Analysis and Countermeasures on the Safety Status of University Cuisine Process Laboratories.

The university cuisine process laboratory has risk factors such as gas explosion, fire, electromechanical strike and knife tool injury and hidden accidents . This paper adopts the methods of literature induction and practical research to analyze the lack of safety education in the cuisine process laboratory, the lag of the safety system, the lack of safety precautions, the risk factors of various knife tools and the current situation of hidden accidents such as gas explosions . Meanwhile, this paper explores the effective path of intensive safety education in the cuisine process laboratory, the ways and methods to investigate safety hazards and block security vulnerabilities, and the countermeasures to prevent accidents such as early warning control measures.
