To address the phenomenon of serious psychological stress among college students, there are problems of high cost and subjectivity in assessing psychological stress by collecting physiological data, and this paper proposes a stress assessment method (Improved SMOTE + XGBoost) based on intelligent data collection, which divides stress levels into five levels. In the process of processing a large amount of data, there will be too little data. Therefore, this paper applies the improved SMOTE method to the data preprocessing, which can reduce the difficulty of collecting psychological stress test data while ensuring the amount of data. Firstly, we extracted features from cell phone data to generate samples, processed the samples by SMOTE, and then filtered features by XGBoost algorithm to filter features; meanwhile, we trained RF, SVM, BP, and KNN with the data before and after sampling and before and after feature screening, and the results showed that Improved SMOTE + XGBoost outperformed other methods. In order to effectively solve the problem that the radar detection system is difficult to detect the "low, small, slow" UAV, the high-performance computing early warning neural network is used to recognize the air UAV in real time and extract the target category and image space location information; the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the anti-UAV to ensure that the anti-UAV not only relies on factors but also fully combines the dependence of the visual field factor to quickly obtain the optimal solution through analyzing the high-performance computing early warning neural network in this paper. With the proliferation of portable digital products, image quality degradation has received a lot of attention. As the most common phenomenon in image degradation, the issue of image deblurring is the focus of much attention. Blind motion blur removal is the main target of this paper. The heavy-tailed distribution is the most dominant statistical feature of natural images. However, most image deblurring methods use a gradient prior with fixed parameters to recover a clear image, which leads to loss of details in the recovered clear image and does not consider the higher order prior of the natural image. Therefore, this paper proposes a new regularized image recovery model based on the Gaussian-scale mixture expert field(GSM-FOE) model. First, the GSM-FoE model learns filters and corresponding parameters with higher order prior information of images by training images in a natural image library; second, these learning results are used to guide the image recovery process. The GSM-FoE model and gradient-fidelity based image recovery model is proposed, which can be used with an iterative re-weighted least squares (IRLS) method. Experiments demonstrate that the suggested recovery approach is simple to use and successful at reducing blur and noise, as well as suppressing ringing effects while preserving image information. Moreover, the image restoration method performs well for large blurring kernels. The results fully reflect the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method for complex noise scenarios. Computer vision-based motion target detection and tracking, which is widely used in video surveillance, human-computer interaction, range interpretation, and other fields, is one of the current research hotspots in the field of computer vision. In engineering scenarios, the two are inseparable and need to work together to accomplish specific tasks. The related research is progressing rapidly, but there is still room for improving its timeliness, accuracy, and automation. In this paper, we summarize and classify some classical target detection methods, analyze the basic principles of convolutional neural networks, and analyze the classical detection algorithms based on region suggestion and deep regression networks. After that, we improve the SSD algorithm for the shortage of low-level feature convolution layers, which has insufficient feature extraction and leads to poor detection of small targets. For the motion target tracking problem, this paper studies the motion target tracking method based on support vector machine and proposes the tracking method of support vector regression and the corresponding online support vector regression solution method based on the analysis of support vector tracking method and structural support vector tracking method. In this paper, we propose a tracking method that fuses structural support vector machines and correlation filtering. The structure is based on the idea of Inception, which adds and replaces some feature convolution layers of the original network while maintaining the original lightweight backbone. The final experiments on the VOC data set demonstrate that the improved algorithm improves the average detection accuracy by 2.6% compared to the original algorithm and basically maintains the real-time speed as well. Experimental simulations on a subset of VOC data (human set) show a significant improvement in AP values and more effective and reliable detection tracking of moving targets. This paper presents a dynamic segmentation and weighted comprehensive matching algorithm based on neural networks for cross-media piano performance audio recognition and retrieval. The 3D convolutional neural network process is separated to compress the network parameters and improve the computational speed. Skip connection and layer-wise learning rate solve the problem that the separated network is challenging to train. The piano performance audio recognition is facilitated by shuffle operation. In pattern recognition, music retrieval algorithms are gaining more and more attention due to their ease of implementation and efficiency. However, the problems of imprecise dynamic note segmentation and inconsistent matching templates directly affect the accuracy of the MIR algorithm. We propose a dynamic threshold-based segmentation and weighted comprehensive matching algorithm to solve these problems. The amplitude difference step is dynamically set, and the notes are segmented according to the changing threshold to improve the accuracy of note segmentation. A standard score frequency is used to transform the pitch template to achieve input normalization to enhance the accuracy of matching. Direct matching and DTW matching are fused to improve the adaptability and robustness of the algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is experimentally demonstrated. The installation of automotive electrical switches is a complex three-dimensional space assembly project which has high requirements for installation accuracy. In order to improve the installation effect of automotive electrical switches, this paper applies the PSO-BP neural network algorithm to automotive electrical switches and integrates PSO and ELM algorithms. The training speed of the ELM model is fast, the model generalizes the data well, and the noise data have little effect on the model. Answer selection (AS) is a critical subtask of the open-domain question answering (QA) problem. The present paper proposes a method called RLAS-BIABC for AS, which is established on attention mechanism-based long short-term memory (LSTM) and the bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) word embedding, enriched by an improved artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm for pretraining and a reinforcement learning-based algorithm for training backpropagation (BP) algorithm. BERT can be comprised in downstream work and fine-tuned as a united task-specific architecture, and the pretrained BERT model can grab different linguistic effects. Existing algorithms typically train the AS model with positive-negative pairs for a two-class classifier. A positive pair contains a question and a genuine answer, while a negative one includes a question and a fake answer. The output should be one for positive and zero for negative pairs. Typically, negative pairs are more than positive, leading to an imbalanced classification that drastically reduces system performance. To deal with it, we define classification as a sequential decision-making process in which the agent takes a sample at each step and classifies it. For each classification operation, the agent receives a reward, in which the prize of the majority class is less than the reward of the minority class. Ultimately, the agent finds the optimal value for the policy weights. We initialize the policy weights with the improved ABC algorithm. The initial value technique can prevent problems such as getting stuck in the local optimum. Although ABC serves well in most tasks, there is still a weakness in the ABC algorithm that disregards the fitness of related pairs of individuals in discovering a neighboring food source position. Therefore, this paper also proposes a mutual learning technique that modifies the produced candidate food source with the higher fitness between two individuals selected by a mutual learning factor. On the basis of the analysis of the evolution dynamics and the process of smart tourism service, this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of smart tourism service and reveals the evolution mechanism of smart tourism service based on the network platform. Based on the strategic main line of "advantages," it proposes the design ideas and overall framework of the smart tourism service model based on the network platform, including the smart tourism information interactive service model, the element collaborative service model, and the value cocreation service model. The comparison of recommendation results shows that the recommendation error of the genetically improved generalized regression neural network algorithm is reduced, and the recommendation accuracy is better than that of the unimproved generalized regression neural network algorithm. In the recommendation scenario of click-through rate recommendation, the existing recommendation models are difficult to meet the functions of memory and generalization at the same time and cannot fully mine and combine low-level features, and the model parameters of the deep learning model are difficult to learn under the high-dimensional sparse data set of the recommendation system. To solve the problem of generalization, this paper proposes a deep CTR recommendation model based on the gradient boosting tree and factorization machine. After the occurrence of major sudden disasters, the dispatching and distribution of disaster relief materials are particularly important, but in the process of distribution, there may be excessive distribution of similar emergency materials, unbalanced distribution volume of relief materials in different disaster-affected points, high distribution cost, and low effective distribution rate. In order to solve the above problems, based on the application of big data, this paper proposes a three-level network postdisaster material scheduling and distribution model and an improved NSGA-II algorithm. In order to explore the optimal control method of tennis racket string diameter, this paper applies the Kalman filter algorithm to the collection and processing of tennis sports parameters. Aiming at the shortcomings of current music recommendation algorithms, such as low accuracy and poor timeliness, a personalized hybrid recommendation algorithm incorporating genetic features is proposed. The user-based collaborative filtering (UserCF) algorithm analyzes the degree of users' preference for music genes. The improved neural matrix decomposition collaborative filtering (B-NCF) algorithm calculates the correlation between similar users and constructs the adjacency relationship between users. The results of the two algorithms are fused by using a weighted hybrid approach to generate the recommendation list. Finally, the hybrid recommendation model is built on the Spark platform. The paper's traditional and hybrid recommendation algorithms are validated using the Yahoo Music dataset. Attribute reduction is a popular topic in research on rough sets. In the classical model, much progress has been made in the study of the attribute reduction of indiscernibility and discernibility relations. To enhance the fault tolerance of the model, concepts of both indiscernibility and discernibility relations involving uncertain or imprecise information are proposed in this paper. The attribute reductions of the relative β -indiscernibility relation and relative β -discernibility relation and their algorithms are proposed. When the precision satisfies certain conditions, the reduction of two relation concepts can be converted into a positive region reduction. Therefore, the discernibility matrix is used to construct the reductions of the two relation concepts and the positive region. Furthermore, the corresponding algorithm of the relative β -indiscernibility (discernibility) relation reduction can be optimized when the precision is greater than 0.5, and this is used to develop an optimization algorithm that constructs the discernibility matrix more efficiently. An association rule mining algorithm is an algorithm that mines the association between things and is often used to mine the association knowledge between things. Association rule mining algorithms can find potential connections between different qualities of college students from the data of college students' life and learning, which can help teachers discover the problems and their own strengths of different students and achieve teaching according to their aptitude. The purpose of this paper is to solve some problems related to the associative rule extraction algorithm and to investigate the impact of applying the associative rule extraction algorithm in a college student quality assessment system. Based on the algorithm, a quality assessment system for college students has been developed. A modified script-based associative rule extraction algorithm is used to find the correlation between the quality and the ability of college students. The quality assessment data of college students are analyzed and studied. With the rapid development of network and communication technology, the interaction of various information data is more and more frequent, and people pay more and more attention to information security. The information encryption algorithm is a research hotspot in the field of information security. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm has been widely used in the field of information security with its high security and encryption efficiency. This paper mainly introduces the optimization of the AES-128 encryption algorithm of the security layer in ZigBee networking of the Internet of Things. By analyzing the principles of ZigBee networking and the AES encryption algorithm, the changes are optimized. In this paper, the new S-box cryptographic properties are used after analysis and calculation. The affine transformation period, the number of iteration cycles, and the algebraic expression of the S-box are improved. Its cryptographic properties are better than the S-box of the original algorithm, and the security of the algorithm is improved. In the theory of column hybrid algorithm, the computational complexity is reduced by changing the fixed polynomial, and the efficiency of the column hybrid algorithm is improved. In this paper, the performance of the improved AES algorithm is tested. The results show that, in the power consumption curve experiment, the recovery success rate of the original algorithm is about 42%, and the recovery success rate of the improved algorithm is nearly 60%. The platform inertial-stellar composite guidance is a composite guidance method supplemented by stellar correction on the basis of inertial navigation, which can effectively improve the accuracy of responsive launch vehicles. In order to solve the problem of rapid determining the optimal navigation star in the system, this paper proposes an algorithm based on the equivalent information compression theory. At first, this paper explains why the single-star scheme can achieve the same accuracy as the dual-star scheme. At the same time, the analytical expression of the optimal navigation star with significant initial error is derived. In addition, the available optimal navigation star determination strategy is also designed according to the arrow-borne navigation star database. The proposed algorithm is evaluated by two representative responsive launch vehicle trajectory simulations. This paper presents a backpropagation neural network algorithm for data compression and data storage. Data compression or establishing model ten coding is the most basic idea of traditional data compression. This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of students' role perceptions and their tendencies in classroom education using a visual inspection approach. A multi example learning student engagement assessment method based on a one-dimensional convolutional neural network is proposed. Based on the conceptual composition of student engagement, head posture, eye gaze, and eye-opening and closing states and the most used facial movement units are used as visual features. For feature extraction, the proposed view of relative change features, based on the video features extracted from the Open Face toolset, the standard deviation of the distance between adjacent multiple frames relative to the center point of the three visual features is used as the relative change features of the video. This results in the phenomenon that students are highly motivated in the early stage and significantly increase the rate of absenteeism in the later stage. This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of large datasets of mixed and attribute features under Spark using a large dataset clustering algorithm. The classical algorithm K-means based on division and the density-based clustering algorithm DPC, which has become more popular in recent years, are selected as the research objects of this paper. Secondly, the original K-means algorithm is improved by combining holdout validation and K-means++ method to address the shortcomings of the K-means algorithm that the number of class clusters K needs to be set in advance and the initial class cluster centers are chosen randomly, which leads to unstable iterations and slow convergence of clustering results. The similarity matrix will be continuously updated during the iterative process. It mainly refers to the process of dividing objects into multiple classes according to the degree of similarity between objects. After the division, the objects within the class are like each other, while the objects between the classes are different from each other. The comparison experiments of the improved algorithm before and after the MovieLens dataset are conducted to verify that the new algorithm has better performance in terms of clustering accuracy and efficiency. Again, to address the drawback that the clustering results in the DPC algorithm rely heavily on the subjective selection of the truncation distance parameter cd, and it is difficult to handle datasets with complex distribution and large density variation, the algorithm can generate the optimal cd adaptively by combining K-nearest neighbors and introducing the distance comparison quantity, which has a better performance by considering the overall and local distribution of the data. The goal of this paper is to study a new system of a class of variational inequalities termed as absolute value variational inequalities. Absolute value variational inequalities present a rational, pragmatic, and novel framework for investigating a wide range of equilibrium problems that arise in a variety of disciplines. We first develop a system of absolute value auxiliary variational inequalities to calculate the approximate solution of the system of absolute variational inequalities, and then by employing the projection technique, we prove the existence of solutions of the system of absolute value auxiliary variational inequalities. By utilizing an auxiliary principle and the existence result, we propose several new iterative algorithms for solving the system of absolute value auxiliary variational inequalities in the frame of four different operators. Furthermore, the convergence of the proposed algorithms is investigated in a thorough manner. The efficiency and supremacy of the proposed schemes is exhibited through some special cases of the system of absolute value variational inequalities and an illustrative example. Corner detection is a common method to obtain image features, and the detection effect influences the performance of matching and tracking directly. A FAST-Harris fusion corner detection algorithm is proposed to improve the shortcomings of the Harris algorithm, such as the low detection accuracy and low positioning accuracy, and a corner detection fusion model is established. First, the detected target image is padded, and then the FAST algorithm is used with a 25% reduced contrast points to achieve fast capture roughly; in this way, a candidate corner set is obtained. Then, screening the candidate corner is set one by one by calculating the response function of the Harris with Scharr operator to achieve capture accurately. Finally, the real corners are obtained using SAD for nonmaximum suppression. The positioning error, error detection rate, robustness, and running time of corner detection are obtained by the PyCharm platform. Compared with Harris, the error detection rate and localization error of the algorithm are reduced by 16.89% and 42.04%, respectively. Compared with 8 popular corner detection algorithms, the error detection rate and localization error of the algorithm in this paper are the lowest, which are 24.60% and 1.42 pixels. The robust performance in lossy JPEG compression is the best, with 17.37% shorter running time than Harris algorithm. This paper focuses on how to combine the public information of startups with the decision tree algorithm to assist investors in project screening. By extracting the public information of 1104 AI and big data companies from January 2016 to June 2017 and the financing progress in the following 18 months, this paper finds that: the six indicators of having a working background in well-known companies, being reported by well-known media, having patents and being invested by excellent institutions, working experience is highly related to this venture, and having well-known financing consultants can effectively help investors screen out projects that can obtain sustainable financing, that is, high potential projects. Considering the problem of data availability in the real world, combined with industry experience, this paper makes a more detailed variable mining for semistructured information, such as the team resume of start-ups, and selects a decision tree algorithm that is insensitive to missing values and has strong interpretability to amplify the value of fragmented information. REV-scale LBM (representative elementary volume scale lattice Boltzmann method) provides a possible way for the unified microscopic simulation of transscale seepage combined with pore-scale LBM. However, shown by numerical results, when simulated fluid flows in tight porous media with discrete microfractures or dispersed dissolution pore, the nonphysical oscillation phenomenon will occur in the region of relatively greater velocity gradient, due to the insufficient computational node caused by computational capability constraints. And for that reason, the increase in simulation scale under certain computational capability will be restricted. In order to solve this problem, this paper extends the application of the original LBM local refinement algorithm into REV-LBM and corrects the original REV-LBM velocity processing method, such that REV-scale LBM has a more reasonable local refinement algorithm. Through conventional computation example, this paper proves that the local refinement algorithm can maintain well computational accuracy while at least double the time efficiency and could save more than 30% of CPU time in the practical application. Natural language processing is an important direction in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence. It can realize various theories and methods of effective communication between humans and computers using natural language. Machine learning is a branch of natural language processing research, which is based on a large-scale English-Chinese database. Due to the relatively poor alignment corpus of English and Chinese bilingual sentences containing unknown words, machine translation is unprofessional and unbalanced, which is the problem studied in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a length-based system for sentence alignment between English and Chinese bilingual texts. The research content of this paper is mainly divided into the following parts. First, the evaluation function of bilingual sentence alignment is designed, and on this basis, the bilingual sentence alignment algorithm based on the length and the optimal sentence pair sequence search algorithm is designed. In this paper, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) is selected as an English-Chinese bilingual candidate website and English-Chinese bilingual web pages are downloaded. After analyzing the downloaded pages, nontext content such as page tags is removed, and bilingual text information is stored so as to establish an English-Chinese bilingual corpus based on segment alignment and retain English-Chinese bilingual keywords in the web pages. Second, extract the dictionary from the software StarDict, analyze the original dictionary format, and turn it into a custom dictionary format, which is convenient and better to use the double-sentence sentence alignment system, which is conducive to expanding the number of dictionaries and increasing the professionalism of vocabulary. Finally, we extract the stems of English words from the established corpus to simplify the complexity of English word processing, reduce the noise caused by the conversion of word parts of speech, and improve the operation efficiency. The clustering algorithm uses the similarity of attributes between data objects to calculate the clustering structure of fractional clustering. In this paper, the original data of sports competition pressure are obtained through the questionnaire survey, using clustering and recommendation algorithms to calculate and analyze the original data, the data utilization rate is as high as 98%, and the analysis efficiency is as high as 97%. In this paper, a single English text is taken as the research object, and the automatic extraction method of text summary is studied using data-driven method. This paper takes a single text as the research object, establishes the connection relationship between article sentences, and proposes a method of automatic extraction of text summary based on graph model and topic model. The method combines the text graph model, complex network theory, and LDA topic model to construct a sentence synthesis scoring function to calculate the text single-sentence weights and output the sentences within the text threshold in descending order as text summaries. The algorithm improves the readability of the text summary while providing enough information for the text summary. In this paper, we propose a BERT-based topic-aware text summarization model based on a neural topic model. The approach uses the potential topic embedding representation encoded by the neural topic model to match with the embedding representation of BERT to guide topic generation to meet the requirements of semantic representation of text and explores topic inference and summary generation jointly in an end-to-end manner through the transformer architecture to capture semantic features while modelling long-range dependencies by a self-attentive mechanism. In this paper, we propose improvements based on pretrained models on both extractive and generative algorithms, making them enhanced for global information memory. Combining the advantages of both algorithms, a new joint model is proposed, which makes it possible to generate summaries that are more consistent with the original topic and have a reduced repetition rate for evenly distributed article information. Comparative experiments were conducted on several datasets and small uniformly distributed private datasets were constructed. In several comparative experiments, the evaluation metrics were improved by up to 2.5 percentage points, proving the effectiveness of the method, and a prototype system for an automatic abstract generation was built to demonstrate the results. There are few studies for the classification detection and dynamic multitarget detection of the targets in front of vehicles. In order to solve this problem, a dynamic multitarget detection algorithm is proposed. First, a dynamic multitarget detection with displacement at any time is suggested; secondly, a multitarget detection algorithm based on improved You Only Look Once version 3 (YOLOv3) is proposed for the detection of multitarget high probability risk events in front of the vehicle. The YOLOv3 algorithm model is a lightweight backbone network that uses embedded real-time detection technologies. In this paper, we use a lightweight Mobilenetv2 to replace Darknet-53 for feature extraction. Moreover, an optimizer is used for multiobjective feature extraction, group normalization, and multiobjective feature extraction. The results show that in comparison with the original YOLOv3 algorithm, the detection leakage rate of the improved YOLOv3 multitarget detection algorithm is less than 5%, and the amount of model parameters in this paper is reduced by 95% as compared to the traditional data and CPU intertime is reduced to 78%. This paper constructs a sports action recognition model based on deep learning (DL) and clustering extraction algorithm. For the input detection image frame, athletes' movements are detected through DL network, and then athletes' sports movements are fused. Moreover, it expands new knowledge and improves learning ability through automatic learning training set. The neural network (NN) is applied to the sample set containing images of nonathletes, and the negative training sample set is iteratively enhanced according to the generated false positives, and the results are optimized by clustering method. Vehicle detection in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) is a key factor ensuring road safety, as it is necessary for the monitoring of vehicle flow, illegal vehicle type detection, incident detection, and vehicle speed estimation. Despite the growing popularity in research, it remains a challenging problem that must be solved. Hardware-based solutions such as radars and LIDAR are been proposed but are too expensive to be maintained and produce little valuable information to human operators at traffic monitoring systems. Software based solutions using traditional algorithms such as Histogram of Gradients (HOG) and Gaussian Mixed Model (GMM) are computationally slow and not suitable for real-time traffic detection. Therefore, the paper will review and evaluate different vehicle detection methods. In addition, a method of utilizing Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used for the detection of vehicles from roadway camera outputs to apply video processing techniques and extract the desired information. Specifically, the paper utilized the YOLOv5s architecture coupled with k-means algorithm to perform anchor box optimization under different illumination levels. To improve the probability of missile coordinated detection, this paper investigates the control method of multimissile cooperative formation. Based on the missile's nonlinear dynamics modeling, the formation control algorithm based on the position of the leader missile (or virtual leader missile) is studied. Meanwhile, considering the influence of the communication time delay, a robust adaptive cooperative controller satisfying the time delay network is designed. The simulation verification result indicates that cooperative formation can be achieved quickly with small velocity and position tracking errors when the missiles are fully connected. With the increasingly significant trend of developing urban land for mixed-use, an increasing number of urban commercial and office complexes have been built. The parking demand characteristics of such buildings are more complex than the parking demand characteristics of single-use buildings due to more diverse influencing factors. As there are complicated linear and nonlinear relationships between parking demand and influencing factors, it is difficult to accurately predict parking demand using a single multiple regression analysis (MRA) model. Hence, in this paper, a combined algorithm based on the MRA model, beetle antennae search (BAS) algorithm, and BP neural network is proposed for demand prediction. In this paper, a two-level and ten-category index system is established and then mixed with the BP algorithm through the MRA model to improve the overall robustness and accuracy of the algorithm. Then, the BAS algorithm is used to search for optimal parameters involved in the BP neural network to avoid local optimization and improve the accuracy and efficiency of prediction. Finally, an instance analysis is carried out for verification, and the result indicates that the parking demand prediction accuracy of the MRA-BAS-BP algorithm is higher than the prediction accuracy of the traditional algorithm. In this paper, the Gram matrix is used to calculate the correlation of the filter response sets under different scale kernels learned by each layer of the network in the deconvolution, and the loss between the corresponding feature response correlations in the multilayer network is calculated. Linear summation is used to obtain a stable, multiscale image model representation. This paper extracts the contours of the salient areas of the image and adjusts the parameters of the deconvolution network to learn the salient area patterns of the image. At the same time, for the image to be generated, a shape template is used to limit the range of the area to be generated in order to obtain a shape image with similar patterns. This paper solves the estimation of the unknown blur kernel by using image prior knowledge, filtering and gradient domain algorithms and other different technologies to obtain image jitter or scene movement information and estimate the size, location, and density of the blur kernel. This paper studies a relatively robust deconvolution model, which is insensitive to random noise, has stable effects, and can overcome the water ripple effect caused by the usual convolution process. This paper attempts to study the fuzzy model with variable space. The usual blur is a spatial invariant model; that is, a single kernel is used to describe the motion of all pixels on the image. By selecting different characteristic parameters, this paper conducts experimental research on some existing hydrophobic indicator function methods and calculates the relationship between characteristic parameters and hydrophobicity when different hydrophobic indicator functions are adopted. One characteristic of the hydrophobic image of composite insulators is low contrast. The traditional method of converting color images to grayscale images cannot improve the image contrast. This paper analyzes the hydrophobic image of the composite insulator, and the extracted B channel component image of the hydrophobic image improves the contrast of the image and facilitates the subsequent segmentation of water traces and background. In this paper, the water repellent image's watermark area is counted, and connected-domain wave processing is used to limit the area of water droplets retained, thereby improving the efficiency of filtering water droplets without having a big impact on the image as a whole. The problem of uneven illumination is an unavoidable problem in the field of image processing, and the resulting reflection problem brings difficulties to image processing. In autonomous driving, lidar has become the main vehicle sensor due to its advantages such as long-range measurement and high accuracy. However, the collected point cloud data is sparse and unevenly distributed, and it lacks characterization capabilities when facing objects with missing or similar shapes, so that the detection accuracy is low while detecting long-distance small targets with similar shapes and a small number of point clouds. In order to improve the detection accuracy of small targets represented by point clouds, this paper adopts a method that fuses point cloud and RGB image to construct a 3D object detection network architecture based on two-stage complementary fusion. In the first stage of the fusion, we use the FPS method to select some points from the raw point cloud data as key points. Then, we voxelize the raw point cloud and use the 3D sparse convolutional neural network to extract multi-scale points cloud features, which would fuse features of different scales with key points. In the second stage of fusion, a 2D object detector is used to obtain the 2D bounding box and category information of the target in the image and take the camera as the origin to extend along the direction of the 2D bounding box to form a frustum; then the point cloud and target category information within the frustum are fused into the key points. This paper uses key points as a bridge to effectively combine the semantic information of the image such as texture and color with the point cloud features. The mobile screening of digital movies can fully take into account the viewing experience of scattered areas. As a public cultural service system, it is playing a pivotal role. The consistency of the film screened with the tastes of the audience in the service area of the screening team has largely affected the quality of rural public culture services. Traditional recommendation algorithms directly use raw data to make predictions, leading to deviations in predictions. This article draws on the principles of immune recognition, clone selection, immune mutation, and self-adaptation of the artificial immune system to improve the recommendation effect of single-type data, the recommendation effect of sparse data, and the recommendation effect of project cold start problems and discusses the recommendation based on artificial immunity. For the single type of data, there are only positive samples, which leads to the problem that the training results are all positive. This paper proposes a single-class recommendation algorithm based on artificial immunity. The algorithm uses the positive and negative sample addition method proposed in this paper to add positive and negative samples related to user selection, so as to effectively solve the problem of difficult definition of data negative samples. Then, the artificial immune network is used to cluster the users of various activities, reduce the size of the candidate neighbor set, calculate the user's nearest neighbor set, and give recommendations. Irony recognition is an important research direction in text sentiment analysis, which contributes to discover ironic tone to judge text emotion correctly. The object of this paper is the application of deep learning to irony recognition, and the research aims to solve the problem that existing machine learning algorithms have difficulty in discriminating ironic tones. Aiming at the irony recognition of Chinese social comments, DC-BiGRU-CNN is proposed from the perspective of structural optimization rather than a text vectorization mechanism point of view, which is a dual-channel CNN combined with BiGRU, and incorporates attention mechanism and multigranularity convolutional neural network as the main framework. This paper first briefly discusses the difficulties of irony recognition and provides an overview of existing text sentiment analysis algorithms. This is followed by a detailed discussion of DC-BiGRU-CNN. Furtherly, it is compared with the main irony recognition methods on a social comment dataset containing Chinese ironic comments, and the experimental results show that DC-BiGRU-CNN can improve the accuracy of irony recognition.
