Anomaly detection is one of the most active research areas in various critical domains, such as healthcare, fintech, and public security. However, little attention has been paid to scholarly data, that is, anomaly detection in a citation network. Citation is considered as one of the most crucial metrics to evaluate the impact of scientific research, which may be gamed in multiple ways. Therefore, anomaly detection in citation networks is of significant importance to identify manipulation and inflation of citations. To address this open issue, we propose a novel deep graph learning model, namely graph learning for anomaly detection (GLAD), to identify anomalies in citation networks. GLAD incorporates text semantic mining to network representation learning by adding both node attributes and link attributes via graph neural networks (GNNs). It exploits not only the relevance of citation contents, but also hidden relationships between papers. Within the GLAD framework, we propose an algorithm called Citation PUrpose (CPU) to discover the purpose of citation based on citation context. The performance of GLAD is validated through a simulated anomalous citation dataset. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of GLAD on the anomalous citation detection task. To explore the status and internal laws of development of this field, this paper presents the development overview based on the bibliometric analysis, then the dynamic evolution of main topics and the knowledge diffusion trajectory are also displayed on the basis of the strategy diagram and main path analysis (MPA). From 1997 to 2019, 1749 documents are retrieved from Web of Science (WoS) repository for the analysis. The results show that there are four stable collaborative communities existing in the countries/regions' collaborative network and the collaboration is affected by geographical factors to some degree. Three main evolution paths of hot topics are also presented in this paper and the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) has gradually developed into the moto theme. Furthermore, articles appearing on the main path mainly focus on the research of basic concept and framework, self-optimization and applications in various domains of T2FSs. Uncertain group decision making (UGDM) has been a hot research direction over the years. In this paper, according to VOS viewer and CiteSpace, we make a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of UGDM during the last four decades, namely from 1980 to 2019. After data preprocessing, 4,887 publications related to UGDM are obtained from the Web of Science (WoS). Considering numbers, citations and cooperation of publications, general analysis is explored on the basis of bibliometric indicators at the levels of countries/regions, institutions and authors. In order to investigate the development of UGDM, we present cooperation network in the whole period of time and the dynamic networks during the four sub-periods. After that, some deep researches are conducted by bibliometric analysis, such as burst detection analysis, co-occurrence analysis, timeline view analysis and bibliographic coupling analysis. Based on which, further discussions are provided, including current challenges and possible directions. Finally, some main findings are summarized from three aspects, and the advantages and disadvantages of methods in this paper are concluded. The objective of this paper is to apply bibliometric techniques to analyze the evolution of fuzzy systems research (FSR) in the United States of America and Canada. The aim is to visualize the progression of FSR since Zadeh's first publication of fuzzy sets and the regional impact that these ideas have in the scientific community. This work obtains data retrieved from the Web of Science (WoS) scientific database. Using a hybrid methodology designed to maximize the obtention of representative results, we analyze 20,317 documents published between 1965 and 2020. The main findings show that Zadeh is the most influential author and that Pedrycz is the most productive author at FSR. Journals such as Fuzzy Sets and Systems (FSS) and IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems (TFS) publish most of the FSR articles. The results show a greater contribution by the United States of America compared to Canada in FSR. We adopted a spectral clustering algorithm to divide the document co-citation network of 1,776 papers in the field of Lancang-Mekong water, and 14 clusters were identified. For each cluster, the top-cited references construct the knowledge base, and the most-coverage cities are taken as the research frontier. Three indicators, namely betweenness centrality, citation burstness strength, and Sigma, were used to identify the research outputs with pioneering and transformative value. The changes in the research topics and hotspots are closely related to the planning, construction, and operation progress of hydropower engineering, that affected by the gaming results of all parties. The 2009-2010 is an important time boundary, with the original research hotspots including the impact of upstream reservoirs on the hydrological regime and sediment (Clu#3) and arsenic contamination of groundwater in the Lower Mekong (Clu#4) that obtained periodical achievements and reached consensus to some extent around 2008, and the new research boom turns to the Tonle Sap Lake and flood pulse (Clu#2) in short-term characterized literatures with the highest burstness strength mainly concentrated around 2012. Abstract: Due to the tremendous increase and variations in serial publications, the impact of every peer-reviewed paper on different subjects is varying continually. Domain experts or researchers want to keep track of those latest and highly cited peer-reviewed papers; however they are finding it difficult to update or collect their subject core paper lists regularly and accurately. The evaluation of serial papers for generating and ranking core paper lists on different subjects becomes a very challenging task for scholars or librarians. Therefore, a computer-aided bibliometric system (CABS) was developed to generate a core article ranked list automatically. Four indicators – subject reference cited counts, subject total cited counts, subject reference period impact and subject reference cited history – were proposed to generate a subject core article ranking list. Seven different subjects including E-commerce, Data Mining, Supply Chain, Image Processing, Enterprise Resource Planning, Microarray and Expert Systems were used as samples. The turning point (TP) was proposed to determine the core article area in the paper citation analysis. The TP patterns observed were that all TPs had the same rate for four different subjects. The usage of TP patterns can also be used to verify the experimental results. This study provides experimental evidence to disprove three myths. Myth 1: the top papers on a subject (for instance, the top 10 papers) were all submitted to (S)SCI journals. Myth 2: the highly cited papers (cited counts >4) on interdisciplinary subjects were almost submitted to (S)SCI journals.
