Referred to as the "freedom of remarriage" in marriage documents of Qingshui river area, "Silukaiqin" is a customary law written on the folk contract. With the interplay among the "initiators", "promoters" and "blockers" of "Silukaiqin", a dynamic and repeated marriage order appeared. Actually, the fetters on women's freedom of remarriage were especially obvious: firstly, women are relatively passive to get a reason for freedom of remarriage. Secondly, women needed to reach an agreement on the contents of the dowry return and free contract under the advice of the intermediary in a certain way before they could get the right remarriage; third, under the traditional regulation, strong deterrence or neutralization of the customary law, women could only get the relative freedom of remarriage by obeying, resisting, or adjusting after the resolution of the right. Polygonatum sibiricum is a Chinese medicinal herb that can be used as both medicine and food. It has the effects of moistening the lungs,nourishing the kidneys,tonifying the spleen,and tonifying qi. Due to the rapid growth of market demand,wild Polygonatum resources can no longer meet market demand,which has led to the continuous expansion of the scale of artificially cultivated Polygonatum. Scientific and reasonable fertilization methods can promote the growth and development of traditional Chinese medicine,thereby increasing its output. This article is based on existing research,summarizing the fertilization and cultivation models of Polygonatum sibiricum, the current problems and proposing suggestions,in order to provide reference for the future development and utilization of Polygonatum sibiricum. The corrosion problems of essential service water system in nuclear power plant directly affect the system integrity and availability, thus threatening the safety operation power of plant. In order to control and avoid corrosion problems, in this paper, two aspects of the failure cases about internal anti-corrosive layer and the stainless steel material were summarized and analyzed. Results showed that the main reasons for the failure of the anti-corrosive layer were unreasonable construction and installation, natural aging. The main reasons for the failure of stainless steel structural components were improper material selection, structural design, and material processing technology. In response to the above failure issues, it was proposed to carry out work from two aspects: on-site construction quality control and post maintenance management to control the failure of anti-corrosive layer. Through material selection and replacement, structural improvement, and material inspection, corrosion defects of stainless steel components could be treated and prevented, which could provide reference for the corrosion management of essential service water systems in domestic nuclear power plants.

Neck pain is often caused by cervical degenerative diseases, which is easy to cause adverse effects on neck function and quality of life of patients. To provide the best and effective diagnosis and treatment plan, the National University of Health Sciences published its evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for neck pain in 2019. The author in fully study the latest version guidelines on the basis of diagnosis and treatment content, from the diagnosis, treatment, matters needing attention in three aspects, and search the relevant literature research longitudinal contrast multiple high quality neck pain guidelines, from the biomechanics and neurobiological analysis of scientific treatment, and combined with the analysis of Chinese diagnosis and treatment status that the recommended treatment and treatment process is feasible in China, based on this that should through existing evidence-based medical evidence combined with Chinese Traditional Medicine guide clinical practice, hope to reference to domestic clinical treatment today.

Taking the native plant resources of the typical new rural plant landscape of plateau sandstorm source area in Datong Shanxi as investigation object, and taking the plant landscape as the research background, under the premise that to grasp the concept and characteristics of native plants, analyzed and evaluated the plant landscape application of indigenous plants from the three aspects of plant resources type and the plant landscape characteristic and plant growth, put forward the key problems of landscape construction and optimization suggestions, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the promotion and application of native plants in the plateau sandstorm source area of northern Shanxi in the construction of new rural plant landscape in the future. The coal consumption of direct air cooling unit is higher than that of wet cooling unit, and its back pressure is easily affected by environmental factors. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the exhaust pressure characteristics of air condensing unit under variable working conditions for the safe and economic operation of the unit.The ε-NTU method was used to establish the mathematical model of the 600 MW direct air cooling unit under the condensing condition. The characteristic curves of the condenser under the condensing condition were calculated. The effects of the face wind speed, ambient temperature and exhaust flow rate on the exhaust pressure were analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: When the ambient temperature is higher and the exhaust steam flow is constant, the back pressure economy is better when the head wind speed is 2.5 m/s. During the period of high temperature in summer, the exhaust steam pressure of condenser increases significantly with the increase of exhaust steam flow and the decrease of head-on wind speed. It is necessary for the unit to operate under limited load and appropriately increase the fan speed to reduce the back pressure. When the ambient temperature is low, the exhaust steam flow rate and the face wind speed have little influence on the exhaust steam pressure of the condenser, so it is necessary to take anti-freezing measures. Appropriately increasing the exhaust steam pressure of the condenser is beneficial to the safe operation of the air-cooled island.

Developmental dyslexia is a neurodevelopmental disorder with the genetic basis, in which children’s reading ability significantly lags behind their chronological age and the level of intelligence they should have. At present, the assessment, diagnosis and intervention of developmental dyslexia in mainland China is mostly for the purpose of research, and there are few applications in clinical diagnosis and treatment and teaching. This expert advice standardized clinical manifestations, diagnosis and intervention of developmental dyslexia, guided by its etiological basis, using the form of expert written feedback and video conference discussion. The COVID-19 containment has become a top global public health concern. China has obtained a phased achievement in containing COVID-19 pandemic, during the process, primary medical institutions and general practitioner teams in regional medical consortiums have played a key role. To better guide and standardize the development of regional medical consortiums, give full play to the bridge role and grid management of general medicine in COVID-19 pandemic containment, and consolidate the achievements of COVID-19 pandemic containment further, we invited a group of related experts to develop the Expert Advice on Community-based Grid Containment of COVID-19 Pandemic by the General Practice Network & Regional Medical Consortium (the First Version for Trial Implementation) (hereinafter referred to as the Expert Advice) following in-depth analysis and thorough consideration of literature review results, suggestions extensively collected and practical evidence, which mainly includes the following aspects: the essential characters of the general practice network & regional medical consortium, organizational structure, contents and separation of responsibilities and duties, operation mechanism, content of the work, workflow, training and assessment. We hope the Expert Advice will contribute to the construction and operation of the general practice network & regional medical consortium in various regions for COVID-19 containment.

In order to standardize the diagnosis and nomenclature of dvelopmental disorder in China, and ensure that clinical professionals can be able to diagnose and treat these diseases early and accurately, the Rehabilitation Group of Pediatrics Branch of Chinese Medical Association has organized relevant experts to discuss many times and formulated this recommendation based on the current actual situation in China. The paper mainly includes the diagnosis and naming status, evaluation and expert advice ofhigh-risk infants, developmental delay, global developmental delay, 1anguage disorder, mental retardation, autism spectrum disorder, developmental coordination disorder, the objective is to provide reference and guidance for clinical professionals in the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of developmental disorderin children.

In recent years, under the influence of human social and economic activities in the process of global warming and urban expansion, the frequency of sudden and local geological disasters have increased significantly in Qinghai Province. In order to actively respond to the severe situation of geological disasters, guarantee the safety of people's lives and production, consolidate the results of disaster reduction and scientific and reasonable response measures are proposed. This paper takes the landslide and debris flow disasters in Qinghai Province from 1990 to 2019 as the research object. Through mathematical statistics, the development characteristics, temporal and spatial distribution patterns and main triggering factors of landslides and debris flows in Qinghai Province in the past 30 years are analyzed and studied. The results show that：①The scale of disasters is mostly small, and the disaster types are mainly landslides. ②In terms of time, it mostly occurred from May to October; in terms of space, it mainly occurred in Xining City and Haidong City in the Qingdong region with complex terrain. ③Rainfall and excavation slopes are the main triggers. ④In recent years, the increase trend of landslide, rockfall and debris flow disasters is obvious. The results of the research will provide guidance and reference for the geological disaster prevention work in Qinghai Province for a period of time in the future.

研究所學生延遲畢業，不僅有教育、經濟、社會發展等問題，也會影響個人身心發展。目前從個人層面探討影響延遲畢業的因素尚未有太多研究關注，因而本研究將就人格特質、過度自信預測學術拖延行為、尋求指導頻率與修業學期數之關係進行分析。本研究邀請碩士畢業生填寫問卷，共蒐集236份有效數據，經由信度與效度檢驗後，再進行驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式做假設驗證。研究結果顯示：一、外向型人格特質與過度自信及學術拖延行為具正相關；二、神經質型人格特質與過度自信及學術拖延行為具負相關；三、過度自信及學術拖延行為與尋求指導頻率具負相關；四、尋求指導頻率與修業學期數具負相關。依據本研究結果建議指導教授在進行論文指導時，應考慮到不同人格特質學生之特性，給予適度的輔導，以降低學術拖延的情形。同時亦應提升論文指導會議或面談的頻率，以幫助學習者可以在較短的修業時間內取得學位。 Delayed graduation among graduate students constitutes an educational issue that influences individual career development; however, the severity of this issue has increased over time. To understand the effect of delayed graduation from the student perspective, this study adopted the theory of belief–action–outcome to examine the correlations among personalities, overconfidence, academic procrastination, and frequency of seeking advice—all of which influence graduate students’ study duration. Therefore, this study adopted convenience sampling to administer questionnaires, to which 236 valid responses were collected. After the reliability and validity test, confirmatory factor analysis with structural equation modeling was performed. The results suggested that extraversion is positively related to overconfidence and academic procrastination, neuroticism is negatively related to overconfidence and academic procrastination, overconfidence and procrastination are negatively related to the frequency of seeking research advice, and the frequency of advice seeking was negatively related to study duration. According to this study, professors guiding graduate students with their thesis should consider their different personalities and offer more frequent seminars for counseling.

The initial allocation of carbon emission allowances is an important component of the carbon market. An equitable, scientific, and operational quota allocation method and quota management system are the cornerstones for ensuring the healthy operation of the carbon market. Owing to the high emissions, simple process, and good data foundation, the pilot and national carbon market in China have initially included the power industry in allowance management and introduced a common and differentiated quota allocation method. In this study, we compared the allowance allocation methods for the power industry and summarized the methods for key issues such as unit classification, correction factor, product measurement, and quota carry-over. We observed that there were concerns, such as lagging issuance time, lack of carry-over provisions, lack of regulatory mechanisms, and imperfect methods, in the first performance cycle of the national carbon market quota allocation. We improved the allowance allocation system for the power industry in the carbon market from the methodological and management perspectives, including establishing a total allowance constraint, clarifying quota carry-over provisions, improving the quota verification method for co-firing units, optimizing correction factors' selection, and introducing a compensatory distribution system in a timely manner.

Insomnia is one of the common symptoms among adult patients with cancer, and it is common in all cancer stage. Insomnia not only affects lhe quality of life of patients, but also affects the treatment of cancer and the outcome of the disease. In the purpose to standardize lhe diagnosis and treatment of insomnia in adult patientswith cancer, Psycho-Oncology Cooperative Group-Cancer Foundation of China organized multi-disciplinary experts including oncologists, psychiatrists and psycho-oncologists to build lhis advice in combination of relevant foreign guidelines, peer reviewed evidence wilh expert clinical experience. The expert advice aims to provide a comprehensive guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia in adult cancer patients. Objective To construct an operative plan of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for cervical spondylosis (radiculopathy) based on evidence based methods such as literature analys is and Delphi Method. Methods After extensively consulting the literature related to syndrome differentiation and operation of cervical radiculopathy, Likert 5 subscale was formed for questionnaire survey. Take Delphi to two rounds of expert consultations. Through statistical analysis, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and operation scheme for cervical spondylosis (nerve root type) was formulated. Results The average age of the 25 experts with university or above qualifications was 48. 85 years old, The average length of service was 25. 9 years . They had a bachelor degree or above The recovery rate of the first round of expert consultation was 80%, the recovery rate of the second round of expert consultation was 100%. The coordination coefficients (W) of the first and second rounds were 0. 308 and 0. 51 8, respectively, and the difference between them was statistically significant ( P <0. 05). Expert authority coefficient ( Cr) was 0. 77 on average, indicating a high degree of expert authority. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and operation program for cervical spondylosis ( nerve root type) is evaluated by Delphi method, which showed strong expert representativeness, high degree of positive system, good coordination and high degree of authority. Waverider is an effective configuration for hypersonic aerocraft with high lift lo-drag ratios. But its insufficient effective volume and sharp leading edge lead to difficulties in the engineering application of waverider. To expand effective volume of waveriders. a parametric upper surface design method was created and discussed. The blunt method was analyzed in this work, and the influence of different design parameters of upper surface design on effective volume and aerodynamic performance were discussed. The influence of attack angle and Mach number on the aerodynamic characteristics of upper surface design with the consideration of practical application was also analyzed. The results show that the design method can expand volume effectively. The analysis of flow field indicated that the blunted waverider with upper surface design can maintain the "wave rider" characteristic well. The relationship between the effective volume and the aerodynamic performance is inconsistent, which needs to be considered on the basis of different practical situations. The upper surface design waverider performed well at positive attack angle within limits and Mach numbers in wide range. A new method of upper surface design was proposed and studied about relative scientific problems. Based on the results, some useful advice can be obtained for expanding effective volume of waverider. which may improve waverider from an academic concept into a practical engineering application. In the traditional Logit Boost algorithm, correct classification and error classification are treated equally, and the loss function does not converge to the cost-sensitive Bayesian decision. Based on the traditional Logit Boost algorithm, we propose a Logit Boost algorithm that takes the misclassification costs penalty into account. We verify the validity of the algorithm by using mobile phone user data of a mobile communication company. Tiie results show that: Compared with the other similar algorithms, the classification improvement effect of the Logit Boost algorithm considering misclassification costs is obvious. As the misclassification cost ratio increases, the expected risks (under the same threshold) increase. The expected risks under the same misclassification cost ratio have a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the misclassification cost ratio. This conclusion not only shows that the introduction of misclassification costs can effectively reduce the expected risk of the model (this makes the new algorithm shift the focus from minimizing the tnisclassification cost ratio to minimizing the expected risks), but also provides an analysis framework and decision reference for communications companies. Due to technical requirements, abnormal interior joints are usually formed at split-level, variable beams and columns in the large-scale SRC nuclear power plant. In order to study the seismic behaviors of SRC abnormal interior joints, the quasi-static tests on eight 1/4 scaled SRC abnormal interior joints were carried out to analyze the failure patterns, hysteretic performance, bearing capacity, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity and ductility of the abnormal interior joints. The influences of the differential height at the split-level between the beams on the two sides, the decrease of beam depth on one side and axial compression ratio were also considered. The results show that: the dominant failure mode is mainly shear failure in the core area for SRC abnormal interior joints. It is different from SRC conventional joints that the crack appears at first along the long diagonal line. Then the crack develops along the short diagonal line with the repeated loads. So the occurrence of the crack along the long diagonal line can be regarded as the main criteria to judge the joints cracking. Split-level between the beams on the two sides can cause the decrease of effective calculation length of the column. As a result, the bearing capacity is obviously improved compared with the conventional joints. However, the deformability is reduced to a certain extent. As the height of split-level increases, the bearing capacity of joints increases as well, but the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of joints decrease. The decrease of height of beam on one side can cause the reduction in the stiffness and the bearing capacity of joints obviously compared with the conventional joints, but the deformability is improved to a certain extent. And the larger the height of beam on one side is decreased, the worse the bearing capacity of joints becomes. So the suggestion can be made that the height of the small beam should not be less than 1/2 of the large beam. When the axial compression ratio is less than 0.5, the bearing capacity of abnormal joints can be improved by increasing the axial compression ratio, but the deformation capacity is reduced. So it is proposed that the actual axial compression ratio should not be too large. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the medication status and rationality of discharged medical orders in Changshu the First People' s Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital "), so as to provide reference for the rational medication. METHODS: From the hospital information system, 674 discharged medical orders from Jan. 2017 to Sept. 2017 were extracted. The basic information of the medical records was counted. The doctor' s advice for each medical record were audited and critiqued. The review results were summed up and analyzed. RESULTS: The 674 cases of medical records mainly related to the medical records of the non operating department. And there were 23 482 medical orders in total and 725 medical orders of irrational medication(accounted for 3.09%). The irrational medication mainly performed as over dose(206 cases, 28.41%), improper indications(159 cases, 21. 93%) and improper selection of solvent(112 cases, 15.45%), and other problems are improper use of solvents, improper combination of drugs, repeated use of drugs and off label drug use with super instruction age section, etc. CONCLUSIONS: The rational rate of medical orders was relatively high in our hospital, yet there are still some problems. More importance are supposed to be attached to this phenomenon, and the hospital needs to strengthen the supervision of clinical rational medication. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective : To analyze the rationality of clinical medication of lansoprazole injection and assess the risks in - volved,so as to provide evidence for clinical safe medication. Methods : Data concerning gender,age, aim/frequency/course of medication,and indications were collected from the randomly-selected 357 inpatients,and rationality,risks involved and points for safety in clinical medication were analyzed. Results : Of the 357 cases,235 cases (65 .8%) were found to have drug abuse and excessive or non-standard medication,with the main problems of non-indication medication and excessively long treatment courses. The safety risks were mainly found in the prescription of medical advice,medical advice monitoring and drug infusion. Conclusion : The elimination of safety risks and improvement of safe medication could be achieved through the implementation of such measures as training and education,strengthening of medical advice monitoring and intensifying of quality control. The paper uses the online sequential prediction algorithm of aggregating expert advices to study the multi-product multi-period newsvendor problem. Taking any fixed order quantity strategy as an expert advice, this paper utilizes weak aggregating algorithm (WAA) to build online ordering strategies, and provides theoretical guarantees on these strategies based on the competitive theory of WAA. Firstly, this paper provides online ordering strategy for the two-product multi-period newsvendor problem, and proves that the cumulative gain it achieves is as large as that of the best fixed order quantity strategy. Then, the online ordering strategy and its theoretical guarantee for the two-product multi-period newsvendor problem are generalized for the multi-product multi-period newsvendor problem. Lastly, under different demand types, the numerical examples are used to illustrate that the online ordering strategies this paper builds preserve strong competitive performance compared with the best fixed order quantity strategies. Based on the online learning character of weak aggregating algorithm (WAA), this paper explores its application to online portfolio selection, and considers the situation of making decision according to finite expert advices. The WAA is first applied to the expert strategies that invest only on one stock; then the single aggregating strategy (SAS) for online portfolio selection is obtained and the competitive performance of this strategy is analyzed, which shows SAS can pursue the best stock. In real investment decision-making, investors may choose several stocks to construct portfolios to invest, the WAA is further applied to the expert strategies that invest on different numbers of stocks; the mixture aggregating strategy (MAS) for online portfolio selection is then obtained; the conclusion that the cumulative gain MAS achieved is as large as that achieved by the best expert advice is proved. Numerical examples of long-period portfolios are provided to illustrate that SAS can achieve gain as well as the best stock; MAS can achieve gain as well as the best constant rebalanced portfolio (BCRP) strategy, and can obtain more when compared with universal portfolio (UP) strategy, which shows great competitive performance. Carbon labelling is one kind of effective methods for emission reduction and social awareness promotion, whose standard has not been achieved as a consensus among countries. According to the study on the economic impact of carbon labelling, there is a big difference between the developed and developing countries in terms of the economic effect, which could contribute to the technology level and accounting principle. It is suggested, based on the analysis of potential risks of carbon labelling, that the role of government incentives and NGOs must be emphasized. Deer is valuable all over the body,which is rich in nutritional value and medicinal value. Deer breeding and processing are very advanced in North America and New Zealand where many related standards have been published. The development of Chinese deer industry lack standard and normal management,neither standards' number nor coverage area formed complete frame structure. The international standards like Panax ginseng and P. notoginseng were more lacked. This paper makes a classification statistics on standardization organizations at home and abroad,foreign standards,Chinese national standards,industry standards,local standards and enterprise standards. The classes,contents,ages,implementation and promotion and demonstration area construction of standards were compared and analyzed. We found Chinese deer industry standards were deficient in coverage,uniformity,innovation,repeatability and support. And we give advises for the construction of industry quality standard system,organizational mobility and ideology of consumers,hoping to boost the standard construction and promote international competitiveness of Chinese deer industry.
