Abstract To addresse the problem of poor detection accuracy or even false detection of wildlife caused by rainy environment at night. In this paper, a wildlife target detection algorithm based on improved YOLOX-s network is proposed. Our algorithm comprises the MobileViT-Pooling module, the Dynamic Head module, and the Focal-IoU module.First, the MobileViT-Pooling module is introduced.It is based on the MobileViT attention mechanism, which uses a spatial pooling operator with no parameters as a token mixer module to reduce the number of network parameters. This module performs feature extraction on three feature layers of the backbone network output respectively, senses the global information and strengthens the weight of the effective information. Second, the Dynamic Head module is used on the downstream task of network detection, which fuses the information of scale sensing, spatial sensing, and task sensing and improves the representation ability of the target detection head. Lastly, the Focal idea is utilized to improve the IoU loss function, which balances the learning of high and low quality IoU for the network. Experimental results reveal that our algorithm achieves a notable performance boost with mAP@0.5 reaching 87.8% (an improvement of 7.9%) and mAP@0.5:0.95 reaching 62.0% (an improvement of 5.3%). This advancement significantly augments the night-time wildlife detection accuracy under rainy conditions, concurrently diminishing false detections in such challenging environments.

Chemical flooding is one of the essential means to enhance oil recovery and has played an important role in the efficient development of oilfields. Based on the current development status of chemical flooding technology in China and abroad，the theory and technology of chemical flooding for enhanced oil recovery in Shengli Oilfield were systematically summarized in response to the harsh conditions of high temperature and high salinity reservoirs. This article reviewed the theoretical and technical challenges overcome in the development of chemical flooding technology from indoor research to field application and introduced the development process of chemical flooding in high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs of Shengli Oilfield over the past 60 years. By understanding the interaction and structure-activity relationships between oil displacement agents and between oil displacement agents and crude oil，Shengli Oilfield iteratively created the theory of “equal emphasis on viscoelasticity and expansion” for polymers in high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs，the theory of “similar enrichment of oil agents and anionic non-ionic additive efficiency enhancement” for surfactants，and the theory of “control flooding by deformation” for viscoelastic particles. Shengli Oilfield also developed polymer flooding technology，alkali-free binary composite flooding technology，and heterogeneous composite flooding technology for high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs with the characteristics of Shengli Oilfield and overcame the problem of significantly enhancing oil recovery in reservoirs with a temperature of 85 °C and a mineralization of 30 000 mg/L. The annual oil production of 96 chemical flooding projects implemented in the field has accounted for over 11% of the oilfield’s production for 20 consecutive years. This series of technologies has made important contributions to the stable production and sustainable development of the Shengli Oilfield.

ObjectiveTo explore the application value of uterine artery blood flow associated with multiple parameters in the diagnosis of placenta accreta spectrum disorders.MethodsThis study was a retrospective cohort study. Pregnant women diagnosed with placenta previa were selected from Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University, from January 2017 to December 2021. The general information, past history, antenatal information[including pulsatility index(PI) of uterine artery, ultrasonic signs, etc.] and operation information of the pregnant women were obtained through the hospital electronic medical record system. According to the results of operation, the patients were divided into accreta group and non-accreta group. The diagnostic value of uterine artery PI associated with multiple parameters in the placenta accreta spectrum disorders was analysed.ResultsA total of 80 pregnant women were divided into accreta group(34 cases) and non-accreta group(46 cases) according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Compared with the non-accreta group, the age of pregnant women in the accreta group(P=0.017) and history of cesarean section(P < 0.001) significantly increased, and the mean PI of uterine artery significantly decreased(P=0.006). There were significant differences in ultrasonic signs such as local interruption or disappearance of the posterior placental lower vocal cords(P < 0.001), abundant blood flow after placenta(P < 0.001), and interruption or disappearance or irregularity of the boundary of the uterus and bladder(P=0.003). The area under the ROC curve of uterine artery PI, cesarean section history and ultrasonic signs in the diagnosis of placenta accreta spectrum disorders was 0.96(95% CI: 0.93-0.99), the sensitivity was 97.06%(95% CI: 91%-100%), and the specificity was 65.22%(95% CI: 51%-79%).ConclusionsUterine artery blood flow PI associated with multiple parameters has high sensitivity in the prediction of placenta accreta spectrum disorders, which is helpful in the early detection of this disease.

BackgroundType 2 diabetes mellitus is one of the most prevalent diseases， which imposes a heavy burden on patients' families and the society. Sleep disorders are recognized as risk factors for the development of diabetes， which may affect the onset and development of diabetes through neuro-endocrino-metabolic pathways， so identifying the factors responsible for the sleep quality of diabetic patients is of great importance in improving their sleep quality.ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship among fear of disease progression， executive function and sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus， so as to provide references for improvement of sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.MethodsA sample of 197 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the Endocrinology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University from January to May 2023 and met the criteria defined in the Guideline for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in China （2020 edition） were consecutively selected. All subjects were assessed using Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form （FoP-Q-SF）， Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Adult version （BRIEF-A） and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）. Then the Process macro for SPSS （Model 4） and Bootstrap technique were applied to examine the mediating effect of executive function on the relationship between fear of disease progression and sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results①75 patients （38.07%） with type 2 diabetes mellitus were found to have sleep problems. ②PSQI score in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was positively correlated with FoP-Q-SF score and BRIEF-A score （r=0.159， 0.287， P

COVID-19 sequelae are long-term symptoms of COVID-19. Cardiovascular disease is not only a risk factor for the occurrence of COVID-19 sequelae but also a potential result directly or indirectly caused by COVID-19 infection.

[Objective] To explore the optimal salt composition and salt concentration of irrigation water suitable for tomato field cultivation in arid and semi-arid areas. [Methods] Three salinity levels (1, 2, and 3 g/L) and five Na∶Ca molar concentration ratio levels (1, 3, 5, 7, and 9) of irrigation water were used in a 3-year field experiment of drip irrigation under tomato film in Yinbei irrigation district of Ningxia, China. [Results] The experiment found that with lower irrigation water salinity (1 g/L), appropriate increases in the Na∶Ca molar ratio of irrigation water were beneficial for the accumulation of tomato plant dry matter and nutrients. Tomato fruit weight, marketable yield, and total yield decreased linearly with the increase of irrigation water Na∶Ca molar ratios. Moreover, with each increase in Na∶Ca molar ratio of irrigation water, the tomato marketable yield decreased by 5 761.7 to 6 036.7 kg/hm2. Irrigation water with “high salinity (2, 3 g/L) and low Na∶Ca molar ratio (1 and 3)” was more profitable for tomato yield increase than irrigation water with “low salinity and high Na∶Ca molar ratio”. The soil sodium adsorption ratio in 0—40 cm and the amount of soil salt accumulation in 0—100 cm increased linearly with the increase of irrigation water Na∶Ca molar ratio. [Conclusion] To alleviate the soil salt accumulation and obtain a relatively high fruit yield during the growth period of field cultivated tomatoes in Yinbei irrigation area of Ningxia, irrigation water with salinity of 2 g/L and Na∶Ca molar concentration ratio of 5 was recommended for mulched drip irrigation, under the control limit of soil matrix potential at -20 kPa.

Objective: To study the molecular mechanism of celery seed inhibiting or treating gout by using network pharmacology and molecular docking. Methods: TCMSP database and the network maps were constructed with Cytoscape3.9.0 software. Gout-related targets were collected in GeneCard database and OMIM database, crossed with the main component targets of celery seed and imported into STRING database for protein-protein interaction （protein-protein interaction, PPI） analysis, core targets were obtained, core targets were introduced into DAVID, and GO function enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment were performed in the database. Finally, AutoDock software was used to verify the key components with key targets. Results: There were 16 main components of celery seeds, 69 common targets. After topological analysis, quercetin, apigenin, luteolin, celery, five core components and 10 key targets of gout TNF, MAPK14, IL4, CXCL8, LYN, PDGFRβ, HCK, VEGFA, ITGA, IL2, were closely involved in inhibiting or treating gout. The results of GO and KEGG analysis showed that the core components of celery seed acted through regulating biological processes such as apoptosis, proliferation and migration, and through PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, and NF-κB signaling pathway. The molecular docking results showed that the five core components were closely bound to the 10 key target proteins with high confidence, verifying the accuracy of the network pharmacology prediction results. Conclusion: This study reveals the role of celery seed in inhibiting or treating gout, and lays a foundation for the development of single Chinese herbal medicine and the study of "medicine and food homology" to control metabolic diseases.

【Objective】Deformable Mirror(DM) is a key device in adaptive optics system for wavefront correction, and its performance directly determines the wavefront correction capability of the system. By studying DM and their control algorithm, the wavefront correction capability of adaptive optics system can be continuously improved. On one hand, the accuracy and response speed of DM can be enhanced to better correct various complex wavefront distortions. On the other hand, the control algorithm can be improved to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the correction. These studies will directly affect the imaging quality and performance of adaptive optics system. Therefore, investigating the DM and their control algorithm is of great significance for improving the wavefront correction capability, expanding application fields, and enhancing imaging quality and performance of adaptive optics system.【Methods】The article aims to summarize the research progress on DM and their control algorithm both domestically and internationally, as well as analyze the correction accuracy of different control algorithm for wavefront distortion, establishing the groundwork for the advancement of adaptive optics. Firstly, several typical DMs are used as examples to model the DM and provide detailed introductions to the structures and working principles of separate actuator DM, splicer DM, thin film DM, dual piezoelectric DM, Micro Electromechanical System (MEMS) DM and voice coil DM. Then, several control algorithms such as the Prandtl-Ishlinskii (PI) hysteresis model-based control algorithm, decoupled control algorithm, and sparse sampling control algorithm are analyzed.【Results】Summarized the work done by Xi'an Technological University in this field, and finally pointed out the future technological breakthroughs and improvement directions in this field.【Conclusion】The research progress on DM and their control algorithm lays the foundation for the development of adaptive optics, enabling its application in more fields and further improving the performance of adaptive optics system. This will help improve imaging quality and drive the development of adaptive optics technology.

Bortezomib (BTZ), a proteasome inhibitor, is a promising therapeutic option for multiple myeloma (MM) patients. However, drug resistance often occurs, leading to disease relapse and poor prognosis. In this study, we aimed to identify novel genes associated with drug resistance and investigate their roles in BTZ resistance. Through the screening of 26 genes frequently associated with chemosensitivity or drug resistance, we discovered that KDM4C, a histone demethylase, exhibited increased expression in BTZ-resistant MM cells compared to their sensitive counterparts. Overexpression of KDM4C enhanced the tolerance of a MM cell line to the drug, whereas the knockdown of KDM4C, using shRNA, increased the sensitivity of resistant cells to BTZ treatment. This suggests that KDM4C plays a pivotal role in conferring BTZ resistance. Our study offers fresh insights into BTZ resistance in MM and highlights KDM4C as a potential target for overcoming drug resistance.

Background: To assess the influence of serum level of YAP on laboratory examination findings, imaging findings and disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis patients combined cardiovascular disease (RA-CVD). Methods: RA-CVD patients (n=60), RA-nCVD patients (n=60) and healthy subjects (n=60) were recruited. Serum levels of YAP in them were detected by qRT-PCR. Their baseline characteristics were analyzed and compared. Disease activity, CVD risk factors and imaging findings in RA-CVD and RA-nCVD patients were evaluated and compared. In addition, potential influences of YAP on disease activity, CVD risk factors and imaging findings in RA-CVD patients were assessed. Results: RA-CVD patients had higher levels of ERS, anti-CCP, RF, HDL-C, CRP, FRS, BNP, LA, LVs, LVd and cIMT, and lower level of EF in comparison to RA-nCVD patients. Serum level of YAP was higher in RA-CVD patients than that of RA-nCVD patients and healthy subjects. YAP level was positively correlated to DAS28, TG, CRP, PLT, FRS, BNP and cIMT in RA-CVD patients. Conclusions: Serum level of YAP increases in RA-CVD patients. YAP is a potential factor driving the development of CVD in RA patients through regulating inflammatory response, lipid metabolism, glycometabolism and thrombosis.

Weight management is considered as an important contributor of healthcare during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Mobile health (mHealth) technology has the potential to play a key role in improving the health of patients with chronic diseases. This article provides an overview of the current status of mHealth applications in maternal weight management, lists the advantages and limitations of mHealth tools, and provides a reference for the development of mHealth tools in China and for the promotion of maternal weight management. In areas with high incidence of tuberculosis (TB), there are more infertile women who underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) and have latent TB infection (LTBI), and thus, their potential risks should be paid enough attention. The purpose of our study aimed to analyze the relationship between LTBI and clinical pregnancy outcomes of IVF and fresh embryo transfer (IVF–FET). This was a retrospective study of 628 infertile women who had undergone IVF–FET in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2019 to December 2021. The women experienced no clinical symptoms, negative imaging, and T-SPOT.TB-positive diagnosis of LTBI. We divided the study population into the LTBI group and the non-LTBI group. The clinical pregnancy rate in the LTBI group was significantly lower than that in the non-LTBI group (40.54% vs 49.51%, P = 0.031), and there was no significant difference in live birth rate and miscarriage rate between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis showed that LTBI was an independent risk factor for decreased clinical pregnancy rate in infertile women undergoing IVF–FET. In conclusion, LTBI affects clinical pregnancy rate of IVF–FET in infertile women, and therefore, clinicians (especially in countries with a high TB burden) need to pay attention to LTBI before IVF and embryo transfer.

A kind of fourth-order boundary value problem with eigenparameter-dependent boundary and transmission conditions is investigated. By constructing the characteristic function, we prove that the problems consist of a finite number of eigenvalues. We obtain that the number of eigenvalues of the problems not only depend on the order of the equation but also depend on the partition of the domain interval, the boundary conditions, and the eigenparameter-dependent transmission conditions.

This paper summarized the experience of using Sherlock 3CG tip confirmation system for bilaterally placement of peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) and related nursing countermeasures in a patient with double superior vena cava. In order to meet the treatment needs, PICC catheters were placed on both sides twice, with the catheter tips located in the right and left superior vena cava. The patient's first choice of the right upper arm for catheterization was smooth, and the second choice of the left side for catheterization was smooth. The Sherlock 3CG tip confirmation system was used for positioning. The P wave of the catheter sent to the reserved length continued to be negative. The results of computer tomography (CT) showed that the patient had permanent left superior vena cava. The X-ray positioning was performed to confirm that the tip of the catheter was located in the left superior vena cava. After comprehensive evaluation by the multidisciplinary team, the catheter indwelling length was adjusted, The patient's condition was closely observed, and health education was strengthened in many aspects. Indwelling catheter was successfully placement without complications. (本文总结了应用Sherlock 3CG尖端定位技术为1例急性髓系白血病伴有双侧上腔静脉患者双侧置入经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC)的护理对策。本例患者为满足治疗需求分别于两次经两侧置入PICC导管, 导管尖端分别位于右、左两侧上腔静脉。患者首次选择右侧上臂置管过程顺利, 再次置管选择左侧置入过程顺利, 应用Sherlock 3CG技术定位, 导管送至预留长度范围P波持续呈负波, 查看计算机断层扫描(CT)结果提示患者存在永存左上腔静脉, 行X光定位确认导管尖端位于左侧上腔静脉。经多学科团队综合评估, 调整导管留置长度, 密切观察患者情况, 加强多方面健康宣教, 导管留置成功, 无并发症发生。)

Sterilization is an indispensable part of food processing. This paper discusses the theories and applications of four currently widely used non-thermal sterilization technologies， including dense phase carbon dioxide， electron beam irradiation， pulsed light， and sonodynamic sterilization. Compared with traditional sterilization methods， these four technologies offer advantages in color maintenance， preservation of food flavor and nutrients， economy of energy， enhanced safety， and expense savings. Therefore， the development of new technologies will provide a frame of reference for choosing the most suitable sterilization technique to best maintain the quality of each kind of food.

To investigate the safety and nursing measures of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) implantation in a young child with hemophilia A accompanied with inhibitors, using painless techniques and various ways to prevent bleeding. Before PICC implantation, child with hemophilia was comprehensively evaluated in terms of condition, age and degree of cooperation, and scientific and reasonable pain interventions were carried out to select the optimal anesthesia scheme. The minimum size catheter that met the treatment plan was selected for the inserted venous catheter. Before surgery or invasive treatment, the level of coagulation factors was measured, and alternative treatment according to the test results were taken. Passively separating catheter instead of traditional skin expanding method could reduce the amount of bleeding during catheter insertion. Compared with conventional local anesthesia, the amount of blood loss was significantly reduced, and the comfort and safety of catheterization were significantly increased. For children with low age or low degree of cooperation, especially those with hemophilia with coagulation disorder, the application of painless techniques and multiple ways of bleeding prevention can significantly improve the success rate of PICC catheterization and reduce the amount of bleeding during catheterization. The miR-141-3p has been reported to participate in regulating autophagy and tumor-stroma interactions in ovarian cancer (OC). We aim to investigate whether miR-141-3p accelerates the progression of OC and its effect on macrophage 2 polarization by targeting the Kelch-like ECH-associated protein1-Nuclear factor E2-related factor2 (Keap1-Nrf2) pathway. SKOV3 and A2780 cells were transfected with miR-141-3p inhibitor and negative control to confirm the regulation of miR-141-3p on OC development. Moreover, the growth of tumors in xenograft nude mice treated by cells transfected with miR-141-3p inhibitor was established to further testify the role of miR-141-3p in OC. The expression of miR-141-3p was higher in OC tissue compared with non-cancerous tissue. Downregulation of miR-141-3p inhibited the proliferation, migration, and invasion of ovarian cells. Furthermore, miR-141-3p inhibition also suppressed M2-like macrophage polarization and in vivo OC progression. Inhibition of miR-141-3p significantly enhanced the expression of Keap1, the target gene of miR-141-3p, and thus downregulated Nrf2, while activation of Nrf2 reversed the reduction in M2 polarization by miR-141-3p inhibitor. Collectively, miR-141-3p contributes to tumor progression, migration, and M2 polarization of OC by activating the Keap1-Nrf2 pathway. Inhibition of miR-141-3p attenuates the malignant biological behavior of ovarian cells by inactivating the Keap1-Nrf2 pathway.

[Objective] Black soil is the material basis for modern agriculture development in Northeast China, and the advancement of modern agriculture has created a new demand for the quality of black soil land. By understanding the connotation, composition, and characteristics of black soil land quality for modern agriculture, we can objectively evaluate and monitor black soil land quality, which is the foundation for the promotion of high-quality black soil land. [Methods] This study was based on an analysis of the composition and function of black soil land, combined with the situation and demand analysis of modern agricultural development in black soil areas, and discussion on the composition of the cultivated land quality system, black soil land characteristics. The study aimed to establish a new research model of regional cultivated land quality and enrich the theoretical basis of cultivated land quality research. [Results] (1) The black soil land is a composite natural-artificial cultivated land system with black soil as the core element, which is composed of the black soil subsystem, the site subsystem, the facility subsystem, and the ownership subsystem. (2) Because the black soil land is multifunctional, its quality system consists of the basic fertility quality, facility guarantee quality, spatial form quality, and ecological environment quality, which jointly meet the needs of the high-quality development of modern agriculture. (3) Black soil land quality has the characteristics of multi-level system composition, multi-types of influencing factors, and multi-scale spatial differentiation. [Conclusion] The monitoring and evaluation of black soil land quality should fully consider its quality characteristics, and adopt the corresponding methods and means.

In recent years, with the interaction and integration of modern cultural and creative industries with Chinese excellent traditional culture, various innovative cultural and creative products have been introduced, ushering in new opportunities for the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. In order to integrate Chinese cultural elements into the design of cultural and creative products. This paper draws on the characteristics of DNA inheritance and mutation in living organisms to construct a multi-objective optimization model of DNA elements, and by applying the model to the analysis stage of cultural and creative product design, the designed products can be more completely integrated into the elements of Chinese characteristic culture to effectively guide the design practice of cultural and creative products. This paper takes Dunhuang Tang Dynasty Feitian cultural elements as an example for practical research through the integration of Dunhuang Tang Dynasty Feitian cultural elements of a series of cultural and creative products for the satisfaction survey from the symbolic perception, beautiful shape, functional and practical, cultural connotations, innovation and novelty of the five dimensions of the design effect assessment, the furniture category of cultural and creative products scored the highest, the average value of 4.766, the cultural and creative products in the symbolic perception of the dimensions of the score is high. It shows that in the Dunhuang Tang Dynasty, Feitian cultural and creative products can be perceived as symbols of the characteristic culture of the period.

PurposeThis study aims to create and validate a clinical model that predict the probability of fertilization failure in routine in-vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles.MethodsThis study employed a retrospective methodology, gathering data from 1770 couples that used reproductive center’s of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University standard IVF fertilization between June 2015 and June 2023. 1062 were in the training set and 708 were in the validation set when it was randomly split into the training set and validation set in a 6:4 ratio. The study employed both univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis to determine the factors those influence the failure of traditional in vitro fertilization. Based on the multiple regression model, a predictive model of traditional IVF fertilization failure was created. The calibration and decision curves were used to assess the effectiveness and therapeutic usefulness of this model.ResultsThe following factors independently predicted the probability of an unsuccessful fertilization: infertility years, basal oestrogen, the rate of mature oocytes, oligoasthenozoospermia, sperm concentration, sperm vitality, percentage of abnormal morphological sperm, and percentage of progressive motility (PR%).The receiver operating characteristic curve’s area under the curve (AUC) in the training set is 0.776 (95% CI: 0.740,0.812), while the validation set’s AUC is 0.756 (95% CI: 0.708,0.805), indicating a rather high clinical prediction capacity.ConclusionOur generated nomogram has the ability to forecast the probability of fertilization failure in couples undergoing IVF, hence can assist clinical staff in making informed decisions.

Objective: This study aimed to improve the high-value utilization of japonica starch and the comprehensive application of japonica layered starch. Methods: Japonica starch was extracted by alkaline and enzymatic methods, and the physicochemical indexes such as basic composition, solubility, swelling power and pasting characteristics of the 3 layers of starch after centrifugation were analyzed, and the structural characteristics were studied by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. Results: The contents of the three starch layers extracted by alkali and enzymatic methods ranged from 91% to 99%, with the highest relative proportion of the middle layer starch. The amylose content of the middle layer starch extracted by alkali and enzymatic methods was higher than that of the upper and lower layers, while the protein content and straight chain amylose content of the upper and lower layers starch were higher than that of the middle layer. The solubility and bulking power of all layers of starch extracted by alkali and enzymatic methods increased with the increase of temperature, and the thermal stability of the upper and lower layers of starch extracted by alkali and enzymatic methods was better than that of the middle layer of starch. The results of scanning electron microscopy showed that the starch granules of all layers extracted by alkaline and enzymatic methods were more complete, and the distribution of starch granules of all layers extracted by the enzymatic method was relatively sparse. In the infrared spectra, the main characteristic absorption peaks of all layers extracted by alkaline and enzymatic methods were similar, and the short-range orderliness of the middle layer was higher than that of the upper and lower layers of starch. Conclusion: The upper and lower starch layers of japonica rice can be further exploited to improve the comprehensive utilization of japonica rice resources.

Compared with the advanced and sophisticated industrial production, agriculture and food production appear backward and sloppy, and agricultural production management methods are lacking. The fourth industrial revolution, represented by information technologies such as intelligent perception, Internet of Things, block chain, big data and artificial intelligence, has empowered traditional industries, and agriculture has stepped into a new digital, intelligence and even wisdom, which could provide a new opportunity to improve agricultural production management. Existing agricultural production management research is mostly limited to the study of concept definition, applicable theory and other issues. The development of information technology has built up a low-level Internet of Things with certain coverage, which brings some convenience, but cannot effectively support agricultural management and decision-making due to data silos, data waste, data abuse, data falsification and other thorny issues. From the perspective of top-level design and system management, this paper addressed the problems in the development of smart agriculture, conceptualized the characteristics of the event and natural event chains in the agricultural industry chain. This paper also proposed for the first time an event-correlation management approach and its wisdom strategy. The implementation of the event-correlation method included five aspects, including goal alignment, index systematization, asset linkage, process linkage and effect traceability. The application of the event-correlation management approach and its wisdom in the 5T management standard designation for Jilin rice brand building and the “six-step fresh rice precision control technology” innovation system of Wilmar rice industry have shown that it can improve the culture of rice cultivation, and systematically reduce losses to improve quality and increase economic benefits.

Objective To systematically evaluate the influence of cesarean section on the incidence of postpartum fecal incontinence. Methods The relevant literature of the impact of cesarean section on the postpartum fecal incontinence were searched in Chinese databases of CNKI, China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), WanFang, VIP and English databases of PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, Cochrane Library. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to 2 February, 2022. After independent literature screening, data extraction and quality evaluation by 2 researchers, Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3 software. Results A total of 8 articles were included, enrolling 5 507 subjects. Meta-analysis results showed that there was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum fecal incontinence between cesarean section and vaginal delivery ［OR=0.75, 95%CI (0.56, 1.02), P=0.07］.Conclusion Compared with vaginal delivery, cesarean section has no obvious advantages in preventing the occurrence of postpartum fecal incontinence and should not be routinely used as a way to prevent and reduce the occurrence of postpartum fecal incontinence in pregnant women.

Background: To explore the associations of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and prealbumin (PAB) with the number of diseased coronary vessels, degree of stenosis and heart failure in patients with myocardial infarction (MI). Methods: A total of 39 MI patients treated in the Cardiology were selected as the observation group, and another 41 patients with normal results of coronary angiography during the same period were selected as the control group. The general data of patients were recorded in detail, the content of serum hs-CRP and PAB in the peripheral blood was detected, and the number of diseased coronary vessels and the degree of stenosis were detected via coronary angiography. Results: Compared with those in control group, the blood pressure and heart rate significantly rose, the content of indexes related to the severity of MI were significantly increased, the content of hs-CRP was significantly increased, and the content of PAB was significantly decreased in observation group. Hs-CRP was positively correlated with the number of diseased coronary vessels, degree of stenosis and heart failure in patients, but PAB was negatively correlated with the above factors. The survival rate of MI patients with high content of hs-CRP was obviously lower than that of patients with low content of hsCRP Conclusions: Serum hs-CRP and PAB are closely associated with the number of diseased coronary vessels, degree of stenosis and heart failure in MI patients.

Objective: This study aimed to optimize the compounding ratio of compounded brown rice flour. Methods: The effects of different ratios on the quality of compounded brown rice flour were analyzed by mixing refined white rice and brown rice (10∶0, 8∶2, 6∶4, 4∶6, 2∶8, 0∶10), and the optimal ratios were obtained by using the flushing properties, gelatinization characteristics, rheological properties, thermal properties, and in vitro digestibility as indicators. Results: With the increase of brown rice content, the peak viscosity, valley viscosity and final viscosity of compounded brown rice flour gradually decreased, and the initial gelatinization temperature, peak temperature and end gelatinization temperature all reduced, while the water solubility and solubility of rice flour decreased and the digestibility improved. Conclusion: The best quality of compounded brown rice flour was obtained when the mass ratio of compounded refined white rice and brown rice flour was 2∶8.

ObjectiveTo review the Naegleria fowleri and primary amoebic meningoencephalitis caused by the naegleria fowleri， so as to strengthen the public awareness of the disease and its prevention.MethodsWe reviewed the literatures and reports， and summarized the following information： epidemic status， life cycle and characteristics， environmental distribution and infection routes， pathogenesis and clinical manifestations， diagnosis and treatment， prevention and control measures.ResultsPrimary amoeba meningoencephalitis is a water-borne disease caused by the Naegleria fowleri， which enters human body through the nose and arrives at the central nervous system through olfactory nerve， leading to hemorrhagic and necrotic meningitis. Although the disease is rare， it has a fatality rate of 95%. Most of the patients reported were healthy children or young adults who had nasal contact with water contaminated with Naegleria fowleri a week before symptoms appeared. At present， its pathology can be divided into contact mechanism and non-contact mechanism. In contact mechanism， the Naegleria fowleri relies on the phagocytosis of food cup on its surface and the release of cytolytic molecules that directly destroy host cells. In non-contact mechanism， the Naegleria fowleri has toxic effects by secreting proteins. The clinical symptoms are episodic， with an average time of five days from illness to death. At beginning， the symptoms may include headache， vomiting， fever and other influenza-like symptoms， followed by central nervous system symptoms， such as stiff neck， drowsiness， anorexia， fear and so on. Intravenous or intrathecal injection of amphotericin B is considered to be the basic treatment of this disease， which can be combined with other adjunct therapies such as ventricular shunt and cooling to reduce encephaledema.ConclusionPrimary amoebic meningoencephalitis is a rare but highly fatal disease. We should strengthen the public awareness of the disease and its prevention， especially to avoid nasal contact with contaminated water. We should also strengthen scientific research， improve the level of diagnosis， and develop effective drugs to prevent the disease before it happens.

In order to characterize the pore structure and fractal characteristics of coal-measure sedimentary rocks, three types of typical sedimentary rocks of the Middle Jurassic shale, mudstone and sandstone were selected as the research objects. Through X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)experiment, the correlation between NMR fractal dimension, mineral composition and physical property parameters was discussed by using fractal theory. The results are as follows: ① Based on the relaxation time cut-off value T2C, the NMR fractal dimension of shale and mudstone can be divided into the fractal dimension of adsorption pore DA(T2 ≤3 ms)and the fractal dimension of seepage pore DS (T2 >3 ms). ② In terms of reservoir physical properties, NMR fractal dimension Df has a good linear negative correlation with porosity, permeability, and reservoir quality index, indicating that NMR fractal dimension can be used as an important indicator of rock physical properties. ③ In terms of mineral composition, the content of quartz and feldspar has a weak negative correlation with the fractal dimension Df, and clay minerals have different influences on the fractal dimension due to multiple factors such as sedimentary environment, physical and chemical properties and mineral content.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is an ultimately fatal, degenerative brain disease in the elderly people. In the current work, we assessed the defensive capability of isovitexin (IVX) through an intracerebroventricular injection of streptozotocin (STZ)-induced AD mouse model.

According to the design requirements of high-temperature combustion chamber, an advanced shaped hole structure was designed for film cooling. Numerical method was applied in this study to investigate the flow and heat transfer characteristics of shaped holes and compared with those of cylindrical holes. The influence of the forward expansion angle of shaped holes on the flow and heat transfer was studied. The results show that compared to cylindrical holes, the diffused structure of shaped holes decreases the momentum of jet flow, improves the adhesion characteristics of the cooling air film, increases the diffusion of the coolant air outflow and improves the cooling efficiency between adjacent columns of holes in the lateral direction. When the forward expansion angle increases, the expansion section induced the flow vortex, which reduces the radial velocity of coolant flow and enhances the diffusion of cooling air film both in streamwise and spanwise directions. However, as the forward expansion angle increases further, the scale of vortex inside the shaped hole grows. Too large vortex inside the shaped hole increases the coolant eject angle, which weakens the film covering effect. Additionally, the shaped hole results in an increase in lateral spreading and enhances the cooling effect between adjacent columns of the film hole. The enhancement of the film cooling characteristics is due to the change in the shape of the film hole, resulting in the enhancement of the flow vortex, which induces complicated secondary flow.

In order to explore the interaction relations of factors of miners' unsafe behaviors;emergent property theory is employed to extract the individual, managing, organizational and environmental factors that influence miners' unsafe behaviors based on 144 serious coal mine safety accident reports from 2009 to 2018.The DEMATEL/ISM methods are used to screen out key factors.On this basis, a miners' unsafe behaviors emergency model based on CGP was established.Then, using Netlogo simulation platform, the impact of these factors on the emergence degree and trend of the unsafe behavior of coal miners were dynamically simulated, and the simulation results under standard mode and analysis mode were compared and analyzed.The results show that the unsafe behaviors of coal miners is a emergent phenomenon under the influence of many factors.The emergence of unsafe behaviors of coal miners are affected by their personal educational level, the safety values of managers, the level of organizational safety commitment and safety status of workplace.In coal mine safety management, targeted measures based on these findings can be taken to pre-control and manage unsafe behaviors of miners.

A predator-prey model interaction under fluctuating water level with non-selective harvesting is proposed and studied in this paper. Sufficient conditions for the permanence of two populations and the extinction of predator population are provided. The non-negative equilibrium points are given, and their stability is studied by using the Jacobian matrix. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, sufficient conditions that ensure the global stability of the positive equilibrium are obtained. The bionomic equilibrium and the optimal harvesting policy are also presented. Numerical simulations are carried out to show the feasibility of the main results.

Abstract With the advent of the era of network information, the amount of data in network information is getting larger and larger, and the classification of data becomes particularly important. Current semi-supervised multi-map classification methods cannot quickly and accurately perform automatic classification and calculation of information. Therefore, this paper proposes an MR-MGSSL algorithm and applies it to the classification of semi-supervised multi-graph. By determining the basic idea and calculation framework of MR-MGSSL algorithm, the mining of optimal feature subsets in multi-graphs and the multi-graph vectorization performance time are taken as examples, and the proposed algorithm is compared with other semi-supervised multi-graph classification methods. The performance evaluation results show that compared with other classification calculation methods, MR-MGSSL algorithm has the advantages of low sensitivity to feature subgraph and short vectorization time. The method is used to extract and detect clouds in remote sensing images (GF-1 and GF-2).

Objective To investigate the development of negative cognitive processing bias (NCPB) and its relationship with mental health status in recruits during military training. Methods We assessed 1 776 military recruits using Negative Cognitive Processing Bias Questionnaire (NCPBQ) and Military Mental Health Scale in the early phase (mid-October), middle phase (mid-November) and late phase (mid-December) of military training. Repeated measures analysis of variance, correlation analysis and cross-lagged regression analyses were used for statistical analysis of the data. Results During military training, the recruits exhibited significantly decreased overall level of negative cognitive processing bias (P < 0.01) and significantly improved mental health (P < 0.01) over time. The male recruits had significantly higher scores for mental health than the female recruits in the middle and late phases of military training, but their scores for negative cognitive processing bias did not differ significantly. Having siblings or not or the educational level did not significantly affect the scores of mental health or negative cognitive processing bias among the recruits. Negative cognitive processing bias was negatively correlated with mental health scores in the recruits (r=-0.30~-0.47, P < 0.01). Mental health status negatively predicted negative cognitive processing bias in the early phase of military training (β=-0.19, P < 0.01), and mental health and negative cognitive processing bias mutually predicted each other in the late phase of the training (β=-0.16, P < 0.01; β=-0.04, P < 0.05). Conclusion The level of negative cognitive processing bias tends to decrease in the recruits during military training and is capable of predicting the level of mental health in the late phase of the training; the recruits show progressive improvement of mental health status, which predicts the level of negative cognitive processing bias throughout the training.

In view of the problems that RSSI positioning algorithm has large ranging error and inaccurate positioning result due to non-line-of-sight propagation of wireless signals in complex environment of underground coal mine, a mine weighted centroid positioning algorithm based on improved Gaussian mixture filter was proposed. Firstly, corresponding RSSI measurement data of unknown nodes are clustered according to the maximum expectation algorithm, and the data are divided into multiple Gaussian probability density functions models. Then, according to the characteristics of the data, the sampling data is optimized by using Akaike information criterion, and the accurate measured values are obtained. Finally, the initial coordinates of the unknown node are calculated, the error between the initial coordinates of the unknown node and the real coordinates are used as the weight factor, and the final coordinates of the unknown node are calculated combining with the centroid positioning algorithm, so as to realize target positioning. The simulation and experimental results show that the positioning algorithm can realize high precision personnel positioning in underground coal mine, and the average positioning error is 1.83 m.

Water absorption experiments under different water pressures were carried out on a series of shale samples collected from Shenyang of Liaoning province using a self-developed hydrophilic experimental system.At the same time,X-ray diffraction,high pressure mercury intrusion,scanning electron microscope and uniaxial compression experiments were performed on the shale rock samples before and after water absorption.The experimental results are as follows:① the absorbed water increases with time while the water absorption rate decreases with time and water absorption curves can be well fitted by an exponential function;② the water absorption capacities of the shale samples under different water pressures are remarkably different which are suggesting that water pressure can significantly increase the water absorptivity;③ the water absorption capacity and the clay mineral content are positively correlated which indicates that the clay minerals,specifically illite,plays an important role in water absorption process of the shale samples;④ the water absorption capacity and the effective porosity are negatively correlated and the reasons are closely related to a micro-structural perspective;⑤ the uniaxial compression strength(UCS)of the hydrated shale samples is negatively correlated with their water content and the increase of the porosity after water absorption may be an important reason for decreased strength of the hydrated shale samples.

Partner selection is the primary aspect of the formation of knowledge collaboration teams (KCTs). We propose a method of partner selection for KCTs based on a weighted social network analysis (SNA) method in which the individual knowledge competence and the collaboration performance of candidates are both considered. To select the desired partners, a biobjective 0-1 model is built, integrating the knowledge competence and collaboration performance, which is an NP-hard problem. Then, a multiobjective genetic algorithm (MOGA) is developed to solve the proposed model. Finally, a real-world example is provided to illustrate the applicability of the model, and the MOGA is implemented to search for Pareto solutions of partner selection for KCT in this case. Moreover, some simulation examples are used to test the efficiency of the algorithm. The results suggest that the proposed method can support effective and practical partner selection.

It is necessary for cast alloys possessing sufficient plasticity to be subjected to deforming progresses for the improvement of mechanical properties. Developing as-cast magnesium alloys with appreciated plasticity is therefore important to the variety of wrought magnesium alloys and the enlargement of their applications. In this paper, the research progresses of Mg-Al, Mg-Li, Mg-Zn and Mg-RE (rare earth) series magnesium alloys are enclosed, as well as the effects of casting processes. The plasticity enhancement of as-cast magnesium alloys was mainly attributed to the combination of the grain refinement and the second phases introduced by alloying elements, and microalloying with several alloying elements was more favorited. Heat treatment, rapid cooling casting and external electromagnetic field were also beneficial to mechanical properties and worth to be promoted in industrial engineering.
