S obzirom na sveprisutnost papira i svakodnevnu upotrebu u mnogim područjima života, zahtjevi za proizvodnjom i kvalitetom papira postaju sve veći. Važan dio stroja za proizvodnju papira jest sustav grijanja pogona za sušenje papira. Kroz ovaj rad, prikazano je jedno od rješenja gdje se za sustav grijanja pogona za sušenje papira koristi princip pare i kondenzata, tzv. Steam and Condensate, koji prolazi kroz cilindre raspoređene u toplinskim skupinama. Rad opisuje tehnološki proces sustava grijanja stroja za proizvodnju papira te rješenje automatizacijskog sustava pomoću Siemensovih PLC uređaja. Drugi dio rada opisuje programsko rješenje (hardverska konfiguracija i softver) koristeći Siemensovo programsko okruženje PCS7, te razvoj nadzorno-upravljačkog sustava za upravljanje procesom koji je ostvaren Siemensovom WinCC aplikacijom. Rad sadrži i opisuje osnovne značajke i karakteristike sustava grijanja stroja za proizvodnju papira. Considering the huge presence of paper and its everyday use in many areas of life, the requirements for manufacture and paper quality are becoming even larger. An important part of the paper machine is the heating system. Through this paper, one of the solutions is presented, where the principle of steam and condensate, which passes through the cylinders distributed in the heating groups, is used for the paper dryer heating system. This paper describes the technological process of the heating system of the paper machine and the solution of the automation system by using Siemens PLC devices. The second part of this paper describes the program solution (hardware configuration and software) using the Siemens PCS7 programming surroundings and the development of a supervisory process control system performed by the Siemens WinCC application. This paper contains and describes the basic features and characteristics of the heating system of the paper machine.
