Abstract
- Tehnologija današnjice sve je kompleksnija, što postavlja sve veće zahtjeve na razinu automatizacije i prilagodbe sustava raznim uvjetima rada. Kako bi se ispitala mogućnost upravljanja inherentno nestabilnim i nelinearnim sustavom, u ovom će se radu projektirati laboratorijski postav klackalice s kuglicom te implementirati prikladan sustav upravljanja pozicijom kuglice. Projektiranje labratorijskog postava uključuje odabir odgovarajućih elektroničkih i mehaničkih komponenata, konstruiranje i izradu mehaničkih komponenata koje nisu dobavljive te sklapanje svih elemenata postava u cjelinu. Implementacija sustava za upravljanje pozicijom kuglice podrazumijeva definiranje ulaznih i izlaznih varijabli projektiranog postava, identifikaciju matematičkog modela postava, projektiranje prikladnog estimatora varijabli te projektiranje regulatora koji će upravljati pozicijom kuglice na klackalici. Rad je strukturiran tako da se najprije daje uvod u navedeno područje, nakon čega se opisuju način projektiranja laboratorijskog postava i implementacije sustava upravljanja pozicijom kuglice, uz zajedničku evaluaciju njihovih rezultata, te se na kraju donosi odgovarajući zaključak. Today's technology is becoming more complex, which places increasing demands on the level of automation and adaptation of the system to various operating conditions. To examine the possibility of controlling an inherently unstable and nonlinear system, in this paper a ball and beam laboratory setup will be designed and an appropriate ball position control system will be implemented. The design of the laboratory setup includes the selection of the appropriate electronic and mechanical components, design of mechanical components that are not available, production of designed components and assembling all elements of the setup into a whole. The implementation of the ball position control system involves defining the input and output variables of the designed setup, identification of the mathematical model of the setup, designing a suitable variable estimator and designing a controller that will control the position of the ball on the beam. The paper is structured so that first an introduction to the field is given, after which the method of designing the laboratory setup and implementation of the ball position control system is described, with a joint evaluation of their results, and finally, the appropriate conclusion is made.
