for randomized controlled trials and cohort studies evaluating the sleep quality of individuals. We performed a meta-analysis using the random effects model with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) as an outcome measure to evaluate the effect of five distinct NPIs on sleep quality in normal and people with different medical conditions. Subgroup analyses and sensitivity analyses were done for heterogeneity analysis and to check the consistency of results, respectively. In 16 trials reporting on 1885 subjects, that all NPIs like Resistance Training (SMD −0.29, 95% CI −0.64 to 0.05; p = 0.09); Yoga (SMD −0.48, 95% CI −0.72 to −0.25; p < 0.0001); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (SMD −1.69, 95% CI −2.70 to −0.68; p = 0.001); Music (SMD −1.42, 95% CI −1.99 to −0.85; p < 0.00001); Light (SMD −0.43, 95% CI −0.77 to −0.09; p = 0.01) have substantially decreased the global PSQI scores. The findings of the randomized studies and a cohort study included in qualitative synthesis demonstrated that the global PSQI scores improved significantly as compared to the placebo groups. Despite the limitations of clinical heterogeneity in subjects, our results demonstrate a positive impact of the studied NPIs on sleep quality in individuals experiencing sleep disturbances. However, comprehensive double-blinded controlled trials are indispensable in the future, emphasizing the objective sleep quality and inter-individual differences in response to the intervention. Retraction is a mechanism for eliminating and correcting serious problems in the scientific literature and increasing awareness among members of the scientific community about unreliable literature. The objectives of this study were to identify the characteristics and reasons for retraction, analyze citations, and describe the scientific, altmetrics, and technological impacts of hematology retracted papers. Retracted papers were searched using the hematology category of the Web of Science database. The search yielded 101 retracted papers in WoS. Statistics methods such as frequency, mean, interquartile range (IQR), and Pearson's Correlation were used for data analysis. The findings showed the retracted papers were published in 28 different hematology journals. The majority of retracted documents were in Article type (n = 81). The mean time interval of the retracted papers from the first publication to retraction was 50.83 months. The largest number of retracted papers belonged to the United States (n = 46). The most frequently reported reason for retraction was misconduct (n = 55). The findings of this study provide a landscape into the characteristics and citations of retracted papers before and after retraction in addition to the scientific, technological, and altmetrics impacts of hematology retracted papers in the scientific community. To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of the method of placing the distal stent opening above the duodenal papilla (hereinafter referred to Above method) for endoscopic retrograde stent internal drainage in MBO patients. PubMed, Embase, Web of science and Cochrane databases were searched to identify clinical studies comparing the stent distal opening mounted above the papilla and across the papilla (hereinafter referred to Across method), Comparison indicators included stent patency, stent occlusion rate, clinical success rate, overall complication rate, postoperative cholangitis rate, and overall survival. Revman5.4 software was used for meta-analysis, funnel plot and publication bias and Egger's test were completed by Stata14.0 software. A total of 11 clinical studies (8 case-control studies, 3 RCT studies) were included, with a total of 751 patients (318 cases in the Above group and 433 cases Across group). The overall patency of Above method was longer than that of Across method (HR = 0.60, 95%CI [0.46–0.78], p < 0.001). Subgroup analysis showed statistical difference using plastic stent (HR = 0.49, 95%CI [0.33,0.73], p < 0.001). Inversely, there didn't exist significant difference in which metal stent were adopted (HR= 0.74, 95%CI [0.46,1.18], p = 0.21). Similarly, there also without statistical difference between patients with plastic stent placed above the papilla and metal stent mounted Across the papilla (HR = 0.73, 95%CI [0.15,3.65], p = 0.70). Moreover, the overall complication rate of the Above method was lower than that of the Across method (OR = 0.48,95%CI [0.30,0.75], p = 0.002). On the contrary, the differences of stent occlusion rate (OR = 0.86,95%CI [0.51,1.44], p = 0.56), overall survival (HR = 0.90, 95%CI [0.71,1.13]), p = 0.36), the clinical success rate (OR = 1.30, 95%CI [0.52,3.24], p = 0.57) and postoperative cholangitis rats (OR = 0.73, 95%CI [0.34,1.56], p = 0.41) were not statistically significant. The distal opening of the stent can be placed above the duodenal main papilla for eligible MBO patients who receiving endoscopic retrograde stent drainage treatment, which can effectively prolong the patency duration when plastic stent is used, and reduce the overall risk of complications. Since 2010, a remarkable number of literature reviews on teacher identity has been published. These literature reviews address a wide range of different foci, e.g., school teachers' identity, higher education teachers' identity, or the identity of teachers teaching a specific subject such as science. So far, these literature reviews have not been systematically compared for similarities and differences to gain a deeper understanding of what key features characterise teachers' identities in general and what key features are specific for the identity of teachers teaching science or science-related subjects. To address this research gap, we conducted a meta-review of 24 literature reviews on teacher identity, which we identified in ERIC and the Web of Science databases. From the 24 reviews we extracted 30 key features of teacher identity. In addition, several of these key features are notably prevalent in literature reviews addressing the identity of teachers teaching science or science-related subjects, while others are less prevalent. Above all, these results strongly indicate that the identity of science teachers significantly differs from the identity of teachers of other subjects or of generalist teachers. Fish and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) have been suggested to play a role in improving cancer prognosis. However, results from epidemiological studies remain inconsistent. Here we assess the association between dietary fish and/or omega-3 PUFAs intake and cancer prognosis with meta-analysis of observational studies. A systematic search of related publications was performed using PubMed and Web of Science databases. Hazard ratios (HR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) were extracted and then pooled using a random-effect model. Potential linear and non-linear dose-response relationships were explored using generalized least squares estimation and restricted cubic splines. As a result, 21 cohort studies were included in our analysis. Compared to the lowest category, the highest category of fish intake was associated with a significant lower mortality in patients with ovarian cancer (n = 1, HR = 0.74, 95% CI: 0.57–0.95) and overall cancer (n = 12, HR = 0.87, 95% CI: 0.81–0.94). Marine omega-3 PUFAs intake rather than total omega-3 PUFAs intake showed significant protective effects on survival of overall cancer (n = 8, HR = 0.81, 95% CI: 0.71–0.94), in particular prostate cancer (n = 2, HR = 0.62, 95% CI: 0.46–0.82). Dose-response meta-analysis indicated a nonlinear and a linear relationship between fish intake, as well as marine omega-3 PUFAs intake, and overall cancer survival, respectively. Tetraclinis articulata is a medicinal plant distributed from northwestern Africa to southwestern Europe. This article reports previous investigations on T. articulata regarding its taxonomy, botanical description, geographical distribution, traditional use, phytochemistry, biological effects, toxicology, nutritional value, and economic interest. The search of data was based on several scientific databases such as Scopus, Wiley Online, Web of Science, Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, SciFinder, and SpringerLink. Indeed, several biological activities were reported for T. articulata extracts and EOs, including antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, anticorrosion, cytotoxic, insecticidal, leishmanicidal, larvicidal, anti-inflammatory, antidiarrheal, vasorelaxant, and protective activities. Moreover, some toxicological reports indicated that T. articulata does not present any toxicity. However, other investigations regarding the toxicity, the pharmacokinetic and the pharmacodynamics of T. articulata and its major bioactive compounds are required to validate its pharmacological use. T. articulata also contains some nutritional elements such as mineral compounds, sugar and proteins which could indicate its potential use in the nutraceutical field. All these properties to T. articulata attributed a major economic interest which is used actually in the manufacture of luxury varnishes, pharmaceutical products and in other industrial uses, it is also used in powder form to prepare the surface of certain paper. Substances with modulatory capabilities on certain aspects of human cognition have been revered as nootropics from the dawn of time. The plant kingdom provides most of the currently available nootropics of natural origin. Here, in this systematic review, we aim to provide state-of-the-art information regarding proven and unproven effects of plant-derived nootropics (PDNs) on human cognition in conditions of health and disease. Six independent searches, one for each neurocognitive domain (NCD), were performed in parallel using three independent scientific library databases: PubMed, Cochrane and Scopus. Only scientific studies and systematic reviews with humans published between January 2000 and November 2021 were reviewed, and 256 papers were included. Ginkgo biloba was the most relevant nootropic regarding perceptual and motor functions. Bacopa monnieri improves language, learning and memory. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) modulates anxiety and social-related cognitions. Caffeine enhances attention and executive functions. Together, the results from the compiled studies highlight the nootropic effects and the inconsistencies regarding PDNs that require further research. Biofortified foods are a new approach to increase minerals in the diet, and evidence suggests that zinc (Zn) biofortification can improve Zn physiological status in humans. This systematic review aimed to answer the question: "What are the effects of the consumption of Zn biofortified foods on Zn status in humans?". This review was conducted according to PRISMA guidelines and registered in PROSPERO (CRD42021250566). PubMed, Cochrane, Scopus and Science Direct databases were searched for studies that evaluated the effects of Zn biofortified foods on Zn absorption. Of 4282 articles identified, nine remained after inclusion/exclusion criteria were applied. Limitations in study quality, external and internal validity (bias/confounding), and study power were evaluated. The Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) was used to assess the certainty of evidence. Of the nine articles included, five observed an increase in total Zn absorption, and one showed that Zn participated in the conversion of linoleic acid to dihomo-γ-linolenic acid. By increasing the amount of Zn in the food, Zn biofortification can reduce the phytate:Zn molar ratio and improve Zn absorption in humans. vitamin D deficiency is a worldwide health problem. However, the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in Asian populations is unclear. The aims of our study were to investigate the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency and its association with different health outcomes in Asia. Searches for studies published from January 2009 to January 2021 were performed in the MeDLiNe (via PubMed), eMBASe, and web of Science databases. This study was registered in the PROSPeRO database (CRD42021229841). in total, 472 studies with 746,564 subjects were included in the meta-analysis. The mean serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25[OH]D) concentration was 49.39 nmol/L; 20.93% of the participants had 25(OH)D levels <25 nmol/L, 22.82% had levels <30 nmol/L, 57.69% had levels <50 nmol/L, and 76.85% had levels <75 nmol/L. This review found that the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in Asia is high. The factors significantly related to vitamin D deficiency were gender, age, altitude, region, and specific diseases (diabetes, cancer, fracture, systemic lupus erythematosus [SLe], fatty liver disease, osteopenia, thyroiditis, anemia, hepatitis, metabolic diseases, and dermatitis). The purpose of this article is to map the state-of-art of entropy, a knowledge domain which has drawn a great interest of researchers from a variety of academic fields in modern times. The journal Entropy, which focuses completely on entropy and is therefore regarded as the most prominent journal, has been purposefully chosen for this study in order to examine the intellectual structure of the field. Data from the Web of Science database for the years 2008 through 2021 were gathered. Scientometric indicators, literature growth, co-authorship, co-citation, keyword co-occurrences, co-word, citation, and bibliographic coupling, are studied using VOS Viewer. Highly cited papers, most prolific authors, countries and institutions are also identified. The results of the study admit that the linear growth trend of entropy articles has increased over the course of the investigation. Highest number of the publications were contributed from China, and the institution that contributed the most articles was the Chinese Academy of Sciences. A cluster analysis of the keywords shows that the research hotspots are primarily focused on "entropy," with the highest frequency and link strength. The high density of the co-words of "entropy," "information," "model" and "Shannon entropy" has also proved them to be the most mature and centralized area of entropy field. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The minimum and the adequate number of participants in experiments with maps can vary significantly according to the characteristics of the participants, the maps, and especially the test's purpose. In this sense, the estimation of the adequate number of participants employed in carrying out tests involving map users bases the problem of this research. The study's hypothesis presupposes that it is possible to establish the number of participants for each group of methods of experiments with similar characteristics that group the tests. To this end, to compare terms found in the Web of Science database with those informed in the title, abstract, introduction, and methodology of 200 scientific articles published in the area of cartography, whose subject is related to map users, the research performed an analytical review of the works. As a result, the analysis made it possible to select 85 publications, such as adequacy to the subject of study, according to the methods used. Background: Circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) has demonstrated robust diagnostic accuracy in several digestive cancers. However, the prognostic role of ctCDNA in gastric cancer (GC) is still controversial. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of ctDNA in GC. Methods: PubMed, Web of Science and Cochrane databases were searched to identify studies reporting the use of ctDNA to predict GC outcome and all relevant studies published until November 2022 were enrolled for our analysis. Data were extracted by two authors independently and statistic analysis was conducted by R program with 'meta' and 'metafor' packages. Results: A total of 34 qualified articles with 5091 subjects were incorporated into our meta-analysis. The corresponding Hazard ratio (HR) of overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were 2.74 (95% CI:2.24–3.35), 3.13 (95% CI:2.08–4.72) and 3.04 (95% CI:2.46–3.76), respectively, in GC patients. Conclusion: Blood-based ctDNA assay would be a potential novel biomarker for GC evaluation and prediction. The continuous growth of information and technology has resulted in considerable changes in the retailing environment, with a restriction on brick-and-mortar retailing and a push toward online retailing. The purpose of this study is to map the available literature on e-tailing in order to forecast where the field might be headed in the coming years and to identify the key features that contribute to e-tailing businesses. The paper employs an integrative review methodology and bibliometric method as a computational tool, and selected Web of Science and SCOPUS database(s), to identify the most productive research disciplines and countries that conduct the majority of e-tailing research. The study examines major themes such as consumer behavior and perception, technology and media, pricing strategies, channel integration, cognitive impact, business strategies, and models, and channel strategies to provide a comprehensive framework of e-tailing. This is the first study to present a thorough picture of e-tailing by identifying topics, research evolution, annual publishing trends, and the most relevant journals. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the current state of research and the key aspects and implications of the relationships between Information and Digital Technologies (IDT) of Industry 4.0 and Lean Supply Chain Management (LSCM), with the identification of the lines of research developed and an analysis of the main findings. A Systematic Literature Review methodology has been used for the identification, selection, and evaluation of the published research. A set of 78 papers deduced from the most relevant scientific databases, including Web of Science, Scopus, and ABI/Inform, from 1996 to December 2019, has been analyzed and synthesized. The analysis and evaluation of these papers has enabled a new classification of the literature to be offered that identifies four lines of research based on the Life Cycle of Technology: obsolete IDT in LSCM; mature IDT in LSCM; emerging IDT in LSCM; and an Information Systems and IDT general approach in LSCM. The paper goes on to discuss the gaps found in the literature and proposes new opportunities and challenges for future research. Tourism offering well-being practices in nature has increased exponentially in recent years. The scientific interest in this subject has also grown at a similar rate, from both a theoretical and a methodological perspective. We present a bibliometric analysis using the search terms "tourism", "well-being", and "nature" disclosed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. Combining quantitative and visual methods, we analyse 443 records on this topic according to seven items: productivity evolution, overlapping, geographical distribution, research areas, most important keywords, main sources, and most cited articles. Delayed wound healing in diabetes mellitus (DM) is due to the overlapping phases of the healing process. The prolonged inflammation and altered levels of inflammatory cytokines lead to deformed cell proliferation. Photobiomodulation alleviates the expression of inflammatory cytokines and promotes tissue repair, thereby restoring the wound healing process. To find out the effect of photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) in the healing dynamics of diabetic wounds with particular emphasis on interleukin-6, interleukin-1β, and tumour necrosis factor-α. Scientific databases searched using keywords of the population: DM, intervention: PBMT, and outcomes: inflammatory cytokines. We have included five preclinical studies in the present systematic review for qualitative analysis. These studies evaluated the effect of PBMT at different wavelengths, dosage, and time on wound healing in DM. As the most widely used tool for assessing dietary intake, the validity of food frequency questionnaires (FFQs) should be evaluated before application. A comprehensive search of the PubMed and Web of Science databases was conducted for publications from January 2000 to April 1, 2020. Pooled estimates were calculated for correlation coefficients and mean differences for energy and 61 nutrients between FFQs and standard methods. The literature search identified 130 articles that included 21,494 participants. Subgroup analyses according to the number of administrations of the reference method, sample size, administration methods, FFQ items, reference periods, quality of the studies, gender, and regions were also performed. We conducted a meta-analysis by summarizing the available evidence to comprehensively assess the validity of FFQs stratified by the reference method type (24-hour recall (24HRs) and food records (FRs). We also performed subgroup analyses to examine the impact on the final summary estimates. After a meta-analysis of the FFQs' validity correlation coefficients of the included studies, this study showed that the range (median) of the validity coefficients of the 24HRs as reference methods was 0.220–0.770 (0.416), and for the FRs, it was 0.173–0.735 (0.373), which indicated that FFQs were suitable to assess the overall dietary intake in nutritional epidemiological studies. The results of the subgroup analysis showed that the number of administrations of the reference method, administration mode, number of items, reference periods, sample size, and gender mainly affected the validity correlation of FFQs. To address a shortcoming in the current state of scholarly inquiry into brand stories from a strategic management perspective, a comprehensive bibliographic analysis is conducted on all papers in the journals included in the Web of Science database on brand stories. We employ the VOSViewer tool to complete our bibliographic analysis. VOSViewer allows for graphical representations of network maps. Using this tool, issues such as co-authorship, co-occurrence of keywords, co-citations, citations, and country and institutional origins are explored. This work offers a foundation for the scope of strategic approaches to brand storytelling by investigating the state of research to find areas of opportunity for scholars. We elucidate the existing state of scholarly research on the brand story conversation, offer a procedural overview of the VOSViewer tool, provide managerial implications of this work, discuss limitations of our study and suggest areas for future research. Little research has been conducted regarding serial entrepreneurship compared to entrepreneurship research more broadly, despite research that suggests that as many as 50% of all entrepreneurs are serial entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship research shows that most new ventures fail, yet serial entrepreneurs continually exit previous ventures and start new ones. Our study explores 118 scholarly articles indexed in Web of Science and Scopus databases on serial entrepreneurship through multiple correspondence analysis. Through our analysis, we identify key areas for future research, explore and consolidate the theoretical foundations used, and provide a review of academic literature for future researchers to utilize. Our perceptual map has identified four key research areas that researchers should focus upon: heuristics in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial capabilities, the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and technological development and resources. The genus Ziziphora of the family Lamiaceae is well known for the medicinal properties of its species. Ziziphora persica is an edible medicinal plant, which is widely distributed in countries of Iran, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Azaerbaidzhan and is famed as a wild vegetable with notable aroma and flavor. In Iranian folk medicine, Ziziphora species has been also used as infusions for various purposes such as sedative, stomachic and carminative among others. The genus Ziziphora belongs to the Lamiaceae family consists of four species (Z. clinopodioides, Z. capitata, Z. persica and Z. tenuior) that widespread all over Iran. Ziziphora with common Persian name 'kakuti-e kuhi' comprised nine subspecies native to Iran. The composition and antibacterial and antioxidant activity of the essential oil and various extracts of Ziziphora persica were reported. This review presents and overview on the Eco-phytochemistry and Ethnobotany knowledge of Ziziphora persica and provides a deeper insight into phytochemistry of this specie. Fatigue is a common problem for adults with cerebral palsy (CP) and may be related to the decline in physical function, including the loss of the ability to walk. To estimate the overall prevalence of fatigue in adolescents and adults with cerebral palsy. MEDLINE (OVID), EMBASE (OVID), CINAHL, PsycINFO, and Web of Science electronic databases were searched in September 2021. The review protocol was registered with the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO), registration CRD42021275596. Two authors independently screened studies according to Preferred Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, and the methodological quality of included studies was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Prevalence Critical Appraisal Checklist. Of the 1022 studies identified, fifteen met the inclusion criteria. Study quality assessment was performed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Prevalence Critical Appraisal Checklist, with scores ranging from 4 out of 10 to 10 out of 10. Pooled prevalence estimates for twelve studies were 52.9% (95% confidence interval [CI]40.9–64.6). Fatigue was higher in people with bilateral CP than unilateral CP, and higher in people classified as Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) levels III-V. More than half of the adults with CP (52.9%) reported living with fatigue. Adults with CP frequently reported fatigue that may lead to activity limitations and/or restrictions. Fatigue was strongly correlated with pain, depression, and reduced quality of life. The prevalence of diabetic neuropathy is drastically increasing in the world. Country-specific estimates of the prevalence of refractive errors are important to formulate national eye health policies for refractive care services. The purpose of this study was to systematically synthesise available literature and estimate the prevalence of refractive errors in the Nepalese population. PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were systematically searched for articles on refractive errors and presbyopia published in English language until 27 September 2022. Population and school-based quantitative, cross-sectional prevalence studies and Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness survey repository data were included. The quality of the included studies was assessed using the Newcastle Ottawa scale adapted for cross-sectional studies. Data extraction was performed with consensus among the reviewers. Meta-analysis of the prevalence was performed using the Random effects model to estimate the pooled proportions. A total of 38 studies with 101 701 participants were included: 18 studies in children (n = 31 596) and 20 in adults (n = 70 105). In children, the estimated pooled prevalence of overall refractive errors was 8.4% (95% CI: 4.8 to 12.9) with myopia, hypermetropia and astigmatism prevalent in 7.1% (95% CI: 3.7 to 11.4), 1.0% (95% CI: 0.7 to 1.3) and 2.2% (95% CI: 0.9 to 3.9), respectively. In adults, the prevalence of refractive errors, uncorrected refractive errors, and uncorrected presbyopia were 11.2% (95% CI: 8.0 to 14.9), 7.3% (95% CI: 5.4 to 9.5) and 78.9% (95% CI: 69.1 to 87.3), respectively. The pooled prevalence of refractive errors is relatively low while uncorrected refractive errors and presbyopia are high in Nepalese population suggesting a need for better access to refractive care services in the country. The paucity of quality evidence on prevalence of refractive errors, particularly in children, indicates a need for a well-designed population-based study to accurately estimate the current prevalence of refractive errors. There is controversy about the association between vitamin D and cardiovascular disease (CVD). This article aims to explore the association of serum 25-hydroxyvitaminD (25 OHD) with the risk of CVD. PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science database, OVID, and Cochrane Library databases (last updated in August 2022) were systematically searched. The relationship between 25OHD and the risk of CVD was assessed by using the 95% confidence intervals (CI) and hazard ratio (HR). The effect model was selected by the size of heterogeneity. The meta-analysis included 40 cohort studies that contained 652352 samples. The pooled results showed that a decreased level of 25OHD was associated with an increased relative risk of total CVD events (HR = 1.35, 95% CI: 1.26–1.43). Furthermore, the results also showed that a decreased circulating 25OHD level was associated with an increased mortality of CVD (HR = 1.43, 95% CI: 1.30–1.57) and incidence of CVD (HR = 1.26, 95% CI: 1.16–1.36), especially an increased risk of heart failure (HF) (HR = 1.38, 95% CI: 1.2–1.6), myocardial infarction (MI) (HR = 1.28, 95% CI: 1.13–1.44) and coronary heart disease (CHD) (HR = 1.28, 95% CI: 1.1–1.49). The current meta-analysis shows that reduced serum 25OHD concentrations is not only associated with increased total cardiovascular events and cardiovascular mortality, but also with increased risk of HF, MI, and CHD. Terrorism research increased markedly after the attacks of September 11, 2001 (9/11). How has research on this subject changed in the past twenty years? I examine data on more than 6,000 academic articles on terrorism between 1970 and 2019, and the more than 1,500 authors of multiple articles. This information comes from every article in the Web of Science database with "terrorism" or "terrorist" in the title. Several primary findings emerge. (1) The volume of terrorism research surged to record highs after 9/11, and has not decreased since. (2) Psychologists became the most numerous terrorism researchers after 9/11, displacing political scientists for about ten years. Research on health or medical aspects of terrorism jumped after 9/11. (3) The proportion of female scholars increased substantially after 9/11, outpacing the rise in academia generally. This is in part because scholars new to the field were often from disciplines with relatively high percentages of women, such as psychology. (4) Terrorism scholars were mostly based in North America or Western Europe before 9/11, but the number of countries with scholars publishing terrorism research expanded considerably after 2001. Ibero-American researchers show an increasing number of studies on entrepreneurship and innovation research. This article analyzes the journals and universities that published research on the discipline developed by Ibero-American authors between 1986 and 2015. The work uses the Web of Science database and provides several bibliometric indicators. The results show that the most outstanding researchers of the region come mainly from Spain and Portugal. In particular, Spanish researchers are the most productive and influential authors in the region. A small group of researchers from Chile, Argentina, and Mexico are also very influential. To investigate the role and influence of apraxia regarding dementia severity in Alzheimer's disease (AD). In addition, to examine whether apraxia or its association to dementia severity show distinct characteristics between typical and atypical variants of AD, that commonly include frontal, logopenic, posterior, and Down's syndrome variant. The search conducted on 4 December 2020 in the Cinahl, Ovid Medline, PsycArticles, PsycInfo, Scopus and Web of Science databases yielded 251 non-duplicate records published since 2000. Ten records examining the association between Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) scores and apraxia in AD were included in the review. Dementia severity was related to apraxia in AD, and the prevalence and severity of apraxia increased as dementia progressed. Constructional, ideomotor (imitation of meaningless gestures), orofacial, speech, gait, and total praxis, including constructional, ideomotor, and ideational praxis, tasks differentiated dementia severity in AD. In the atypical variants of AD apraxia occurred frequently but because of the small number of participants, no statistical analyses were available. The results highlight the need for extensive assessment of AD severity, and praxis assessment throughout the disease course. Apraxia affects the independent functioning and communication of the patient, tool use, and the ability to perform activities of daily living. Apraxia occurs frequently in AD and other neurodegenerative diseases, and apraxia assessment has shown to differentiate AD from other neurodegenerative diseases, particularly frontotemporal dementia. To evaluate the value of the platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in predicting preeclampsia (PE) in pregnant women. PubMed, EMBASE and Web of Science databases were searched for observational studies (cohort, case-control or cross-sectional) that reported pre-treatment maternal PLR values in women with and without PE. The analysis was done using a random effects model. Pooled effect sizes were reported as weighted mean difference (WMD) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) was used to evaluate the risk of bias. Twenty-five studies with 7755 patients were included in this meta-analysis. PLR was comparable in patients with PE and healthy pregnant women (WMD −2.97; 95% CI: −11.95 to 6.02; N = 16). Patients with mild (WMD −3.00; 95% CI: −17.40 to 11.41; N = 12) and severe PE (WMD −5.77; 95% CI: −25.48 to 13.94; N = 14) had statistically similar PLR, compared to healthy controls. Our findings show similar PLR in PE and healthy pregnancies. PLR, therefore, may not be used to differentiate between PE and normal pregnancy or for assessing the severity of PE. The majority of included studies were case-control, potentially introducing bias, and we identified evidence of publication bias as well. This study assessed the use of the platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) for the prediction of preeclampsia (PE) in pregnant women. After reviewing 25 studies involving 7755 pregnant women, the researchers found that PLR values were similar in women with PE and those with healthy pregnancies. Additionally, PLR did not differ significantly in cases of mild or severe PE, compared to healthy pregnancies. This study concluded that the PLR may not a reliable predictor for PE in pregnant women, nor can it be used to assess the severity of PE. Previous studies evaluating the relationship between blood manganese (Mn) level and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in pregnant women showed inconsistent results. A systematic review and meta-analysis was therefore performed to investigate the above association. Relevant observational studies were obtained by search of electronic databases including Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science from database inception to 10 March 2023. Two authors independently performed database search, literature identification and data extraction. A randomised-effects model was selected to pool the data by incorporating the influence of potential heterogeneity. Subgroup analysis was performed to evaluate the influence of study characteristics on the results of the meta-analysis. Six datasets from five observational studies, involving 91,249 pregnant women were included in the meta-analysis. Among the participants, 3597 (3.9%) were diagnosed as GDM. Overall, pooled results showed that a high blood level of Mn was associated with a higher risk of GDM (compared between women with highest versus lowest category blood Mn, odds ratio: 1.31, 95% confidence interval: 1.19–1.44, p <.001) with no significant heterogeneity (p for Cochrane Q-test = 0.93, I2 = 0%). Subgroup analyses according to study design, mean maternal age, matrix or methods for measuring blood Mn, and the incidence of GDM also showed consistent results (p for subgroup difference all >.05). Results of the meta-analysis suggest that a high blood Mn level may be a risk factor of GDM in pregnant women. Studies are needed to determine the underlying mechanisms, and to investigate if the relationship between blood Mn level and GDM is dose-dependent. Changes of blood manganese (Mn) have been suggested to be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetes. However, the relationship between blood Mn level and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in pregnant women remains undetermined. Our study represents the first systematic review and meta-analysis to investigate the potential association between blood Mn concentration and the risk of GDM. In this meta-analysis, we pooled the results of six datasets from five observational and showed that compared to pregnant women with the lowest category of blood Mn level, those with the highest category of blood Mn level were associated with a higher risk of GDM. Cyclin-dependent kinase 12 (CDK12) mutation has been shown to be associated with the prognosis and clinicopathological characteristics of various tumors. The aim of this meta-analysis was to investigate the role of mutations in prostate cancer (PCa). PubMed/Medline, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science database were searched for relevant articles. Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.3 software, and the quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the Newcastle–Ottawa scale (NOS). A total of 13 studies comprising 5182 participants were enrolled in this meta-analysis. The frequency of CDK12 mutation in PCa was 7.26%. CDK12 mutation was significantly correlated with poor OS/PFS and had a shorter time to progress to CRPC. CDK12 mutant was associated with high-grade Gleason scores, while no relationships were found among CDK12 mutant, age, and the PSA level at diagnosis. This meta-analysis indicates that patients with CDK12 mutation have poor prognosis in PCa. CDK12 may be used as a biomarker for molecular subtype and a potential therapeutic target of PCa. Prenatal ultrasound has been regularly used as the screening tool for agenesis of corpus callosum (ACC) of the fetuses, which were mainly suspected on the basis of indirect signs rather than the visualization of the CC. However, the diagnostic accuracy of prenatal ultrasound for ACC, compared to the gold standard of postmortem diagnosis or postnatal images, is still unknown. This meta-analysis was performed to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy of prenatal ultrasound for the diagnosis of ACC. Studies evaluating the diagnostic accuracy of prenatal ultrasound for ACC compared to postmortem diagnosis or postnatal images were retrieved by searching PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases. Pooled sensitivity and specificity were calculated with a random-effects model. The diagnostic accuracy was measured by summarized area under the receiver operating characteristic (AUC) curve. Twelve studies involving 544 fetuses with suspected anomalies of central nervous system were included, and 143 of them were with validated diagnosis of ACC. Pooled results showed that prenatal ultrasound has satisfying diagnostic efficacy for ACC, with the pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative likelihood ratios of 0.72 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.39–0.91), 0.98 (95% CI: 0.79–1.00), 43.73 (95% CI: 3.42–558.74, and 0.29 (95% CI: 0.11–0.74), respectively. The pooled AUC was 0.94 (95% CI: 0.92–0.96), suggesting good diagnostic performance of prenatal ultrasound. Subgroup analysis according to the prenatal ultrasound procedures showed a better diagnostic efficacy of neurosonography than that of regular ultrasound screening (sensitivity: 0.84 versus 0.57, specificity: 0.98 versus 0.89, and AUC: 0.97 versus 0.78). The abundance of research in the field of sustainable marketing management necessitates a comprehensively integrated knowledge about the topic. This study aims to map all scientific publications related to sustainability marketing from a firm perspective as collected from the Web of Science database (1900–2021), and subsequently identify potential future research directions. The bibliometric method, particularly bibliographic coupling, is used to describe the evolution over time of research on the topic. Also, the networks and intellectual structures of sustainability marketing management research are visualized and analyzed by VOS viewer algorithm/software. Based on a final list of 606 selected journal articles extracted from the initial 777,577 retrieved items, the bibliographic coupling analysis reveals six clusters within the research field: "sustainable green marketing and design: system perspective," "sustainability assessment and firm performance," "social sustainability in the dynamic model and mechanism," "strategic CSR, corporate sustainability integration and performance," "impacts of social and environmental sustainability on economic sustainability," and "environmental sustainability and green management for multinational enterprises." This study provides insight into the most substantive up-to-date contributions to the field, herein referred to as state-of-the-art thematic topics in sustainability marketing management, thus stipulating fruitful future research avenues for a more developed research community. Using bibliometric methods, this report analysed the volumes of global forest research and research collaboration between researchers, institutes and countries during the period 2010–2019. The keywords used in the bibliometric search resulted in a good match with the publication lists of three major Finnish forest research organisations. The final corpus of "forest" publications consisted of 355,000 articles, proceeding papers, reviews, books, book chapters and letters listed in the Web of Science database. During 2010–2019, the volume of Finnish publications in forest sciences have increased and the share of internationally collaborative papers has also grown. However, the international position of Finnish and Nordic forest research is slowly declining, owing to the modest growth in publishing, compared to fast-growing countries like China and Russia. When comparing Finnish and Swedish research organisations, those from Sweden were more internationally oriented. In both countries, the five top institutes produced more than three quarters of their country's respective publications. Analyses based on bibliometric data used in this study reveal the status regarding publication output and trends. These analyses can provide objective evidence that is needed when developing research strategies and policies as well as allocating funding resources. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on the Web of Science core database and using bibliometric analysis method, this study analysed 2,680 papers on rice and greenhouse gas topic research till to 22 July 2022, which included 47 highly cited papers and one hot paper, mainly written in English and from 10,116 authors, 2,594 organisations and 111 countries or territories, published in 517 journals and four book series. The top five journals are Science of the Total Environment, Journal of Cleaner Production, Agriculture and Ecosystems Environment, Environmental Science and Pollution Research and Sustainability. The top five countries were Peoples R China, U.S.A., India, Germany and Japan. The top five organisations were the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Agricultural University, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, CGIAR and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, each with more than 126 papers. The top four authors were Wassmann Reiner, Pan Genxing, Smith Pete and Cao Cougui. All keywords were separated into 10 clusters with co-occurrence network visualisation using VOSviewer, and the research front was shown by co-occurrence overlay visualisation. Natural coloring agents obtained from plants, insects, animals, and minerals are used to color faces, hairs, textiles, and food preparations for centuries. This current review explained the role of traditional natural coloring agents in ancient times. It encompasses the advantages of natural dyes over synthetic dyes, their classification, and medicinal properties. The objective of review is to provide a retrospective study of natural colors for fibers based on their therapeutic potential. For the preparation of this manuscript, all the relevant information was gathered from accessible and inaccessible resources (Web, Books, Thesis, etc.). The information included in the article was downloaded from scientific engines and databases (Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scifinder, Science Direct, Publons, Wiley Online Library, PubMed, Taylor & Francis online and Scopus indexed journals) using different keywords. Natural coloring agents like Carica papaya, curcumin, betalain, quercetin, lycopene, lawsone, crocin, juglone, anthocyanin, and several others are reported to have medicinal values. The present review summarizes the application of natural dyes for coloring fibers and pharmaceutical preparations is beneficial over synthetic dyes based on their additional therapeutic effects. Tlaloc hildebrandi is a small (<130 mm) freshwater fish endemic to Southwest Mexico and is listed as endangered through habitat loss and invasive species. We determine and compare the parameters of the length–weight relationship, relative weight, and condition factor among different populations of the endemic killifish, T. hildebrandi. Fulton's condition factor (K), relative weight (Wr), and the length–weight relationship were estimated for three killifish populations throughout its distribution range in the highlands of Chiapas, México. The Wr was significantly lowest in fishes where there are higher anthropogenic activities. The somatic indexes and the length–weight relationships for T. hildebrandi are hereby published for the first time in both the scientific literature and databases, such as Fishbase. The landfill leachate is considered a toxic effluent composed of recalcitrant contaminants that requires innovative alternatives for its decontamination. Coupling between advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) and aerobic biological treatments are highlighted in this research. Therefore, a bibliographic review of the research made from 2010 to 2021 was developed. These combined alternatives were applied in leachates, and it is oriented toward the analysis of knowledge gaps, trends, and future proposals of the treatment combined that contribute to researchers who wish to work on the subject. These kinds of treatments were chosen due to a bibliometric analysis made. Also, the information was searched in several scientific database. This work was found to be unpublished, as no reviews were found so far that agglomerate studies of coupling between photocatalytic and aerobic biological processes to treat leachates. Besides, AOPs are ideal for treating wastewater of complex composition, however, when it is used as the only treatment, they are usually unprofitable, which justifies their coupling with biological treatments. Subsequently, it was determined that the knowledge main gap is the lack of documentation of treatment costs, which makes it difficult to implement on a real scale. In addition to this, the couplings trends are toward doping with metallic and nonmetallic ions of the catalyst used in the photocatalytic process to improve the efficiency of these. Finally, future research should work on finding alternatives that allow the optimization of the resources used in the combined systems and on promoting the recovery of existing products in the leachate. Implications: Leachates generate several environmental impacts due to their toxic composition. Even when coupling between heterogeneous photocatalysis and biologic treatment can solve them, issues like cost analysis and the scaling-up factor have not been developed, and futures researchers should work on that. Besides, the trend founded in almost all investigations was the catalyst doping with metals and nonmetals ions, particularly when they use TiO2 because it gives the possibility of improving efficiencies just with a structural variation. The present study aims to analyse the leadership on soccer, according the stakeholders approach. The methodology was a systematic review on soccer leadership, published between 1995 and 2020. The Web of Science and Scopus databases were used, resulting in a sample of 80 articles. Several indicators were analysed in order to identify the authors who have most studied this topic, the most cited articles, the journals where they were published, and the thematic clusters developed around the topic. Through a content analysis, four research clusters were distinguished: Behaviour, Performance, Style, and Formation. The clusters with the highest number of publications were Behaviour and Performance. The results suggest that the theme of leadership in soccer should be more developed in the Formation cluster, particularly among coaches. The study can be useful for all stakeholders involved in the context of soccer, when using leadership as a strategic tool to improve organizational performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly present in organizations. In the specific case of Human Resource Management (HRM), AI has become increasingly relevant in recent years. This article aims to perform a bibliometric analysis of the scientific literature that addresses in a connected way the application and impact of AI in the field of HRM. The scientific databases consulted were Web of Science and Scopus, yielding an initial number of 156 articles, of which 73 were selected for subsequent analysis. The information was processed using the Bibliometrix tool, which provided information on annual production, analysis of journals, authors, documents, keywords, etc. The results obtained show that AI applied to HRM is a developing field of study with constant growth and a positive future vision, although it should also be noted that it has a very specific character as a result of the fact that most of the research is focused on the application of AI in recruitment and selection actions, leaving aside other sub-areas with a great potential for application.
