The author describes the details of the Russian program enforced by the Narodny komissariat vnutrennikh del (NKVD) for the political and economic defeat of the U.S. in the cold war. Strict orders by the NKVD barred Soviet-embassy people from contact with Mexicans. There are three categories of the Russian communists who infest the U.S. including professionals who are good for espionage, individuals who embraces dupes, the idealistic communists who believe the Moscow propaganda and the fellow travelers.
