LaFe0.5Co0.5O3 catalyst was synthesized by sol-gel method. The catalytic performance and mechanism of LaFe0.5Co0.5O3 for Orange Ⅱ degradation in the present of H2O2 were studied under the condition of pH=3 and 254 nm UV irradiation. The results showed that the decolorization rate of Orange Ⅱ reached 99. 5% after 60 min reaction, the "first" kinetic rate constant of Orange Ⅱ decolorization was 0. 078 min-1, and the TOC removal efficiency was 81. 60% after 180 min treatment. The results of cyclic experiments and physical and chemical characterization of catalyst showed that LaFe0.5Co0.5O3 had high catalytic ability and good structural stability. Based on the results of free radical quenching experiment and analysis of concentration change of total iron ion, ferrous ion, H2O2 and ·OH, it was proved that the catalytic mechanism of LaFe0.5Co0.5O3 included photo-excitation, hole oxidation, superoxide radical oxidation, photoelectron reduction of iron ion, ferrous ion release, homogeneous Fenton reaction and iron ion readsorption processes. In this system, Orange Ⅱ was degradated through synergistic action of Fenton reaction and photocatalytic reaction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on the analysis of Orange II degradation in the heterogeneous UV-Fenton system with poly-silicate-ferric as catalyst, the accuracy between full-process linear fitting method and piecewise linear fitting method in calculating kinetic constant were compared.A kinetic model of Orange II decoloration was established and verified in terms of catalyst amount and hydrogen peroxide concentration.The results showed that in this heterogeneous UV-Fenton system, the decolorization process of OrangeII could be divided into two stages: rapid and slow decolorization stages using 15min as the dividing line.The rapid decolorization stage was mainly dominated by nitrogen double bonds breaking, and chromophore degradation as a supplement.While the slow decolorization stage was mainly dominated by chromophore mineralization, and nitrogen double bonds breaking as a supplement.The kinetic model based on two-stage linear fitting method had higher accuracy and smaller error in simulation, which could successfully predict Orange II degradation in this heterogeneous UV-Fenton system through theoretical calculation.This study would provide theoretical basis and technical support for the application of heterogeneous UV-Fenton system with poly-silicate-ferric as catalyst. The application of informatization technology to university laboratory management is an inevitable trend of the development of colleges and universities, and it is also an important symbol to measure the management level of colleges and universities. The information becomes the new support for the efficiency improvement of university laboratory management, and some innovations are brought. Under the background of informatization, based on the practical experience of the management of university laboratory low-value materials, this paper analyzes the present situation of laboratory low-value material shortage in universities, and deals with the significance of establishment of informatization management system. Combining with the exploration and the practice in Huaqiao University, this paper illustrates how to use advanced information technology, to regulate the management and build the information management platform such that the decentralized procurement of low-value materials can be concentrated checked and restored. By optimizing the management process, improving the efficiency of management, the standardization of laboratory low-value material, intensive and fine management are realized. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the expansion of the scale and scope of government procurement in colleges and universities, how to improve the competitive in the process of purchasing and embody the principle of openness, fairness and justice become the primary issue. From the conventional process of government procurement in colleges and universities, factors that affecting the principles of openness, fairness and justice including the division purchasing, set the orientation or exclusion clause, illegal interference review, malicious bid low,manipulation and so on are analyzed. Considering the feature of complex and specific of equipment in colleges and universities procurement, countermeasures including concrete elaboration of the government procurement system in colleges and universities, the purchase documents by experts to question formulation, dark mark audit, information-based measures during the procurement process are taken out. Practice shows that a series of measures to effectively curb the manipulation in the bidding, make up for the inadequacy of purchasing personnel quality, promote the procurement regulation. According to Jade Rabbit Rover geometry,mission requirements and mission environment,the idea of thermal control system design for Jade Rabbit Rover is put forward; the thermal control system designs for Jade Rabbit Rover during moon day and moon night are described,in which a two-phase fluid loop and a radioisotope heat unit are used to warm Jade Rabbit Rover in moon night. - Abstract
In the brutal temperature environment in Sinus Iridium with the range between - 180°C to +90°C, it needs to solve camera heat dissipation during lunar daytime and heat preservation in moonlit night without electric energy supply under the complex rotation of YuTu Rover mast. Besides, the uncertainty of lunar dust still results in risks to thermal design. In order to solve the extreme high temperature problem in daytime, the mast rotates to an optimal position for heat dissipation and avoids the camera being too hot, and the proportion of power on and off is optimized. In extremely low temperature at night, the thermal coupling state of the camera and the rover has been changed: the mast is folded into the fence to keep warm by means of heat preservation systems. Based on the analysis of the cause of dust subsidence, the max sun elevation angle for working is restricted to avoid risks by dust. According to the thermal analysis results and in-orbit results, it can be confirmed that the highest temperature decreased 15 degrees by methods of finding optimal position and optimizing the proportion of power on and off. By folding the mast in moon night, cameras have safely undergone the cold night, therefore 4. 5W power generated by RHU has been saved. It indicates that the coupling method between thermal control and posture adjustment can be used to solve the high-low temperature problem of movable cameras on the planet' surface rover, and reduce the rover power demand for RHU. It could provide thermal design reference for the follow-on celestial body surface explorations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
