Polygonatum sibiricum, a plant homologous to both medicine and food, is of significant importance. Its primary active components include polysaccharides, saponin, flavonoids, polyphenols, and alkaloids. These constituents are known for their roles in enhancing immune function, combating fatigue, providing anti-oxidative benefits, reducing blood sugar, and offering anti-inflammatory effects. Consequently, P. sibiricum presents wide-ranging prospects in health food and pharmaceutical research and development. This paper provides a comprehensive summary of research advancements in the polysaccharides, flavonoids, saponins, and solomonseal rhizome extract of P. sibiricum, particularly in metabolic regulation. It delves into the mechanisms by which the main active substances of P. sibiricum influence glucose and lipid metabolism. Simultaneously, the paper analyzes current patents and the state of industrial development related to P. sibiricum, aiming to provide a reference for future research and development of metabolic regulation functional products based on this plant. The prefabricated shaft structure of Zhanjiang Port Tide Gauge Station is 9.5 min length and 18t in weight. The dock berth located 2.5 m away from the tide gauge station has been in service for nearly 30 years, it was found that the bearing capacity is insufficient after testing, and the dock berth cannot meet the entry requirements of large lifting equipment, the entire section of the prefabricated shaft structure is difficult to lift. For this purpose, research is being conducted on the precast, assembly, and lowering process of factory-like industrialized shaft structural sections. The on-site prefabrication is carried out in sections, and small lifting equipment is used for lifting on the construction site, assembling and lowering at the same time. The corresponding assembly joints, assembly and lowering processes, assembly control technologies, and lowering devices was developed . Through engineering application verification, the segmental precast - assembly-lowering technology for shaft structure of tidal gauge station effectively avoids the dependence on large lifting equipment, and has good promotion and application value. Promoting the integration of rural primary, secondary, and tertiary industries is an important measure for developing new agricultural industries, formats, and models. The article takes policy texts issued by the general offices of 23 provinces (cities) to promote rural industrial integration as the research object, and comprehensively uses word frequency analysis and social network analysis to explore the development methods and trends of promoting rural industrial integration. The research results indicate that the key content of promoting the integration of rural three industries in various provinces (cities) is to build a new pattern of rural industrial integration development with complete industrial chains, diverse services, sound mechanisms, and close interests. Therefore, in the process of promoting the integration of rural three industries, attention should be paid to coordinating diversified policies, strengthening leading enterprises in the development of the entire industrial chain, developing emerging agricultural formats, and focusing on implementing development support policies. In the new round of land spatial system planning and reconstruction, a top-down land spatial planning system has gradually been established. Village planning is an important component of the national spatial planning system and an important lever for rural revitalization. However, there are still some shortcomings in the completed village planning results. In order to improve village planning, this article used a linear regression model to conduct a significance analysis on 127 samples selected from the completed "multi planning and integration practical village planning" in Qujing City. The main influencing factors and their weights that affected the results of practical village planning were identified. The results showed that factors such as construction land scale, homestead area, and conflicts between the "three districts and three lines" had a greater impact on the weight, and these indicators were more in line with relevant policy regulations, the more reasonable the village planning is; the impact weight of village classification and positioning, industrial development direction, and other indicators was relatively small. The closer these indicators were to reality, the stronger the practicality and feasibility of village planning. Based on the analysis results, targeted measures are proposed to improve village planning from four aspects: policy, talent, funding, and publicity, providing experience for other unfinished areas and strengthening the guidance of rural revitalization planning, so as to consolidate the foundation for better rural revitalization and socialist modernization. Due to its unique flavor, extremely high nutritional value, and health functions, Aronia has great development and utilization prospects. To fill the gap of incomplete market research in the Aronia industry in China and promote the development of the Chinese Aronia industry, this article retrieved Aronia-related companies through Tianyan Data. Results showed that the number of market entities engaged in the Aronia industry in China had been increasing year by year in the past 20 years, reaching growth peaks in 2016 and 2018, respectively. From the perspective of spatial distribution, Liaoning (32.89%), Jilin (18.86%), and Shandong (16.23%) were its main operating regions. Most enterprises (55%) had a registered capital of less than 5 million yuan, with a minority of Aronia enterprises owning trademarks (26.64%) and patents (10.48%). Until 2022, a total of 178 Aronia enterprises in China were in a state of survival and normal operation, with 50 being cancelled, revoked, rescinded, and dissolved. Currently, the main problems faced by the industry included a relatively single variety and cultivation mode, a low level of product deep processing, and insufficient brand recognition and effectiveness. At present, the domestic Aronia industry in China is still in its infancy. It is necessary to call on enterprises to integrate planting, processing, and sales, enrich product categories, develop new products, build leading enterprises, and improve the establishment of related industries. This paper mainly reviewed the study progress of CO2 separation membranes based on zeolite materials, including the CO2/CH4 separation performance of zeolite inorganic membranes with different topological structures and zeolite-filled mixed matrix membranes. The current research bottlenecks and corresponding improvement methods of the two membranes were discussed. According to the above points, the following two points were proposed as future research focus to promote the industrialization of zeolite- based CO2 separation membranes: preparation and defects-healing of ultra-thin inorganic membranes, structural regulation and structure-activity relationship research of mixed matrix membranes. Ampelopsis grossedentata is a characteristic tea plant that has garnered attention in recent years in the southern provinces of China. Modern scientific research has confirmed its high levels of active compounds, including flavonoids and polysaccharides. Furthermore, this plant exhibits diverse functions, including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, immunomodulatory, hepatoprotective, hypoglycemic, and lipid-lowering effects. Thus, A. grossedentata is a promising botanical in the prevention and treatment of chronic metabolic diseases. This article conducts a thorough literature review on the history and safety of A. grossedentata consumption, for which various perspectives on its industrial development and utilization are presented, with the aim of establishing a foundation for the rational use of this resource and to facilitate product development. Carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) technology is one of the important ways to achieve net zero emissions. In the context of dual-carbon, the number of CCUS projects and the scale of the industry show a rapid growth trend. Based on their business characteristics, oil and gas enterprises have carried out global arrangements in the field of CCUS, and are deeply involved in the development and operation of projects. However, due to the high cost of the industrial chain and the limit of key technologies, the scale development of the CCUS industry still needs overall planning and reasonable arrangement. The project status and industry development of CCUS at home and abroad were systematically analyzed, as well as the arrangement and practice of oil and gas enterprises in the field of CCUS. The development prospects of the industry were analyzed from the perspectives of industry scales, technologies and cost trends. The results show that China's textile and clothing industry has the nature of producing raw materials, belongs to the high to medWtf input rate, low value-added industry, intermediate product industry sector, and has a significant impact on other industrial sectors, with a more obvious driving effect on the national economy. When afianges occur in the textile and clothing industry sector, the driving effecBpn the closely related industry sectors is relatively high, but the promoting effect of changes in other sectors on China's textile and clothing industry is relatively small. The rubidium clock，as the core part of the Beidou satellite navigation and positioning system，mainly provides high-precision time reference signals. Its accuracy will directly affect the performance of the Beidou system. The high abundance isotope rubidium 87 is the core working material of rubidium clocks. Its abundance is an important factor affecting the accuracy of atomic clocks. The high-abundance rubidium-87 isotopes required for the separation of rubidium bells in the United States and Russia，two major isotope producing countries，use electromagnetic separation technology. At present，the production of rubidium 87 isotopes for electromagnetic isotope separation in China can only meet a small portion of the demand. With the arrival of the 5G era，the demand for high abundance rubidium isotopes in fields such as aerospace and chip clocks has significantly increased. It will further increase the gap in domestic rubidium isotopes. It is expected that the demand for rubidium 87 will reach several hundred grams to several kilograms per year in the future. By analyzing the current development status of the quantum time-frequency field and understanding the demand of rubidium clocks for rubidium 87 isotopes in the quantum time-frequency field，it provides guidance for the industrial development and ideas of electromagnetic separation and preparation of rubidium isotopes in the future.Promoting the industrial development of rubidium 87 isotope separation and preparation as soon as possible. Through technological breakthroughs and large-scale construction，separation efficiency can be improved and production costs can be reduced. Accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises has become an inevitable path for industrial development. However, the driving force of corporate transformation is shifting from external pressure to internal power. With the development of digital platforms, public environmental concerns, as an effective supplement to government environmental regulations, have gradually become the leading force for enterprises to improve their internal capacity and achieve green transformation and upgrading. In view of this, this paper used panel data from Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2020 and constructed a dynamic synergy model and a mediation effect model to focus on the impact of public environmental concerns on the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises. It also explored the synergy mechanism between public environmental concerns and government environmental regulations from the perspective of internal and external linkages among enterprises. The main results were as follows: ① Public environmental concerns had a significant positive effect on corporate green transformation. For every 1% increase in public environmental concerns, corporate green transformation would increase by 0.029%. ② There was an effective synergy between public environmental concerns, government penalties, and government R&D subsidies, in which public environmental concerns had a stronger growth-promoting effect on corporate green transformation when matched with government environmental regulations. That is to say, if the level of synergy between public environmental concerns and government penalties increased by 1%, corporate green transformation would increase by 3.276%. ③ The mechanism test indicated that public environmental concerns positively promoted corporate green transformation mainly through three channels in the building of internal capacities: enhancing social responsibility awareness, strengthening technological innovation, and increasing environmental governance investment. In addition, the synergistic effect of public environmental concerns and government penalties was mainly internalized as the power of environmental governance investment to improve corporate green transformation. Public environmental concerns, in concert with government R&D subsidies, could promote corporate green transformation by enhancing the ability of technological innovation. Based on the above empirical findings, this study suggests that new media platforms should be efficiently used to form a public opinion effect to constrain the environmental behaviors of enterprises and force them to engage in green transformation and upgrading. Local governments should offer official channels to encourage their interactions, optimize the use of environmental regulation tools, improve their synergy with public environmental participation and their adaptability to the environment, and assist enterprises in selecting green transformation modes that match their own endowments. As an important economic development area in China, the ecological environment quality of the Yellow River Basin not only supports its sustainable development, but also is related to the realization of the major national strategy of "ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin". Based on the spatial analysis function of geographic information systems, this study constructs an ecological environment quality evaluation index system and uses the spatiotemporal geographic weighted regression model, analyses time and space evolution of ecological environment quality index and its driving force at the city scale of the Yellow River from 2010 to 2020. The research results show that the ecological environment quality index (EI) of the Yellow River Basin increased from 54.41 to 55.48. EI in the middle reaches was higher than that in the upper and lower reaches, and the ecological environment of Gansu and Ningxia located in the central regions significantly improved. The distribution of ecological environment grades in the Yellow River Basin has significant spatial differences, and the quality index presents spatial agglomeration, with low and low agglomerations in the north and west, and high and high agglomerations in the south. Economy, population, industry, and policy factors jointly affect the ecological environment quality index of the Yellow River Basin. The urbanization rate of permanent residents, the density of permanent residents, the proportion of the primary industry and the proportion of the secondary industry are the main driving forces of the ecological environment quality index, but its driving force presents show a trend that the pressure of urbanization and environmental governance policies are gradually increasing, and the pressure of economic development and industrial structure transformation is gradually weakening. In order to meet the practical needs of the people to equitably share the fruits of economic development, urban economic construction should be based on the coordinated development of the environment and the economy, which means that high-quality urban development should be realized through a greener and more inclusive path. Under the wave of the fourth industrial revolution, industrial intelligence, characterized by the application of industrial robots, provides an opportunity to promote the green and inclusive development of Chinese cities. Based on the construction of the Malmquist-Luenberger index to scientifically measure the level of inclusive green growth in cities, this study empirically examined the impact of industrial intelligence development on inclusive green growth and its internal mechanisms based on industrial robot application data from the International Federation of Robotics (IFR) from 2007 to 2020 and city-level data in China using various models. The study found that: (1) Industrial intelligence significantly contributed to inclusive green growth in cities, and the effect was more obvious in cities with lower financial support, a higher level of information infrastructure construction, and greater innovation and entrepreneurial dynamics, demonstrating significant heterogeneity in geographical location characteristics. (2) As far as the channels of action were concerned, industrial intelligence was mainly realized through the channels of promoting digital technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading. (3) The development of industrial intelligence had a positive spatial spillover effect on the enhancement of the inclusive green level of cities. Furthermore, if the driving effect could be effectively realized, the regional sustainable development capacity would be effectively enhanced. This paper seeks to enrich the empirical evidence and empirical research on the benefits of industrial intelligence development in promoting inclusive green growth in cities and to provide policy references for the development of smart manufacturing and inclusive green economic growth in cities. Lead-zinc tailings are the main solid wastes in the process of flotation of lead and zinc, which are mainly divided into silicate tailings and carbonate tailings. China is a big producer of lead and zinc in the world. The total storage of lead and zinc tailings has reached 500 million tons, but the comprehensive utilization rate is less than 20%. A large number of lead and zinc tailings not only occupy valuable space and land resources but also bring serious safety problems and hidden dangers of environmental pollution. It is urgent to explore the comprehensive utilization ways of lead and zinc tailings. In recent years, with the development, transformation, and upgrading of China s resource industry, the basic research, technical development and industrial development of comprehensive utilization of lead and zinc tailings have become increasingly perfect and achieved remarkable results. In this paper, the research results on the consumption and comprehensive utilization of lead-zinc tailings in recent years are introduced from three aspects: the recovery of valuable components of lead-zinc tailings, the filling of underground goaf with lead-zinc tailings, and the comprehensive utilization of lead-zinc tailings as building materials, to provide reference for the related research on comprehensive utilization of lead-zinc tailings. Beidahuang Potato Industry Group Co., Ltd. is the largest state-owned potato enterprise in China. Solid waste recycling saves resources and energy, reduces carbon emissions, and plays a vital role in forming a green and low-carbon mode of production and living and achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. This study analyzes the development status of the solid waste recycling industry in China and abroad and explores the major challenges faced by the industry of China in terms of process of industrialization, capital investment, and technological innovation. Combined with typical case analyses, we propose the following suggestions to promote the high-quality development of China’s solid waste recycling industry: (1) promoting the process of industrialization to integrate the industrial, innovation, talent, and capital chains; (2) reinforcing incentive policies to consolidate the financial foundation; (3) establishing scientific innovation hubs by strengthening project demonstrations; (4) gathering professional talents to build a high-level cooperation platform.

Objective With the rise of various emerging internet businesses and the extension of Passive Optical Network (PON) application scenarios in the industry, PON technology, as the representative technology of the 5th Generation Fixed Networks(F5G), needs to evolve and upgrade continuously to meet the needs of the future network. Among them, the latency of PON networks is a key network performance indicator that urgently needs improvement. Therefore, this article conducts an in-depth research on the low latency technology in the PON networks. Methods This article first summarizes the challenges faced by current PON networks in terms of low latency, and analyzes two main reasons for the high latency of PON networks, namely the inherent uplink delay introduced by the Optical Network Unit (ONU) bandwidth allocation mechanism and the random uplink delay introduced by the ONU registration/ranging mechanism. Therefore, this article proposes two ultra-low latency technology solutions based on single frame multi burst technology and independent registration channel technology, and conducts experimental verification and analysis. Results Through verification and analysis, for the low latency technology solution of single frame multi burst technology, combined with two performance indicators of latency and bandwidth utilization, a quarter scheduling cycle performs the best. However, it sacrifices a small portion of bandwidth, making it more suitable for transmitting services that are sensitive to time delay but not bandwidth sensitive. For the low latency technology scheme of independent registration channel technology, the introduction of an additional wavelength for ONU registration/ranging channels an completely eliminate the additional delay and jitter introduced by the silent window of registration/ranging in normal busi-ness channels. Conclusion Overall, the ultra-low latency technology solution based on PON discussed in this article can effectively reduce the latency of PON networks, and help promote the large-scale commercialization of emerging businesses such as Virtual Reality (VR) and the rapid development of industrial internet. In order to address the environmental and health issues of toxic and harmful chemicals while meeting the needs of industrial development, various alternatives have been developed and widely used. This article summarizes the content of assessment frameworks issued by international organizations/institutions such as the United Nations Environment Programme, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the European Chemical Agency, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, etc., compares and analyzes the core technical methods of each framework, and preliminarily proposes the technical key points of the alternative environmental risk assessment in China, providing technical support for strengthening the environmental risk management of toxic and harmful chemicals. Carotenoids, mainly found in dark fruits and vegetables, have biological activity functions such as anti-inflam¬matory and antioxidant, can strengthen the human immune system, help fight off various viruses, including SARS-CoV2 and other viruses. It is also a natural food colorant and natural antioxidant, which play an important role in protecting human health and industrial development. The applications of carotenoids in food are hindered by its poor chemical insta-bility and low oral bioavailability. For this reason, delivery systems have been developed to solve the above problems. This review gave a briefly introduction to the metabolic process and influencing factors of bioavailability of carotenoids with special focuses on the research progress of carotenoid delivery systems which aimed to provide a reference for the functional application of carotenoids in food. Carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technology is a vital technical path to realize the low-carbon transformation of the coal power industry as well as a key means to ensure the safe and stable operation of the future power system. However, the current development path of coupling coal power and CCUS technology is not clear, and there is room for the optimization of the corresponding policy mechanism. This paper quantitatively estimates the contribution of CCUS application in the coal power industry to China's low-carbon energy transition strategy, describes the future development path of coal power's CCUS industrialization from the spatio-temporal dimension, and further constructs a comprehensive supporting policy system framework. The results show that the development of coupling coal power and CCUS technology is technically and economically feasible, which can not only achieve deep decarbon-ization of the power system and bring significant output and employment dividends in the coal power industry, but also effectively control the average carbon price level of society. In terms of the temporal dimension, the development path of coal power's CCUS industrialization in the future should be divided into three stages: technology research, development, and demonstration (2021--2030), large-scale application (2030--2040), and commercial development (2040--2060). In terms of the spatial dimension, the technically and economically feasible regions for cluster development are the Ordos Basin, the Junggar Basin, the Bohai Bay Basin, etc. Constructing a comprehensive policy support system framework incorporating ' macro support, fiscal and tax finance, market mechanism, technology research, development, and demonstration, as well as management system' is conducive to realizing a large-scale CCUS application in the coal power industry. In the stage of technology research, development, and demonstration of coal power's CCUS application, more definitive incentive policies such as storage subsidies, compensation for power generation hours, and feed-in tariff subsidies should be implemented. When the project cost drops to a certain extent, there should be a gradual transition to market-based policy tools such as carbon trading and green electricity trading mechanisms, and green finance should also be promoted. Based on the relevant conclusions, some targeted policy suggestions are put forward to provide references for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of China's coal power industry. This paper summarized and analyzed the scope of carbon emission accounting in industrial parks and the decoupling relationship between carbon emission and economic development in industrial parks based on one-dimensional or two-dimensional decoupling models, and discussed the influence of various factors on the decoupling relationship in the decoupling effect model based on LMDI decomposition method and Tapio decoupling model, with a view to providing reference for carbon emission inventory establishment, decoupling degree analysis, driver identification and comprehensive assessment. On this basis, it is suggested that industrial parks should formulate a carbon emission inventory reasonably, consider carbon emission drivers in multiple dimensions and build a more comprehensive indicator system. Wheat starch is the main business material in wheat. It has a variety of functional characteristics and broad development and utilization prospects. This article is based on a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of wheat starch patent literature. For global patent output, the current patent situation of wheat starch is clarified from many aspects such as distribution, time latitude, and patent applicants in the technical field. We focus on analyzing the public trend of patents in China, revealing the development trend of wheat starch industry in China. At present, the research on the impact of wheat starch has been slower than before, and the development trend is stable. The research institutions are mainly domestic; however, the industrialization of wheat starch is lacking in the industrialization of the application of the application of wheat starch. There is still a large room for the industrialization of wheat starch in many fields. In this paper, the functional properties of wheat starch, such as gelatinization, retrogradation, freeze-thaw stability and gel property were summarized. The hydrogen energy serves as the best energy source for future aircraft owing to its efficiency, cleanness, and sustainability. In the context of widespread attention paid to aviation carbon reduction and the trend of low-carbon development of the aviation transportation industry, it is of great value to promote the development and application of hydrogen-powered aircraft. This study analyzes the development background of hydrogen-powered aircraft considering the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals for the aviation industry, and reviews the cutting-edge planning of hydrogen-powered aircraft in other countries as well as the latest progress in overall research and flight testing of hydrogen-powered aircraft in China. A detailed analysis is conducted on the key technology system for the development and application of hydrogen-powered aircraft, covering the overall design, liquid hydrogen storage tanks, hydrogen fuel cells, hydrogen-fueled turbine engines, hydrogen-fueled aviation internal combustion engines, safety and airworthiness technologies, and hydrogen refueling infrastructure. Focusing on the industrial application needs of future hydrogen powered aircraft, corresponding total cost of ownership (TCO) models are constructed for commuting/short-range hydrogen-powered aircraft. The calculation results indicate that the TCO of commuting/short-range hydrogen-powered aircraft will be on par with that of pure electric aircraft and fuel-powered aircraft around 2045. Further suggestions are proposed, including adhering to the synchronous development of multiple technological routes, prioritizing the development of power systems,conducting scientific and orderly research and development, and promoting the construction of airworthiness standards systems, thus to provide a basic reference for research on aviation technology innovation and high-quality development of the aviation transportation industry.

This paper systematically reviews the trend of carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) industry in the world and China, presents the CCUS projects, clusters, technologies and strategies/policies, and analyzes the CCUS challenges and countermeasures in China based on the comparison of CCUS industrial development at home and abroad. The global CCUS development has experienced three stages: exploration stage, policy driven stage, and dual-drive stage. Currently, the active large-scale CCUS projects around the world focus on enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and are expanding into storage in saline aquifers. The CCUS industry of China has evolved in three stages: exploration, pilot test, and industrialization. In the current critical period of transition from field test to industrialization, China's CCUS projects are EOR-dominated. By comparing the industrial development of CCUS in China and abroad, it is found that the scale-up and industrialization of CCUS in China face challenges in technology, facilities and policies. Finally, future solutions to CCUS development in China are proposed as follows: strengthening the top-level design and planning of CCUS; developing high-efficiency and low-cost CCUS technologies throughout the whole industrial chain; deploying CCUS oil and gas + new energy clusters; improving the policy support system of CCUS; and strengthening discipline construction and personnel training, etc.

This is an essay in the field of mining engineering. High-value utilization of rare earths in fly ash can effectively alleviate the environmental pollution caused by fly ash in my country, expand the supply chain of rare earth raw materials, and ensure the strategic safety of rare earths. This article summarizes the research on rare earth element extraction technology reported from fly ash in recent years, and introduces the research progress of acid method, acid-base combined extraction technology and precipitation method and extraction method. The advantages and disadvantages of the three rare earth element extraction and separation processes are compared. It is pointed out that the research on the extraction technology of rare earth from fly ash can be based on the process flowsheet of the existing industrial equipment for extracting aluminum oxide and gallium from fly ash. The exploration of the collaborative extraction and development of aluminum, gallium and rare earth from fly ash can not only speed up the development of the extraction of rare earth from fly ash. The industrialization of the extraction and application of rare earths in coal ash also can further realize the comprehensive utilization of fly ash and increase the added value of fly ash.

Establishing a sound ecological product value realization mechanism is crucial to the cultivation and development of ecological industries. By reviewing the practical exploration work, based on the actual situation and objective facts, it could be found that there were main issues such as inadequate and mismatched policy supply, imperfect market-oriented mechanism, unsound basic system, and immature eco-financial system in the ecological product value realization mechanism. On this basis, the advancing path of the ecological product value realization mechanism was proposed, including strengthening top-level design, enhancing accounting and evaluation, improving ecological compensation, establishing certification and trading, innovating financial support, and promoting digital technology empowerment, to provide a useful reference for accelerating the transformation of "Two Mountains" and realizing the Chinese Path to Modernization. Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework requires adherence to the principles of biodiversity conservation and sustainable maintenance mechanisms, exploring the path for realizing the beautiful vision of “coexisting harmoniously with nature.” Yunnan has extremely rich wild edible fungus resources, forming a unique “edible fungus culture.” In order to improve people's ecological conservation awareness, to promote the survival and development of wild edible fungus resources, and to further promote the development of Yunnan's wild edible fungus industry, we investigated the current status of protection and utilization of Yunnan's wild edible fungus resources based on the sorting of relevant laws and regulations and policy documents at both the national and local levels through the literature review and questionnaire survey. With the increasing popularity of natural mushroom products, the production and output value of wild edible fungus have increased significantly, but the number of wild edible fungus has sharply reduced, and some wild edible fungus populations are in a state of endangered and vulnerable. Weak ecological conservation awareness, disorderly collection, and other factors all endanger the survival and development of wild edible fungus resources. Meanwhile, the lack of relevant industry standards also greatly hinders the development of wild edible fungus industry in Yunnan. In view of the above problems, we propose the following suggestions: (1) To accelerate the special legislation for protection and development of wild edible fungus resources, not staying in the current fragmented or confused legislative state, and not only satisfying local policy protection. (2) To construct a standard system for wild edible fungus collection, sales (including international trade), processing, transportation, etc., accurately protecting wild edible fungus, especially for the collection of nationally protected populations, a collection license system should be gradually established. (3) To strengthen the technical support for the whole industry chain and to promote the construction of science and technology systems, such as wild edible fungus germplasm preservation, artificial cultivation, and advanced processing. This study is expected to push forward the further supplement and improvement of the standards for wild mushroom collection, processing and circulation, and the policies for protection and utilization of resources, and provide the support and guarantee for protection, utilization and sustainable development of wild mushroom industry.
