The university cuisine process laboratory has risk factors such as gas explosion, fire, electromechanical strike and knife tool injury and hidden accidents . This paper adopts the methods of literature induction and practical research to analyze the lack of safety education in the cuisine process laboratory, the lag of the safety system, the lack of safety precautions, the risk factors of various knife tools and the current situation of hidden accidents such as gas explosions . Meanwhile, this paper explores the effective path of intensive safety education in the cuisine process laboratory, the ways and methods to investigate safety hazards and block security vulnerabilities, and the countermeasures to prevent accidents such as early warning control measures. The university laboratory plays an extremely important role in students' creative spirit, research capacity and practical ability. At present, the food laboratories in Chinese universities stiil have a series oo problems in spie of a high-speed development. This paper analyses in detail the laboratory information management system from four aspects, i. e. the laboratory team management, equipment resource management, data management of experimental teaching and public service management. We focus on sharing experimental resource, and build the information system for laboratory about economics and management based on J2EE software architecture by analyzing the various business processes and data management. We design a variety of interfaces for various departments by fully understanding the actual demand of laboratory information management system in economics and management area for resource management and public service management. With the development of experimental teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, laboratory safety management is playing an increasingly important role. Problems such as rigid system, outdated equipment and weak safety awareness are main factors which could cause accidents during the process of laboratory management. To ensure that the experimental environment meets the standards of practical teaching, laboratory equipment needs to be regularly updated and the management system that contradicts the concrete operation should also be adjusted. This paper discusses the combination of PDCA and laboratory safety management, followed by a discussion of its strengths and weaknesses. In the PDCA, the laboratory safety management is divided into four sections with various tasks, so that the entire process can be a sustainable cycle . In order to make laboratory environment more safety and prevent environmental protection, the safety threat should be destroyed at the beginning stage. The major problems in veterinary medicine laboratory were summarized and analyzed in the paper. Based on the characteristics and management methods of veterinary medicine laboratory, combined the ISO 14001 environmental quality system in our university, this paper established and put in practice some veterinary medicine laboratory management methods, and trained stuff. The safety management level of laboratory technicians was improved, the safety habits and consciousness of students were enhanced, and environmental safety protection works became institutionalization and normalization. The laboratory network management plays a positive role for more efficient use of equipment resources. Current laboratory management system ignores the student' own characteristics, and the practice teaching effect is not as good as expected. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new method for development of laboratory management system based on S2SH architecture. The system uses Spring and Struts2 framework to achieve the presentation layer and business layer, and uses Spring and Hibernate framework for data persistence layer. The three parts are seamlessly integrated so that the system is convenient for representing structured development layer, and the amount code of data access layer is reduced. It is an important work in the field of education to evaluate the performance of college lab technicians. It is also an important means to promote the laboratory construction and management. In this paper, a index system used to evaluate working performance and effect of lab technicians was established by devising evaluation indexes and weight was assigned to each index according to relevant files of the former State Education Commission and those of Qingdao Agricultural University A mathematical model was designed with the knowledge of statistics and fuzzy maths to assess the working performance and effect of lab technicians. According to the mathematical model, all evaluated people were divided into four groups of students, teachers, education administrators and the lab technicians, and the evaluation score of each group was given diiferent weights, while the evaluation score of every one group was calculated by refeering the method adopted in singer contests that one highest score and one lowest score are removed and the average of the residual scores given by each evaluating person was taken as the singers final score.
