为提高核桃壳仁混合物的分级效果,对现有核桃壳仁混合物分级设备进行三维实体建模,利用EDEM软件模拟核桃壳仁混合物的分级过程,以筛面上物料的运动速度、质量以及各等级颗粒在统计区域的数量为指标,以振幅、振动频率、振动方向角、筛面倾角为考察因素,对振动筛分级工艺进行优化。结果表明:在振动频率12 Hz、振幅5 mm、振动方向角45°、筛面倾角4°的工艺参数组合下,各等级核桃壳仁的透筛率最高,分级效果最好。In order to improve the grading effect of walnut shell and kernel mixture, the existing classification equipment of walnut shell and kernel mixture was modeled by 3D entity, and the grading process of the walnut shell and kernel mixture was simulated by EDEM. Based on the movement speed, mass of the material on the sieve surface and quantity of particles of each grade material in the statistical area as indicators, the grading process by vibrating screen was optimized with the amplitude, vibration frequency, vibrating direction angle and the sieve surface inclination as factors. The results showed that the screening rate of each grade of walnut shell and kernel was the highest and the grading effect was the best under the conditions of vibration frequency 12 Hz, amplitude 5 mm, vibrating direction angle 45°, and sieve surface inclination 4°.

The temperature effect is usually simulated by harmonic function in the concrete dam deformation prediction model, but it does not consider the impact of dam body temperature changes in different years on the deformation of concrete dams. In response to this issue, the Finite Element Model (FEM) was used to calculate the water pressure component and harmonic sinusoidal functions were replaced by long-term air temperature to simulate the temperature effect on the dam response. Considering the nonlinear characteristics of concrete dam deformation process, Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA) was introduced to optimize the parameters of Random Forest Regression (RFR) model, obtained the optimal parameters to train the mixture model, and finally built a concrete dam deformation prediction mixture model based on long-term temperature effect simulation. The results show that the RFR deformation prediction model optimized by SSA has a better fitting effect and prediction ability than that of the RFR deformation prediction hybrid model and the deformation prediction model based on the statistical regression method. 18. 人 NPTX1 相关 H3K27ac 富集的非保守性增强子鉴定.

- Abstract
Objective To explore and identify H3K27ac enriched non-conserved enhancers near human NPTX1, improve the annotation of NPTX1-related regulatory regions, and provide a corresponding theoretical basis for the study of NPTX1-related diseases and mutations in non-coding regions. Methods A total of 39 H3K27ac ChIP-seq data involving 7 tissues were downloaded from the CistromeDB database and analyzed. Peaks in the range of 100 kb on both sides of NPTX1 were selected. Fragments’ sequence conservation among human, mouse and zebrafish was analyzed by ECR browser. The fragments were inserted into a dual luciferase validation vector, and dual luciferase assays were performed in human neural-derived cell line SH-SY5Y and human kidney-derived cell line 293T to detect enhancers’ activity. Results We obtained 5 H3K27ac-enriched fragments. The DNA sequences of each fragment were not conserved among human, mouse and zebrafish. The ratio of dual luciferase activity of NPTX1-E1-P was significantly higher than that of the negative control in SH-SY5Y, but it was about 40% lower in 293T cells. Conclusion Among the H3K27ac-enriched fragments near NPTX1, NPTX1-E1-P has enhancer activity in human neurogenic cell line SH-SY5Y, and low sequence conservation among species. Compared with the human neurogenic cell line SH-SY5Y, its enhancer activity is decreased in human kidney-derived cell line 293T. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

22. 安溪县茶叶土壤重金属环境质量评价.

In order to understand the environmental conditions of tea plantations in Anxi County, 20 soil samples were collected from the main tea producing areas in Anxi County. According to the environmental quality requirements of green food producing areas of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, the single pollution index method and comprehensive index method were used to evaluate and analyze the soil environment of tea producing areas. The results showed that the contents of six heavy metals such as cadmium, mercury, arsenic, lead, chromium and copper in the soil of the main tea producing areas in Anxi County were all less than the limit value of GB 2762-2017 ″Pollution Limits in Food of National Standard for Food Safety″. The single pollution index and comprehensive pollution index of 20 soil samples were all less than 1, among which the comprehensive pollution index of 18 soil samples was less than 0.7, belonging to the clean level, and the comprehensive pollution index of 2 soil samples was between 0.7 and 1.0, belonging to the clean level. The quality of soil environment in the main tea producing areas of Anxi County was generally good, which met the environmental quality requirements of green food producing areas and was suitable for the development of green food tea. - Abstract
The composition of dissolved organic matter (DOM) is complex, which is an important part of the river biogeochemical cycle and has a good indication of the aquatic systems. The stepped urban landscape river was taken as the research area to study the interaction between DOM composition changes of rivers and aquatic parameters based on synchronous fluorescence spectrum (SFS). The fluorescence region integration, redundancy analysis (RDA), two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy(2 D-COS) and principal component analysis (PCA) were used to analyze SFS and aquatic parameters. The SFS was divided into four regions according to the fluorescence characteristics of DOM, i.e. tyrosine-like (TYRLF), tryptophan-like (TRPLF), microbial humic-like (MHLF), and terrestrial humic-like (HLF). The factor of regional integral correction was proposed to improve the accuracy of the semi-quantitative analysis of SFS. The results show that the DOM in the aquatic systems of the stepped landscape river in summer is mainly composed of biological sources (TYRLF, TRPLF and MHLF) (>80%). SFS-2 D-COS indicates that the trend of protein-like components (TYRLF and TRPLF) is opposite to that of humic-like components (MHLF and HLF). The order of DOM components change in water is TYRLF>TRPLF>HLF>MHLF. SFS-PCA divides the DOM of the water body according to structural characteristics and realizes the rapid classification and qualitative analysis of DOM samples based on SFS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Recent research progresses in the inhibition of Cu2O photo corrosion were introduced. It is found that the (110) and (111) faces of Cu2O crystals have better photocatalytic activity than the (100) faces by adjusting the crystal morphology. Some research show that the stability of microcrystalline Cu2O is better than that of nanoparticles by controlling the crystal size. The excited electrons or holes in Cu2O photocatalyst can be effectively separated by constructing heterojunction structure, which enhances the photostability of Cu2O. The common point of the above strategies is to improve the migration of charge carriers from Cu2O to the reactants or other catalysts, which avoiding the accumulation of charge carries in particlesand inhibiting the photo-corrosion of Cu2O. To understand of the charge carriers migration and its influence factors concerned with Cu2O photo-corrosion is pivotal to optimize the design of Cu2O photocatalyst and then enhance performance in the future. Studying the deformation trend of concrete dams is of great significance for judging the deformation state of dams and ensuring dam safety. In view of the obvious nonlinear characteristics of the deformation curve of concrete dams, the fractal interpolation theory was introduced. First, the fractal dimension of the concrete dam deformation time series was identified by the fractal dimension and then a prediction model of the deformation trend was established based on the fractal interpolation function. Taking the deformation of a concrete dam section as an example, the fractal interpolation method was used to predict the deformation trend of a horizontal displacement at a certain elevation of the dam section and compared with the prediction result of the statistical model. The results show that the fractal interpolation method can better fit the deformation curve, characterize the dam deformation characteristics and provide a new idea for the analysis of the deformation evolution trend of concrete dams.
