Abstract
- The article discusses the viability of nonalignment and of neutralism. The foreign policy of 50 nonaligned states that have been United Nation members was classified in terms of their political orientation. A record of the international behavior of nonaligned states from their votes in the General Assembly as it pertains to the critical issues of the cold war is examined.
