For hand expression recognition, hand pose recognition based on the static shape of the hand and hand gesture recognition based on the dynamic hand movement are used together. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical hand pose model based on finger position and shape for hand expression recognition. For hand pose recognition, a finger model representing the finger state and a hand pose model using the finger state are hierarchically constructed, which is based on the open source MediaPipe. The finger model is also hierarchically constructed using the bending of one finger and the touch of two fingers. The proposed model can be used for various applications of transmitting information through hands, and its usefulness was verified by applying it to number recognition in sign language. This paper proposes a 3D scanning magnetic resonance wireless power transfer system to eliminate dead-zones and improve transmission efficiency. This system consists of an oscillator, power amplifier, microcontroller unit, personal computer, pan-tilt motor, transceiver coil, rectifier, and wireless communication units. This system provides the maximum voltage to the receiver within a short timeframe using the zone-based maximal transmission efficiency searching process algorithm. From the measurement results, it can be observed that the time to find the maximum transmission efficiency with this algorithm is 11 times faster than that of the full scan by 5° and that the position error of maximum transmission efficiency is less significant. When designing the interface of the web site, we must consider what users want and need in the design, because design trends are recently changing from user interface design to user experience design. In this paper, we present the method to apply the user experience design when designing the main page of the web site. We select representative online markets and analyze the information elements which compose the main page. Using the eye tracking method which measure user’s visual attention frequency, we compare the main page with the wire-frame and analyze changes of the visual attention frequency over time. As a result of experiments, it is efficient to allocate the important information as the image or the moving image to the center of main page for use’s visual attention at the time of designing the main page of the online market.
