This study studies that has the aim to apply Sutte Indicator to assist the investor to make the decision-making process of buying or selling of their stocks. The data of this study obtained from Stock of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. (AALI) on Yahoo Finance website. The period of data from 5 April 2001 to 20 September 2016. To check the performance of the predicting, it compare Sutte Indicator with other technical analysis: Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) and Simple Moving Average (SMA) and the check of the reliability using the mean absolute deviation (MAD), mean of square error (MSE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE).

α-Sutte Indicator (α-Sutte) was originally from the development of Sutte Indicator. Sutte Indicator can be used to predict the movement of stocks. As the development of science, Sutte Indicator is developed to predict not only the movement of stocks but also able to forecast the data on finance, insurance, and time series data. This method is called α-Sutte Indicator (α-Sutte). α-Sutte was developed by using the principle of the forecasting method of using the previous data. α-Sutte choose because it have best accuracy in forecasting. To implementation and check the accuracy of this method, the Consumer Price Index and Indices by Regions (Turkey) data used in this research. Data taken from January 2003 to June 2017. This data used because CPI data unstable and sometimes difficult to predict using other method. The data is divided into two parts, namely data training and testing. Data training starts from January 2003 to October 2016, and data testing starts from November 2016 to June 2017. To see the accuracy of α-Sutte, benchmark will be conducted from the results of forecasting with other forecasting methods e.g. Multiplicative Holt-Winters, Additive Holt-Winters, and Automatic Time Series Forecasting: The forecast Package for R (AutoARIMA) developed by Hyndman-Khandakar (2008) for the ARIMA/SARIMA model. The comparison of this accuracy is to compare the value of MSE, RMSE, and MAPE of forecasting the result on data training by using the data as reference data. The results are obtained that MSE value of Indicator of α-Sutte is smaller than other methods that is Multiplicative Holt-Winters, Holt-Winters Additive, and ARIMA (1,2,2)(0,0,2)12. Thereby the case for MAPE accuracy value Indicator of α-Sutte better than others method: Multiplicative Holt-Winters, Holt-Winters Additive, and ARIMA (1,2,2)(0,0,2)12.

This study aim to explore and review the literacy of tables and graphs for statistics students at Universitas Negeri Makassar. To obtain this aim, descriptive analysis conducted on the students results of table and graph literacy test. This study is importance for leading statistical learning tendency which emphasis on technical procedures with much mathematical formula. From this exploration, we can identify weaknesses that must be looked for solutions, particularly would improve learning of tables and graphs literacy to improve student's visualization and communication skills. Indicators of tables and graphs literacy have four domains, namely: (1) understanding tables and graphs concepts, (2) the ability of tables and graphs application, (3) skills of making table and graph, and (4) the accuracy of tables and graphs interpretations. The four domains are mapped according to grade of student. Mapping of table and graph literacy will be the basis of statistical learning strategies. Conclusion of the data analysis that the level of achievement scores of students in understanding the concept of the tables and graphs is still low (≤43%), the ability of tables application is still too low (41%), but for the ability of graphics applications is slightly higher (58%). Furthermore, the skills to make the table is still very low (25%), but for the skills to make the graph is slightly higher (59%). The general conclusion that the achievement score of statistics students of students batches 2013, 2014 and 2015 was still below the expectations. Thus, learning strategies need to be formulated to improve every aspect of learning in statistics courses.

Decision Support System is a system commonly used to assist management in assisting decision-making in top managerial sections, Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is one of many decision-making methods that can be used to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on certain criteria, one of the methods that can be utilized is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE) method that works based on the concept of outranking using pairwise comparisons of each alternative based on appropriate criteria, this paper applies the ELECTRE method in a web based application that can be employed for input and output dynamic for alternative, criteria, user values and also a fast ranking process, the choice of web based application because there is many research about decision support system but only few that applied to application, and this research tries to applied ELECTRE method to web based application.

This type of research is a development research or it is known by the term of Research and Development (R & D). The focus of this research is to develop a logical reasoning ability measurement tool based on qualified Web and Android as a research instrument alternative solution. The implementation of this research is conducted on Statistics Department in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The subject of the study in question is the students of Statistics Department of Universitas Negeri Makassar. Measurement tool that will be developed is a Test of Logical Thinking (TOLT). The development of this information system using PHP programming language based on CodeIgniter Framework with MySQL database.

Long-term goal of this research is the development of a Research Management Information System at the Universitas Negeri Makassar that can be accessed by various parties related to research anytime and anywhere without any time and location limitation so that the disclosure of research management information can be done from the level of the study program to university level. Specific targets achieved from the development of this system is the creation of an information disclosure management situation both in terms of proposal entry, selection and review of proposals as well as progress reports and logbooks obtainment in reports of transparent and appropriate budget usage that is useful for the leadership of the University in taking policy related to the next research. To achieve these objectives, the information system development process will use the Plomp Development Model (1997) consisting of a preliminary investigation phase; design phase; phase realization/construction; test phase, evaluation and revision; and implementation. The development of this information system using PHP programming language based on CodeIgniter Framework with MySQL database.

Electronic learning based on Information and Communication Technology is one of the backbone behind the success of distance learning because it is actually able to save cost, time, and resources. To optimize the quality of this learning, more variety and interactive content with the support of multimedia elements (such as text, images, animations, sounds and video) is required. This research proposes a design of web-based lightweight interactive multimedia application combined with a game approach to support distance learning. This design employs web technologies based on pure HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX scripting that offer rich interactivity and lightweight performance. This research produces an interesting and fun learning application design that able to motivate students to self-learning.

Keeping the data intact without changing becomes an important factor in a communication, the data itself has many forms such as text data, audio data, image data and for secure every form data an algorithm Base64 are needed, Base64 algorithm is used as data format to transmit data due to the result of base64 itself, but Base64 algorithm is not safe enough because it is easy to decoding and get the original form data, therefore need additional security and in this research combined with Hashing Variable Length (HAVAL) algorithm, HAVAL algorithm has a way work secures and compresses plaintext, so the encoding result from Base64 is re-secured and compressed using HAVAL algorithm with length of hashing 32 bit or 4 bytes so when data transmission process will not take many bytes of data compared with Base64 algorithm

In 2006, Kemendiknas RI have done big enough investment in developing national computer network, called Jardiknas. Based on observation, there are quite a lot unproductive ICT center, is previously established in vocational schools. The study aims to find the suitable model of ICT management for Vocational High School (VHS). The model is expected to give the cultural contribution on the quality of education.

The selection of the bridge is fundamental thing to Sei Anak Muara Bulan 2 Bridge Planning. After knowing the results of capacity analysis of land and pile support capacity, ease of implementation, determine the selection of foundation planning decisions. The results of AHP implementation indicate that the aspects of land and pile carrying capacity are the main priority criteria with the amount 61.7% as the reason to determine the choice of bridge foundation and the result of alternative is the foundation of equal to 42,2%

In everyday life, seasonal events are common, seasonal behavior is common in various periods, such as daily, weekly or monthly. business, economics and financial cases for example, we often encounter a seasonal phenomenon, namely data that repeated over the same period. However, this seasonal test is only accurate For stationary Seasonal time series data. So, in this research we apply exact identification for multiplicative time series data from generated data. Performance of this test is determined by the percentage of fit identification. We apply this Periodogram Analysis to real data, AirPassengers and UKgas data. All simulation and real data analysis were done by open source Software R (OSSR). It is observed that in all model for Period 12, accuracy of detection seasonal models under 50%. However, for P=6, The algorithm was accurate enough to detect multiplicative-seasonal models, 70% of seasonal model can be detected by the algorithm.

The Consumer Price Index is an index which calculates the average change in prices over a period, of a set of goods and services consumed by the population/households within a specific time. In this paper will be discussed about the forecasting of consumer price index of Indonesia using forecast package with R Software. The forecasting process this data using algorithms popularized by Rob J. Hyndman and Yeasmin Khandakar in 2008. By using this method, it is obtained a suitable ARIMA model to forecast CPI data Indonesia. The model most suitable time series is ARIMA (1,0,0).

The purpose of this study is to apply the α-Sutte Indicator in forecasting data. α-Sutte Indicator is a new forecasting method that was developed in 2017 by Ansari Saleh Ahmar. To see the accuracy of these methods, the forecasting results of the α-Sutte Indicator will be forecasting methods compared to other items, namely: ARIMA and HoltWinters. Based on the results of forecasting, it is found that α-Sutte Indicator has MSE and MAPE values that are lower than other methods (ARIMA and HoltWinters). This is supported by MSE data from α-Sutte Indicator smaller than ARIMA(2,2,2) and HoltWinters i.e. 0.03; 3.06; and 3.15.

This research aims to obtain a picture of attitudes and understanding of early childhood education teachers on the use of learning media Edu-Games My Profession as an effort to introduce various types of professions in early childhood education students. The developed product includes My Professional Edu-Games app guide that meets the contents feasibility aspect. This research is a research of the development of ADDIE model which has five main elements consist of Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The research data are analysed quantitatively to answer whether the product in the form of guide, material and application of Edu-Games My Profession has fulfilled the criterion of clarity. Products are tested on expert groups with a focus on the clarity aspects of content and applications. The result showed 1) early childhood education teachers generally understand that the use of media applications Edu-Games My Profession has not been used and is needed as a medium of learning to introduce various types of professions. 2) Early childhood teachers have commonly known that the use of Edu-Games My Profession learning media can assist students in recognizing early childhood interest in different types of professions., and 3) expert group test results have fulfilled the clarity aspect of content and application of Edu-Games My Profession

In this research stand-alone data logger device that can be used for measuring solar panel power characteristics is introduced. With RTC and SD Card installed on the device, the energy produced by solar panel is measured, then data are stored in CSV format that is compatible with MS Excel. Stand-alone feature makes it suitable for monitoring solar panel systems installed on remote area. Research result exhibits that all device sub systems are working perfectly. Voltage sensor convert the output voltage range of solar panel 0-24V to suitable voltage for microcontroller 0-5V. Real Time Clock (RTC) is able to show real time hours, minute and seconds of every measurements. Current sensor could measure the current with similar result compared to standard lab instruments. Despite data stored to SD Card, a 16&2 LCD display real time measurement results. Overall, the device works very well as if standard data logger instrument, but featuring real time monitoring and computer compatibility data.

The long-term goal of this research is the development of Information System of Scientific Works at Universitas Negeri Makassar that can be accessed by various parties related to the publication of the final assignment of students anytime and anywhere without any time and location limitation so that the final assignment of students can be published and protected from plagiarism. Specific targets achieved from the development of this system is the creation of information system of scientific work that will be useful for tracking the final assignment of students and the publication of the final task of students so that plagiarism can be minimized and or prevented. This is in accordance with the Directorate General of Higher Education DIKTI No. 152/E/T/2012 on January 27th, 2012 about the Publication of Scientific Works. To achieve these objectives, the information system mining process will use the Plomp Development Model (1997) consisting of a preliminary investigation phase; design phase; realization/construction phase; test phase, evaluation and revision; and implementation phase. The development of this information system uses PHP programming language based on CodeIgniter Framework with MySQL database.

Security in a transaction activity is crucial, in digital communication that irresponsible parties can tap all objects sent in the form of bits, the use of cryptographic algorithms such as Base64 and Word Auto Key Encryption can be a solution that produces a secure ciphertext, base64 algorithm which can encode all objects such as text, image, and audio files into text form and the result is re-secured with Word Auto Key Encryption algorithm, the results of this research get better security by combining the two algorithms.

This study aims to develop the Mobile Academic Exhibition information system that presents a solution of at least a platform for students of vocational to share the work or final project used mobile device as a potential medium. The purpose of this information system development is to help vocational students identify the work in one container information system that can be seen by the community, which ultimately provides benefits for students to be seen by industrial. Mobile Academic Exhibition (MAX) development method using the development of Extreme Programming (XP), XP is the most widely used approach to software development through several stages, namely: (1). Planning; (2). Design; (3). Coding; and (4). Testing. The result data will be tested using the effectiveness test and done to 102 samples. The use of research instruments is used to collect qualitative data from random responders and is expected to produce valid data. The results showed that 92.4% of the vocational school students could be accepted immediately after the industry saw the students' projects uploaded in the MAX system, 7.6% of the vocational school students were not accepted due to other factors (administration, attitude and ability to work).

K-Means Clustering (KMC) is a technique used in performing data groupings. The data classification procedure is based on the degree of membership of each member. The purpose of this study is to group the existing Provinces in Indonesia based on Population Density, School Participation Rate, Human Development Index, and Open Unemployment Rate using K-Means Clustering. The result reveals 5 large clusters in each center in South Sumatra, Lampung, DKI Jakarta, Central Java, and West Kalimantan.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of law enforcement on the protection of children victims of cybercrime in Indonesia. The method used is empirical legal research, which examines the law on social phenomena. The collecting data were from primary and secondary data. The primary data was based on the related institutions in handling child victims of cybercrime, and secondary data were collected through questionnaires administered to 4 (Four) selected Provinces samples. The results showed that the form of cybercrime experienced by the child as a victim dramatically increases every year and still seems to be weak in law enforcement. Public response to law enforcement from the aspects of law Substance, law enforcement, infrastructure facilities, inter-agency coordination is ineffective, and public responses to the handling of victims of cybercrime must be quickly addressed. This is a form of state responsibility for the protection of children victims of cybercrime. Thus, children can live and grow up to avoid the crimes that occur through the cyber development.

Along with the development of times, there is a growing need for internet among the society. This is not limited to the world of education, somehow. In the world of education, especially higher education, if a lecturer wants to increase his/her rank, he/she needs some publications either in the form of journals, books, or seminar proceedings. One of publications a lecturer commonly does is a seminar both national and international seminars. In conducting the seminar registration, it requires an information system that can accommodate the registrant's data. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a web-based conference information system (eConf). This information system was developed using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method.

Cryptography is a field of science that can be learned to secure data and information, cryptography is used in almost all communications both in network and non-network; and one of the algorithms could use is RC4 algorithm, publication about RC4 algorithm is quite a lot but the discussion is dominant only theory alone does not complete the RC4 algorithm process in detail and applications only show input and output none of the processes include, in this research paper illustrates the process of RC4 algorithm in detail and with visualization to demonstrates the work of RC4 algorithm to make it easiest for readers to learn cryptography

Developing country mostly left behind in adopting e-Government system. Miss-interpretation is assuming e-Government only about the application of technology made fail implementation. It is a whole philosophy that explores a human-citizen centered aspect in organized societies. Further, successful information system determined by user acceptance. Therefore, the evaluation of the performance of e-Government is one of the basic objectives of current government reformation. The research focus is to identify and explore the extent of user acceptance toward e-Government system. The research methodology used in this research is survey based on a questionnaire with TRAM approach and distributed to 230 respondents as customers that had been using e-Government services provided by X institution. The result of the study showed that the personality traits of TR significantly influenced cognitive dimensions of TAM. Through empirical demonstrations indicated that the TRI was said to be antecedents to TAM. The optimism dimension had higher coefficient among others, exhibit the technology users convince that the new technology will improve their productivity, while discomfort had no impact since the users have no doubt or hesitate to use technology.

The steganography process combines mathematics and computer science. Steganography consists of a set of methods and techniques to embed the data into another media so that the contents are unreadable to anyone who does not have the authority to read these data. The main objective of the use of base64 method is to convert any file in order to achieve privacy. This paper discusses a steganography and encoding method using base64, which is a set of encoding schemes that convert the same binary data to the form of a series of ASCII code. Also, the EoF technique is used to embed encoding text performed by Base64. As an example, for the mechanisms a file is used to represent the texts, and by using the two methods together will increase the security level for protecting the data, this research aims to secure many types of files in a particular media with a good security and not to damage the stored files and coverage media that used.

Searching is a common process performed by many computer users, Raita algorithm is one algorithm that can be used to match and find information in accordance with the patterns entered. Raita algorithm applied to the file search application using java programming language and the results obtained from the testing process of the file search quickly and with accurate results and support many data types.

One of causal factors for uninterested feeling of the students in learning mathematics is a monotonous learning method, like in traditional learning method. One of the ways for motivating students to learn mathematics is by implementing APIQ (Aritmetika Plus Intelegensi Quantum) creative mathematics game method. The purposes of this research are (1) to describe students' responses toward the implementation of APIQ creative mathematics game method on the subject matter of Greatest Common Factor (GCF) and Least Common Multiple (LCM) and (2) to find out whether by implementing this method, the student's learning completeness will improve or not. Based on the results of this research, it is shown that the responses of the students toward the implementation of APIQ creative mathematics game method in the subject matters of GCF and LCM were good. It is seen in the percentage of the responses were between 76-100%. (2) The implementation of APIQ creative mathematics game method on the subject matters of GCF and LCM improved the students' learning.

Prediction of suspended sediment discharge in a catchments area is very important because it can be used to evaluation the erosion hazard, management of its water resources, water quality, hydrology project management (dams, reservoirs, and irrigation) and to determine the extent of the damage that occurred in the catchments. Multiple Linear Regression analysis and artificial neural network can be used to predict the amount of daily suspended sediment discharge. Regression analysis using the least square method, whereas artificial neural networks using Radial Basis Function (RBF) and feedforward multilayer perceptron with three learning algorithms namely Levenberg-Marquardt (LM), Scaled Conjugate Descent (SCD) and Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno Quasi-Newton (BFGS). The number neuron of hidden layer is three to sixteen, while in output layer only one neuron because only one output target. The mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE), coefficient of determination (R2 ) and coefficient of efficiency (CE) of the multiple linear regression (MLRg) value Model 2 (6 input variable independent) has the lowest the value of MAE and RMSE (0.0000002 and 13.6039) and highest R2 and CE (0.9971 and 0.9971). When compared between LM, SCG and RBF, the BFGS model structure 3-7-1 is the better and more accurate to prediction suspended sediment discharge in Jenderam catchment. The performance value in testing process, MAE and RMSE (13.5769 and 17.9011) is smallest, meanwhile R2 and CE (0.9999 and 0.9998) is the highest if it compared with the another BFGS Quasi-Newton model (6-3-1, 9-10-1 and 12-12-1). Based on the performance statistics value, MLRg, LM, SCG, BFGS and RBF suitable and accurately for prediction by modeling the non-linear complex behavior of suspended sediment responses to rainfall, water depth and discharge. The comparison between artificial neural network (ANN) and MLRg, the MLRg Model 2 accurately for to prediction suspended sediment discharge (kg/day) in Jenderan catchment area.

This research aims for analyzing construction and infrastructure development activities potential contribution towards Airport Performance. This research is correlation study with variable research that includes Airport Performance as X variable and construction and infrastructure development activities as Y variable. The population in this research is 148 airports in Indonesia. The sampling technique uses total sampling, which means 148 airports that becomes the population unit then all of it become samples. The results of coefficient correlation (R) test showed that construction and infrastructure development activities variable have a relatively strong relationship with Airport Performance variable, but the value of Adjusted R Square shows that an increase in the construction and infrastructure development activities is influenced by factor other than Airport Performance.

The verification to person who is used today as a fingerprint, signature, personal identification number (PIN) in the bank system, identity cards, attendance, easily copied and forged. This causes the system not secure and is vulnerable to unauthorized persons to access the system. In this research will be implemented verification system using the image of the blood vessels in the back of the palms as recognition more difficult to imitate because it is located inside the human body so it is safer to use. The blood vessels located at the back of the human hand is unique, even humans twins have a different image of the blood vessels. Besides the image of the blood vessels do not depend on a person's age, so it can be used for long term, except in the case of an accident, or disease. Because of the unique vein pattern recognition can be used in a person. In this paper, we used a modification method to perform the introduction of a person based on the image of the blood vessel that is using Modified Local Line Binary Pattern (MLLBP). The process of matching blood vessel image feature extraction using Hamming Distance. Test case of verification is done by calculating the percentage of acceptance of the same person. Rejection error occurs if a person was not matched by the system with the data itself. The 10 person with 15 image compared to 5 image vein for each person is resulted 80,67% successful Another test case of the verification is done by verified two image from different person that is forgery, and the verification will be true if the system can rejection the image forgery. The ten different person is not verified and the result is obtained 94%.

Airport is expected to play the role in enhancing the economic level of the region, especially the local people around the airport. The Aero City concept in developing an airport might also develop a city centreed in the airport that combining airport oriented business development, business actors and local people around the airport area. This study aims to generate development model of business centre at the airports in Indonesia. This is a mixed method based study. The population includes 296 airports under government management, government subsidiary and military. By using stratified random sampling, there were 151 sample airports. The results show that business centre development in the airport area will be related with the airport management and the commercial property (business centre) growth at the airport. Aero City in Indonesia can be developed by partnership system between government and private sector that consists of construction, development, and implementation of commercial property such as hotel, apartment, retail, office, etc. Based on the result of T-Value test, Airport Performance variable predicted to have significant influence on Gross Regional Domestic Product Central Business District performance.

The quality of the higher education is the result of a continuous process. There are many indicators that can be used to assess the quality of a higher education. The existence of different indicators makes the different result of university rankings. This research aims to find variables that can connect ranking indicators that are used by Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education with indicators that are used by international rankings by taking two kind of ranking systems i.e. Webometrics and 4icu. This research uses qualitative research method with comparative case studies approach. The result of the research shows that to bridge the indicators that are used by Indonesian Ministry or Research, Technology, and Higher Education with web-based ranking system like Webometrics and 4icu so that the Indonesian higher education institutions need to open access towards either scientific or non-scientific that are publicly used into web-based environment. One of the strategies that can be used to improve the openness and access towards scientific work of a university is by involving in open science and collaboration.

Cybercrime is one of the most serious threats. Efforts are made to reduce the number of cybercrime is to find new techniques in securing data such as Cryptography, Steganography and Watermarking combination. Cryptography and Steganography is a growing data security science. A combination of Cryptography and Steganography is one effort to improve data integrity. New techniques are used by combining several algorithms, one of which is the incorporation of hill cipher method and Morse code. Morse code is one of the communication codes used in the Scouting field. This code consists of dots and lines. This is a new modern and classic concept to maintain data integrity. The result of the combination of these three methods is expected to generate new algorithms to improve the security of the data, especially images.

Development that is generated from airport areas includes construction and infrastructure development. This research reviews about how the implementation of material management in certain construction project and the relationship between development especially construction and infrastructure development with Airport Performance. The method that is used in this research is mixed method. The population in this research is 297 airports that are existed in Indonesia. From those 297 airports then it is chosen airports that have the most completed data about construction project and it is obtained 148 airports. Based on the coefficient correlation (R) test it is known that construction and infrastructure development has relatively strong relation with airport performance variable, but there are still other factors that influence construction and infrastructure development become bigger effect.

This research shows the process of string matching using a Boyer-Moore algorithm in the form of visual simulation by doing string searching of a pattern string, the result of visualization is recognized that Boyer-Moore algorithm will compare a n string from the right and will test to n-1 String to get the appropriate character of the desired input string.
