This paper presents an experience of implementing curricular activities that aim to familiarise students with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), thus promoting sustainability and the critical contextualisation of knowledge and highlighting the scientific contributions of women. The pedagogical experience was carried out in the Physics subject of the Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC). First, a questionnaire was administered to assess students’ prior knowledge of these goals, especially SDG 5: «Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls» and SDG 7: «Affordable and clean energy», in the first-year Physics subjects of the Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology degrees of the USC to determine the influence of the degree. The results showed that students in both degrees knew the SDGs but had difficulties identifying SDG 7. Similarly, male students of Chemical Engineering had more difficulty in identifying SDG 5. Subsequently, the classes, academic content and activities of the Physics subject of the Chemical Engineering degree were planned to raise awareness among students about the current climate, energy and social emergency in which we find ourselves, as well as the gender inequalities that persist in society. In this way, the aim was for students to acquire critical thinking skills to avoid gender blindness and to face a future with fewer and fewer mineral and energy resources. The experience was satisfactory for the students, demonstrating the importance of teaching this content in scientific subjects because they enabled reflection and critical capacity, which are essential for understanding and dealing with reality., Este trabajo presenta una experiencia de implementación de actividades curriculares que pretende familiarizar a los/as estudiantes con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), promoviendo así la sostenibilidad y la contextualización crítica del conocimiento y destacando las aportaciones científicas de las mujeres. La experiencia pedagógica se llevó a cabo en la asignatura de Física del grado en Ingeniería Química de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (USC). En primer lugar, se administró un cuestionario para evaluar el conocimiento previo del alumnado sobre estos objetivos, especialmente el ODS 5: «Lograr la igualdad entre los géneros y la autonomía de todas las mujeres y niñas» y el ODS 7: «Energía asequible y limpia», en las asignaturas de Física de primer curso de los grados de Ingeniería Química y Biotecnología de la USC para determinar la influencia de la titulación. Los resultados mostraron que el alumnado de ambas titulaciones conocía los ODS, pero tenía dificultades para identificar el ODS 7. Igualmente, los estudiantes varones de Ingeniería Química tuvieron mayores dificultades para identificar el ODS 5. A continuación, se planificaron las clases, los contenidos académicos y las actividades de la asignatura de Física del grado en Ingeniería Química con el objetivo de concienciar al alumnado sobre la actual situación de emergencia climática, energética y social en la que nos encontramos, así como sobre las desigualdades de género que persisten en la sociedad. De este modo, se pretendía que el estudiantado adquiriera competencias de pensamiento crítico para evitar la ceguera de género y para afrontar un futuro con cada vez menos recursos minerales y energéticos. La experiencia fue satisfactoria para el alumnado. Esto demuestra la importancia de impartir estos contenidos en asignaturas de corte científico, pues se logró despertar la reflexión y la capacidad crítica, que son indispensables para comprender y afrontar la realidad.

This study reports on a survey on project managers' priorities. The survey used ISO 21500 as a scaffold to ask various respondents, like junior, experienced, and senior project managers, project sponsors, and students, to share their perceptions on the priorities for junior project managers. The respondent groups shared similar perceptions. Furthermore, project type and sector had little effect on junior project managers' priorities. Experienced and senior project managers shared their own priorities as well. The perceptions of priorities for junior, experienced, and senior project managers were mostly alike. However, experienced and senior project managers' priorities seemed slightly more affected by project type and sector. A session with experts in project management and teaching project management highlighted that the results for junior project managers could provide accents for introducing project management to students in higher education, provided the entire playing field of project management is also introduced., Design & Construction Management

Desarrollar la competencia en comunicación lingüística se antoja imprescindible para cumplir con las demandas universitarias y facilitar la inserción laboral del egresado. Sin embargo, el alumnado presenta sendas carencias al respecto. Ante esta situación, el presente estudio plantea el uso del Contrato de aprendizaje para solventar dichas limitaciones. Concretamente, el objetivo principal es analizar la influencia de esta estrategia innovadora en el desarrollo de habilidades orales y expositivas. Por consiguiente, se persigue describir las valoraciones otorgadas por el colectivo estudiantil de diferentes universidades respecto a los beneficios que les confiere la aplicación del Contrato de aprendizaje en su formación y hallar si existen diferencias significativas entre grupos interdisciplinares. Para ello, se elaboró un cuestionario ad hoc y se recogió la opinión de 403 estudiantes. Seguidamente, se efectuó un análisis descriptivo, así como un análisis inferencial no paramétrico mediante las pruebas de Kruskal Wallis y Games Howell. Los resultados constatan una mejora de las habilidades comunicativas relacionadas con socializar, trabajar en equipo, resolver problemas y tomar decisiones. Asimismo, al igual que concluyeron investigaciones anteriores, el Contrato de aprendizaje se erige como una grata opción para potenciar la competencia en comunicación lingüística, elemental para el desarrollo personal, social, académico y profesional del estudiante., Developing competence in linguistic communication is essential to meet university demands and facilitate the employability of graduates. However, students present significant deficiencies in this regard. In light of this situation, the present study proposes the use of the Learning Contract to address these limitations. Specifically, the main objective is to analyze the influence of this innovative strategy on the development of oral and presentation skills. Therefore, the aim is to describe the evaluations given by student collectives from different universities regarding the benefits that the application of the Learning Contract provides in their education and to determine if there are significant differences between interdisciplinary groups. To achieve this, an ad hoc questionnaire was developed, and the opinions of 403 students were collected. Subsequently, a descriptive analysis was conducted, as well as a non-parametric inferential analysis using Kruskal-Wallis and Games Howell tests. The results confirm an improvement in communicative competencies related to socializing, teamwork, problem solving, and decision-making. Furthermore, similar to previous research findings, the Learning Contract emerges as a favorable option to enhance competence in linguistic communication, which is essential for the personal, social, academic, and professional development of students

The competency-based curricular design allows Higher Education institutions to establish academic programs focused on the development of specific knowledge and capabilities. The objective of this research is to analyze the existing literature on the application of curricular design by competencies in Higher Education during the period 2019 to 2023. From this perspective, the PRISMA systematic review method was used, selecting 30 studies that met specific inclusion criteria. This made possible the synthesis of the evidence related to academic literature through the review of selected studies. The review was restricted to research in English focused on the development of competency-based curricular design in the field of Higher Education. Additionally, studies that did not specifically address these issues were excluded. The search was carried out in three academic databases: ERIC, Scopus and SciELO. The results of the systematic review provided insights into emerging patterns and trends in this field. It is concluded that this design promotes flexibility and adaptability in academic training, which enables institutions to respond to the changing demands of the labour market and society, thus ensuring relevant and updated education., O desenho curricular baseado em competências permite que as instituições de ensino superior estabeleçam programas acadêmicos focados no desenvolvimento de conhecimentos e capacidades específicas. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar a literatura existente sobre a aplicação do desenho curricular por competências no Ensino Superior durante o período de 2019 a 2023. Nessa perspectiva, foi utilizado o método de revisão sistemática PRISMA, selecionando 30 estudos, permitindo a síntese de evidências relacionadas à literatura acadêmica por meio da revisão de estudos que atenderam a critérios de inclusão específicos. Limitaram-se à investigação em inglês que se centrava no desenvolvimento de um desenho curricular baseado em competências no contexto do Ensino Superior. Além disso, foram excluídos estudos que não abordavam esses temas específicos. A busca foi realizada em três bases de dados acadêmicas: ERIC, Scopus e SciELO. Os resultados da revisão sistemática forneceram informações sobre padrões e tendências emergentes neste campo. Conclui-se que este desenho incentiva a flexibilidade e adaptabilidade na formação académica, permitindo às instituições responder às novas exigências do mercado de trabalho e da sociedade, garantindo assim uma educação relevante e atualizada., El diseño curricular por competencias permite a las instituciones de Educación Superior establecer programas académicos enfocados en el desarrollo de conocimientos específicos y capacidades. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la literatura existente sobre la aplicación del diseño curricular por competencias en la Educación Superior durante el periodo 2019 a 2023. Desde esta perspectiva, se empleó el método de revisión sistemática PRISMA, seleccionando 30 estudios que cumplían con criterios específicos de inclusión. Esto posibilitó la síntesis de la evidencia relacionada con la literatura académica a través de la verificación de los estudios seleccionados. La revisión se restringió a investigaciones en inglés centradas en el desarrollo del diseño curricular basado en competencias en el ámbito de la Educación Superior. Además, se excluyeron aquellos estudios que no abordaron de manera específica estos temas. La búsqueda se llevó a cabo en tres bases de datos académicos: ERIC, Scopus y SciELO. Los resultados de la comprobación sistemática proporcionaron información sobre patrones y tendencias emergentes en este campo. Se concluye que este diseño promueve la flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en la formación académica, lo cual capacita a las instituciones para responder a las cambiantes demandas del mercado laboral y la sociedad, asegurando así una educación pertinente y actualizada.

Digitization has produced a notable impact in the professional sphere, introducing changes in employment parallel to its development. This article focuses on analysing the influence that the aforementioned digitization has had on the logistics sector, taking into account the skills introduced and enhanced by this phenomenon, and specifically in national SMEs. For this, a bibliographic search was carried out, from which both academic literature and already published reports were collected, to later design a questionnaire disseminated to companies in the sector, various interviews with experts from different fields and a discussion group among them to extract contextualized information and contrast the revised one from the academics. Digitization has produced modifications in logistics, however, they haven’t been uniform changes and have affected multidimensionally. In addition, a review of the educational offers and curricula turns necessary to respond to digital development effectively., La digitalización ha producido un impacto notable en la esfera profesional, introduciendo alteraciones en el empleo paralelas a su desarrollo. El presente artículo se centra en analizar la influencia que la mencionada digitalización ha protagonizado en el sector de la logística, atendiendo a las competencias introducidas y potenciadas por este fenómeno, concretamente en las PYMES nacionales. Para ello, se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica de la que se recopiló tanto literatura académica como informes ya publicados, para posteriormente diseñar un cuestionario difundido a empresas del sector, diversas entrevistas a expertos de distintos ámbitos y un grupo de debate entre los mismos para extraer información contextualizada y contrastar la revisada de los académicos. La digitalización ha producido modificaciones en la logística, no obstante, no han sido cambio uniformes y han afectado multidimensionalmente. Además, resulta necesaria una revisión de la oferta y los currículos educativos para responder al desarrollo digital de forma efectiva.

Adipositas gilt als wesentliches Public-Health Problem. Folglich sind zielgruppenadäquate Therapieansätze zur Reduktion der enormen Adipositasprävalenz erforderlich. Die Digitalisierung der Patient:innenschulung bietet dafür Optimierungspotenziale, verlangt jedoch neue Kompetenzen von Schulungsanbietenden. Bildungswissenschaftliche Forschung offeriert diesbezüglich theoretische Grundlagen, welche der Konzeption von Weiterbildungen dient und zur Steigerung von Schulungswirksamkeit führt. Für die Adipositastherapie existieren keine Kompetenzmodellierungen und entsprechende Erhebungsinstrumente. Folglich wird eruiert, welche Kompetenzstrukturen zur Planung und Umsetzung digitaler Therapie benötigt werden. Die Konstruktion des Erhebungsinstruments basierte auf einer Literaturrecherche, um therapieadäquate Kompetenzkonzeptualisierungen zu erfassen. Mittels Inhaltsanalyse wurden Dimensionen und Items abgeleitet. Zur Absicherung und Optimierung des Fragebogens erfolgte eine Expert:innen-Befragung. Auf Grundlage bestehender Evidenz beinhaltet das Erhebungsinstrument drei Themenbereiche: therapieadäquate Kompetenzen, Kompetenzmoderatoren und demografische Angaben, die 16 Dimensionen (z. B. Medienanpassung, digitale Lernüberwachung) und 46 Frageitems umfassen. Aus der Expert:innenbefragung (n = 11) resultierten 40 Überarbeitungshinweise (z. B. zu Sprache und Inhalt). Die durchschnittliche Beantwortungszeit des Fragebogens betrug 8,8 Minuten. Mit dem vorliegenden Instrument wurden erstmalig literaturbasiert Kompetenzstrukturen für die Planung und Umsetzung digitaler Adipositastherapie identifiziert und durch Expert:innen abgesichert. Nach der geplanten Validierung besteht die Möglichkeit, den Einfluss von Kompetenzen auf Therapieeffektivität zu evaluieren, Rückschlüsse für die Konzeption von Aus- und Fortbildung abzuleiten und einen Beitrag zur Wirksamkeitssteigerung der Therapie zu leisten., Obesity is recognized to be a significant public health issue, necessitating targeted therapeutic approaches to reduce the mighty prevalence. The digitalization of patient education offers potential to enhance effectiveness, but requires new competencies from therapy providers. Educational science presents digital competence frameworks for designing training and enhancing educational outcomes. However, there is a lack of competence models or corresponding assessment tools for obesity therapy. Therefore, the objective is to determine competence structures for the planning and implementation of digital therapy. The development of the questionnaire involved a literature review to identify applicable competence conceptualizations. Content analysis was employed to extract dimensions and items. To validate the questionnaire, experts were interviewed. Based on literature, the questionnaire contains three subjects: therapy-appropriate competences, competence moderators, and demographic information, which comprise 16 dimensions (e.g., media adaptation, digital learning monitoring) in 46 items. Expert feedback (n = 11) resulted in 40 revisions on language and content. The average completion time was 8.8 minutes. For the first time, competence structures for the planning and implementation of digital obesity therapy were identified based on literature and expert interviews. Following the statistical validation, the influence of competences on therapy effectiveness can be investigated and conclusions can be drawn for training.

La sociedad actual demanda la adquisición de nuevas y varias competencias las mismas que tiene que estar entrelazadas y en consonancia con el aprendizaje que se imparte en los actuales centros educativos superiores. Por tal motivo, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar la percepción que tiene el estudiantado del grado en Pedagogía y de Maestro en Educación Infantil acerca de las propuestas de intervención realizadas en las aulas interdisciplinares. Para ello se utilizó una versión adaptada del Cuestionario de Percepción de los Docentes acerca del Programa Aula en el Bosque (CPDPAB). Además, se optó por un diseño no experimental, de carácter transversal y descriptivo en el que sólo se observa el fenómeno derivado del aula en su ambiente natural para su posterior análisis. La muestra está conformada por más de 100 participantes de los cuales 82 contestaron al cuestionario. Los resultados muestran un alto grado de acuerdo del estudiantado universitario en relación con la pertinencia del proyecto de enseñanza y los resultados de aprendizaje obtenidos en el aula interdisciplinar en la naturaleza. En conclusión, el estudio demuestra que Pedagogos y el profesorado de educación infantil en formación valoran las enseñanzas proyectadas y los aprendizajes adquiridos en un aula interdisciplinar, y son conscientes de que actuaciones conjuntas con enfoque coordinado e integral pueden asegurar que se adquieran las competencias necesarias para promover una educación sostenible y de calidad., Today's society demands the acquisition of new and diverse competences, which must be intertwined and in line with the learning that is taught in today's higher education centres. For this reason, the aim of this study is to analyse the perception that students of the Bachelor´s Degree in Pedagogy and the Bachelor´s Degree in Early Childhood Education have the intervention proposals carried out in interdisciplinary classrooms. To this end, an adapted version of the Questionnaire on Teachers' Perceptions of the Classroom in the Forest Program (QTPCFP) was used. In addition, a nonexperimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive design was chosen, in which only the phenomenon derived from the classroom in its natural environment was observed for subsequent analysis. The sample consisted of more than 100 participants, 82 of whom answered the questionnaire. The results show a high degree of agreement among the university students regarding the relevance of the teaching project and the learning outcomes obtained in the interdisciplinary classroom in nature. The Court of Justice of the European Union (“CJEU”) has requested a modification of its Statute to address the challenges arising from an increasing workload. The aim is to redefine the competence of the EU courts in order to enable them to continue to fulfill, within a reasonable time, the mission assigned to them by the drafters of the Treaties in Article 19(1) of the EU Treaty. (“TEU”), namely, ensuring that “the law is respected in the interpretation and application of the Treaties.” The reform specifically provides for a partial transfer of interpretative powers to the General Court (“TG”), combined with the power of the CJEU to deal with matters of particular relevance. Furthermore, the possibility of bringing an appeal to the CJEU will be limited if the appeal boards of the EU agencies have already carried out a legal review in the first instance. A number of safeguards will avoid a situation where the sharing of the workload between two different courts could have a negative effect on the uniformity and consistency of case law., El Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea (“TJUE”) ha solicitado una modificación de su Estatuto para hacer frente a los retos derivados de una carga de trabajo cada vez mayor. Orfèvreries mécaniques de haute technicité, ouvrages de fer, de cuivre et de laiton, les horloges font l’objet de commandes pour leur fabrication, leurs réparations et leur entretien régulier. Les sources comptables de la Flandre, du Hainaut, de l’Artois et de quelques villes des régions alentour du XIVe au XVIe siècle, dont certaines sont inédites, permettent d’entrevoir les carrières d’horlogers aux profils variés et de saisir la diversité de leurs activités. Ces professionnels sont aussi sollicités pour mettre leur expérience au profit d’ouvrages à l’extérieur de leur ville, lors de déplacements temporaires, ou pour expertiser d’autres travaux d’horlogerie. En plus de caractériser la figure de l’horloger, cette contribution s’intéresse à la transmission des compétences et des modèles au sein de ce réseau interrégional de professionnels.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka studentgolfspelares upplevelser och hanteringar av olika scenarier i den dubbla karriären. Studien genomfördes enligt en kvalitativ metod där deltagarna var nio män och en kvinna 20–32 år gamla (M=25,00, SD=3,79). Intervjuguiden var semi-strukturerad och togs fram med hjälp av Stödmodellen för dubbla karriärer från Linnér (2021) och även tidigare forskning exempelvis Linnér et al (2021). Data samlades in genom tio intervjuer och analyserades sedan med en tematisk analys small q. Baserat på de fyra kärnutmaningarna (som i forskning benämns som typ-scenarier) visade resultatet att majoriteten av deltagarna i studien prioriterade golf före studierna och därmed var studierna sekundära. Vidare visade resultatet att planering, struktur och prioritering var viktigt i vardagen i den dubbla karriären för att hantera olika scenarier framgångsrikt. Om deltagarna inte hanterade sin planering, struktur och prioritering rätt, kunde stress och dåliga resultat förekomma inom både golf och studier. Som stöd beskrev deltagarna en flexibel skola som var hjälpsam och en flexibel och stödjande miljö kring studentgolfspelaren. Vidare för att hantera olika scenarier nämndes att fokusera på rätt saker och göra en sak åt gången och detta ledde till självdisciplin som deltagarna nämnde som en central kompetens. Resultatet diskuterades i relation till tidigare forskning och Stödmodellen för dubbla karriärer och även implikationer och förslag på framtida forskning ges., The purpose of the study was to examine studentgolfplayers experiences and coping with different scenarios in their dual career. The study was conducted with a qualitative method and the participants were one female and nine men 20-32 years old (M=25,00, SD=3,79). The interview-guide was semi-structured and developed with the dual career assistance (DCA) framework from Linnér (2021) and also previous research, for example Linnér et al (2021). The data collection was assembled through ten interviews and then analyzed using the thematic analysis small q. Based on the four core-challenges (as reffered to in research as type-scenarios) the result showed that the majority of participants in this study prioritize golf before studies and therefore studies are secondary. Furthermore, the result show that planning, structure and prioritizing were important in everyday life in the dual career to handle the scenarios and be successful. If the participants did not handle their planning, structure and priorities right, stress and bad results in both golf and studies could occur. As support the participants described a flexible school that was helpful and also a flexible and supportive environment around the studentgolfer. Moreover, keeping focus and doing one thing at a time was mentioned to handle the scenarios and it all lead to self-discipline that the participants stated as a crucial competence. The result was discussed related to previous research and the DCA framework and also implications and suggestions for future research were implemented.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka studentgolfspelares upplevelser och hanteringar av scenarier inom den dubbla karriären med studier och elitkarriär inom golf. Studien genomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats och data samlades in genom 10 semistrukturerade intervjuer där deltagarnas ålder varierade mellan 20 och 32 år (M=25,00, SD=3,79). Intervjuguiden formades med utgångspunkt i stödmodellen för dubbla karriärer (Linnér, 2021) samt tidigare studier inom området, bland annat Linnér et al. (2021). Genom att fokusera på de fyra kärnutmaningarna (typ-scenarier), upprätthålla idrott, upprätthålla studier, upprätthålla idrott och studier samt upprätthålla privatliv analyserades all insamlade data genom en tematisk analys. Resultatet visade på att de största utmaningarna för att hantera scenarier var att planera och skapa en struktur för vardagen. Som stöd beskrevs en flexibel omgivning med människor som stöttar idrottaren både inom skolan och golfen som en trygghet hos deltagarna. De mest framträdande hanteringarna av utmanande scenarier var enligt resultatet: att hantera den tid som fanns, att prioritera bort det som inte var viktigt för stunden och att ta en sak i taget. Vidare diskuterades resultatet i relation till den tidigare forskningen samt stödmodellen, vilket följs upp med implikationer och förslag på framtida forskning samt en avslutande konklusion., The purpose of this study was to investigate student golfers' experiences and coping strategies of scenarios within the dual career. The study was of a qualitative nature where data collection was carried out through ten semi-structured interviews where the age of the participants varied between 20 and 32 years (M=25.00, SD=3.79). The interview guide was formed based on the dual career assistance (DCA) framework (Linnér, 2021) and previous studies in the area, including Linnér et al. (2021). Based on the four core challenges (type- scenarios), maintaining sports, studies, sports and studies, and maintaining personal life, the data was analyzed through a thematic analysis. The results showed that the biggest challenges for dealing with scenarios were planning and creating a structure for everyday life. Problems with planning could lead to stress and lack of results either in studies or sports, which contributed to a downward spiral. Important competences for getting through scenarios turned out to be prioritization in planning and knowing what is most important now. Self-discipline also emerged as an essential resource within the dual career. As support, a flexible environment with individuals who support the athlete in both school and golf was described as a source of security among the participants. According to the results, the most prominent coping strategies for challenging scenarios were: managing the time available, prioritizing what was important at the moment, and taking one thing at a time. Furthermore, the result was discussed in relation to the previous research and the DCA framework. This was followed up with implications and suggestions for future research as well as a conclusion.

Purpose: University learning of a group of competencies, also proposed by Bologna, is currently gaining importance: transversal competencies, already included in the OECD Competencies Report (2019) which, common to all university degrees, bring the student closer to a new reality and to a diverse professional future, where sustainable leaders will be one of the fundamental axes of any decision. Design/methodology/approach: The results of a massive survey that was carried out on how university students perceive and value these skills are analyzed, together with a series of qualitative interviews with employers, analyzing what deficiencies exist. Findings: The results show that soft skills are essential for the professional future of students and that they understand and value it. Likewise, it was observed that it is essential to establish a common system of certified recognition of these competences and that universities must develop instruments that facilitate their accreditation in the workplace through digital badges. implications: For its effective development, it is necessary to incorporate in the different degree studies a type of training anchored in the values and attitudes necessary to achieve a fairer and more balanced society, in line with what the Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4 and 8 mark. Purpose: This paper aims to research the strengths and weaknesses of service-learning programs in order to identify the challenges of their application, the educational possibilities of service-learning and the impact on students. Design/methodology/approach: An observational case study model was used, through a qualitative research approach based on participant observation. Additional data collection tools were used before and after the service-learning methodology; these included personal interviews, field diaries and videos. Data analysis was performed using Atlas.ti7 qualitative software. Findings: This paper shows the relevant educational possibilities of service-learning. Students have the potential to take action in response to social problems, using the professional skills they have learned in their degree program, encouraging their critical awareness through reflection processes and promoting their involvement as citizens engaged in their own reality. This work reveals both the strengths and weaknesses of service-learning programs, including the needs assessment, project-based learning, and partnership engagement, all of which are outlined as challenges in terms of their application. Research limitations: The findings of this qualitative paper pertain to one single case, but they are generalizable to related theories. Practical implications: This research could be used to a guide to begin or improve service-learning projects in higher education. Social implications: The findings on the social impact of service-learning for all the agents involved show the positive value of service-learning. Moreover, it shows service-learning is an efficient tool to introduce sustainability and the SDGs in the students’ curriculum. Occupational risk is the possibility that a worker suffers an illness or an accident at work. The incidence of people who suffer occupational accidents and deaths has increased in recent years, affecting the labor process and the worker. The objective of the research is to validate an occupational risk prevention program (PRL), to train industrial high school teachers in skills and determine their efficiency. The research design is mixed quasi-experimental pretest - posttest with a type of documentary, descriptive, exploratory and explanatory study, with a health approach to prevention and health promotion, structured in two phases. A first, diagnostic, using an instrument for measuring knowledge and occupational risks through google form applied in the Professional and Technical Institutes in Panama and in Darién, the second phase, of intervention to implement, validate the program (PRL) and measure its efficiency, during the months of May and June 2021, in the same Institutes. The results allowed to obtain the labor risks due to safety conditions, consequences derived from the working conditions; of physical, chemical, biological or environmental conditions; the characteristics of work and work organization in high school teachers, it is possible to validate the PRL risk prevention program obtaining a significance level of 0.005; With this research, it was concluded that replicating the program in industrial high school teachers contributes to training, generating new skills, and with the data obtained will allow the development of a multisectoral policy that supports the promotion of prevention, reduction of accidents and occupational diseases., El riesgo laboral es la posibilidad de que un trabajador sufra una enfermedad o un accidente laboral. La incidencia de las personas que sufren accidentes y fallecimientos laborales se ha incrementado en los últimos años, afectando el proceso laboral y al trabajador. El objetivo de la investigación es validar un programa de prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL), para formar en competencias a profesores del bachillerato industrial y determinar su eficiencia. El diseño de investigación es mixto cuasi experimental pretest - postest con un tipo de estudio descriptivo, exploratorio y explicativo, con un enfoque de salud hacia la prevención y promoción de la salud, estructurada en dos fases. Una primera, diagnóstica utilizando un instrumento de medición de conocimientos y riesgos laborales a través de google form aplicado en los Institutos Profesionales y Técnicos en Panamá y en Darién, la segunda fase, de intervención para implementar, validar el programa (PRL) y medir su eficiencia, durante los meses de mayo y junio del 2021, en los mismos Institutos. Los resultados permitieron obtener los riesgos laborales por condiciones de seguridad, consecuencias derivadas de las condiciones de trabajo; de origen físico, químico, biológico o condiciones medioambientales; las características del trabajo y de la organización del trabajo en los profesores del bachillerato, se logra validar el programa de prevención de riesgos PRL obteniendo un nivel de significación de 0.005; con esta investigación se concluyó que replicar el programa en profesores de los bachilleres industriales aporta a formar, generando nuevas competencias, y con los datos obtenidos permitirán elaborar una política multisectorial que apoye la promoción de la prevención, reducción de accidentes y enfermedades ocupacionales.

El presente artículo busca realizar un análisis de los perfiles demandados de los profesionales de marketing en España. Para ello, se ha realizado una investigación vinculando a empresas españolas de diferentes sectores consultando las necesidades e intereses demandados por ellas, en la contratación de perfiles de marketing. La investigación utiliza una metodología basada en encuestas online dirigida a directivos de rango alto en empresas de diferentes rubros. El estudio se realizó en el primer semestre del año 2022 y cuenta con una muestra de 68 empresas. Los resultados destacan los intereses y necesidades que demandan las empresas en estos perfiles y marcan pauta en las nuevas tendencias para la formación profesional en las universidades. Los perfiles de marketing están evolucionando a un ritmo muy ágil dadas las nuevas tendencias en el mercado y los conocimientos primordiales para poder ejercer esta profesión. Se identifican como prioritarias habilidades blandas específicas, conocimientos técnicos centrados en la gestión del marketing digital y herramientas técnicas enfocadas en el diseño gráfico, la programación e investigación de mercados. Como limitaciones, se resalta que el estudio se centra en el mercado español por lo que debe verse con cautela extrapolar sus resultados a otros países., This article makes an analysis of the demanded profiles of marketing professionals in Spain. For this, an investigation has been carried out linking Spanish companies from different sectors, exploring the needs and interests demanded by them, in the hiring of marketing profiles. The research uses a methodology based on online surveys aimed at high-ranking managers in companies of different sectors. The study was carried out in the first semester of 2022 and has a sample of 68 companies. The results highlight the interests and needs demanded by companies in these profiles, and they set new trends for marketing professionals in universities. Marketing profiles are evolving at a very fast pace given the new trends in the market and the essential knowledge to be able to practice this profession. The article identifies proprietary-specific soft skills, technical knowledge focused on digital marketing management and technical tools focused on graphic design, programming, and market research. As limitations, it is highlighted that the study focuses on the Spanish market, so extrapolation of its results to other countries should be viewed with caution.

At UNAN-Managua, has been carried out the curricular improvement process for undergraduate courses. In order to implement it, we have made a training process for academic teams (Curricular Commissions). It has been carried out during the following stages: construction of the curricular design of the careers, implementation and execution of the curriculum, and monitoring and evaluation. This study is qualitative educational research, which allowed a critical reflection about the information obtained – using the following techniques: observation, document review, focus groups and interviews– from the actors involved in the abovementioned processes. It is an inquiry in a continuous process, which is capturing the educational transformation operated by the application of the model to develop competence not only in teachers, but also in the students. The results have now enabled significant decisions to be made to improve their learning. We are aware that the quality of student learning depends to a large extent on teachers' knowledge of the model, integration strategies, active participatory methodology and the learning evaluation system. For that reason, the Vice Rector's Office for Teaching has designed a strategy for continuous improvement of their training, which has been implemented in 2022 in response to the needs expressed by teachers and students. In this way, the quality of teaching knowledge will be raised and the immediate effect will be better learning and improved student retention and promotion., En la UNAN-Managua, se ha realizado el proceso de perfeccionamiento curricular de las carreras de grado. Para implementarlo, se ha realizado un proceso de formación de los equipos de académicos (Comisiones curriculares), durante las etapas: construcción del diseño curricular de las carreras, implantación y ejecución del currículo y seguimiento y evaluación. Este estudio es una investigación educativa cualitativa, que ha permitido reflexionar de manera crítica sobre la información obtenida – utilizando las técnicas: observación, análisis documental, grupos focales y entrevistas – de los actores involucrados en los procesos arriba señalados. Es una indagación en proceso continuo, que va captando la transformación educativa operada por la aplicación del modelo para desarrollar competencia no solo en los docentes, sino en los estudiantes. Conscientes de que la calidad del aprendizaje de los estudiantes depende en gran medida del conocimiento de los docentes sobre el modelo, las estrategias de integración, la metodología activa participativa y sobre el sistema de evaluación de los aprendizajes, el Vicerrectorado de Docencia ha diseñado una estrategia de mejora continua de la formación de los mismos, la que se ha puesto en práctica en el año 2022 como respuesta a las necesidades expresadas por los docentes y los estudiantes. Las recomendaciones para la utilización no sexista de la lengua española son abundantes. Con el fin de descubrir si este criterio es efectivamente considerado en la evaluación de Trabajos de Fin de Grado, el estudio analiza las rúbricas de las universidades públicas presenciales de la Comunidad de Madrid para el grado en Educación Infantil, así como los documentos referidos a sus competencias profesionales y las recomendaciones de estilo de las propias instituciones. La lectura de estos documentos con perspectiva de género, sumada al cuestionario respondido por estudiantes de este título que han sometido la redacción de su trabajo a estas recomendaciones proporcionan los resultados, que son interpretados a la luz de los aportes de los estudios de lengua y género junto con el paradigma educativo de la evaluación competencial. In order to check whether they are taken into account when assessing Bachelor’s Dissertations, this research studies the rubrics used by on-site state universities in Madrid for the degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as the documents including this degree’s professional competences and the institutional style guidelines. The analysis of these papers from a gender perspective, together with the questionnaire answered by undergraduate students who followed these guidelines when writing their dissertation provided the results, which are interpreted according to the findings of language and gender studies and the educational paradigm of competence-based assessment. Beyond the transition to retirement, research rarely focuses on transitions in later life. This may be due to the absence of appropriate theoretical models. In order to remedy this, the article contains a theory-based reflection with the aim to work out aspects of educational offers for older people. It links the knowledge about ‘transitions in later life’, ‘skills and competencies’ to concepts of learning in later life. The systematic approach is based on a detailed review of the state of the art of the different concepts in the field of educational science and related academic disciplines. The analysis identifies the crucial aspects of different learning situations which help develop relevant competencies and skills useful for coping with transitions. Based on these reflections we derive some relevant features for programs to help develop older adults’ abilities to cope with transitions.

In the following years, the Council of Europe published further guides and frameworks to promote and frame a plurilingual and pluricultural approach to education, based on values of respect, openness and inclusion. The issue of inclusive education is focused on providing the high quality education for all learners through the process of introducing the changes concerning the educational approach and the modification of educational content depending on the learners’ individual needs for additional support. The analyses of inclusive policies and inclusive practice in Europe indicate that the characteristics of social context significantly impact the development of inclusive practice. Self-assessment for professional training is a vital condition for enhancing competences through continuous learning and reflexive practice with the aim of achieving the final learning outcomes of all pupils. The aim of the research was also to determine the dominance of certain ways of training within the regular professional training, in regard to the quality and availability of education and support for work that can be provided by the preschool institution where these teachers are employed. The sample comprises of 130 preschool teachers of the following preschool institutions in the north of Kosovo and Metohija. Taking into account the results of the conducted research, the respondents outlined as the most useful findings and skills that are necessary for working with children with disabilities the following ones: the identification of characteristics of certain difficulties among children, the adjustment of methods, ways of teaching, materials and space to working with children who need additional educational support, the creation of individual educational plan for a child who needs additional educational support and communication skills for working with parents.

The above can be conceived as an idea that produces changes through planned actions, at the same time contributing to the improvement of learning results, and trying to transform ideas, attitudes, content, cultures, models and classroom practices. The present proposal seeks to improve the pedagogical practice in Mechanical Physics, of the Systems Engineering program, since the contribution of this article focuses on reflecting on how digital narratives could enable the configuration of teaching didactics, which facilitate the transfer of knowledge. knowledge and establish learning strat-egies that allow better performance in science teaching. As a strategy, the implementation of virtual learning spaces has been considered relevant as a means for the dissemination of academic productions built from the know-how in context., El uso de las nuevas tecnologías en las prácticas pedagógicas son un desafío de innovación en el aula, que fortalecen el desarrollo de experiencias formativas autónomas colaborativas, que asisten la práctica reflexiva y la innovación escolar. Lo anterior se puede concebir, como una idea que produce cambios a través de acciones planificadas, a la vez contribuyen en la mejora de los resultados de aprendizajes, y tratan de transformar ideas, actitudes,contenidos, culturas, modelos y prácticas de aula. La presente propuesta, busca mejorar la práctica pedagógica en Física Mecánica, del programa de Ingeniería de sistemas, dado que el aporte de este artículo se enfoca en reflexionar, como las narrativas digitales podrían posibilitar la configuración de didácticas de enseñanza, que faciliten la transferencia del conocimiento y establecer estrategias de aprendizaje que permitan mejores desempeños en la enseñanza de las ciencias. Todo lo anterior se evidencia con la articulación del storytelling en lo que respecta a desarrollar las competencias en los estudiantes. El texto aborda el resultado del análisis documental de estudios sobre «pensamiento computacional», «competencias digitales» y «competencias STEAM» (science, technology, arts, engineering and mathematics/ciencia, tecnología, artes, ingeniería y matemáticas), centrado en un contexto de «sociedad 5.0» y de «ecosistemas digitales», como parte de los antecedentes de una investigación doctoral. El análisis permitió conocer las tendencias y los objetivos de investigación en este campo educativo, la postura de los autores (hombres y mujeres) y su contribución frente al pensamiento computacional. La metodología se fundamentó en el análisis de 112 investigaciones reportadas entre 2015 y 2020 en bases de datos. Se determinó que el pensamiento computacional es considerado un tema emergente y de gran importancia para resolver problemas en una sociedad inmersa en la era tecnológica y digital; que el pensamiento computacional se debe promover desde temprana edad a través de pedagogías diversas, las cuales, adicionalmente, promuevan las competencias digitales y las competencias STEAM en el contexto de una sociedad 5.0; y, por otro lado, que el concepto no está ampliamente desarrollado en el mundo Iberoamericano, siendo escasos los estudios en Colombia., The text addresses the result of the documentary analysis of studies on «computational thinking», «digital skills» and «STEAM skills» (science, technology, arts, engineering and mathematics), focused on a context of «society 5.0» and «digital ecosystems», as part of the background of a doctoral research. The analysis allowed to know the trends and research objectives in this educational field, the position of the authors (men and women) and their contribution to computational thinking. El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar teóricamente la importancia del currículo basado en competencias en el contexto actual tomando el libro didáctico como guía en la orientación del aprendizaje desarrollador. El estudio se sustentó en toda la teoría del Enfoque Histórico Cultural y la didáctica desarrolladora, con la utilización del método histórico – lógico y el análisis – síntesis como procedimiento, se ponderó en el mismo; el valor que se le atribuye a la formación de competencias en la universidad y la necesidad de favorecer esta formación desde la orientación del aprendizaje con el uso de medios, especialmente libros didácticos. Los principales resultados muestran que las competencias profesionales no se pueden reducir a un saber o saber-hacer, se requiere de un diseño curricular que garantice la preparación integral y flexible del estudiante, mediante la promoción de aprendizajes desarrolladores desde la orientación del aprendizaje a través del libro didáctico.

L’objectif principal de cet essai vise à analyser la cohérence des facultés et programmes de l’Université de Sherbrooke avec le contexte d’urgence lié aux crises systémiques. En effet, l’année 2023 est le théâtre dramatique de nombreux records historiques liés aux changements climatiques et à l’effondrement de la biodiversité. En faisant le constat de la dépendance de la société moderne aux énergies fossiles, de l’illusion d’abondance qui la berce et de l’optimisme technologique, il est possible d’expliquer pourquoi l’Amérique du Nord s’éloigne de ses objectifs de transition. Le mode de vie québécois n’est pas soutenable et pèse dans la balance en faveur d’un effondrement systémique. Face à l’avenir sombre qui se dessine, l’Université de Sherbrooke rayonne par sa proactivité en développement durable. Première université mondiale au classement STARS en 2023 et carboneutre, elle s’engage fermement dans la formation d’écocitoyens. Mais est-il possible de remettre en question les programmes de la première université mondiale en développement durable? L’analyse critique de ses programmes et de sa structure a révélé qu’ils n’étaient pas alignés avec le consensus scientifique autour du concept de sobriété. Et qu’au contraire, son rôle qui se doit normalement d’être neutre dans la société, est fortement influencé par l’idéologie mercantile. Aggravé par la mainmise du gouvernement qui la considère comme une entreprise du savoir, elle répond davantage à des objectifs de performance plutôt qu’à son rôle fondamental de former au savoir critique. The paper discusses the challenges of foreign language teacher preparation in Slovakia and Poland resulting from observed tendencies such as digitalisation, mobility and specialisation of disciplines. The background for these reflections on the state of teacher training education is the document European Profile for Language Teacher Education – a Frame of Reference (2004) and DigComp 2.2 The Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (2022), which point out the main fields essential for the development of high-quality foreign language teachers in terms of digital, life and entrepreneurial competences. The authors of the paper analyze example curricula at two universities, one in Poland (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań) and one in Slovakia (Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra) to answer the following research questions: how will future foreign language teachers be supported in developing their competences at the tertiary level? How do the current foreign language teacher training curricula at universities in Slovakia and Poland incorporate the need for the development of new competences? Diese Masterarbeit beschäftigt sich zum einen mit der vor 14 Jahren erfolgten Umstellung des Diplomcurriculums Übersetzen und Dolmetschen auf das Bachelor- und Mastercurriculum Translationswissenschaft, zum anderen mit den Berufsfeldern von Alumni des Bachelor- beziehungsweise Masterstudiums und den von diesen im Studium erworbenen Kompetenzen. Die Curricula wurden auf Unterschiede und Veränderungen in Bezug auf die zu vermittelnden Kompetenzen, Qualifikationsprofile und Studieninhalte im Kontext des Bolognaprozesses untersucht. Es wurde im Rahmen einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse festgestellt, dass im Umstellungsprozess von Diplom auf Bachelor und Master zwar Veränderungen am Curriculum vorgenommen wurden, diese aber bedeutend signifikanter hätten ausfallen können. Die Alumni des Bachelor und Master Translationswissenschaft wurden Rahmen einer Onlineumfrage zu ihren Berufsfeldern direkt nach dem Studium und heute befragt. Außerdem wurden die Alumni gebeten, ihr Studium rückblickend, speziell in Hinblick auf den Kompetenzerwerb laut Qualifikationsprofil zu bewerten. Hier zeigen sich in bestimmten Fächergruppen und in Hinblick auf die mit diesen zusammenhängenden Kompetenzen Potentiale., This Master's thesis focusses on the one hand on the transition from the Diploma curriculum in Translation and Interpreting to the Bachelor's and Master's curriculum in Translation Studies 14 years ago, and on the other hand with the occupational fields of alumni of the Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes and the competences they acquired during their studies. The curricula were examined for differences and changes with regard to the competences to be taught, qualification profiles and study content in the context of the Bologna process. Within the framework of a qualitative content analysis, it was determined that although changes were made to the curriculum in the transition process from Diploma to Bachelor and Master, these could have been more significant. Alumni of the Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in Translation Studies were asked in an online survey about their professional fields directly after graduation and today. In addition, the alumni were asked to evaluate their studies retrospectively, especially with regard to the acquisition of competences according to the qualification profile. The research analyses the current situation of legal education in Latvia, Germany and United Kingdom. The current changes in the Latvian higher legal education system are mainly related to the introduction of the centralized lawyer qualification exam. The research aim is to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the centralized lawyer qualification exam, to offer practical solutions for improving the quality of higher education. The following primary methods have been used in the study: in order to assess the applicability of the new solutions in Latvia, the study analyzed the materials for the development of normative legal acts, opinions of lawyers and scientific literature. A summative content analysis was performed. In addition, the study is based on an analysis of the historical and contemporary experiences of United Kingdom and Germany. As a result of the analysis, it has been concluded that it is necessary to transform legal education programs not only at the master's level, but also at the bachelor's level. The future work will include the implementation of empirical studies in the field of analysis of training programs in Latvia. The research novelty: the research covers the challenges of implementing new measures and assesses the role of different actors in the transformation process.

The modern logistics business world is changing and presents new challenges to companies, so it is currently necessary to pay attention to the competence of employees, but also to predict which of these competences will be necessary in the future. The aim of the this work was to research the competences of Vilnius College of Technologies and Design Transport Logistics graduates from the point of view of employers. Based on scientific literature and in dept interview of Lithuanian transport and logistics companies’ managers, the article reveals the significance of qualified transport logistics specialists. It presents the analysis of the competences of Vilnius College of Technology and Design Transport Logistics graduates. According to experts, 88.5 percent of Transport Logistics graduates of the Vilnius College of Technology and Design have very good knowledge and skills. They are zealous, possessing not only theoretical but also practical knowledge. They are able to analyse practical situations, not afraid of challenges.

For effective Continuing Vocational Education and Training (CVET), a field of reference is needed. This can either be established through the concept of occupation (CO) or the actual job role. The concept of occupation can sociologically be understood as a community of practice of specialized people with particular qualifications and competences and therefore perform subtasks of larger groups and communities. “Members of this specialized community of practice gain knowledge about work processes, how to optimize procedures, and develop specific tools” [1]. Occupations are defined as social forms, whose members are similar to each other and different from others [2]. Organizational professions are understood as bundles of skills. The Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany (Kultusministerkonferenz, KMK) suggests a Concept of Capacity to Act (CCA) which can serve as an instruction for further vocational education. It is described as the individual's willingness and ability to behave in professional and social situations in an appropriately thought-out and individually and socially responsible manner [3] The CCA comprises the components of professional, social and personal competence, linked by methodological, learning and communication competence. These competence dimensions denote a leitmotif for the professional learning activities and processes. The occupation serves as a frame of reference for further education and training activities in the case of the professional community of practice, which is based on a group of people working in the field, with identical or very similar training and similar experiential process knowledge. Le stress élevé perçu lors des conflits de rôles, les problèmes liés à la santé psychologique et l’absentéisme observé dans les entreprises témoignent du besoin de conciliation travail-vie personnelle (CTVP) chez les personnes en emploi. Les organisations sont appelées à devenir des acteurs importants pour soutenir la CTVP. D’ailleurs, en contexte de grande organisation, les professionnels en ressources humaines (PRH) sont les personnes les plus souvent désignées pour favoriser la CTVP. Par la pluralité de leurs rôles qui permet un alignement stratégique, fonctionnel, relationnel et de développement au niveau RH, les PRH font usage d’une variété de compétences pour mettre en oeuvre des pratiques favorisant la CTVP. Des ressources et des contraintes extra-organisationnelles, organisationnelles, fonctionnelles, professionnelles, etc., soutiennent ou limitent les PRH dans leurs pratiques. À l’heure actuelle, très peu d’études se sont intéressées à ce que font les PRH pour soutenir la CTVP en organisation. Cette étude exploratoire offre un premier cadre de référence pour comprendre les pratiques mises en oeuvre par les PRH en grande organisation pour favoriser la CTVP et leurs conditions d’application. Adoptant une approche qualitative, les résultats de l’étude sont fondés sur des entrevues semi-dirigées menées auprès de 15 PRH de grandes organisations et membres de l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) au Québec. L’analyse des résultats a permis d’identifier 93 pratiques mises en oeuvre par les PRH pour favoriser la CTVP ainsi que 114 ressources et 96 contraintes qui ont une incidence sur celles-ci. Les résultats permettent d’établir une nouvelle taxinomie faisant ressortir 8 rôles et 27 compétences auxquels se rattachent les pratiques des PRH spécifiquement à la CTVP. L’educació en enginyeria ha anat evolucionant durant l’últim segle, amb canvis basats en l’observació de coses que no funcionaven i que calia millorar, però no en un estudi sistemàtic i científic de les necessitats específiques de l’enginyeria en educació. Amb l’actual maduresa del camp de recerca en educació de l’enginyeria, s’està produint una profunda reflexió sobre el que caldria canviar per tenir una educació de més qualitat en enginyeria. Aquest article presenta, de manera molt esquemàtica, d’on venim i cap a on anem  actualment en l’educació de l’enginyeria., Engineering education has been evolving over the last century, with changes based on the observation of things that were not working and that needed to be improved rather than on a systematic scientific study of the specific needs of education in engineering. With the maturity now reached in the field of engineering education research, an in-depth reflection is being made on what needs to be changed in order to achieve a higher quality of education in engineering. Introduction: The 2030 Agenda regards Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) as an essential tool to address the major challenges of today's global transformations. The university promotes a wide range of teaching initiatives to deploy sustainability competences (SC), although the impact of most of them on learning is unknown. The objective of this paper is to examine from a students’ perspective, and according to a proposed instrument, the cognitive, social, emotional and behavioural learning outcomes of ESD practice, the development of the creativity competence based on SDG6: Clean Water and Sanitation. This paper starts with a literature review of the ESD concept and scope of its implementation especially in the Spanish university context, and later presents the methodology, findings and related discussion. Method: A mixed research project was conducted. A qualitative approach was initially used with two discussion groups, and subsequently a quantitative approach was applied, based on an ad-hoc questionnaire distributed to 149 students in the penultimate year of the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies at the University of Deusto (UD), once they had completed their practice engagement. A total of 121 responses were obtained. Outcomes: Students reported that they had increased their knowledge of SDGs and awareness of the importance of water, and thought that they will behave more responsibly with regard to water. Although necessary, they found the sustainability training they had received to be limited. They also showed motivation and a favourable attitude to take on similar training challenges and engage in solving social problems. Discussion: Students' practice and attitude provide an excellent opportunity to contribute to the promotion of sustainability. Proposals for improvement are put forward., Introducción: La Agenda 2030 considera la Educación en Desarrollo Sostenible (EDS) una herramienta esencial para afrontar los enormes desafíos actuales que exigen transformaciones globales. La universidad promueve múltiples iniciativas docentes para desplegar las competencias en sostenibilidad (CS), aunque de la mayoría se desconoce su impacto en el aprendizaje. El objetivo de este artículo es evaluar desde la perspectiva del alumnado y según un instrumento propuesto, los resultados de aprendizaje cognitivos, socioemocionales y comportamentales de una práctica sobre EDS, el desarrollo de la competencia creatividad en base al ODS6: Agua limpia y saneamiento. Se inicia con una revisión literaria de la conceptualización de la EDS y del alcance de su implantación, especialmente en el contexto universitario español, siguen la metodología, los resultados y su discusión. Método: Una investigación de tipo mixto. Inicialmente de tipo cualitativo con el desarrollo de dos grupos de discusión y posteriormente de tipo cuantitativo en base a un cuestionario diseñado ad hoc que se distribuyó a los 149 alumnos del penúltimo curso de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Deusto (UD), una vez finalizada la práctica. Se obtuvieron 121 respuestas. Resultados: Los alumnos perciben que han aumentado sus conocimientos sobre los ODS y la conciencia sobre la importancia del agua y creen que su comportamiento sobre ella será más responsable. Aunque necesaria, consideran reducida la formación sobre sostenibilidad recibida. Manifiestan motivación y una actitud favorable para abordar retos formativos similares y comprometerse en la solución de los problemas sociales. Discusión: La práctica y la actitud del alumnado suponen una excelente oportunidad para contribuir al impulso de la sostenibilidad. Se plantean propuestas de mejora.

The capacity of a country to benefit from Industry 4.0 will depend on the availability and affordability of advanced digital production technologies, the appropriate level and mix of technological and social-emotional skills and industrial capabilities. These skills need to be developed and implemented from elementary education. In the case of students who are already studying or are about to enter higher education, it is recommended to implement complementary programs that focus on the student and their knowledge gaps, thus contributing to the achievement of the digital transition challenges that the country faces. This study compiles the skills to be developed for the digital transition and explores the successful implementation cases of three countries in the Latin American and Caribbean region, identifying the key actors and actions to be considered, later, in a country-wide roadmap., La capacité d'un pays à se bénéficier de l'industrie 4.0 dépendra de la disponibilité et de l'accessibilité financière des technologies de production numérique avancées, ainsi que du niveau et combinaison appropriés de compétences technologiques et socio-émotionnelles ainsi que des capacités industrielles. Ces compétences doivent être développées et mises en œuvre dès l'éducation de base. Dans le cas des étudiants qui étudient déjà ou sont sur le point d'entrer dans l'enseignement supérieur, il est recommandé de mettre en œuvre des programmes complémentaires axés sur l'étudiant et ses lacunes en matière de connaissances, contribuant ainsi à relever les défis de la transition numérique auxquels le pays est confronté. This article presents descriptive research whose objective was to diagnose the development of literary competence in high school students. A univariate, cross-sectional field design was used. The study was carried out in eight official institutions of nucleus 918 of Comuna 4 of Medellín. The population was 719 students. The sample was stratified probabilistic, made up of 208 students. A Literary Competence Questionnaire was applied, with a validity of 0.85, and a reliability of 0.89. The result showed that no student achieved superior performance. 69.23% was located in the regular category, only 17.79% was located in sufficient and 0.48% was insufficient. What they dominate the most is the identification of elements of the narrative; the greatest weakness is in analyzing intertextual relationships and formulating interpretation hypotheses based on these. It was concluded that students have serious weaknesses in the development of literary competence, and this may affect their continuity in subsequent educational levels, and limit their comprehensive and critical capacity. In the introduction, the problem, the question, and the objectives are presented, and theoretical elements are provided as the basis of the investigation. The materials and methods section includes context data, methodological criteria, and procedures performed. In the results, the findings are incorporated, and in the discussion, the findings are linked to previous investigations, and the consequences of the results are deduced. Finally, the conclusions answer the objectives and the research question., Este artículo presenta una investigación descriptiva cuyo objetivo fue diagnosticar el desarrollo de la competencia literaria en estudiantes de educación media. Se utilizó un diseño de campo transeccional, univariable. El estudio se realizó en ocho instituciones oficiales del núcleo 918 de la Comuna 4 de Medellín. La población fue de 719 estudiantes. La muestra fue probabilística estratificada, conformada por 208 estudiantes. Se aplicó un Cuestionario de competencia literaria, con una validez de 0,85, y confiabilidad de 0,89. El resultado mostró que ningún escolar logró desempeño superior. El 69,23% se ubicó en la categoría regular, solo el 17,79% se ubicó en suficiente y el 0,48% fue insuficiente. Lo que más dominan es la identificación de elementos de la narración; la mayor debilidad está en analizar relaciones intertextuales y formular hipótesis de interpretación a partir de estas. Se concluyó que los estudiantes tienen graves debilidades en el desarrollo de la competencia literaria, y esto puede repercutir en su continuidad en niveles educativos posteriores, y limitar su capacidad comprensiva y critica. En la introducción se presenta la problemática, la pregunta y los objetivos, y se aportan elementos teóricos como base de la investigación. En el apartado de materiales y métodos se incluyen datos del contexto, criterios metodológicos y procedimientos realizados. En los resultados se incorporan los hallazgos, y en la discusión se vincula lo encontrado con investigaciones previas y se deducen las consecuencias de los resultados. Por último, en las conclusiones se da respuesta a los objetivos y a la pregunta de investigación.

El propósito del artículo es analizar cuál es el papel que juega la estrategia del aula invertida durante el aprendizaje de la investigación en comunicación en estudiantes universitarios de pregrado. La investigación se realizó sobre la base del diseño cuasi experimental, aplicando una pre y post prueba al grupo experimental y al grupo control. La muestra lo conformaron 50 estudiantes (sección 1 y 2) de Ciencias de la Comunicación de la Universidad Nacional Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo matriculados en la asignatura de investigación en comunicación en el semestre 2021-I. Se aplicó la rúbrica y la lista de cotejo para medir las variables y los resultados que fueron analizados mediante estadísticas descriptivas y la T-Studnt. Se concluyó que a pesar de todos los obstáculos que enfrenta la estrategia del aula invertida durante el proceso de aprendizaje por competencias, los datos resultantes de la presente investigación demuestran fehacientemente la eficacia de dicha estrategia en los procesos educativos debido a que se identificaron diferencias significativas en el logro de aprendizaje de investigación en comunicación entre el grupo control y experimental, siendo este último el que alcanzó niveles altos de logro., The purpose of the article is to analyze what is the contribution of the invested classroom strategy in the achievement of learning in communication research in undergraduate university students. The study design was quasi-experimental with pre-and post-test to the experimental and control group. The sample was made up of 50 students (section 1 and 2) of Communication Sciences of the Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo National University (UNASAM) enrolled in the communication research subject in the 2021-I semester. The rubric and the checklist were applied to measure the variables and results that were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the T-Studnt. It was concluded that despite all the obstacles faced by the application of the flipped classroom strategy for the achievement of competency-based learning, the data resulting from the present research reliably demonstrate the effectiveness of this 4 strategy in educational processes because significant differences were identified in the achievement of research learning in communication between the control and experimental group, the latter being the one that reached high levels of achievement.

The article evaluates planning curriculum relevance, in light of the skills that define the urban planner of the 21st century. Using the case study as a method, the substantive core of the 2015 Study Plan of the Bachelor of Territorial Planning of the Faculty of Urban and Regional Planning of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico is analyzed to contrast its purposes in the field of competences and professional performance surroundings. Usando como método el caso de estudio, se analiza el núcleo sustantivo del Plan de Estudios 2015 de la Licenciatura en Planeación Territorial de la Facultad de Planeación Urbana y Regional de Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México para contrastar sus propósitos en el ámbito de las competencias y los ámbitos de desempeño profesional. The following paper aims to analyse the perceptions or images of a good university student and to identify the competences needed to be a good student, according to the implicit theories held by first and second year teachers of the University Teacher Training Course in Biology at the Faculty of Exact, Chemical and Natural Sciences of the National University of Misiones. The methodological approach of the research is mixed and of flexible design. The instruments used were the questionnaire and the interview. From the analysis of the data, it can be seen that the teachers consider that a good student should have transversal competences such as teamwork, autonomy and time organisation. They also mentioned study habits which would be related to causal and linear learning linked to direct and interpretative theory. For women and men, students possess instrumental and interpersonal transversal competences; men add systemic competences. The accompaniment strategies mentioned by the teachers coincide with their conception of learning., La siguiente comunicación tiene como objetivos analizar las percepciones o imágenes acerca del buen estudiante universitario e identificar las competencias necesarias para serlo, según las teorías implícitas que poseen los y las docentes de primero y segundo año del Profesorado Universitario en Biología de la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, Químicas y Naturales de la Universidad Nacional de Misiones. El enfoque metodológico de la investigación es mixto y de diseño flexible. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario y la entrevista.Del análisis de los datos se observa que las y los docentes consideran que un buen estudiante debe poseer competencias transversales como trabajo en equipo, autonomía y organización del tiempo. Además mencionan hábitos de estudio que se relacionaría con un aprendizaje causal y lineal ligada a la teoría directa e interpretativa. Para mujeres y varones el estudiantado posee competencias transversales instrumentales e interpersonales; los varones agregan las sistémicas. Las estrategias de acompañamiento mencionadas por los y las docentes coincidirían con la concepción de aprendizaje que sustentan.

The objective of the research was to study how to enhance the role of local governments in the local development of underdeveloped countries. This article reviews the concepts of territory, local development, government, municipalities, new government competencies, local development initiatives, relationships between municipalities and the importance of regional unity for local development. Globalizing processes are related to the neoliberal pretence of subordinating state powers to the market. To do this, the roles of local actors must be changed as the only way to counteract the work of neoliberal globalization. It concludes that government and local actors are at the heart of the local development process and must be genuinely involved in the process during the initial diagnosis, planning, implementation, control and distribution of the benefits obtained., El objetivo de la investigación fue estudiar cómo potenciar el papel de los gobiernos locales en el desarrollo local de los países subdesarrollados. Este artículo hace una revisión de los conceptos de territorio, desarrollo local, gobierno, municipios, nuevas competencias de los gobiernos, iniciativas de desarrollo local, relaciones entre los municipios e importancia de la unidad regional para el desarrollo local. Se relacionan los procesos globalizadores con la pretensión neoliberal de subordinar al mercado los poderes estatales. Para ello se deben cambiar los roles de los actores locales como única forma de contrarrestar la labor de zapa de la globalización neoliberal. Se concluye que el gobierno y los actores locales son la esencia del proceso de desarrollo local y deben tener participación real en el proceso durante el diagnóstico inicial, la planificación, ejecución, control y reparto de los beneficios obtenidos.

The transformation of societies and economies towards climate neutrality is a highly complex multi-sectoral and multi-level challenge. This paper examines the multi-level dimension of climate policy with particular reference to the European legal framework and the example of Germany. It analyses how regional and local governments are engaged and whether, in this regard, the existing arrangements of multi-level climate governance can be considered adequate and effective. In the light of the basic principles of federalism theory and in view of the – failed – German multi-level approaches to energy transition it is concluded, in particular, that federal climate governance must build not only on European and national objectives but also on regional and local climate targets and policy planning schemes as a means of both ensuring sufficient transformation efforts and preserving as much autonomy as possible for regional and local communities.

Nell’ambito del Terzo Settore, il discorso sull’innovazione è sempre più presente, anche se in ritardo rispetto ad altri ambiti organizzativi (Yun, 2017), ma rischia di essere un dogma intorno al quale insistere su una prospettiva di sviluppo che è stata solo in parte interiorizzata dalla gran parte delle Organizzazioni di Terzo Settore (Fazzi, 2020), più inclini a innovazioni incrementali che a grandi trasformazioni organizzative. Questo rischio si è fatto ancora più evidente a seguito della pandemia da Covid-19, che ha portato a forme e processi di innovazione forzata, crescente e a tratti invadente a diversi livelli del mondo della cooperazione, coinvolgendo tutti i ranghi. I dirigenti, ma soprattutto i ruoli intermedi, sono stati costretti, volenti o nolenti, a far fronte alla pressione dal basso e dall’alto: nuovi bisogni e domande degli utenti e delle loro famiglie, ma anche dei committenti e regolatori e delle organizzazioni stesse. Nel periodo della pandemia, i coordinatori di servizi e i direttori delle cooperative hanno dovuto identificare strategie per adattare i processi e le procedure alle restrizioni imposte, per garantire la sicurezza, affrontando bilanci in sofferenza e fornendo risposte concrete a famiglie e utenti che si sono visti improvvisamente privati dell’importante funzione socioeducativa, sociolavorativa e socioassistenziale che tali servizi avevano fino ad allora garantito. In questa ricerca, dunque, metto a fuoco le competenze connesse al ruolo dell’OI manager nel terzo settore, a partire dalla mia esperienza quale referente del COI, nel tentativo di costruire un modello più esplicito di questo profilo professionale, da un lato esplorando il mio agire professionale, dall’altro confrontando tali competenze attraverso interviste in profondità e l’analisi di ricerche pre-esistenti. The OI manager must be able then to facilitate and accompany processes that foster awareness for the social cooperatives of being part of an ecosystem made by a plurality of institutions and relations between the subjects that are part of it. The existing literature review on OI processes or profiles underlies a strong focus on profit sector and ICT, who embraces an idea of innovation totally different from the NPOs world. Why the profit competences of an OI manager aren’t enough for the NPOs world? Empirical research in recent years reveals the existence of widespread obstacles to innovation by social enterprises, a part of which still appears to be linked to organizational models and cultures structurally not suited to innovation (Fazzi, 2014). Innovation is a product of highly articulated political and economic social processes that encompass both people and organizations and the contexts and general conditions in which they operate. The idea of an ecosystem as an object of policies means that changes must concern not only social enterprises, but also the regulation, promotion and control systems, inter-organizational relations and welfare cultures that are humus of change (Fazzi 2018).

A promulgación da LOMLOE no ano 2020 supuxo un impulso á aprendizaxe baseada en competencias (AbC) en todos os niveis educativos. Así pois, no presente TFG proponse a elaboración dun proxecto de formación para o profesorado de Educación Primaria de Galicia, onde a temática principal serán as metodoloxías de ensino que favorezan unha aprendizaxe competencial no alumnado, ao amparo da normativa da Comunidade Autónoma sobre a ordenación e o currículo de Primaria. Por tanto, enmárcase dentro da modalidade de deseño dun proxecto de intervención. Para iso, previamente realizarase unha revisión bibliográfica sobre a aprendizaxe baseada en competencias, estudando a evolución dos paradigmas formativos ata a súa chegada e indagando sobre a relevancia da mesma para o ámbito educativo. Seguidamente, procederase a facer unha análise diagnóstica e documental co fin de concretar as necesidades que sustenten a base do desenvolvemento do proxecto. Tomando como referencia cada un dos apartados anteriores deseñarase o proxecto, o cal estará centrado en dúas metodoloxías de ensino, a aprendizaxe baseada en proxectos e a aprendizaxe-servizo, as cales serán introducidas a través dun enfoque integral e práctico co fin de favorecer a súa aplicabilidade na aula, La promulgación de la LOMLOE en el año 2020 supuso un impulso al aprendizaje basado en competencias en todos los niveles educativos. Así pues, en el presente TFG se propone la elaboración de un proyecto de formación para el profesorado de Educación Primaria de Galicia, donde la temática principal serán las metodologías de enseñanza que favorezcan un aprendizaje competencial en el alumnado, al amparo de la normativa de la Comunidad Autónoma sobre la ordenación y el currículo de Primaria. Por tanto, se enmarca en la modalidad de diseño de un proyecto de intervención. Para eso, previamente se realizará una revisión bibliográfica sobre el aprendizaje basado en competencias, estudiando la evolución de los paradigmas formativos hasta su llegada e indagando sobre la relevancia de esta para el ámbito educativo. Seguidamente, se procederá a hacer un análisis diagnóstica y documental con el fin de concretar y determinar las necesidades que sustenten la base del desarrollo del proyecto. For this reason, it will be framed within the design modality of an intervention project. In order to do so, I will carry out a bibliographical revision about competence-based learning, study the educational models until its arrival and researching about the relevance of these in the educational field. Thereafter, I will proceed to make a diagnostical and documentary analysis so as to settle on the necessities which lay the foundations for the development of the project. The design of this project will be carried out taking as model each of the sections previously mentioned, which means that it will be focused on two teaching methodologies: project- based learning and service-learning. Both of these will be introduced through a practical and built-in scope which aims to favour its future application in the classroom
