Innovation is an important approach to boost economic development and social advances, and innovative talents are the cornerstone of the development of the pharmaceutical industry. Conventional pharmaceutical education is not, however, tightly interconnected with current developments because pharmaceutical training lacks practicality and innovation. A deep integration of industry–university–research (IUR) would be a significant approach to solve this issue. In view of this, the School of Pharmacy of Jilin Medical University has thus integrated its own specialized characteristics with regional industrial strength to build a “one core, three chains, and four platforms” talent training mode, with “IUR collaborative education” as the core, “knowledge chain–capability chain–quality chain” as the inner spiral, and “teaching platform–research platform–enterprise platform–social platform” as the external spiral. Under the background of the deep integration of IUR, the quality of talent training is comprehensively improved by taking the “Double Hundred–double Entering” action as an opportunity (100 entrepreneurs enter the campus and 100 doctoral faculty members enter enterprises), relying on the Modern Pharmaceutical Industry College, using scientific research feedback teaching as the driving force and projects and competitions as the starting point. This cultivation pattern has achieved positive results in practice and effectively improved the training quality of innovative talents in our university. It can provide a reference for the talent cultivation of related majors in similar universities.

The development of efficient adsorbent for removing excessive nutrients (e.g. phosphorous – P) and antibiotics (e.g. tetracycline hydrochloride – TC) from livestock wastewater is necessary but challenging in practical application. In this study, magnetic Zr-based metal-organic frameworks (Fe3O4/UiO-66) with interfacial Fe-O-Zr bonds were synthesized and then modified with ethylenediamine (EDA) functional groups. The resultant optimized composite, namely Fe3O4/UiO-66-N2, showed promising removal of P and TC from both single and binary solution systems. It exhibited the maximum P and TC adsorption capacities of 90.0 mg P/g and 72.3 mg/g in the single component solution, respectively. In the binary solution with an initial P concentration of 5 mg P/L, the coexistence of TC posed a slight inhibition effect on the P adsorption over Fe3O4/UiO-66-N2. However, the TC adsorption was increased by raising the initial P concentration in solution from 5 mg P/L to 20 mg P/L. The Fe3O4nanoparticles and EDA functional groups were suggested jointly improving the adsorption capacities of P and TC, with the synergy factors of 1.1 and 1.8, respectively. The effects of reaction time, water medium, initial pH and coexisting ions on the adsorption were investigated in detail. The mechanisms governing the adsorption of phosphate included electrostatic attraction, hydrogen bonding, ligand exchange and complexation. Those contributing to the adsorption of TC included Lewis acid-base interaction and π-π electron-donor-acceptor interaction, in addition to electrostatic attraction, hydrogen bonding and complexation. This work designed novel functionalized magnetic MOF composite adsorbents targeting at efficient and simultaneous removal of P and TC from water, under the synergistic effect of the Fe3O4nanoparticles and surface functional groups.

Hedychin E (1), a novel labdane-type norditerpenoid, and hedychin F (2), a new labdane-type dinorditerpenoid, were isolated from the rhizomes of Hedychium forrestii. Their structures were determined through a combination of spectroscopic analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffractions. Hedychin E (1) is an unprecedented 6-norditerpenoid with a fused tetrahydrofuran-lactone motif, and a reasonable biosynthetic pathway for 1was proposed. Compound 2showed a significant anti-inflammatory effect against LPS-induced NO production in macrophage RAW264.7 cells with an IC50value of 21.0 μM.

Tropomyosin (TM) is the major shrimp allergen that could trigger anaphylactic reactions. Recently, recombinant TM (rTM) has been accepted widely in the field of allergen-specific immunotherapy, but the allergenicity of rTM has not been compared with natural TM (nTM) based on an in vitrodigestion profile. In this work, IgG-/IgE binding, allergen peptides, and degranulation ability of the digested samples in simulated gastric fluid/simulated intestinal fluid/gastrointestinal models from nTM and rTM were evaluated by immunoassays, proteomics, and basophil degranulation assay. Results showed that pepsin-digested and trypsin-digested samples of rTM exhibited lower IgG-/IgE binding and degranulation than those of nTM. More peptides of the digested samples from rTM (57.8%) matched shrimp allergic epitopes than those from nTM (33.3%). However, the peptide SITDELDQTF (269–278) appeared most frequently. These findings would supply foundation data for epitope-based immunotherapy to shrimp allergic individuals.

The root of Paris polyphyllavar. yunnanensis, a famous and endangered traditional Chinese herb, has a significant medicinal value. The aim of this study was to analyze the composition and functional characteristics of bacterial endophytes in roots, stems, and leaves of P. polyphyllavar. yunnanensis. The 16S rRNA gene sequencing and functional prediction of bacterial endophytes in roots, stems, and leaves of P. polyphyllavar. yunnanensiswere conducted. The Chao and Shannon indices of the bacteria in roots were significantly higher than those in stems and leaves. The dominant endophyte phyla were Cyanobacteria, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Actinobacteria. The main genera detected in roots were unclassified Cyanobacteria, Rhizobium, Flavobacterium, and Sphingobium; the main genera in stems were norank_c__Cyanobacteria, Bacillus, and Pseudomonas; the main genera in leaves were norank_c__Cyanobacteriaand Rhizobium. The microbiota in roots was particularly enriched in functional categories “extracellular structures” and “cytoskeleton” compared with stems and leaves (p< 0.05). Our study reveals the structural and functional characteristics of the endophytic bacteria in roots, stems, and leaves of P. polyphyllavar. yunnanensis, which aids in the scientific understanding of this plant.

The first earth-abundant cobalt-catalyzed cycloamination of indolylquinones and various (hetero)aromatic amine under ligand-free conditions for the synthesis of polycyclic N-heterocycles has been developed. The process allows facile access to polycyclic N-heterocycles with tolerance of chloride, bromide, amino, thio, etc. groups in moderate to high yields (up to 89%). In addition, The photophysical properties of the synthesized products were evaluated. These products exhibit interesting fluorescence properties, which is promising for fluorescent probes.

An iron-catalyzed cascade reaction of radical reduction of allyl alcohols and acetylenic acids to construct polysubstituted α-alkenyl lactones has been developed. In this paper, various allyl alcohols can form allyl ester intermediates and are further transformed into alkyl radicals, which form products through intramolecular reflex-Michael addition. In addition, this method can be used to prepare spirocycloalkenyl lactones. Interestingly, this protocol can be used to synthesize the skeleton structure of natural products. Moreover, the product can be further transformed into a β-methylene tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydrofuran diene.

Enantioselective dearomative [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of 2-nitrobenzofurans with 3-isothiocyanato oxindoles was developed. The reaction employs a chiral bis(oxazoline)/Zn(OTf)2catalyst, allowing a practical, straightforward access to structurally diverse spirooxindoles containing a 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran motif and three contiguous stereocenters with excellent diastereo- and enantioselectivities. The synthetic potentials of the method have been demonstrated by the scale-up experiment and transformations of the products. The preliminary mechanism was investigated with experimental observations, nonlinear effects studies, and MS experiments.

Organocatalytic asymmetric dearomatization of 3-nitroindoles and 3-nitrobenzothiophenes by reaction with ethyl 4-mercapto-2-butenoate has been developed. A range of chiral tetrahydrothiopheneindolines and tetrahydrothiophenebenzothiophenes bearing three contiguous stereocenters are obtained in high yields with good diastereoselectivities and excellent enantioselectivities. This is the first example of thiol-triggered catalytic asymmetric dearomatization of 3-nitroindoles and 3-nitrobenzothiophenes.

A highly diastereo- and enantioselective Michael/aldol cascade reaction of 2-mercaptobenzaldehyde and α,β-unsaturated 7-azaindoline amides has been developed. Using as low as 1 mol % cinchonidine-derived bifunctional squaramide as the catalyst, a range of enantioenriched thiochromenes containing three contiguous stereogenic centers were smoothly obtained in excellent results (all cases >20:1 dr, 88–99% yield and ≥99% ee). The 7-azaindoline moiety of α,β-unsaturated 7-azaindoline amides has been demonstrated to be vital for the high reactivity and excellent stereoselectivity.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of SERPINB2 on cell proliferation, cell cycle, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), invasion, migration, and radiosensitivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Both CNE2R and CNE2 cells were transfected with pEGFP-N1-SERPINB2. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay, cell cycle by flow cytometry, and SERpINB2 expression by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Western blot was carried out to detect the protein expression. In addition, SERPINB2 and β-catenin were located intracellularly using an immunofluorescent assay, and cell migration and invasion were measured by wound healing and Transwell assays, respectively. Radiosensitivity was assessed using colony formation and MTT assays. SERPINB2 expression was downregulated in CNE2R cells. After transfection with pEGFP-N1-SERPINB2, the OD values were decreased, and there was an increased fraction in the G2/M phase. Moreover, SERPINB2 overexpression could inhibit the invasion and migration capabilities of CNE2R and CNE2 cells, with downregulation of vimentin, N-cadherin, nuclear β-catenin, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and MMP-9, and upregulation of E-cadherin. Moreover, transfection with the SERPINB2 plasmid reduced the growth rate of CNE2R cells at doses of 2, 4 and 6 Gy, and also decreased the surviving fractions. Overexpression of SERPINB2 could reduce the proliferation, invasion and migration capabilities of CNE2R and CNE2 cells, and led to G2/M arrest via EMT inhibition, and this may be a potential strategy for enhancing the radiation sensitivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.

An organocatalyzed dearomative aza-Michael/Michael addition cascade of 2-nitrobenzofurans and 2-nitrobenzothiophenes with 2-aminochalcones has been developed, opening a new channel to access a series of optically active tetrahydrobenzofuro[3,2-b]quinolines and tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-b]quinolines bearing three contiguous stereocenters with excellent diastereo- and enantioselectivities (all cases >20:1 dr, up to 99% ee). This study features the first asymmetric dearomative cascade reaction of 2-nitrobenzofurans and 2-nitrobenzothiophenes beginning with aza-Michael addition. The potential applications of the methodology were demonstrated by the preparative-scale experiment and the versatile transformations of the products.

The first organocatalyzed asymmetric dearomative cycloaddition between 2-nitrobenzofurans and isatin-derived Morita–Baylis–Hillman carbonates has been developed. Using a modified cinchona alkaloid as the catalyst, a series of structurally diverse cyclopenta[b]benzofuran derivatives with three contiguous stereocenters, including a spiro-quaternary chiral center, could be smoothly obtained in excellent results (all cases >20:1 dr, up to 99% yield and 98% ee). The utility of this method was showcased by the versatile transformations of the product.

N-2,2,2-Trifluoroethylisatin ketimines with β-trifluoromethyl enones, 3-trifluoroethylidene oxindole, and 3-trifluoroethylidene benzofuranone can undergo asymmetric [3 + 2] cycloaddition, catalyzed by chiral bifunctional squaramide-tertiary amine catalysts, affording a wide spectrum of 3,2′-pyrrolidinyl spirooxindoles. The significance of this protocol is highlighted by its extremely high efficiency in the construction of the structurally diverse spirocyclic oxindoles, bearing a vicinally bis(trifluoromethyl)-substituted pyrrolidine moiety, including four contiguous stereocenters, in high yields with excellent stereocontrol.

Obtaining transgenic plants is a common method for analyzing gene function. Unfortunately, stable genetic transformation is difficult to achieve, especially for plants (e.g., soybean), which are recalcitrant to genetic transformation. Transient expression systems, such as Arabidopsisprotoplast, Nicotianaleaves, and onion bulb leaves are widely used for gene functional studies. A simple method for obtaining transgenic soybean callus tissues was reported recently. We extend this system with simplified culture conditions to gene functional studies, including promoter analysis, expression and subcellular localization of the target protein, and protein-protein interaction. We also evaluate the plasticity of this system with soybean varieties, different vector constructs, and various Agrobacteriumstrains. The results indicated that the callus transformation system is efficient and adaptable for gene functional investigation in soybean genotype-, vector-, and Agrobacteriumstrain-independent modes. We demonstrated an easy set-up and practical homologous strategy for soybean gene functional studies.

In previous studies, Lactobacillus plantarumZJ316 showed probiotic properties, such as antimicrobial activity against various pathogens and the capacity to significantly improve pig growth and pork quality. The purpose of this study was to reveal the genes potentially related to its genetic adaptation and probiotic profiles based on comparative genomic analysis. The genome sequence of L. plantarumZJ316 was compared with those of eight L. plantarumstrains deposited in GenBank. BLASTN, Mauve, and MUMmer programs were used for genome alignment and comparison. CRISPRFinder was applied for searching the clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPRs). We identified genes that encode proteins related to genetic adaptation and probiotic profiles, including carbohydrate transport and metabolism, proteolytic enzyme systems and amino acid biosynthesis, CRISPR adaptive immunity, stress responses, bile salt resistance, ability to adhere to the host intestinal wall, exopolysaccharide (EPS) biosynthesis, and bacteriocin biosynthesis. Comparative characterization of the L. plantarumZJ316 genome provided the genetic basis for further elucidating the functional mechanisms of its probiotic properties. ZJ316 could be considered a potential probiotic candidate. 前期研究发现植物乳杆菌ZJ316 能显著抑制病原菌,促进仔猪生长,提高猪肉质量等,本研究拟在ZJ316 全基因组测序的基础上,运用比较基因组学手段揭示与其生境适应性及益生特性相关基因。 首次从基因水平上分析与植物乳杆菌ZJ316 的生境适应性、抑菌活性及益生特性等相关的基因,为进一步揭示其生理功能打下基础。 运用BLASTN、Mauve 和MUMmer 等将植物乳杆菌ZJ316 全基因组序列与已测序的8 个植物乳杆菌全基因组序列进行比对及分析; 用CRISPRFinder 寻找CRISPR 重复序列。 植物乳杆菌ZJ316 包含碳水化合物的运输和代谢、蛋白水解酶系统和氨基酸的生物合成等相关基因,具有CRISPR、应激反应、耐胆盐、粘附宿主肠壁、胞外多糖、生物合成和细菌素生物合成等相关基因。这些基因的功能是其作为益生菌的重要特征和基础。

ABSTRACT.Since 2006, China has conducted the surveillance program for Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) and other subtypes of prion diseases covering 12 provinces. In this study, the characteristics and special role of Beijing CJD surveillance network in the national CJD surveillance system were analyzed. Based on the registered permanent resident places, all reporting suspected CJD cases and diagnosed CJD cases via Beijing CJD surveillance network between 2006 and 2013 were grouped as the cases from Beijing and from outside of Beijing. Both numbers of the suspected and diagnosed CJD cases via Beijing CJD surveillance network constantly increased along with the years, totally 532 reporting cases and 192 diagnosed CJD cases were obtained in the past 8 y. About 75% of suspected and diagnosed CJD cases via Beijing CJD surveillance network came from other provinces, mainly from neighboring provinces. Altogether, 46 different hospitals in the Beijing region have reported suspected CJD cases to the CJD surveillance system during the period from 2006 to 2013. Five hospitals continually reported suspected CJD cases during those 8 y and 5 other hospitals had reported cases except for 1 to 2 y. Additionally, we found that the diagnosed CJD patients from Beijing region had less numbers of hospital transfer and shorter interval from the disease onset to the final diagnosis than those outside of Beijing. It indicates that as the most important component, Beijing CJD surveillance network functions more actively, which supplies the special medical services not only for Beijing residents but also for patients from all of China.

Proteomics changes of brain tissues have been described in different neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. However, the brain proteomics of human prion disease remains less understood. In the study, the proteomics patterns of cortex and cerebellum of brain tissues of sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, fatal familial insomnia, and G114V genetic CJD were analyzed with isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation combined with multidimensional liquid chromatography and MS analysis, with the brains from three normal individuals as controls. Global protein profiling, significant pathway, and functional categories were analyzed. In total, 2287 proteins were identified with quantitative information both in cortex and cerebellum regions. Cerebellum tissues appeared to contain more up- and down-regulated proteins (727 proteins) than cortex regions (312 proteins) of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, fatal familial insomnia, and G114V genetic CJD. Viral myocarditis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, lysosome, oxidative phosphorylation, protein export, and drug metabolism-cytochrome P450 were the most commonly affected pathways of the three kinds of diseases. Almost coincident biological functions were identified in the brain tissues of the three diseases. In all, data here demonstrate that the brain tissues of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, fatal familial insomnia, and G114V genetic CJD have obvious proteomics changes at their terminal stages, which show the similarities not only among human prion diseases but also with other neurodegeneration diseases. This is the first study to provide a reference proteome map for human prion diseases and will be helpful for future studies focused on potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and therapy of human prion diseases.

A novel triple-channel comparative analysis of volatile composition in raw whole and skim milk (RWM and RSM) was developed viaan electronic nose (E-Nose), headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O). Volatile flavour compounds from RWM and RSM caused the differences in mouthfeel characteristics by the human sensors, and also affected consumer preference. Solid state sensor technology, an E-Nose, was applied to distinguish the differences in volatiles between RWM and RSM. Headspace volatiles adsorbed by HS-SPME fiber (CAR/PDMS) were detected by GC-MS. Aroma compounds were identified by GC-O. Nine and three compounds were found to be aroma-active compounds from RWM and RSM, respectively. Octanoic acid, butanoic acid, and 3-hydroxy-2-butanone were found to be the most important aroma-active compounds in RWM, while the most important aroma-active compound of RSM was octanoic acid.

AbstractHere, we reported a Chinese case of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) with a rare mutation in the prion protein gene (PRNP) leading to an exchange of amino acid from valine (V) to isoleucine (I) at codon 180 (V180I). The 72 year-old Chinese women started with gradual memory loss. On admission, she did not present special abnormality during clinical examinations except bradykinesia in her lower extremities. Myoclonic jerks and increased muscle tone were noticed 3 months after the onset. No periodic activity was recorded at electroencephalography (EEG) and 14-3-3 protein was negative in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) sample. Brain diffusion weighted images (DWI) demonstrated high signal intensities in bilateral frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital cortices, especially on the left hemisphere, and high signal intensities were also seen in the left caudate nucleus and the putamen. The patient had no family history of similar symptoms. Her general condition was gradually deteriorative, but the patient was still alive when we performed the follow-up 12 months after onset.

Microbial density is an important biochemical parameters of the training process. This article adopts the method of online measuring optical density of the reactor to obtain information on the growth of microorganisms, and flow photoelectric colorimetric instrument was developed based on this principles. Through MCU STM32F107VC output PWM to control peristaltic pump, to achieve the culture of continuous flow through the optical flow cuvette, using photocell to detect culture absorbed light intensity. The instrument can display detected parameters independently and adjust the control parameters, also can communicate with the PC by RS485. The instrument can achieve real-time monitoring of the growth of microorganisms in the reactor.

Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) is a kind of rare, rapidly progressive fatal central nervous system disorders. In China, the surveillance for CJD has started since 2006. As one of the major issues in CJD surveillance, the follow-up process via telephone plays important role in CJD diagnosis and surveillance. Although the follow-up process was conducted by the experiential staffs from CJD surveillance center in China CDC, it is frequently encountered that some interviewed family members do not cooperate well during follow-up. To screen the possible factors influence on the compliances of the interviewees during CJD follow-up, 11 independent variables from patient aspect and 4 variables from interviewee aspect were selected and a questionnaire was prepared. Based on 199 suspected sporadic CJD cases reported to CJD surveillance center in 2013, a telephone-inquiring was conducted and the degree of compliances of the interviewees were given as good, fair or poor. After screened with univariate analysis and evaluated ordinal logistic regression analysis, several indictors, such as the patient gender, CJD diagnosis, numbers of clinical symptoms, continual medical treatment after diagnosis, medical treatment mode, as well as the relationship with the patient and CJD knowledge of the interviewees, showed influence on the compliance in CJD follow-up process significantly. The data here provide for the first time the factors related with the compliances of the interviewed family members of the suspected CJD patients during follow-up process, which supplies useful clue for us to improve CJD follow-up process and increase the capacity of CJD surveillance.

Streptococcus pneumoniae (S. pneumoniae) was one common pathogen that caused pneumonia, meningitis, otitis media, and sepsis. The traditional culture methods costed long time and omission often existed. A new method was developed based on Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP). A series of primers of autolysin (lytA) from S. pneumoniae were designed with specific primers soft, and set up LAMP system in detection of S. pneumoniae. Comparison of specificity and sensitivity results with culture and PCR method in 50 samples collected from patients with respiratory infections. The data demonstrated that the selected primers and reaction system in LAMP were respond to S. pneumoniae,not cross reacted to others bacteria. The detection of sensitivity to LAMP was 102 CFU/mL. All of clinical specimens in the test, 9 cases (18.0%) were confirmed to be positive as S. pneumoniae,whereas, only 4(8.0%) were diagnosed by culture method. The LAMP technology has a specific, simple and accurate characteristic in differentiation S. Pneumoniae from clinical specimen.

In order to detect Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) quickly and accurately, a portable electronic nose system was developed which including signal acquisition module, valve control module, embedded modules. Three sensors were used to measure methane, ethanol and formaldehyde gas. We used a three-way valve to control two kinds of gas, in order to avoid the system noise the zero reference was subtracted with the gas being tested. The system could quickly detect the three kinds VOC. The system can play a positive role in the rapid assessment of pollution in industrial parks.

In this paper we use AHP mathematical theory, combining with VB6.0 software, and establish preschool children's psychological development model, and design preschool children's psychological development analysis system. In the first part of this paper we introduce the AHP structure, and discuss the principle and process of hierarchical analysis; in the second part, combining with the matrix theory we establish the mathematical model of objective function layer approximation. In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of model, we use the VB software to do numerical simulation on preschool children's psychological development, and obtain the level nephogram and children's psychological maturity index curve of children's psychological development. It provides technical reference and the theory basis for the effect of preschool physical education on the psychological development of children.

A crosslinked β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) polymer (PCD) was synthesized by using maleamic acid as a crosslinked agent, and its adsorption behavior for basic fuchsin in aqueous solution was investigated. The adsorption isotherms could be well fitted by the Langmuir adsorption equation. On the basis of the Langmuir analysis, the maximum adsorption capacities were determined to be 33.56 mg·g-1 at 308K. The kinetics of adsorption followed the pseudo-second-order model.

A series of novel calix[4]arene derivatives incorporating two triazolyl 1,3-diketo subunits in alternate positions at the lower rim were synthesized. Preliminary HIV integrase bioassays indicated that calix[4]arene derivatives proved to be more active than p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene derivatives.

According to the existing network maintenance system and the basic principles of composition, this paper provides a terminal system scheme and network maintenance management system based on BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) compatible with GPS by analyzing the system structure, functional architecture and software architecture. Studies have shown that the BDS compatible with GPS system can manage and monitor personnel and vehicles in real time and improves the reliability and security of network systems.

ABSTRACTIntergeneric crop plant hybrid lines with small-segment chromosome translocations are very useful in plant genetic research and breeding. In this study, to create small-segment chromosome translocations with beneficial agronomic characters, the progeny of wheat-rye substitution lines 5R/5A and 6R/6A were selected from generations F2to F5for rye-specific characteristics. A PCR primer and specific simple sequence repeat marker for rye were used in F5populations to detect rye chromatin and to amplify a specific chromosome band in six translocation lines (06-6-5, 06-6-6, 06-6-9, 6-26-1, 7-23, and 7-33). Fragment pSc119.1 cloned from 7-33 had 99% homology with the big ear gene sequence (GenBank AF512607.1) in wheat. The six lines were further characterized via pollen mother cell meiosis analysis for genetic stability, and chromosome C-banding and genomic in situ hybridization for rye chromatin. The results show that line 7-33 was still within the 5R/5A substitution lines and possessed the big ear gene. The other lines all contained small-segment rye chromosome translocations. The results indicated that substitution line hybridization is an effective method for creating small-segment chromosome translocations with useful agronomic traits. Trials for these six wheat-rye translocation lines are justified because they possess many important stably-inherited agronomic characters, including disease resistance and improved yield.

Microwave activated coal gangue is a complex process, which is bound up with irradiation time, fineness, composition and other factors.Coal gangue is not easily absorbed substances,so it could be get microwave energy for activation from strong wave absorbing materials. In this paper,as influence of the activation process of coal gangue by microwave irradiation time, establish the computer simulation model by ANSYS.As a reference to modify the activation process,improve and perfect the model of microwave activated coal gangue.

In this paper, extract the coordinates of the vertices of the 2D CAD graphics to construct the complex-valued signal. And use the signal to do the DFT. The encrypted watermark is embedded into the DFT amplitude by using the IDE algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm has good invisibility, with good reversibility. The algorithm has robust against the attacks such as combination of translation, rotation, translation and adding an entity.

A blind watermarking algorithm for 2D CAD drawings based on singular value decomposition (SVD) is presented. In this paper, the handles of lines are sorted to rule out additional entities and relative vertex coordinates are divided into small matrixes for larger watermark capacity. Then, quantization modulation is used to embed watermark so it can be extracted without original drawings. The experiments show that the proposed algorithm has good invisibility, larger watermark capacity and is also robustness to various geometric and entity addition attacks.

Flue gas desulfurization gypsum (FGD gypsum) was irradiated with microwave, it could be changed calcined gypsum from flue gas desulfurization (CGD). The microwave respectively irradiated five groups FGD gypsum at 100-110℃, 110-120℃, 120-130℃, 130-140℃ and 140-150℃, then the fineness and setting time were respectively measured, and compressive/flexural strength were also determined after 2 hours. Experiments show that, CaSO4·0.5H2O crystal of CGD would be more quantity and bigger volume with irradiation temperature increasing. The reason was considered that there were special effect of microwave irradiation to calcium sulfate crystalsthat by scanning electron microscope, and found the Ca, S, O and other elements in cylindrical crystal by Edax. The formation mechanism of CaSO4·0.5H2O crystal by microwave irradiation is different from traditional CaSO4·0.5H2O crystal formation theories.

Added carbon powder or M mineral powder in unburned kaolinite coal gangue, the mixtures could be changed better expansive mineral additive of Portland cement by microwave irradiation. The microwave activation coal gangue mixtures 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 35% (by weight) were respectively added intoⅠ42.5 Portland cement. The compressive/flexural strength of various expansive coal gangue Portland cements were determined after 3 and 28 day. The fineness, initial and final setting time, soundness and volume expansive ratio was also measured. 　　　The expansive reasons of coal gangue Portland cement were considered that there were lots of thicker and bigger flaky crystal during hydration processes by scanning electron microscope, and found the Al, Si, O and other elements in flaky crystal by Edax. 　　　The expansive mechanism of coal gangue Portland cement is different from traditional expansive cements theories by microwave irradiation.

With the development of digital design and processing and the explosive growth of the demand for two-dimensional CAD engineering graphics, more attention has been paid on the security and the copyright issues of engineering graphics. In this paper, an improved reversible watermarking algorithm in wavelet domain for two-dimensional CAD engineering graphics is proposed. Firstly, the watermark information is preprocessed by compound chaos sequence. And then, block the graphic and extract all vertexes in each blocks of the 2D CAD engineering graphics, Log-polar Mapping (LPM) and wavelet transform are done to them respectively to achieve the invariance of affine transform. Finally, the encrypted watermark is embedded into detailed coefficients by using improved quantization index modulation (IQIM) scheme. Compared with the original previous algorithm, theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has not only good visibility and good reversibility, but also stronger robust against the attacks such as transformation, rotation, equal scaling and entity deleting, tampering or adding etc.

Six β-diketo derivatives of mono-substituted calix[4]arene were synthesized as potential HIV-1 integrase inhibitors and evaluated their inhibition to the strand transfer process of HIV-1 integrase. Their structures were characterized by NMR and HRMS. All the title compounds as potential HIV-1 integrase inhibitors proved to be active in the micromolar range (6.7–37.6 μM) on the strand transfer step.

In 2002, the first Chinese domestic preservative-free inactivated hepatitis A vaccine, Healive®, was introduced in China. It is highly immunogenic, and provides lasting protection in healthy individuals and generates protective levels of antibodies in other at-risk individuals. Over 10 years since its first licensure, postmarketing surveillance data have confirmed the outstanding safety profile of the vaccine. Comparative clinical trials indicated that Healive®induce equal or similar immunogenicity with other currently available inactivated hepatitis A vaccines and are interchangeable for the course of HAV immunization in Chinese children. The vaccine is effective in curbing outbreaks of hepatitis A due to rapid seroconversion and the long incubation period of the disease. Additional issues surrounding the use of the vaccine are also reviewed.

A rapid method for analysis of the main components of Radix Glycyrrhizae (RG) was developed using ultra-performanceliquid chromatography with quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF-MS). Previous study demonstrated that RG had antivirus, antioxidant，anti-tumor and other bioactivities. The separation analysis was performed on Waters Acquity UPLC system and the accurate mass of molecules and their fragment ions were determined by Q-TOF MS. Fourty compounds including triterpenoid saponins, flavonoid glycosides and flavonoid aglycones,coumarins, were identified and tentatively deduced on the basis of their element compositions, MS/MS data and relevant literatures. The results demonstrated that triterpenoid saponins, flavonoid glycosides and flavonoid aglycones were the main constituents of RG. Furthermore, an effective and rapid pattern was established allowing for comprehensive and systematic characterization of the complex samples.

An asymmetric conjugate addition of 3‐monosubstituted oxindoles to a range of (E)‐1,4‐diaryl‐2‐buten‐1,4‐diones, catalyzed by commercially available cinchonine, is described. This organocatalytic asymmetric reaction affords a broad range of 3,3′‐disubstituted oxindoles that contain a 1,4‐dicarbonyl moiety and vicinal quaternary and tertiary stereogenic centers in high‐to‐excellent yields (up to 98 %), with excellent diastereomeric and moderate‐to‐high enantiomeric ratios (up to 99:1 and 95:5, respectively). Subsequently, cyclization of the 1,4‐dicarbonyl moiety in the resultant Michael adducts under different Paal–Knorr conditions results in two new kinds of 3,3′‐disubstituted oxindoles—3‐furanyl‐ and 3‐pyrrolyl‐3‐alkyl‐oxindoles—in high yields and good enantioselectivities. Notably, the studies presented here sufficiently confirm that this two‐step strategy of sequential conjugate addition/Paal–Knorr cyclization is not only an attractive method for the indirect enantioselective heteroarylation of 3‐alkyloxindoles, but also opens up new avenues toward asymmetric synthesis of structurally diverse 3,3′‐disubstituted oxindole derivatives.

Generally, the welding HAZ is more sensitive to corrosion. In order to increase the corrosion resistance of the welding HAZ in aircraft structures, the laser surface treatment technology was used to treat the welding HAZ. In this study, the processing parameters of the laser surface treatment were optimized. According to our study, the laser quenching can increase the corrosion resistance property obviously. The laser surface treatment new technique has been used in the maintenance of the airplane structures, which has better application outlook.

Two complexes L(MAcO)2 (M=Cu, Zn) containing calix [4] arene ligand H2L modified by salicylaldehyde acylhydrazone have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, MS(ESI), IR, UV-vis and fluorescence. Whereas L(ZnAcO)2 exhibited an enhancement in fluorescence, the potentiality of H2L acting as a Zn2+- selective fluorescence probe was investigated. Results showed that a good linearity (correlation coefficient 0.999) between fluorescence intensity and concentration of Zn2+ in range of 4.0×10-6 mol·L-1 ~ 4.0×10-5 mol·L-1 existed in H2L solution of 1.0×10-4 mol·L-1. The minimum concentration at which H2L could detect Zn2+ was 1.0 ×10–6 mol·L-1. Co-existence of Cu2+, Ni2+ and Mn2+ would interfere the determination of Zn2+, but no influence by Na+, Mg2+, Cd2+ and Pb2+.

Based on sectional data regarding income and expenditure of Henan urban residents from 2006 to 2009, this paper applies ELES model to have a quantitative analysis of consumption expenditure structure of Henan urban and rural residents, involving three aspects including marginal propensity to consume, demand income elasticity and price elasticity. The results show that the marginal propensity to consume of rural residents is relatively low, the proportion of basic consumption expenditure in foodstuff and dwelling is large, giving priority to living type consumption, while some development potential for urban residents exists in the consumption of transportation, correspondence, culture and education, recreation and medical care.

Highly enantioselective hydrosilylation of γ‐imino esters with trichlorosilane promoted by a chiral Lewis base proceeded smoothly to provide various optically active γ‐amino esters in good yields (up to 96 %) with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99 % ee) at –10 °C in Cl2CHCHCl2. The side reactions were successfully reduced by rational modification of the substrate. The absolute configuration of one of the γ‐amino esters was determined. Finally, two pharmaceutically interesting enantioenriched γ‐lactams were synthesized from two γ‐amino esters.

In order to obtain the collision damping of blades’ tips characteristics, around a blades for a 300MW steam turbine, the COMBIN40 element of ANSYS was adopted. The collision damping among blades' tips is equivalent to a damping of spring and friction with a gap. Under the conditions of exciting force and rotating blade natural frequency ,the vibration of a harmonic response was analysed, the nonlinear impact damping of blade response characteristics and the vibration damping mechanism of collision was got.

A novel enantioselective Michael addition of malononitrile to trans‐β‐nitroolefins in the presence of bifunctional amine thiourea organocatalyst is developed. The Michael reaction catalyzed by amine thioureas containing both central and axial chiral elements proceeded smoothly and provided the desired adducts with high yields (up to 96% yield) and moderate enantioselectivities (up to 83% enantiomeric excess).
