The Triple Helix interactions among different institutions have become increasingly important for science and technology development. In this study, we explore the synergic effect of the Triple Helix relationships of universities, industries, and governments in the field of climate change from the perspectives of vertical evolution and horizontal comparison. T indicators are utilized to measure the bilateral and trilateral institutional information transfer quantity based on the Web of Science core collection database from 2001 to 2021. The results indicated that the UIG collaborative innovation system of climate change is basically formed, but the synergic effect has been continuously eroded in recent years. In addition, we focus on a more detailed comparison among different topics and countries. Recently, open access has gradually become an important publishing model in scientific research, while the academic purification effect of open access on flawed publications needs to be further explored. In this study, we use the methods of entropy balancing matching (EBM) and difference in difference (DID) in causal inference to examine the academic purification effect of different open access levels. The results show that in the retraction speed, limited open access papers had the slowest retraction speed, non‐open access had the second and full open access had the fastest, reflecting the best performance of full open access in the detection of problematic papers. As for post‐retraction citation changes, the citation of limited open access papers declined slightly slower than that of non‐open access papers after retraction, while the citation of full open access papers showed an increase rather than a decrease. As interdisciplinary research attracts more attention, interdisciplinarity has become a significant factor to be explored for scientific impact. This study explored the influence of interdisciplinarity on scientific impact in the field of climate change, based on Web of Science data. Taking newly‐developed indicator DIV* and its components as interdisciplinarity measures, we used OLS regression and topic analysis to analyze their relationships with short‐term and long‐term scientific impact, respectively. We found that DIV* had an inverted U‐shaped relationship with scientific impact in overall positive correlation, and both long‐ and short‐term scientific impact increased with the growth of interdisciplinarity with a declining growth rate in most cases. For the three components of DIV*, balance and disparity are negatively and positively correlated with scientific impact, respectively, while variety has an inverted U‐shaped relationship. Traffic surveillance systems have been widely used for traffic monitoring. If the degree of traffic congestion can be evaluated from the surveillance videos immediately, the drivers can choose alternate routes to avoid traffic jam when traffic congestion arises. Compared to daytime surveillance, some tough factors such as poor visibility and higher noise increase the difficulty in video understanding under nighttime environments. In this paper, we propose a framework of traffic congestion classification for nighttime surveillance videos. The framework consists of three steps: the first one is to detect headlights based on three salient headlight features. Second, headlights are grouped into individual vehicles by evaluating their correlations. Third, a virtual detection line is adopted to gather the traffic information for traffic congestion evaluation. Then the traffic congestion is classified into five levels: jam, heavy, medium, mild and low in real-time. We use freeway nighttime surveillance videos to demonstrate the performances on accuracy and computation. Satisfactory experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed framework. The structure of the motor and the pattern of windings have great influence on the electrical excitation flux-switching (EEFS) motor. This paper developed a 200KW EEFS machine in the light of drive motors of the high power air conditioning compressor, and introduced the operate principle and basic parameters of the motor. The EEFS machine was optimized through FEM analysis and simulated with Maxwell 2D in a comprehensive consideration of performance indexes such as rated voltage and power. By changing basic sizes of the motor, electromagnetic performances, loss and efficiency of different structures of EEFS machine were compared to get the most suitable structure, and a proposal of radial distribution was given. The performance included the phase flux-linkage, back electromotive force (EMF) waveforms, no load characteristics and load characteristics, etc. The results provided theoretical basis of the development of high reliability of the doubly salient motor.
