The article focuses on the insights gained from the Vietnam War. In the conduct of the war, three discrete failures were distinguished, including the failure to identify the strategic aim and goals why they struggled for war, the victimization of the strength of national argument and decision making to the passions of war, and the failure to justify and allocate diplomatic and humanitarian empowerment.
