External and internal architecture is distinguished from all arts in that it deals with the basic three dimensions "length, width, and height" as well as the fourth dimension, which is time. In the art of photography, for example, man deals with two dimensions in addition to the dimension of time, but the person remains outside all these works, looking at and watching them. As for architecture, it represents a huge structural sculptural piece that a person approaches, enters, and walks in enjoying, examining it at all levels in a chronological sequence and within a certain schematic scale. The design thought shows the possibility of implementing paper folding designs with alternative industrial materials, such as: paper, cardboard, rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, fabrics, and natural materials, such as: leather, copper, aluminum, plywood, which led to an expansion Scope of using paper folding technology to form larger, thicker and more intense models. The design process relied on this approach, which was represented in achieving the values of the creative thought of interior design derived from the folding technique, and how to deal with interior design vocabulary dynamically so that it was possible to solve interior design problems inspired by the art of folding through a global perspective consistent with the principles of contemporary thought. Spectral process means the physics of adaptation in the theory of chaos or disasters, while in architecture, the concept of folding expresses a technique of origami art, which is the process of bending one layer upon another layer, and while the folding process appears as if in its content a process of repetition of the form, it is theoretically considered a subjective process As it does not delete or add any elements that make up the shape, and it is considered a precise process that addresses one of the most quality characteristics of the shape, which is the transition from one dimension to another (the second dimension to the third dimension), and it is also a process that involves changes that expand the geometric qualities of the element while maintaining with its topology.

Color is an essential element in architecture not only aesthetically, but also has a great psychological-sensory importance, so colors are responsible for a variety of psychological factors that the mind translates into feelings that vary depending on the color of the surface, it performs a function not less important than the set of compositions and other elements of construction, so identifying colors for any project is a great responsibility, it is people who will interact with the end result in a positive or negative way, not only for its architectural composition but also for its colors. When it comes to choosing colors and lighting in architecture, it is important to take into account the feeling it will make in the people who will live in it, where we unconsciously tend to allocate colors that may lead to negative effects on our bodies, personality, behavior, and mood. Color can also show a certain size, or visually simulate certain aspects of the vacuum that increase, decrease, or change the value of the space or architectural composition of the mass, so it should be used wisely so as not to give negative results to the building and users. Describing the relationship between the different colors and features governing it, or even many of the studies on these theories, is as complex as it is widespread, and the color is associated with psychology, symbolism and even mysticism; where colors take on different meanings depending on the artistic, historical or cultural period; among many other characteristics. This article does not aim to address the artistic aspects of color but seeks to reflect on the relationship between color and architecture where this paper aims to study how colors affect human beings in general and its importance and impact on architecture in particular and its relationship to various activities and uses inside and outside the architectural and urban space.

Each material has its own aesthetics and unique plastic capabilities that are reflected by the practicing artist in his appropriate performing manner and in his own artistic style of expression. Experimentation is one of the most important and effective educational approaches in teaching manual printing, as it helps in reaching new plastic solutions and various artistic visions. There are different methods and a variety of tools and ready-made printing surfaces in various forms. and some of them became the natural and industrial textile surfaces with different effects and compositions, in addition to the use of some Other materials that are suitable as printing surfaces , which were discussed by some studies and scientific research in the field of textile printing - such as the surfaces of natural and artificial wood, plastics, glass, copper, leather, which were used to print on them directly or after Some experimental operations on their surfaces to identify their different formative capabilities; Most of these surfaces may be characterized by their high prices and lack of permanent availability in the environment of the art practitioner In addition, it is sometimes difficult to obtain the true tactile effects required by the artwork to be printed. Therefore, the research turned to recycling the consumables of some different raw materials (paper - plants – foam - plastics - wood - fabrics) and conducting many experimental operations and plastic treatments developed on them in proportion to the nature of each material - for preparing and processing unique printing surfaces with tactile Renewable effects - suitable for applying various manual printing methods on them using the appropriate printing pastes and colors, so that they can be employed in contemporary printed artworks to depart from the traditional and familiar in the field of manual printing, In addition to the possibility of implementing them in the various educational stages to ensure the qualification of the learner and be able to meet the challenges of the current and future conditions of the era and to provide him with innovative thinking skills.

This paper focuses on the issue of the circular economy in the context of SDG-11 Sustainable Cities & Communities as one of the main goals of today's society. Introducing smart cities, considering the sustainability challenges that cities will face shortly and the recent technological developments that will enable them to become "smart". Under the general context of sustainable development, the circular economy is becoming an important part of providing resources to future generations, based on intra-generational and inter-generational solidarity. A smart city can be understood as a sustainable city, a city that performs well economically, administratively, environmentally, and housing-wise. This paper aims to identify some important measures that are recommended to advance this vision. It also aims to highlight the potential social and economic benefits and challenges of urban circular development; it also supplies initial evidence of the synergistic benefits created through combining the design and economic development and linking the two approaches together rather than applying them separately.

This paper deals with studying a rare dirham in the name of Ya’la b. Ahmed Al-Yafirny. As this dirham has never been studied before and its being studied for the first time through this paper. This dirham has not bearing date or mint, Ya’la bin Ahmed is one of the men of the Banu Ifran tribe, Banu Ifran an important tribe of Berber dynasty, which is one of the Zenata tribal complex that settled in Morocco and Algeria. That tribe appeared on the scene of events before Islam until the middle of the fifth century AH / eleventh century AD. It is one of the most powerful barbarian tribes that occupied a great position in the Morocco during the Middle Ages, and the tribe of Banu Ifran is attributed to Ifran b. Yaslatin b. Misra b. Zakia b. Warsik b. Al-Dirt b. Jana b. Zenata, and their homeland was initially in Ifriqiya and then spread to many other regions Like the area between Tlemcen and Tiaret, and a large part of them stayed in AL- Andalus. The study of this dirham is very importance, represented in foccus on that historical era of the history of Muslims in North Africa, as well as identifying the relationship of Prince Ya’la b. Ahmed al-Yafirny with the Fatimid Caliphate and the extent of his loyalty to them, and an analytical study of the content of the writings recorded on it, in order to identify some important historical aspects that can only be reached through coinage, to be a new addition to the Islamic coinage that was struck in North Africa, specifically in Morocco.

Although counterfactual explanations are a popular approach to explain ML black-box classifiers, they are less widespread in NLP. Most methods find those explanations by iteratively perturbing the target document until it is classified differently by the black box. We identify two main families of counterfactual explanation methods in the literature, namely, (a) \emph{transparent} methods that perturb the target by adding, removing, or replacing words, and (b) \emph{opaque} approaches that project the target document into a latent, non-interpretable space where the perturbation is carried out subsequently. This article offers a comparative study of the performance of these two families of methods on three classical NLP tasks. Our empirical evidence shows that opaque approaches can be an overkill for downstream applications such as fake news detection or sentiment analysis since they add an additional level of complexity with no significant performance gain. These observations motivate our discussion, which raises the question of whether it makes sense to explain a black box using another black box., Comment: This article was originally published in French at the Journal TAL. In the era of globalization and digital networks, the so-called ''minored'' or ''endangered'' languages are facing a twofold dilemma: either succeed in their digital modernity by accepting a ''painful'' linguistic management or slide towards a slow extinction in front of hegemonic and ''predatory'' languages which dominate the digital networks.Oral languages and minored not-Romanized writings are the most concerned by the protective measures of the cultural and linguistic diversity on the Internet. Digital broadcasting and the Unicode multi-writing encoding system are providing them with innovative, consensual, and standardized alternatives to survive. Then, it depends on the synergy that their communities of practice will generate to place them at the heart of the debate on the digital divide., Comment: in French language

Computer Science - Computers and Society - Abstract
Terminology and lexicography standardization is a fundamental issue that is becoming increasingly important in the era of multilingual globalization and particularly, from our standpoint, the era of terminotics and translation. The challenges of multilingual globalization and e-semantics directly impact standardization methods: Development and perspectives of standards for ''Terminology and other language and content resources'' (the title of ISO-TC37); Development and future of all standardization fields that develop terminology (or vocabulary) most often multilingual, serving as the basis for their development and acting as a reference totheir use. In the first part of our presentation, we will first point out the normative aspects of standardization in terminology and especially terminotics. In the second part, we will present a brief overview of terminology standardization projects and their rationale, In the third part, we will develop the specific issue of ICTE. We will focus on our involvement in this field, on our assumptions and values of methods. We will set out our theoretical and technical developments underway and will conclude with our needs for collaboration with your academic community., Comment: in French language

Let $I(b,d,k)$ be the subseries of the harmonic series keeping only those denominators having exactly $k$ occurrences of the digit $d$ in base $b$. We prove the existence of an asymptotic development to all orders in descending powers of $b$, for $d$ and $k$ fixed, of $I(b,d,k)-b \log(b)$ or rather, if $k=0$ and $d>0$, of $I(b,d,0)- (b\log(b) - b\log(1+1/d))$. We give explicitly, according to cases, the first four or first five terms. The coefficients of these developments involve the values of the Riemann zeta function at positive integers., Comment: 33 pages. In French

The digital document evolves rapidly and spectacularly in its structure and information content conveyed on networks and information systems. Generally understood as a neutral support for information carrying a semantic value, the digital document nevertheless carries parameters that denote certain cultural and linguistic values specific to its creator. This document attempts to emphasize some technical aspects that reflect this intrinsic identity of electronic documents. The objective is to define a set of parameters and recommendations capable of preserving the digital document a cultural and linguistic identity which will identify it to its potential users in open and distributed information systems. Ultimately, it aims to offer "good practice" recommendations for producers of fully or partially Arabic digital documents., Comment: in French language. E-learning is becoming a global phenomenon. Learning Arabic (or Arabic dialects), or learning one or several variants of Berber can be understood from a very local perspective (in the Maghreb for instance) or in the wider framework of the diaspora or even more broadly in a global world context (in case a Japanese or a Russian learns Arabic and Berber). Resources for distance learning must then be created and potentially used in any international cultural and linguistic context. This implies that the resources created for such perspective should cope with the general standards framework of the ISO / IEC JTC1SC36, and even beyond the scope of this standardization instance., Comment: in French language. The issue of civil society participation in the processes of developing, implementing, and monitoring national climate plans is crucial to ensuring that these ambitions are both acceptable to the populations and, beyond that, that they align with a trajectory of sustainable development beneficial to all actors in Senegalese society. This case study aims to analyze the degree of involvement through consultations with a variety of civil society actors, as well as members of the administration and international partners active in the fight against climate change. While some believe that civil society participation has progressed significantly in recent years, the vast majority feel that the level reached is still insufficient., Barriers to civil society’s appropriation of climate issues include, among others, the lack of representativeness of grassroots organizations and vulnerable groups, as well as the unfamiliarity of civil society organizations (CSOs) and community-based organizations (CBOs) with the processes, objectives, and stakeholders of the National Climate Plan (NCP), meaning that many civil society actors are rarely aware of their contribution to its implementation even though they are involved. The study also shows how limited human and financial resources reduce the possibility of broad participation by civil society organizations, especially outside the capital. This raises the question of a fair, adequate, and targeted allocation of climate financing to meet the ambitions of climate policies in Senegal.

We are convinced of the usefulness of sketches and diagrams during mathematical work but the observation is made in our practices that they are not spontaneously used by students. In order to study the understanding and use of sketches by mathematics students, we designed and then proposed a test at different university levels. The test consists of five exercises. The first concerns different representation registers of a set of numbers, the second on a graphic proof of an implicative algebraic proposition and the last three on the graphic approch to the notions of injectivity, surjectivity, bijectivity in the context of the analysis. The sketches, proposed or requested in each exercise, are intended to be aids to changes of register and reasoning. We present what motivated the choices and developments of the exercises then we analyze the results of these tests. In each case, we see difficulties in understanding and the sketches proposed, which leads to think that the sketch must be the subject of specific work at the university level., Comment: in French language

Let $\overline{\mathbb{Q}}$ be an algebraic closure of $\mathbb{Q}$ and $\mathbb{Q}^{tr}$ be the subfield of $\overline{\mathbb{Q}}$ obtained by taking the union of all totally real number fields. For any prime $p\geq 3$, let $F_p/\mathbb{Q}$ be the Fermat curve of equation $x^p+y^p+z^p=0$. In 1996, Pop has shown that the field $\mathbb{Q}^{tr}$ is large. In particular, the set $F_p(\mathbb{Q}^{tr})$ of the points of $F_p$ rational over $\mathbb{Q}^{tr}$ is infinite. How to explicit non-trivial points $(xyz\neq 0$) in $F_p(\mathbb{Q}^{tr})$ ? If one has $p\geq 5$, it seems that the only points already known in $F_p(\mathbb{Q}^{tr})$ are those of $F_p(\mathbb{Q})$ and they are trivial. In this paper, we investigate this question in case $p=5$. There are no totally real fields whose degree over $\mathbb{Q}$ is at most $5$ over which $F_5$ has non-trivial points. We propose here to explicit infinitely many points of $F_5$ rational over totally real fields of degree $6$ over $\mathbb{Q}$., Comment: in French language

Physics - Classical Physics - Abstract
Polymers are increasingly used in the transport sector due to their many advantages; lightness, corrosion resistance, ease to process... However, most of them have limited mechanical properties. To improve these latter, one of the solutions is the addition of nano-reinforcements, this type of material is called nanocomposite. The particularity of these nanocomposites comes from the influence of the interphase, which is an interaction zone between the nanofillers and the matrix. It is therefore imperative to take it into account in the mechanical prediction models.Several analytical schemes are available to study nanocomposites. Some models use a serial or parallel representation of the phases (rule of mixture, Ji model, ...), while others rely on the mean field homogenization approach (Eshelby, Self-consistent, Mori-Tanaka, Double Inclusion, ...).However, directly observing the interphase and its properties experimentally is complex due to its size. Consequently, it is laborious to check the consistency of its consideration in analytical schemes. To compare these schemes, some limit cases of the interphase are studied. A numerical model is also used as a reference for two nanocomposites with distinct interphases., Comment: in French language. - Abstract
This paper deals with an optimization problem of determining the maintenance units and age‐based inspection schemes to minimize the expected maintenance cost rate and satisfy a target system availability for multi‐indenture systems that have a modular structure with redundant units. Failures of primary components directly lead to system failures and can therefore be identified and maintained immediately, while failures of redundant components need to be identified by inspections. And the designated maintenance units need to be replaced during maintenance. By constructing the dual structure of the fault tree, we present a failure path enumeration method, based on which the system availability and expected maintenance cost rate models considering maintenance time are derived. For redundant units, two types of inspection policies are considered in our models: one is the corrective maintenance (CM)‐based inspection policy, and the other one is the age‐based inspection (PM) policy, inspections are performed at failures or age
h , depending on which occurred earlier. A heuristic algorithm is proposed to find the reasonable maintenance units and inspection intervals simultaneously, and its performance is also compared and analyzed. Several numerical examples are studied to investigate the effect of parameters on optimal solutions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]- Published

The cognitive dimension of climate change is a subject that is rarely analysed. However, communities’ endogenous adaptation strategies are heavily dependent on their perception of the risks linked to climate change. An analysis of individuals’ representations and perceptions of climate change makes it possible to improve the ability to adapt of territories confronted by it., In this analysis, the relations of interdependence between perception, knowledge and adaptation strategies show how communities living in the coastal area of Senegal interpret climate change, in particular in the fields of agriculture, water resources and coastal areas., Considering these representations favours the co-construction and acceptability of the adaptation strategies., It enables state and non state actors to better understand the communities’ needs as regards public climate policies, whereas the media can identify levers they can use to devise effective public information campaigns on the climate, in order to reduce the vulnerability of communities that face climate hazards., La dimension cognitive du changement climatique reste peu investie.

In Search of the Wave is a computer-generated film made in 2013, highlighting the computation of images through computer simulation, and through text and voice. Originating from a screening of the film at the Gustave Eiffel University, the article presents a reflection on research-creation in and from algorithmic images. Fundamentally, what is it in this research-creation -- especially in research on algorithmic imagery -- that can be set in motion? Without fully distinguishing between what would be research on one hand and creation on the other, we focus on characterizing forms, aesthetics, or theories that contribute to possible shifts. The inventory of these possibilities is precisely the challenge of the text: from mathematics to image and visualization, from the birth of generative aesthetics to the coding related to pioneering works (recoding), or from indexing new aesthetics to new forms of critical production., Comment: in French language

Oxfam’s 2022 Gender in Emergencies (GiE) Standards are the key internal tool by which the charity sets out to realise its gender-specific humanitarian ambition in alignment with the 2022–25 GiE Strategy., The GiE Standards cover seven focus areas or ‘building blocks’ where Oxfam’s action needs to be enhanced to allow all actors involved in the work to achieve Oxfam’s humanitarian vision and goals. In this paper, each building block is further translated into a set of standards that Oxfam and partners aspire to during emergencies.

Computer Science - Digital Libraries - Abstract
The development of digital humanities has opened new perspectives in the history of Islam: whether dealing with thin or sometimes vast source corpora (such as S\=ira, al-Tbar\=i, al-Dahab\=i, etc.), these tools allow us to approach texts much more effectively from a statistical perspective, in order to support more general hypotheses and move beyond case studies. Drawing on the work of a number of researchers as well as our own, we propose to study the potentialities and limitations posed by computer methods for the history of medieval Islam, keeping in mind that the conclusions may prove useful to researchers of other periods. We will particularly emphasize two tools: the construction and use of relational databases, and more recently, the tagging of sources, with the stated goal of addressing some of the problems posed by the previous method., Comment: in French language

This paper presents the proof-of-concept of the first automatic voice assistant ever built in Wolof language, the main vehicular language spoken in Senegal. This voicebot is the result of a collaborative research project between Orange Innovation in France, Orange Senegal (aka Sonatel) and ADNCorp, a small IT company based in Dakar, Senegal. The purpose of the voicebot is to provide information to Orange customers about the Sargal loyalty program of Orange Senegal by using the most natural mean to communicate: speech. The voicebot receives in input the customer's oral request that is then processed by a SLU system to reply to the customer's request using audio recordings. The first results of this proof-of-concept are encouraging as we achieved 22\% of WER for the ASR task and 78\% of F1-score on the NLU task., Comment: in French language

The article aims at identifying what, from a structural point of view, AI based automatic translators cannot fully capture. It focuses on the machine's mistakes, in order to try to explain its causes. The biblical story of Ca\"in and Abel has been chosen because of its rich interpretive and critical tradition, but also because of its semantic difficulty. The investigation begins with the observation, for the translation of this text, of the language pairs and interfaces offered by the best known machine translation services (Google Translate, DeepL). A typology of the most frequent translation errors is then established. Finally, contemporary translations are compared, in order to underline the unique contribution of each. In conclusion, the article suggests a revision of translation theory and, corArtificial Intelligence, Translation, Limitations, Interpretation, Comparison, Unicityelatively, a reformulation of its technology concerning cultural texts., Comment: in French language

This paper looks at Library publishing in the wider context of institutional and mission driven publishing, in particular traditional University Presses, and in the context of Open Scholarship and Diamond Open Access. It draws from an earlier study of New University Presses in the Netherlands, to explore opportunities for collaboration. It argues that Library publishers must collaborate with each other to increase impact, gain relevance and achieve recognition. The paper presents several models for collaboration based on existing examples and ends with a brief SWOT analysis as a way to think about the future of Library publishing.

Bibliography. Library science. Information resources - Abstract
There are many Africans who hold the view that the philanthropic underpinnings of the openness movement have been hijacked by commercial publishers, violating the altruistic principles of open access to advance a business model that guarantees exorbitant profits. To address these challenges, the University of Cape Town (UCT) developed a diamond open access publishing alternative via the continental publishing platform whose core goals are to advance inclusivity, equity and diversity. The platform uses the tenant infrastructure model as it offers participating institutions the prospect of enhancing their prestige through showcasing their academically sound scholarship. This paper spotlights the success of one of its publications to showcase the impact of library publishing from two perspectives, firstly, the advancement of OA movement and secondly, the contribution of the publication to student success. Both perspectives demonstrate how libraries can reclaim the philanthropic underpinnings of OA and accelerate inclusivity, equity and diversity. The platform demonstrates its potential to disrupt the current alienating publishing ecosystem and resurect the founding philanthropic principles of OA.

Buxi ,Decolonial ,Entangled ,Impermanence ,Intrarelated ,Pluriversal ,Arts in general ,NX1-820 - Abstract
How did the exhibition in the Chinese pavilion at the 57th Venice Biennale entitled Continuum – Generation by Generation (buxi 不息) mobilize the concept of buxi, which translates literally as “endlessness” or “never ceasing”? What does it mean to conceive of art, the world, and oneself through the lens of buxi, as endlessly intrarelated? This paper delves into this question from a multi-pronged perspective. First, it explains the meaning of buxi and analyzes how the show engages with aesthetic, epistemological, social and political implications of art and the world conceived through a contemporary perspective on the concept of “endlessness”. Second, the paper explores how a reading of the show and the artworks – their adopted aesthetic strategies, media, techniques, and materialities – through the lens of buxi complicates the critical and aesthetic framework for contemporary art in the global context. Finally, the paper evaluates the engagement with buxi – and the respective alternative processual ontology and temporality of art and world – as a useful mode of decolonizing the discipline of art history, even as it emphasizes the importance of adopting a dynamic pluriversal approach that attends to the transcultural relations that shape and reshape the multiplicity of meanings of art in a global framework, its multiple and entangled critical and aesthetic discourses, and the complexity of power structures, and avoids obscuring significant contexts and experiences.

Nuclear extractivism ,Science and technology ,Slowness ,Non-closure ,Contemporary art ,Arts in general ,NX1-820 - Abstract
Casualties of nuclear technologies are not immediate, and the populations that bear the most significant burden are too sparse to be noteworthy, especially in the case of uranium mining industries. Shaped by forms of settler colonialism – the US and Canada mine on Indigenous and First Nation reservations – effects of radioactive exposure produce slow, recursive forms of nuclear suffering as illness may take up to thirty years to manifest. This article zooms in on the case of uranium mining and the violence of the temporal lag between uranium exposure and the appearance of symptoms. It explores how this lag is critically interrogated by two contemporary artists that approach uranium mining histories as unresolved; as a series of situations whose unfolding goes on, thus going against the closure of narratives of uranium mining. Two artworks that critically engage with the slow temporality of uranium and its violent effects, and that this paper closely reads, are Bonnie Devine’s drawing series The Book of Radiance (1999) and video Rooster Rock, the Story of Serpent River and Eve Andrée Laramée’s installation Halfway to Invisible (2009). Both artists lay bare the temporal possibilities of turning our gaze away from obvious nuclear symbols, such as bombs and reactors, or what technology historian Gabrielle Hecht calls our fetishes of nuclear histories (Being Nuclear. Africans and the Global Uranium Trade), to rather engage with less obvious nuclear histories. Drawing on theoretical insights from recent scholarship in science and technology studies and art history around time, the paper emphasizes the affordances of contemporary art in redressing uranium mining as a slow and latent modality of the nuclear complex.

This paper focuses on the first installment of Qiu Anxiong’s trilogy of animations New Book of Mountains and Seas (2006, 2008, 2017). Replete with fantastical creatures, Qiu’s films immediately call to mind their namesake, the Classic of Mountains and Seas, an encyclopedia of strange beasts written and compiled between the fourth to first century BCE. His animations show the contemporary world as if seen through the eyes of someone living thousands of years ago, alive during the time of the original classic. Rather than casting this subject-position as “irrational” and backwards, Qiu mines the generative possibilities of adopting this new logic of perception. In doing so, he brings together two distinct ways of presenting the world. The first relays the modern myths and universal assumptions constituting our contemporary reality. The second destabilizes divisions between the animate and inanimate to challenge how this narrative led to the disavowal of animism to begin with. In restituting animism, the artist offers an alternative to the pictured story of predation, extraction, and consumption.

In South Africa, freedom of testation has been an enjoyed practice from ancient times. It gave testators comfort in knowing that when they depart, their legacies and property would be looked after by those they had chosen to survive their estates. Before the advent of the Constitution, testators used to abuse this freedom. There existed a tendency to exercise this freedom without limitations. However, the Constitutional epoch brought about changes in the manner the testators exercised their freedom of testation. Amongst other things, was the limitation to freedom of testation. Legislation and Common Law also contributed to restricting or limiting this freedom. Against this backdrop, this article investigates the impact of the Constitution on freedom of testation in South Africa under the current constitutional dispensation. The paper is predicated on the assumption that freedom of testation gave testators leeway to promote discrimination and unfairness. Therefore, this paper will show that freedom of testation has evolved and no longer absolute in South Africa, with the Courts playing an important role in the process.

The appearance of new notions in economic theories is due to the dynamic and applied nature of the economy regarding the involvement of studies and researches in the solution of pressing problems. The notion of economic resilience appears as a new concept provided by the community of scientists from various continents, a fact that confirms the synergy and rationale of economic thinking on the phenomena that are increasingly being approached at the global level. The author's interest in this phenomenon comes in the context of the joint study initiated by a team of researchers from the National Institute of Economic Research in the Republic of Moldova concerned with the issues of adapting the national economy to current challenges. In this context, we would like to present this study as an analysis of the concepts of the world's scientists, who had in their study objectives the element of economic resilience and on which they expressed their own opinion. This study is of particular importance for the researches initiated by clarifying the diversity and size of the concept and the conclusions of all those cited in this paper as reference points to some formulations and the process of developing the subject in the context of the Republic of Moldova.
