An Analysis of Philosophical Thinking and Its Application on Construction and Management of University Laboratories.

The paper dealt with many problems existed in construction and management of university laboratories at present. A new mode by using philosophical thinking was proposed to improve the level of university laboratories construction and management. The new patern guided university laboratories from laboratory guiding ideology, development thought, laboratory funds management, laboratory evaluation, laboratory management, talent training and so on. The practice showed that the proposed pattern could effectively solve the laboratory construction and management problems encountered and improved the level of university laboratories construction and management, serviced to teaching and scientific research of universities beter and promoted state scientific and technological progress.
