Objective To construct an operative plan of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for cervical spondylosis (radiculopathy) based on evidence based methods such as literature analys is and Delphi Method. Methods After extensively consulting the literature related to syndrome differentiation and operation of cervical radiculopathy, Likert 5 subscale was formed for questionnaire survey. Take Delphi to two rounds of expert consultations. Through statistical analysis, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and operation scheme for cervical spondylosis (nerve root type) was formulated. Results The average age of the 25 experts with university or above qualifications was 48. 85 years old, The average length of service was 25. 9 years . They had a bachelor degree or above The recovery rate of the first round of expert consultation was 80%, the recovery rate of the second round of expert consultation was 100%. The coordination coefficients (W) of the first and second rounds were 0. 308 and 0. 51 8, respectively, and the difference between them was statistically significant ( P <0. 05). Expert authority coefficient ( Cr) was 0. 77 on average, indicating a high degree of expert authority. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and operation program for cervical spondylosis ( nerve root type) is evaluated by Delphi method, which showed strong expert representativeness, high degree of positive system, good coordination and high degree of authority.
